✗ Won’t sync to appGot the ear buds and got them to connect to my phone fine. Good sound quality. Now had five or six attempts to pair to the app, read several pages of troubleshooting but no luck. App will not detect the ear buds - even though the phone has the Bluetooth connection to the earbuds. Not good ☹️.QVix59Version: 1.9.3

✗ Horrid appApp literally doesn’t work. I connected my earbuds to my iPhone, they are great. The app on the other hand is literal garbage. I connect the device as it says, it says it can’t find it and won’t sync to it. I’ve pushed forget device, restarted my phone, done everything it says and it doesn’t work. It tells me to turn the headphones on then off which I do, then connect to Bluetooth which doesn’t happen when the device is off, so I turn it on and it says searching, then retry cause nothing happens. Please fix this issue because it’s extremely frustrating to spend 100 dollars on something for the customization of audio settings and it not even work.IRDylan77Version: 2.5.0
