✓ Great recipes, bad app and extra chargesAll the recipes I’ve tried from this app have been impressive but the quality of the app and user experience is horrible. Now I can’t even scroll down so basically, I can’t use it. Also, now they charge extra for new recipes and I think that’s too much.Version: 2.0.0
✓ Beware - even once you’ve bought the app, most of the recipes in the app cost extraDisappointing that the app only contains a few recipes in each category for free. The rest cost extra $ per recipe. Images aren’t as good as the images Maunika posts on Instagram. It’s hard to pick a nice recipe from tiny thumbnail images that look similar. Wish I could filter out the recipes for sale. I would not recommend this app..Version: 1.6
✓ Good food on bad and money hungry appReally really like recipes but can’t agree with the app. For starter - nearly half of the recipes are “App Exclusive” meaning they are there but you can’t see them and to see them you need to pay bit extra. I mean why this predatory? Also if you liked some recipes, there is a save button to come back later but it’s impossible to confirm if you placed that button correctly or not. Else, like me scroll through entire app to find yours. And there is her website and most recipes are there FREE. Again why and with what logic?.Version: 2.1.1

✓ Not happy with appI love the recipes but several times now I have saved recipes only to find the next time I log in they are all gone. The feedback button doesn’t work which is also frustrating. It is no match for the apps of the professional chefs which is a shame because as mentioned, Maunikas recipes are great; you might as well just stick to the ones available on her website - for free. ✓ Amazing recipes but poor app functionalityThe recipes by Maunika are the most delicious Indian food I’ve ever cooked. But the app is so user unfriendly and hardly works. Saved recipes tend to disappear and it’s almost impossible to search for a specific recipe you are looking for. The combination of ingredients usually results in a random search result. I see that there's a search feature present based on the ingredients we have but that doesn't help much when you have to browse the list all the way down to find a specific recipe. You can only seem to search by checking off boxes for ingredients or looking in a broad category like Vegetarian. ✓ Overpriced- Not designed for IPadThis app is overpriced with a very few recipe collection in my opinion . I was able to access the same from the web page - open source. It is very unfair to charge 3.99$ dollars for this app with the same options . Moreover, I initially purchased this from my iPad as I intended to use it on my iPad . ✓ Worst navigation in an appI paid for the app! Rip off! The app is completely hard to navigate. Search for a recipe and it does not give you correct recipe. Owner blocked me when i told her it was completely hard to navigate from her photo recipes on instagram to trying to find (impossible) recipe on her app!
