✓ This app is a time saver!To begin, this review was not solicited by the app makers. This is my honest review. When I became a mom on New Year’s Eve 2018, I was not prepared for the many challenges that lied ahead with my newborn. With no family nearby to help, I found a young person from my church to nanny for me. I heard that I would have to pay nanny taxes and figured that it would be something relatively simple to do. It wasn’t until my nanny needed a W-2 to do her 2019 taxes that I started looking into how to do this “nanny tax” thing and discovered that this process was anything but simple. I should have known better since we are talking about the government. Anyways, I quickly realized that even though I had kept meticulous records of the hours that she worked and how much I paid her, the amount of paperwork that was needed and the interpretation of said paperwork would demand time from me that I didn’t have. So I started the search for a payroll company to help me. I came across many options that wanted to charge me fees like I was running a business that was generating actual revenues. I’m just a mom working full-time and paying someone out of my personal salary, I can’t afford the high fees that they were seeking. Somehow, I came across NestPayroll in the App Store and I’m glad I did. At the time they were not supporting the state of Florida yet. But I took a gamble and emailed them to find out when they will be up and running in Florida. To my delight and relief, they were getting ready to launch in my state that week. I had email contact with them multiple times that week and they were willing to answer all my questions and help me get set up. I now do payroll for my two nannies without any complications and can send them professional looking paystubs. I am so grateful that I came across this app..FancyMommyVersion: 1.8.2

✓ Wonderful customer support and easy to useWe used Nest Payroll for about a year and a half while we had our nanny. They provided wonderful customer support, answered all our questions, helped us get set up with tax id, provide tax payments, etc. After our nanny moved away and we switched to daycare, it was easy to cancel our subscription; we did elect to pay for the extra end of year tax form support (W-2 and Schedule H, etc.) which they’d provided wonderfully before. The app is very easy to use. Thank you so much Nest Payroll for everything- you really made the whole process very easy (which this tired momma really appreciated)! ✓ Great payroll appThis is a great app! have been using this for a few months now. It is easy to use, and it has a lot of useful information within it. And the staff has been quick to response whenever I call, text, or email them with questions. There are 2 things I’d like to see upgraded: 1) to have a per pay period employer tax totals (showing the employer taxes per pay period). There is a running total for employer taxes but my employer would like to see what the amount it is each pay period that the YTD is adding up to. 2) to have a semi monthly payroll option. It’s currently only weekly pay periods. Which creates a little more work for me. (Having to cut 2 weekly paychecks, adding together the net pay of each check to pay the employee). Nothing huge that I can’t handle, but would like to have that option. Anyway the app is great and the people behind it have been so nice and helpful..Mission Possible BookkeepingVersion: 1.24

✓ Great product and great support (reviewed by CPA)I am really impressed with this app. As a CPA, I have manually handled payroll, and Nest does all the compliance work including tax filings and tax payments in a fraction of the time - with no mistakes. I found the link to Venmo once the paycheck is approved especially helpful. (Very nice integration!) My employer (nanny) really appreciated receiving her paystubs and W-2s electronically. Both times I’ve reached out to support, I received a response within 1-4 hours. I’ve never had any issues using the app, just specific payroll questions (didn’t want to duplicate what Nest does). ✓ This system is geniusI signed up for Nest Payroll on a Sunday night when our nanny was starting the next day after not being able to get an EIN (because it wasn’t business hours) while trying to set up another payroll system. Nest took less than 5 minutes to set up, and they handle all of the tedious parts of dealing with the government and taxes. Nest payroll was the exact opposite! They responded quickly with straightforward emails to my questions.
