✓ Greed ruining the fun…I absolutely love this game but the further you get the more impossible it becomes to progress without buying diamonds to purchase boosters. Levels become impossible to complete without boosters, even if you are the fastest player going or even if you get 5 combos for every 5 customers with all kitchen upgrades purchased. Perhaps if some levels were adjusted, you get more diamonds for completion of levels or if boosters cost less diamonds I would think differently. I understand the developers need to make money but this is too much, especially when you’ve paid for the no ads option. On the verge of deleting as the only way I can progress is by getting the free 100 diamonds every week, which is a real shame. ✓ Not bad but a major flawThis is a good game, in fairness to the developer they’ve done a good job and created something enjoyable here. It’s not overly complicated, is fairly addictive with some decent features etc. The major flaw to this game comes in shortly after reaching level 100. I am absolutely convinced that it is impossible to complete some of the levels within this game without ‘boosters’ and what do you need to acquire boosters? £££ of course. Now I’m not against a developer earning money for their work but this is an absolute game spoiler and kills the enjoyment to the point, you give up playing as the alternative to spending cash is to earn a handful of diamonds a day (in freee rewards) to eventually save up the 100 odd required to exchange for a booster. I would have been happy to pay a reasonable amount to stop the adverts and support the people who made the game. But this company is trying to get as much cash out of people as it possibly can by manipulating players. At first the game is challenging but fun, but by the end of world 2 they deliberately start making levels completely impossible. I am literally stuck now unless I buy power-ups or diamonds, and that will only help me to pass one or two levels. I’m on level 115, but this happened to me already in a previous level: even though I have the settings of discard mode on 3, sometimes it discards food with only 2 taps. This is very frustrating as I’m used to tap twice when I play fast and it never gives me issues, but just for these few levels it seems like the setting goes back to 2 without me changing it and in the settings it still says 3. There’s no way to create a consistent strategy to beat the harder levels, without the use of their boosters, which cost in game currency, you minimally earn by completing random side tasks. For me, that takes away the fun. I would spend money in boosters for exceptionally hard levels IF there was consistent ability to use independent strategy to beat harder levels without having to resource to boosters. For instance, levels 60+, you have 4 costumers, and you’re trying to make dishes as the approach, yet when you click a completed dish for one, it goes to another that just came over causing chaos in trying to strategize output. ✓ Fun but frustrating!I’m honestly surprised this app is rated so high. I play a number of games like this one and always do well. This game gets WAY to hard to fast. I know it supposed to get harder and I don’t mind that. But I’m only on level 80 and I’m already bored of doing the level so many times. I don’t like that you have to beat the same levels multiple times with different goals just to keep moving forward. Doing extra levels should be for power ups and coins not just to get through. If you want people to complete 25 levels to get to the next round make the round 25 levels. Like I said I don’t mind hard but I don’t want to spend days trying to pass the same levels when I’m this early in the game. I can’t win on any of the mini games, I never even get passed the mid level, without getting tired of doing the same level over and over again and saying forget it. ✓ Rigged once you make your first purchase- don’t do itLike all others I agree this game is fun and addictive. Yes it can get frustrating when you run out of lives, gems etc. However, every 24 hours you get a few games in which you are granted about 5 x bonus extended 10 seconds or extra customers, in addition to 20 gems if you watch 10 ads, double coins and extra coins. So if you get frustrated being stuck on a level you can always look forward to the next 24 hours. BUT, whilst this made the game tolerable and willing to stick it out, I made one purchase and since then all the 24 hour bonuses have disappeared. This is such bad business by the developers because one purchase would have led to a conservative few more, but now that they’ve taken the 24 hour bonuses away, it has completely put me off and I am no longer a fan given their greed. ✓ Paying PlayerSo I have paid quite a few times for extra gems and for special events to earn extra awards like Autumn and Winter events. You can’t win anything extra on a level you have already beaten. So it has to be a new level. With that being said, twice now they have had no “New Restaurants” available so they did a trophy level to where can still trying winning some tickets or passes for the events, but then when you win all the trophy levels, you have wait at least a day or 2 for new ones to come up. So I’ve wasted at least $15 trying to play to win the events. And with the events they do give you some good rewards, but there’s nothing available, you can’t proceed with the event. Just really disappointing. And I was really enjoying playing this game and I am apart of a great team. I would like to actually request some money back or get reimbursed with some gems. Most times for the last few months, it takes FOREVER to load, then it crashes almost immediately!! ✓ Frustrating cash grabThis game is quite fun at first when speed and skill are all you need to pass the levels. Difficulty naturally increases as the you get higher. However, the game will reach a point where it is literally designed to be impossible to win without purchasing “boosters”. After that, you will reach levels where even with multiple boosters in place you still won’t win and will have to use purple crystals (that of course, cost real money) in order to pass. And if you to pay to buy the crystals and make it past the frustrating level, they’ll just stick you with another equally terrible level a few minutes later and demand money again. There’s very little else to recommend about the game. The graphics are cheesy, there’s no story whatsoever and the game freezes often. The game will offer you a chance to earn crystals for free by watching long ads, but they only give you 2 crystals at a time. Buying a booster costs anywhere from 100 to 200 crystals. The game will even cruelly cheat you by offering a chance to reap “double rewards” if you to watch a second ad, to only not give the double rewards as promised. After a few weeks of trying the same levels over and over and over again, I’m done with this infuriating app. There are many other better games similar to this one that don’t lie, cheat, or constantly try to scam you out of time and money..SkullardVersion: 1.8.7

However the further I got into the game (and really, it wasn’t that far) it started becoming ridiculous. However, even though I’ve had it for about a week there are definitely some issues. First off is how long it takes to refill lives. Something else that is probably the most frustrating thing is some of the food layouts. In some levels you need to earn certain amount of money, the customers come, you give them the food, on time (use cupcakes if needed), and you don’t reach the minimum, so they ask you if you want more customers (or time), you say yes and pay with your “diamonds”. Well, usually those customers order the cheapest item on the menu, so you still can’t get the coins you need. Then they ask you if you want to spend more, and you know, if you have or not, you use it or not. I was in a very advanced level previously, and it was impossible for me to pass it without spending real money ( there was no way for me to get any more of the games reward, I had upgraded all the restaurants until that moment, and gotten the 3 stars in every level).
