✓ Buyer beware - huge upcharge for tax supportThey claim that ongoing tax support is included with an active subscription but when I requested my tax records while my subscription was active, I was told I would need to pay for past months when I didn’t use the service + $139 for year end reporting. I only used the service for a couple months then my child went to daycare, and they won’t give me tax records for this time without me paying hundreds of dollars extra. Their advertising is completely misleading. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with my credit card tomorrow. BEWARE!.Joey DiersVersion: 1.26
