✓ Great game but glitchesI love this game and I use it to fall asleep every night HOWEVER recently it has been crashing so I had to delete and redownload it. For some reason it just doesn’t let me update it. Once I do that it usually works for awhile but it’s not the first time this has happened..Version: 4.6.1
✓ Inappropriate adsI really have enjoyed this puzzle game!! It has been amazing. However, once again, I’m finding that the ads contain “Choices” or whatever which displays and promotes cheating spouse, lovers, etc....this is very wrong! I mean, seriously, it’s bad enough that we are exposed to it in day to day life, news, social media, etc. it would be great to actually unwind with a great puzzle like the ones you offer and not be blasted with game ads involving cheating. There could be children playing some of these puzzles. I even had seen an app that had an ad involving the cheating type scenario but with even more cartoonishly characters like you’d see in a children’s show. Come on!! Please, fix that. I barely have any puzzles, card games, etc I can even do without ads like these popping up. No, I do not wish to purchase ad free games either. These were to gain more tokens if you watch video. We barely get enough tokens to play. Again, other than the crappy ads, the puzzles and new update of the new layout are neat!.Version: 2.1.1
✓ Great game, but annoying “token” systemI love this game. It really is my cup of tea. However, the token system is frustrating and I doubt I’ll be sticking with it long term. As it stands you are limited severely to how often you can play because you need to spend tokens to unlock individual puzzles. You can watch a couple of adverts for more (award of 5 token per advert), but seeing as puzzles cost either 10 or 20 tokens, it’s simply not enough. You can buy tokens or a subscription (of course), but I am super tight on cash and I can’t justify the high prices. It comes across as greedy by the developers because there are already adverts interspersed between games. Why charge high prices when already making money from adverts? Would be great if they lowered their prices/made the token prizes slightly more generous! At the moment they’re trying to have it both ways... Such a shame..Version: 1.8
✓ You don’t get what you pay for.After using this app for several months, I decided to buy the subscription to avoid having to watch ads to earn tokens. On the plus side, there are lots of puzzles to choose from. Unfortunately though you don’t get unlimited access to your favorite puzzles in the special issues. For these puzzles you have to use “keys”, and you only get 5-10 keys per day. You can use earned tokens to pay for more puzzles, but you receive fewer tokens the more puzzles you play. For example, for some puzzles I now only earn tokens after I complete 100 of them. If you run out of tokens and want to continue with your favorites, you have to go back to watching ads or paying for tokens. Some of my favorite puzzles are only posted once per week on the daily pages, so this is very disappointing and also very upsetting since I paid for the subscription. On the plus side, I can go back to previous issues to play my favorites, so I am doing that now. I expect though that I will work my way through those pretty quickly. After that, I see no reason to continue with the subscription. I understand that developers are trying to make money, but when you try to squeeze more money out of customers who have already paid for the service, your customers are going to resent that and not come back. I feel cheated, and I will be one of the customers moving on to other apps when my yearly subscription ends..Version: 4.8

✓ TokensThis is a great game, one of the only apps I’ve managed to find that gives so many different options of puzzles which I think is great. However, the tokens used to play puzzles are extremely annoying and that’s why my rating has been lowered. The reason being that you can’t accumulate very many token unless you pay. You’re able to earn through watching ads, but that has a limited amount of uses; and then on top of that you earn 20 per day for free. But these tokens do not get you very far, sometimes just enough to complete the daily page. Overall you are able to play very few games per day unless you pay which is extremely annoying. I’ve seen many other people suggest a trade for token by spending in-game coins, I think this is a fantastic idea because those are earned at a high rate, and personally, I hardly make use of them. This addition would be a great improvement to an otherwise awesome puzzle app..Version: 2.2.1
✓ Pay to PlayI loved this app for the first two days, then I ran out of tokens and literally can’t play anymore. I got 14 tokens for logging in consecutive days plus 40 more for watching eight 30 second ads and that’s all you can get for the day without buying the subscription. It cost 10 tokens to start a puzzle on the discounted page or 20 for older pages so 54 tokens doesn’t get you very far. The puzzles themselves are fun, albeit quite easy most of the time. It was an awesome time waster for two days but if you’re not going to cough up the $50 subscription than don’t bother..Version: 2.4.1
✓ Do not subscribe to this app. Been member since 2019 and cloud deletes progress.I updated my iPad to a newer model last year. Transferred the puzzle app to the new iPad and BANG all the challenges gone, all progress in each category gone, all completed monthly pages gone… everything gone…..except the scores for the challenges were removed from my score but the scores for all other progress was retained……except now when I play the challenges it sends me to already puzzle pages marked COMPLETED, makes me play the game then give me no points because it’s already completed HUH. After 5-6 months of this nonsense I checked my puzzle cloud was turned on TICK then deleted the app and reinstalled and then WOW it had now deleted all the completed games to today, all progress scores and all challenges gone BUT the points were the same. So I then checked on the cloud status and yes it’s on so I synced the cloud and, yes now it deleted 2000 points as well. My subscription ends in May this year and sadly if this hasn’t been resolved by then I will not be paying for another year. Oh yeah well done on the app web page. 88 days ago this issue was identified on IOS devices and all we get is a gee sorry about that. No notification on the app page just something hidden way down deep..Version: 6.1
✓ Great games, customer service is awfulThis is the only game I have ever paid for. The puzzles are great. However, the game keeps shorting me massive amounts of tokens (like, I earn 250 and get 20, or I earn 100 and get 15, and you don’t have many opportunities to earn them - every 50 to 100 games or so). I have emailed customer service, get a canned response and no follow up or fix. Reading through the other reviews, this is a long-standing problem that has been ignored. It irks me that I am a paid subscriber and get no response or correction. It’s bad enough that as a paid subscriber I still have to even worry about tokens - what am I paying for? But then to have the game consistently and severely short my tokens and no resolution is incredibly frustrating and insulting. Update: No, not caught by my spam filter. Nice of you to FINALLY reply to my multiple emails. But are you going to actually FIX the problem or just ignore it again? I am clearly not the only one having problems. ✓ 5 stars before a recent updateFirst I want to express how much I loved this app. I have completed every daily back to February of 2020 and have amassed over 441,000 coins. The problem comes with a small change in a recent update. In the past once you waited a certain amount of time you could accumulate 5 tokens. You could then use 5 tokens and watch an ad to play a puzzle. You could do this as much as you wanted each day. This was good because there are days I didn’t have time to complete all the dailies and would have several to do at one time. One of the recent updates now only allows you to do this a certain amount of times each day. This becomes a real problem if you are trying to do an event that is only good for a certain amount of time. Since you are limited on the number of puzzles you can play you barely have enough time to complete the events. If any developer reads this, could you please change it back to allow unlimited times to watch an additional with 5 tokens or allow the tokens that can be accumulated over time go to 10..Version: 4.5.1

