✗ I give upI’ve stuck it out with this company for two or three years now. The customer service is getting WORSE. When there are issues they refuse to even acknowledge that there are issues and don’t resolve them “because they don’t exist”!!! Except our entire team is experiencing the issues. They’re arrogant when you bring them concerns and the system fails for no apparent reason. We’ve had all kinds of glitches like calls going to our personal voicemails and not the LinkedPhone voicemail. Unable to call out and they tell us that it’s working. Unable to receive calls, but they tell us it’s working. The date and time stamp on voicemails incorrect and they say: oh I guess we should be better at that. We are having issues 2-5 times a month and it makes us look unprofessional. We’ve switched. Free. At. Last. Try Ring Central. They’re more reliable and have better customer service. Oh, don’t forget their that official receipts are just the body of an email, no pdf or other form that is easily printable and given to your accountant. 😵💫.Version: 3.8
✗ Bugs left and rightI have quite the experience with this app, I have been using it in business for a few months now. I find myself deleting the app and re-download it multiple times a week to fix this bug issue. Every time I open the app it immediately opens it up to one single customer every single time. Even if I click to make a phone call instead, it will immediately take me to that customers messages. I have accidentally sent messages to this customer, and called this customer by accident on multiple occasions because of this bug. It is extremely annoying, and deters me from wanting to use this app anymore. This bug needs to be fixed immediately! It is extremely aggravating for me to have to re-download the app multiple times in a week, sometimes multiple times in a day! It is very disappointing to have to deal with that sort of issue when I am in the customer service industry..Version: 3.7
