✓ Unstable on IPhone For WEBM browsingIf you intend to use this app for browsing Webm files, just know that on an iphone the app will crash and close itself about ~every 10 webms files opened. The browser saves your cookies and searches but there doesnt seem to be a way to adjust or clear it in the app settings. If the app crashes it closes everything you were doing and goes to your home page. Again, there is no way to view a history list, so you would have to navigate back to where you were.Version: 2.4

✓ Not terrible but not amazing eitherI bought this app because I frequently watch WebM content. For WebM videos this app works very well, haven’t had any issues with webms at all. I just wish it would open embedded videos straight from the site instead of just displaying them at the top 1/3 of the screen. The worst about this app is how many less features it has compared to the multiple free browsers that exist in the App Store. I cannot press and hold a link to copy it, can’t press and hold to open a new tab within the browser (it redirects you to safari or whatever default browser you use), I can’t save photos or webms without the app just crashing completely. These are features I thought I’d see in a paid browser app, but I guess not. Would really like some new features and for the existing ones to actually function properly, besides that this is an okay app for webms exclusively and not much else..Version: 2.2

✓ Deprecated AppI’m assuming the updates to Safari or iOS are the cause of these recent changes which make this app redundant and relatively useless. WebM is now able to be played in Firefox and safari with audio and video. This app previously allowed viewing of WebM content using a mini player that would appear at the top of screen as well as saving the file in app and full screen viewing. After recent updates however the WebM plays in the browser unable to full screen and utilizing the normal iOS file saving function. Playback in this app is oftentimes rough towards the end of the file skipping the last number of frames while audio is unaffected. Freezes and crashes were not uncommon especially as the library of files increased. You could still use it but it isn’t recommended or necessary any longer. You can view in your browser and save to your device using VLC or another player to view them offline. Consider donating the $3 you’ve saved to a not for profit project..Version: 2.4

✓ When it works it’s great, super inconsistent.It used to work flawlessly for me for the past year, in the last month it has gotten really poor. Maybe 1/10 of all the WebMs I click can actually play. ✓ Went from amazing to horrible.Everything was perfect. They added the ability to name files that were saved and everything was great… then they took away the ability so save files. Ruined the entire app, it pains me to come back and lower my review. However, this app is now useless. I hope in the future they fix what they broke. Until then, I have to leave a negative review. ✓ It WAS decent…. Now, not so muchIt did its job fine when it comes to playing webms and you were able to download videos too which was nice. That changed sometime this weekend though since for whatever reason the video player changed without updating the app and it barely works now. Videos hardly load up for me now and when they do, I am now unable to download them since the button was removed to do so. Really disappointed since it was fine before. Sure it crashed seemingly when it wanted to and the interface could be better but it did what it was meant to do. ✓ It plays .webm files, not much else.It’s extremely barebones as a browser, but functional. No multiple tabs. The webms are saved through an unintuitive gesture (swiping up) rather than just holding your finger on it to open the context menu (you shouldn’t need an instructions menu option just to learn how to save the file). Can’t save webms in a format that you can actually store in your photo gallery (no sending them via Messenger or other apps). Can’t save images by holding your finger on them, both static images or .gif files. Returning to the main menu causes you to lose the page you were on. It needs a lot of work before it’s comparable to Merlin, but there’s definitely potential. Saving images and webms in a converted format for iphones would be a huge step..Version: 1.3