You need to watch ads to earn tokens to play, then when you finish a puzzle another ad will pop up for your viewing enjoyment. Unbelievable. ✓ Cost vs encouragementsI was looking forward to trying out the variety of puzzles/games. And there are a lot of them. And each puzzle you complete you get a few coins. But if you want to keep playing, you pay with tokens. 10-20 tokens for each puzzle. Doesn’t matter that you can complete a puzzle in seconds. You have to pay for the next one. It would be more encouraging to continue, if you could take the coins you win for completion of games and have the opportunity to trade them in for tokens, so you can keep playing. I paid $ for 20 ‘on sale’ games, and they were spent in 8 minutes. Now what? I can’t keep playing unless I fork over more money, and there’s too many apps out there that you don’t have to pay for. If paying wasn’t an issue, it’s a great app. It’s very busy, though. Too much to read when I just wanna play. But the variety is very good, and no ads/commercials is nice. And I know you need to get paid by some means to provide this app. Just allow the coins to be traded in for tokens. Simple little request. Now your app sits unopened since I have no more tokens. I’d use it everyday if I didn’t have to pay for how much I use it. And I get that you offer unlimited games for like $40-$70 but that’s pretty steep. ✓ Puzzles great - token system flawed!Honestly if it weren’t for the great range of puzzles & straightforward gameplay interfaces I would absolutely switch to another app. The token system seems deliberately designed to make the free version as unplayable as possible and therefore force people to subscribe. You run out of tokens very quickly as each puzzle costs 10-20 tokens to play (so you can use 60-80 tokens on a single page), you very rarely get tokens through gameplay, and you can only earn 5 tokens at a time through watching ads which makes it very slow and annoying to earn back enough tokens to actually use the app for a decent length of time, let alone complete an entire page. Meanwhile I have thousands of coins that I don’t need, so here’s a suggestion for the developers - why not, in addition to the in app purchases, offer an in-game exchange system where you can “buy” tokens using coins (e.g. spend 1000 coins and get 100 tokens or something)? There are plenty of other perks to subscribing so I’m sure the people who really want to subscribe still would, but those of us who can’t or don’t want to spend £5.99 a month on a puzzle app can still actually use it? Otherwise if you’re so desperate to get people to spend money on the app why not cut the pretense and just make it a paid app in the first place instead of offering a free version that becomes borderline unusable after a couple of days of regular use!.Version: 3.1.2

✓ Good butFirst of all, this app is visually very well put together and enjoyable to play for the most part. Very wide range of puzzles to play with very clear instructions and good hints. However, the app is massively flawed by the token system (as previous reviews say). Each individual puzzle costs between 10-20 tokens to play, whereas the actual earning of tokens is very sporadic (you may only get 5-10 tokens for en achievement, and not after completing each puzzle). You can watch ads or complete surveys, but you gain very few tokens and this is time consuming. Meanwhile coins are much easier to earn and serve very little purpose aside from using on hints for trickier puzzles. I enjoyed this game for a few days until the token system took away my enjoyment. ✓ Extremely fun, but tokens are a problem.All of the puzzles are extremely fun and challenging, although I wish there were fewer crosswords and a little more variety - like, more picture sweeps, codewords, and Kakuro puzzles, instead of some daily pages having 4 different varieties of crossword puzzles... but other than that, I hadn't even heard of some of these puzzle types, and it's tons of fun. BUT - Tokens have been a problem in EVERY single game that these developers have released. They have such fun and challenging games, but they pressure you to spend real money on tokens. If you haven't subscribed to the app, then you get bombarded with full-volume 30-second ads, and you win a measly amount of tokens and a large amount of coins. Coins are only helpful for hints, and it's easy to accumulate thousands of coins that you don't need. Tokens are required to play puzzles, and you often need 70 tokens to complete a daily page, but you'll probably only earn 20-30 tokens in a day of playing, meaning you'll probably run out of tokens and won't be able to play anymore unless you spend real money to get more. Also, I've actually subscribed, but now the app has stopped giving me tokens for completing challenges. Seems to me like the developers want me to stay subscribed, or else I won't be able to afford playing anymore. ✓ Have to pay, layout is overwhelmingI gave this a shot and really enjoyed the variety of puzzles they had! Some puzzles I had never heard of or tried before and they were really fun. For example I love sudoku and they had a “killer sudoku” which was similar, but different. It was very fun to try a new spin on a familiar game. Unfortunately, I could only play for one day without having to pay money to get more tokens to play. So I had to delete the app because I personally don’t want to pay for puzzles that you can get in many other apps for free. I do like, however, that you can access a large variety of puzzles on one single app with this. As a side note - I also felt that the layout of the whole app is very confusing and overwhelming. All of the different pages, “daily page”, “special issue”, calendar, etc. all look the same and idk what the difference is. Why not just have all of the puzzles available for the day displayed on one page where you can scroll down and see all available with a search bar at the top. The squares that display the games are of different sizes and colors which is unpleasant to the eye. There’s also moving adds in the middle of an already jumbled set of games on the page. ✓ I love this app, however...I love and use this app almost daily, so why 1 Star? The app is designed around a subscription plan and really limits the use you get out of the app as a free player. There are ads before and after most puzzles, you are sometimes given the option to watch an ad to unlock a new puzzle which is fantastic, however, the option is removed after playing 1 or 2 puzzles and you are further pushed to subscribe. To the developers; If you’re making money by giving ads to free users, then why limit the amount I’m able to play? I don’t mind supporting the app by watching in-app adverts, but I’m not subscribing. You’re actively stopping me from playing the game in order to get me to subscribe. Wouldn’t it be better to have me playing to get more in ad revenue? If I’m off the mark I apologise, but I’m happy watching 8-16 ads to completely unlock the daily puzzle page. The options isn’t there though. ✓ Increasingly Slow and CrashyI’ve been playing this app most every day for quite a while, but more and more it has become frustratingly unreliable. The game will become unresponsive or outright crash long before I can get a puzzle done. It didn’t used to be as bad. As for the puzzles, the crosswords are complete junk (and there are a lot of them), but the other word and number puzzles are nice. The interface for the coloring puzzles is difficult on a