Version 2.23.004 December 2023- Skip the Daily Meditation settings. We recently introduced the ability to extend your Daily Meditation session and add an ending bell. You can now skip the initial settings window when you start your session—and you can always access it again inside of the Daily Meditation player.
- Additional Daily Meditation settings. You can now add a countdown timer and starting bell, and we’ve added new bell options.
- Daily Quote. You can now see the Daily Quote inside of the notification, instead of tapping through to view (fixed in a prior update).
- Self-timer sessions now count toward your total sessions number (which you can find in your account settings)..

- Notifications Center: Choose what notifications best support your practice. We’ve added more options to the Notifications tab under Settings via the main menu.
- Messages: We’ve created a space within Waking Up to directly share app updates, recommended content and important account information. The orange icon on the main menu indicates a new message, which you can read when you want, keep it for reference, or simply swipe left to delete.
- Moment: Moment delivers short audio clips from Sam to help bridge your practice and your life. It’s opt-in and you set the window in which you would like to receive them. Activate via the Moment tab in the main menu.