small phone screen and they have a tendency to choose colors that are too similar. The Conceptis apps and puzzles are miles ahead of this app, but Conceptis is the OG and nothing else is as good. If the thing were reliable, I’d give it a four for the variety of OK puzzles. As it is lately, it’s bordering on me giving up on it completely. …another event later and it seems to be even worse. I hate to give up on this, but it is SO frustrating. ✓ Game freezes most of the timeThe game freezes so much that it becomes virtually unplayable. It can occur as soon as the main screen is displayed but mainly when trying to watch an advert to collect coins or tokens. Once it freezes you have to close the game and restart it. There is no pattern to it as sometimes it works without freezing for a few adverts. Also, when you first open the daily page, you get the daily discount pop up. When you click on the discount pop up it decreases the token charge from 20 to 10. Unfortunately you can then click on a puzzle before it is fully discounted so you are charged too many tokens. Either disable the puzzles until the discount routine is complete, so they can’t be selected, or just change the token value from 20 to 10 without the animated procedure which decreases the value by 1 until it reaches 10..Version: 3.0
✓ Was in love with this game until..Seriously, when I first downloaded this game, I love it! I loved the range of puzzles and that you could play a lot of puzzles without a subscription. However, the real downfall to this game is how glitchy it is. Event rewards don’t actually add to my current tokens/coins. When I spend gold to use a hint, sometimes the hint itself is actually WRONG causing the rest of the puzzle to be incomplete. Ads tend to freeze and don’t reward you with the tokens/coins you watched it for. Daily pages glitch and don’t apply the daily discount, or give you the consecutive days token reward. But WORST of all (this turned me off the game altogether), There was an event glitch that the developers tried to rectify by rewarding people with tokens/coins. The reward itself glitched and rewarded me with 10,000+ tokens and 50,000+ coins. After realising the glitch, the developers took all the rewards away which sucked because I was able to play so freely and was probably using the app for 8+ hours a day. Now you’ll be lucky to get an hour out of me tops which is super annoying because I enjoyed the game but shouldn’t have to wait forever for tokens to accumulate. Now they punish us and take away all those rewards for THEIR mistake. I think that’s really poor on the developers behalf and because of this and how glitchy the game is, you won’t be seeing me play much at all anymore. ✓ Picture of solution fails & Single tap would be betterBefore I get to the high number of taps, there is a bug. T picture cross puzzles displays something after you solve it. Sadly this is always just a grey square but is clearly meant to be a picture or icon or something. A very minor bug and doesn't really detract much but you only get a very short glance at the solved picture as a result. There of course some ads, that's fine, it is free and there's not too many I think. However, if you successfully complete a puzzle the number of times you have to hit continue is getting ridiculous. It honestly puts me off completing anything. Today the app has been updated and instantly it wants a review without letting me play for 5 minutes but long enough to see you keep having to hit continue over and over to start a game, yes even just to start it. They haven't done anything about that in this particular update. It's still really annoying on that front. On the plus side, there's many different types of puzzle, some have different levels of complexity and difficulty. Each day has a different set of puzzles. ✓ Constant Crashes and Slow LoadingI would love to leave a higher rating here, but the amount of times I have had to relaunch the app because it crashed in the middle of a puzzle or even whilst loading leads me to this decision. I downloaded this app two or three days ago and upon opening it for the first time I noticed how long it took to load the home screen. I was having a great time gradually working my way through the introductory issue but I was soon faced with the app crashing while I was trying to watch an ad for more tokens, or while I was trying to navigate to a puzzle. The problem lessened after I disconnected from the internet and started playing offline, but after a day or so the crashes were taking place regularly and it doesn’t seem like there’s anything I can do to solve it on my side. I read through some of the most recent reviews of this app and it seems like many others are facing this same difficulty. I tried to contact support through the app, but it was crashing so frequently, I couldn’t even type the message I intended to send before the crash. Overall, I would love to use this app more, but the amount of crashes and the length of time it takes to launch/load are discouraging me from continued use..Version: 4.7.1
✓ Quest IssuesI am not a subscriber, so I rely on the quests and the cards to get enough diamonds to play each day. I’ve had the app for about a week and today, when I needed the diamonds from the quests and cards to continue playing the daily page, I didn’t get credit for one of the quests. It was complete a puzzle for 3 consecutive days, so I went back through the past 2 days of puzzles and found that I had completed a Picture Cross and a Crossword on each of those daily pages. I completed today’s Picture Cross and Crossword and still hadn’t received credit for the quest. I only had enough diamonds left to play 1 more game, so I did a Crossword from the introduction special issue but still didn’t receive credit for the quest. Very disappointed that there is an issue with logging the quests, as it feels intentional to force people to buy a subscription. I love the app, but won’t pay for it and if I can only do a couple of puzzles with the diamonds earned each day it really isn’t worth the space it takes up on my phone. ☹️.Version: 3.1.1

✓ Enjoyable - but at a costI was looking for puzzles that were just that and not some that were up against the clock, pitted you against others etc etc. That’s what you get, first and foremost, but it comes at a cost. The coins you accumulate add up quite quickly; you use these for hints, solving clues and checking progress, but even in the last couple of weeks of playing I’ve accumulated over 10,000. Tokens, however, are harder to collect. I’m having to watch 10 videos a day just to gain a few extra so I can continue playing a full sheet of puzzles. If I’m not using coins I’d like the chance to TRADE them for tokens - but not at an extortionate cost. Other reviewers have talked about the amount of battery this app eats up. Yes it does! I’ve checked I’m using the most up to date version of iOS, but the amount of battery this app eats is ridiculous. Put a lot of this right, and I’ll raise the star rating..Version: 2.0
✓ Love the app but it sometimes glitchesI love this app, however twice have I come across that at some point during the game when playing picture cross (with colours) a glitch appears where you can only add colours once and you have to shut down the app and restart it again to keep adding colours, but it will stop adding them each time. It’s not completely frozen though so you can switch between the colours that you want to use, but you just can’t apply them to the board. The first time it happened it only seemed to affect a certain part of the board but the second time it didn’t seem to matter where on the board you were trying to apply the colours. ✓ An excellent app, with a major letdownThe puzzles in this game are great, especially the variety. There was also an update to the interface recently that made the app look a lot sleeker and more polished. However, it’s downfall is the flawed system of gaining tokens. You gain 1 token every five minutes you play, and rarely you’ll be awarded tokens for completing a puzzle. Otherwise, you can watch one of those awful ads to gain 5 tokens. The problem is that it costs 10-20 tokens to do one puzzle, meaning you spend more than half the time on the app just watching ads to gain tokens to do the puzzles. The alternative is to pay to get rid of ads all together, which I wouldn’t be against if it were a one-off payment. But £6 a month/£36 a year is too much. It’s a shame, as if this were fixed, it would be one of the best, if not the best, puzzle app out there..Version: 5.3

It is continually freezing, tapping the “close” cross in the corners of myriads of adverts rarely works, closing ads sometimes causes freezing, games like sudoku are often unresponsive and most times the only way to “cure” the problems is shut the game down completely or restart the iPad. ✓ Still too buggy to subscribeI wrote a review about a month ago and gave this game three stars but complained that it was freezing my (dated) iPad much too frequently, particularly when you were watching an ad to get a puzzle. I also complained about the load time. The developers wrote to me and told me that my operating system may not have been updated and that was necessary for the game to work. I’m leery about updating the operating system, because doing it often means that an older machine will run too slowly and crash more frequently after an update, because undoubtedly they’ve added some new function or complicated graphics that you don’t need. But I went ahead and did the update. Now one of my other games that I liked won’t run anymore, and guess what? Puzzle Game still loads slowly and freezes all the time. So I’ve lowered my rating to two stars. I can’t see why this game should need so much memory to run — the graphics are primitive and the games don’t require much processing. ✓ Buggy adsThe puzzles are really fun, but it’s frustrating trying to get enough tokens to play them! There are ads you can watch to get tokens, but the ads continually crash or freeze the app. It usually takes me a good 5+ minutes just to get enough tokens (10-20) to play one puzzle. The puzzles themselves rarely take me more than 5 minutes to play. So I spend most of my time watching ads. Also, when you first start playing, you’re gifted tokens much more frequently from completing so many puzzles, but now I never get more tokens, just deals on hints for the puzzles. These gifts are quite useless as hints use coins which you get built up extremely fast. With the ad problem, and only getting coins or hint rewards, it’s hardly worth playing any more. I’m sure it’s set up this way to frustrate you into paying for the subscription, but that’s infuriating by itself. I don’t want to pay the monthly subscription fees just so the game doesn’t (maybe?) constantly crash! It’s not even a reasonable monthly subscription price. ✓ Token system horribleI am enjoying playing the games but there seems to be a glitch or possibly a built in design flaw. You can only collect tokens to play by watching ads, (unless you subscribe) so you get 5 tokens per ad but costs you 10 (minimum) to play. There is a maximum amount of ads per day through which you can get tokens ,which just about covers one page of play. However, there are also tokens to be obtained when reaching milestones along they. Sadly, either through really bad luck or I think by design the system crashes or freezes when ever you get to the milestones and therefore you never get your reward. ✓ Lack of Support Rendered App UnplayableI have had this app for years now, since its earliest iterations. I have loved the puzzles, the enhancements, and the achievements. Over time I had accrued enough tokens through daily logins, purchases, and completing challenges to virtually never have to worry about tokens and be able to play whatever puzzles in the app that I wanted. Two weeks ago I experienced an error in the app that removed some of my progress and more importantly ALL of my tokens needed to play the puzzles. I immediately messaged their support and received the auto reply that if it was outside of their normal business hours they may not get to it until the next day, and since I sent in the issue on a Sunday I expected to hear back on Monday or I would have even given by later that week since it was close to the holidays. Two weeks later, and with consistent updating on my end, I still have not heard back from their support and have seen no changes made to my account. I now lack enough tokens to even complete their current event, even with continuing to log in daily. ✓ Expensive puzzles not worth itI just can’t justify paying for a subscription at these ridiculous prices...and not just a one time thing but I’m expected to pay every month or every year???? ✓ My favourite puzzle app... until nowThis was, up until the most recent update my favourite puzzle app. I would log in every day and do the daily challenges, collecting the daily bonus. I would watch countless ad videos to build up my coin pot and even complete TapJoy tasks to keep my coins topped off. Every day I would collect the loyalty bonus and watch as that days puzzles were unlocked and had a 50% discount applied to the puzzle’s coin cost for that day only, which didn’t matter as I would regularly complete that days page utilising that 50% discount. Then today the app updated and Bam no more 50% discount so I now need double the amount of coins to even complete that days page. I had been on the verge of taking the plunge and signing up for the monthly subscription, having completed, and enjoyed the 7 day free trial. Now however I feel as though they are pushing me towards this subscription and I’m super fed up with developers, especially those who have been honest and trustworthy in the past (or at least seemed that way), pulling this crap. ✓ I’m Thinking about deleting thisI used to love this app. It provides a wide assortment of different types of puzzles to do. You used to be able to watch adds to get tokens and you could accumulate enough tokens to assure that you were able to do every puzzle for that day and accrue extra tokens to pick up a puzzle or two that you had missed from previous days. But now, after some reason, it no longer lets you earn the extra tokens by watching videos. It only gives you 20 tokens when you first open the game. Each game cost 10 tokens. you do have the option of playing the featured game to build up reward points, but the feature is always a crossword puzzle, followed by another featured crossword puzzle. My favorites are the sudoku games. I don’t want to be forced to play crossword puzzles on multiple days for the chance of earning tokens so I could play a sudoku game here and there. ✓ Love the puzzles, but not enough free tokensYou have to watch videos/ads to get free tokens, which I’m fine with, but the app only lets you watch so many ads each day. Most days it’s just enough to give the number of tokens needed to complete the day’s page, but you can’t advance with the special pages unless you pay for more tokens. In my experience, at least 2 days each week the app doesn’t allow me to watch enough videos to get the number of tokens needed to complete the day’s page. You can complete actions with TapJoy to get more tokens, but after completing a task you don’t always get the tokens it promises. If it weren’t for the limited number of free tokens, this would be the perfect game. I love the puzzles and look forward to completing them each day. ✓ Subscriber getting frustratedA great, well run app except it’s being sped up to the point where I’m losing all satisfaction. No sooner have you touched what you hope to be the final piece for a puzzle you have worked on than the whole thing silently whisks shut, the puzzle is shrunk and quickly hidden and you’re left with your neurons swinging in the wind without any satisfaction or consolidation of what’s just been learned. We don’t even get a chime or jangle of coins like we used to. People who play an app like this aren’t looking for high adrenaline, they’re looking for dopamine. Removing every trace of a reward beyond 50 coins that you have hundreds of thousands of doesn’t seem like good psychology. I still enjoy picking through the deathly boring crosswords and 9x9 sudokus for the other games but the dopamine is drying up at the repetition of the same games. I spend quite a bit comparatively for an app for the privilege of getting a handful of puzzles everyday and I would like to feel a little less shoved along to the next task. ✓ Four ads to access one puzzle?!The puzzles are great, but it’s so incredibly difficult to access them! I don’t for the life of me understand why this game has this system in place. Each puzzle costs 20 tokens. You are rewarded coins when completing a puzzle. Coins cannot be used to access puzzles, but can be used for hints. Every day you get 10 tokens for logging in. (There is an opportunity to earn more if you log in on consecutive days, with a limit of 20. You also get a token discount for every day you log in). It is so incredibly difficult to earn tokens! There are ads after every puzzle, plus you have a rare opportunity to unlock a puzzle with an ad- a sponsored puzzle. You also can watch ads to earn tokens or coins. However, each ad only earns you 5 tokens. You need to watch 4 ads to play one puzzle. I would love this game if I could actually play it. If I could change the game, I would only change one thing: just put an ad before every puzzle. I’m happy to do so. There is no need for this crazy and complex token/coin system..Version: 2.7.1
✓ Too hot to handleI love these games and have played every day for over 3 years. I would give you 5 stars but today can only scrape to 3 because of two recent BIG problems. Sadly I will have to delete the app from my iphone. Lost star no.1 For the past year some adverts have caused my phone battery to overheat so badly that if I try to do more than 3 or 4 puzzles and have to watch ads to get tokens, the phone is too hot to hold and I have to switch it off completely to cool down. Originally I did all the puzzles everyday and loved getting the milestones and trophies. Not possible now. Lost star no.2 Today when I tried as usual to open the app, nothing happened. The blue screen and logo appeared for ten seconds then were gone. I have tried several times through the day, hoping the problem was a temporary glitch and the site would load. It didn’t. ✓ Great game, but all my puzzles disappearedI love puzzle page because of the variety of puzzles that are offered; both daily and through the special issues. I don’t have a subscription, but every day I go to the puzzle page and spend tokens to “buy” all the puzzles for the day at the discounted rate so I can go back and play whenever I have time. I just downloaded the iOS 15 software and when I went to the puzzle page ALL of the puzzles I’ve “purchased” (with tokens) are showing up white instead of blue (white HASN’T been purchase, blue HAS been purchased, and gold means the puzzle was completed). I had well over a year’s worth of puzzles “purchased”; some were completed, and a lot were waiting for me to find time to come back to them. Is there any way to fix this to get my puzzles back without having to “purchase” them all over again?? I was hesitant to use the cloud information to overwrite what’s on my phone because all of my achievements are showing up properly, and I’m not sure what will happen to those as I’m not sure the last time I was connected to the internet while playing in order for it to update and save to the cloud. ✓ Too Many AdsI’ve been playing this app for years and like the puzzles but am now getting very annoyed with too many ads. I don’t mind watching ads to earn tokens but more recently I seem to be “forced” to watch ads for nothing between almost every puzzle. I don’t want to spend £5.99 a month to play as I think this is expensive. So, I’m not watching any more ads to earn tokens and when these run out I won’t be playing any more. ✓ BizarreWhen answering a clue, instead of a keyboard there was a small selection of maybe 10 letters to chose from, basically giving huge hints to the answers. And you could not tap on any square within an answer to enter letters there, e.g., to put an s at the end if the clue was plural, or to put e and d on the end if that was a likely ending. You can only type from the beginning of the answer, and only using the small set of letter. The makers clearly don’t understand how crossword solving works beyond the basics. On top of this, when this app opens the home page is busy and cluttered and, despite being a crossword app, the top half of the page is a sudoku puzzle. Truly very bizarre. ✓ Just cancelled my subscription renewalI am over having to watch videos to get gold tokens when I have paid for an annual subscription and I am supposed to receive free gold tokens every day. I have almost 9,000 green tokens but they of of no use to me. Free access to puzzles is the only part of the subscription that works. The developer has responded to my previous reviews but it is a generic response suggesting it’s my devices that are causing the problems with the subscription. I have an iPhone and an iPad (which are both up to date) plus I download the Puzzle Page updates when they come through. The puzzles are good but the subscription is a waste of money. MY RESPONSE TO THE DEVELOPER: I provided you with my device details after my first review. I did not receive a response to that information. I have no idea why you are asking me about Picture Path. I have no problem at all playing the puzzles - that has never been an issue. They open as they should and the page has NEVER crashed. Too often the Ad will either not start at all and gets stuck on a black screen so that the only way to exit is to close the whole app and reopen it. This results in no earned tokens. When I try again the same thing happens. Over and over! This is really turning me off using this app because if I can’t get enough tokens I can’t play all the games. The games themselves are great. ✓ Bad UpdateI loved this app until the last update. I really only play a few of the games - sudoku, killer sudoku, kakuro, and futoshiki. With all of these, there is the choice to put numbers in pencil or pen. Since the update, there’s a pretty major glitch when changing numbers from pencil to pen. Sometimes, when you hit the pen number, it cancels everything out of the box without actually placing the pen numbers right away. Other times, it randomly edits out completely unrelated pencil numbers in other boxes. In killer sudoku, it has also stopped updating the pencil numbers when something changes within the outline designating the goal total but not within the same quadrant (my description isn’t great on that one, I know...). Add on top of all of this that the number of ads you have to watch has increased substantially. This morning, I watched a video to access a free puzzle, then was forced to watch another ad after solving the puzzle. Also, I frequently have to watch a 30-second ad after finishing a puzzle that I spent tokens on - tokens I earned by watching ads. These glitches are very frustrating and have me considering deleting this app and finding a different app for these types of puzzles..Version: 2.4.1

✓ Ads too intrusive to evaluateOk, I get this is an ad based app in the first instance, and yes I know you can subscribe and get rid of them. The issue is that the ads are way too invasive while you are trying the game out. I’d happily tolerate the banners at the bottom of the screen while I work my way through the puzzles to decide if its worth the monthly or yearly subs - but the final straw was a 30 second ad I couldn’t close. ✓ Ad overloadI totally get the business model, watch ads to play for free but so many loading constantly caused unacceptably high battery drain on my phone so loaded on tablet instead. Completed puzzle? Then watch ad for double reward. Choose not to and you get the ad anyway. Watch ad to play for no token? Ok, so watch ad then have to spend tokens to play anyway. Finished a puzzle? Here, have another ad after which the app will crash so you get another ad. See the pattern here? There are other similar apps employing the same tactics but they seem to have struck a better balance, this one is just tiresome. Yes, I could pay cash to avoid ads but the puzzles just aren't good enough to justify the cost. ✓ Expectations not lived up to, tokens are uselessWhen I first got Puzzle Page, you could say I was excited. Being a bit of a brainiac, I was up for challenges and puzzles to mess with my knowledge. But my expectations were not lived up to. If you wish to do any sort of puzzle from this days options, it costs ten tokens. If you finish all of the puzzles from today and wish to do some from other days, it costs you 20 tokens. To gain tokens, you get 5 from watching a pointless add and 1 per ten minutes. Within 2 days, all of my tokens were gone from playing puzzles, and I was not interested in watching 2 adds just to gain tokens. My only other option was to pay. Puzzle Page tricks you into paying for more tokens, but then those tokens only last for 15 puzzles. If you wanted unlimited tokens, you of course had to pay again for a subscription. This is my 5th day with the app, and I can confidently say I am deleting it after this review. Please don’t get tricked by this Puzzle Page into paying for useless tokens. Not happy! Also the bonus cards for the prize wheel make no sense. What’s the point of free or half price helpers that you never need to use? ✓ Deeply flawed; could be so much betterSo first the positive - there is a very good variety of games, which is great. But some pretty simple fixes could make it so much better - fixes that would actually allow you to play the variety of games, and get some kind of credit toward the various goals. My main issue is that EVERY SINGLE day the first puzzle challenge they have you do is the Puzzle Cross puzzle. Then after you finish that, it’s the crossword. What about the other puzzles??!!!! Why can’t it be random? Same with the special issues - they want you to finish an entire special issue, which is like 100 puzzles of the same kind, before moving on to the next one. There are like two quests a day that you can complete which are different puzzles, but then that’s it. You need to use to tokens to play other puzzles, but you get barely any reward for completing them other than coins, of which I have like 1,200,000 of, which you don’t even use for anything! So that is the other major problem with this app - the reward system is completely messed up. More tokens, less coins PLEASE!! ✓ Please stop it crashing!I have this game in iOS and I absolutely adore it, the concept, the execution, the puzzles, I love it all, so it’s been so disheartening about how I literally can’t play the game at the moment because it freezes and then crashes within 10 seconds of the main screen coming up! I used to play this every night before bed to wind down and on the bus to college but it’s just become too infuriating. I haven’t completed a puzzle in weeks because I open the app collect my bonus get the discount unlock a puzzle (usually picture cross) then I do one square and it freezes for a minute then crashes. I was literally about to become a subscriber until I started encountering this issue - why pay money every month for a game I can’t play? ✓ This used to be my favourite puzzle appThis used to be my favourite puzzle app with its wide range of puzzles and daily pages. I don’t mind watching ads to be able to use an app for free but now I spend half my time watching them as they pop up after almost every puzzle I complete. Even more frustrating is that everyday I seem to get at least one ad that keeps playing on a loop or freezing/locking the app up altogether forcing me to restart the whole app. The app also keeps freezing or locking up whilst completing the puzzles which is getting so annoying that I’m starting to think that although the puzzles are brilliant it’s just not worth the agro playing - it never used to do that when there weren’t so many adverts so I don’t know if it’s because there is a server issue or if it’s because they are trying to encourage players to subscribe but it’s making me think I should just delete the app rather than reinstall it (which I’ve already tried in an attempt to resolve the freezing issue)..Version: 5.1
✓ Free to play?I love different puzzles so this really appealed to me. It’s obviously free to download and when you start, you get a set amount of tokens that you have to use to play the puzzles. I didn’t mind this at first until I realised that unless you want to pay cash to buy more of these tokens, you quickly run out and can’t play. It even costs further tokens to replay puzzles that you’ve already unlocked!! You get one token every 5 minutes (I think), but puzzles cost 10-20 tokens each so it would take a while to have enough. Every now and then, a puzzle would reward me with tokens (5) but it seems random and not frequent. It also gives you the opportunity to watch a video to earn 5 tokens but after trying to watch it 4 times and having the app force close every time, I gave up. The puzzles are great and there’s a good range. The majority don’t take more than a couple of minutes to complete which makes the slow process of getting more tokens seem even worse. I’ve run out, I have no interest in paying real money and will therefore be uninstalling this app. Such a shame as it’s a smart looking app with great content. ✓ Puzzle pageI love the variety of puzzles available. My main complaint is the addressing of issues that you may incur while playing the game. I have written several times to address failure to capture tokens earned from completing tasks. I receive a standard form letter back immediately, however there is no further follow up. I always get the feeling of being cheated! And now with the new format of receiving less tokens to cover the daily puzzles, your token supply decreases 5 tokens daily on the weekday puzzles and 15 tokens on the weekend puzzles. Do the math! Eventually, you will run out of tokens and be forced to buy, if you want to continue playing. I’m sure that is the objective. That would not be an issue if you were rewarded the tokens you earned. This is crazy. I tried to enter this review(which requires a nickname) and every name I entered (and I created many nonsensical ones) stated it was already used so I couldn’t submit the review! So I’m going to rate this a 5 star, to see if it will be accepted it then! In reality, I’m giving the this a 1 star due to another noted glitch. ✓ Insane amount of ads - gets annoying.Initially a great game, good variety and minimal ads. Get up to 20 tokens for constant daily login (enough tokens to play 2 games on current day). And over time get up to 5 tokens but is 10 token per game (can be more per puzzle). Watch an ad for 5 tokens to get the full 10 tokens to play - but even if you have the full 10 tokens force you to watch an ad plus pay the 10 tokens to play a puzzle... random ads after 50% or more of the puzzles on top of all the other ads. Plus also has banner ads too. I’m fine for voluntary ads to get tokens (would need to watch roughly 6 ads a day at minimum just to do all daily puzzles. ✓ Tokens taken awayWe were gift tokens after the game had a glitch. There was another glitch that would allow you to receive the gift more than once. We are now being told that the tokens are being taken away because of this glitch. We as the consumer should not be punished because you as the developer had glitches in your system. Not impressed. ✓ Cloud Save IssuesI have been playing this game without any problems for quite some time now and for the record it is definitely better than a 1 star. But for the past couple of weeks it has been telling me that a Cloud Save has been downloaded but could not be merged automatically. I follow the prompts to use the current version and to overwrite the cloud save. And the next time I open the App I have to do it all over again, endlessly. ✓ Unless you buy in, expect continual ad issuesSo, started playing this app with a great variety of games and was fairly content with the restrictions of being a free player; periodically having to watch ads between puzzles and to get some rewards/tokens, restrictions on free tokens and so forth. However, recently, the adds for that annoyingly evil grandma and perpetually left at the alter redhead, among others like the idiot king that can’t figure out how to get to the outhouse have made this app an annoying crash party of repeating ads and black-screen restarts. About 50% of the ads fail to complete correctly and grant rewards/continued play. It does say right in the support FAQ that they take no responsibility for the ads they display on their own game and they may not work as intended. Oh, and you won’t get anything you were promised if the ad you dutifully watched for however long it took to crash, failed to allow you to continue playing. So, I went to their support system and complained about the crashing frequency thinking they cared about those players of their games that are negatively affected by their inability to control certain aspects of their own app but I was dismissed since they don’t control that aspect of their app. It seems they have a veiled strategy that pushes a player to either invest in the ad free version of their games or go find some other free game to play. ✓ Great game, and 1 problem with cross sumI love everything about this game.. ok maybe except the amount of ads. There used to just be a few no there is one after every puzzle. I can deal with that. That’s a pay for app or you get ads just like every other app. Not your fault you have to make money too. The problem I have is that these games are meant to stimulate and educate. Well cross sum does against everything that is taught about math. The order of operations is not followed and thus is teaching math incorrectly. Multiplication and division come before addition and subtract. For example the cross sum for today on the bottom line was 4+3x6=42. This is incorrect. If the order of operations was followed the correct answer is 22. The steps here to solve 4+3x6 is to first multiply the 3x6 giving 18 then add the 4 making it 22. In the current process that cross sum is using, it is teaching take the first number against the second number based on the sign. Then take the answer to that equation and take it against the last number based on sign. This is resulting in an incorrect response to any equation that has the multiplication and division signs after the addition or subtraction signs..Version: 3.9
✓ I like it butI do really like it and it’s fun to play. But I think the token thing is really annoying as it isn’t easy to get more. U get 5 tokens from playing some games but u pay 10 to play to ur loosing 5 tokens instead of earning them. U get coins so easy tho and I think there should be something where u can trade ur coins for tokens (eg 100 coins for 100 tokens). I saw someone else say this and I think it’s really smart. ✓ BugsThis game is pretty good. I really enjoy the assortment of puzzles on a daily basis. Also, I really enjoy the challenges and achievements. That being said, I’ve been playing this game for over a year now and have had the same problem occur multiple times. At first I thought it was a one time glitch and shrugged it off. Now, I’m pretty sure it’s a bug on the game’s end. Every so often I will reach an achievement such as complete 100 puzzles of a certain kind. Usually when you get an achievement you get a reward of tokens. As you get higher levels of that achievement you get more tokens. I have been gypped out of tokens at least 3 times on higher level achievements. Most recently I was supposed to receive 45 tokens, but didn’t. 45 tokens is a great reward and would let me play many more puzzles. This time when I reached the achievement, I looked at the box and it told me 0 more puzzles to complete, so I knew I got it. I restarted the app and suddenly I was on the next level with no reward. Again, if this had happened only once it would be no big deal, but it has happened many times..Version: 3.2

✓ So fun but so restrictedThis is a great app. The variety of puzzles make hours of fun! One complaint is that special issues are so restricted. I pay for the subscription but can’t access all of the puzzles. This is a problem because I only like to play the most difficult. However, even subscribers must complete all puzzles in a special issue to open the next. Why do I pay if I can’t play the puzzles I like to play. Also, you only get five “free” special issue puzzles per day. Then you must use tokens. Again, why pay if I can’t play the puzzles that I like? It’s understandable to worry that subscribers might cancel if they can play all of the puzzles they want as quickly as they want, but I would not. I frequently replay my favorite difficult puzzles and follow a system so that by the time I replay one, I’ve forgotten the solution. They are losing a subscriber because I’m paying for puzzles I cannot play without spending a ton on tokens to race through the annoying, easy puzzles. ✓ Cash grabI like this game and it’s variety of puzzles but it’s huge downfall is the flawed token system. You can only play 2 puzzles a day, then watch a bunch of adverts to play about another 2. After that, there’s no adverts to watch or any way of earning tokens so you have to wait till midnight for more. I play this when I go to bed after midnight and then cannot play it at all that day which is highly disappointing. And the timer only gives you a maximum of 5 tokens when each puzzle is 10, so it’s useless if you have no ads left. The subscription is far too expensive at £6 a month and isn’t clear on what you get with it (ie. how many puzzles you can play). This game had such good expectations and the design and puzzles are great, such a shame the developers only made it as a cash grab. Change the token system and lower the price and you will earn more money and players devs 👍🏼.Version: 1.7
✓ Great puzzles but tokens are a jokeFirst of all, I truly love these puzzles. I look forward to them every day and I’ve been playing for a few months now. However, that being said my 2 star rating is solely because of the ridiculous token system. When first starting the game, you get plenty of tokens by completing quests/achievements. But now after a few months, those are few and far between. Each day, it will cost 60 to 80 tokens to complete the page. Tapjoy is a way that you can earn extra tokens which works if there are other apps/games that I’m interested in or is worth the time to complete. Not to mention that nearly every single one I’ve done through Tapjoy, I have to contact them to get my tokens because it never does it automatically. I also completed one that disappeared from the pending so that was time completely wasted. I don’t want to spend my morning trying to earn tokens, I want to play the puzzles. ✓ Something wrongLove this app only lately when playing I have been trying to save up tokens during the week so I can play on weekends tokens I have saved up disappear. One day I will have 60 tokens and the next day when I go to play it only shows 2 tokens. How is that? Disappointing as there are times when I love to play for longer periods and then I have no tokens left. Not happy. I refuse to pay for more tokens if they keep disappearing before I can use them. ✓ Silly token systemI absolutely love this game, however it does not get 5 stars because of the ridiculous token system. I’ve had the game less than 24 hours and I’m out of tokens. I’m not able to play any more challenges to fill them back up and I’m hardly getting any options to watch videos for tokens. I do have thousands of coins but these are useless as I rarely use the hints. I really wish I could pay a one off fee for free access to all the games instead of having to subscribe. £5.99 a month is ridiculous and most apps are asking the same these days which makes it unaffordable if you play several games. ✓ GoodFor the most part I love this app. I play it everyday, and I love that as long as I don’t mind watching ads I can keep up with the daily puzzles and even do a few of the special issues once in a while. I have a very tight budget so subscriptions to games are not something I can afford. However, a few programming changes they’ve made recently are a bit annoying, and one of them I think might actually be a bug. 1. After finishing a puzzle and getting the reward screen I don’t like how it sometimes kicks you out of the page you were on all the way back to the main daily page calendar. This seems to only happen when you complete a “quest” which is a new feature for getting additional rewards. Not really needed, but if it has to be in please have it send you back to whatever page you were on, not kick you out all the way back to the main calendar. 2. After getting kicked back to the calendar, if you were in a previous month BEFORE getting kicked out of the page, you will be placed into the current month but the previous month’s name will show at the top and any dates you tap on will take you to the same date for the previous month. This has to be a bug. You can fix it by sliding to the previous month and back to the current month again, but it’s annoying. Maybe just...have it not kick us back to the main menu after completing a quest. That seems like a really easy way to fix this..Version: 3.1.2

✓ Cloud save doesn’t workI love this app but when I had to change phones and tried to download my data from the cloud save - the data was incomplete. The team are apparently aware. This feature should not be offered the way it is as it’s functionality is misleading. Unlocked but unfinished puzzles were locked requiring more tokens to unlock. Tokens and coins transferred. Points aren’t transferred correctly. Achievements are transferred. Completed puzzles are reset and have to be unlocked again with tokens. Completed special issue puzzles all reset. Completed days show up as suggestions to complete the puzzles. The day is gold, but the puzzles are locked and not completed. I’ve had this issue for over a year and supports answer is “well this is all we have, take it or leave it.” They can complete an entire month for you without doing the puzzles but where is the fun in that. I’m happy to redo the puzzle but I am not happy that I have wasted my money buying tokens to unlock puzzles and that data has not been saved potentially intentionally..Version: 5.2

Since only this app has this issue it is likely the app causing the issue. If the developer is unable to resolve the issue we may be unable to move forward in anyway other than waiting for the next update for the app to see if that fixes the issue. “ —- Of all the performance intensive apps and games I have used, I have never experienced anything as bad as this app. I have a 2017 iPad Pro and this app slows down the entire system, even the volume controls take several seconds to respond. Unfortunately, because the ads in the game have loud sounds and music turned on -and cannot be muted or set to silent by default, this has resulted in many instances of waking up others where I have been unable to turn the volume down. Selecting, deselecting and general interaction regularly freezes for an average 3-8 seconds, picture cross happens almost every other action. I’ve updated the app and iOS, ran with no other apps, even did a factory reset..Version: 4.6.4
✓ Fantastic...until recentlyPlenty of fun and challenging puzzles, until some changes and, perhaps, glitches took place. The developers tried to help people by making it possible to choose between Standard, Quick, and Super Quick versions of each game, in which portions of the puzzles are completed for you. I prefer the games the way they were before, for example, you could choose the difficulty level of the sudoku puzzles. I prefer control over difficulty, not quickness of game. But the biggest problem is a change or glitch to the coins. I had about 5,000 coins saved up and could play with no problems, then all of a sudden, most of my coins disappeared and/or are now being used at a higher rate. I “paid” 10 tokens for a sudoku game last night and when I started I now had about 350 tokens. While I was playing the game a message popped up saying I didn’t have enough tokens! I hadn’t used any helpers or other tools that cost coins. Now I’m wondering if EVERY MOVE costs tokens? Also, ads encouraging me to buy more coins keep popping up. I don’t mind paying for an app, but if coins are going to be used at such a high rate, I’m not going pay to keep getting them in order to play the games. It was fun while it lasted....Version: 2.5.1

In app purchase of tokens or subscription is really required to play more than a couple of games at a time as each game requires 10 tokens and you seem only able to gain 5 at a time by watching adverts, and even then only a few times a day before that stops. ✓ Severely limited without paying money,This app has both good and bad. There are some interesting puzzle types I’ve never seen before, and you don’t have to pay money if you’re willing to accept that you only get to pick a couple of puzzles to do in a day, since the 5 green coins you regenerate over time are worthless, past the first week or two of playing, because 5 coins won’t actually buy anything. The Picture Cross puzzles are great, which is not at all surprising, considering that this developer also has one excellent Picture Cross app. My biggest complaint about this app is that the puzzles seem to be generated randomly, so, not only are they not graded for difficulty, they’re sometimes not solvable without purchasing clues or using brute force guessing, which is extra annoying, because there is no Undo button. The Sudoku is particularly bad about this. I have screenshot a couple of prime examples just from this month, but I particularly wish I could include a screenshot of the ridiculous August 14 Sudoku, on which only two numbers can be solved out of the entire puzzle, by using logic. ✓ Battery drainerThe title is double-edged. Yes it’s fun to keep playing and has a good variety of puzzles. But it also eats power at an extraordinary rate, even when played against more graphic-intensive titles. I can only assume this is because of its reliance on throwing ads at the player after every single puzzle, some of which cause the app to crash. Also you access puzzles by paying 10 tokens each. You can only earn a maximum of 30 for consecutive logins and can earn more either by completing tasks which involve playing multiple puzzles (while paying tokens for each attempt). Or by watching tons of ads for 5 tokens apiece. You’ll complete all the easy tasks in the first week of play, and from then on you have to watch several 30 second ads to be able to do more than 3 puzzles a day. Actually I’m changing my rating from 4 to 3 when I’m reminded how pathetic it is in ads vs game time and how poorly optimised it is with regard to battery usage. Fun, but extortionate..Version: 1.8.1
✓ Good conceptThe app is a great idea but it’s just another example of greedy developers. You get a maximum of 20 credits a day which if you have the discount allows you to do 2 puzzles on that day’s page. Some puzzles are on every single day but other better puzzles like quote and armada are only once a week. There are also special pages that cost the same amount of credits which you have no chance in completing with only 20 daily credits. There is an event on to find letters that you collect to figure out the fact but these are only on the special pages. I think they should be on the daily page as I can’t get enough credits to do any of the special pages let alone the amount you need to complete this fact..Version: 3.7

Ads don’t play or they do play but you don’t get the reward. Puzzles I have already completed come up as not being done, every update sends me back to the lowest setting for collecting daily playing points. The list goes on.
