✓ Was great, now broken.I evangelized heavily for this app when I first got it, but in the last few months I’ve gotten an error message saying “Our servers are no longer responding “ every time I change the channel. Ithought updating would help but no dice. I deleted and downloaded again to see if that would help but now all o get is the same error message and I’ve lost all my favorites. It works fine on my iPad, but not my iPhone. Since my phone was the device I used it on the most this has soured me on the app altogether. ✓ Stuck in endless loopThis app used to work fine but lately when i open the app it loads like normal then before a radio station plays the screen goes purple and says planting seeds every 3 seconds and reloads and I can’t do anything about it deleted it and refreshed multiple times but does not work Other than that really good app/website.Cat_life200Version: 2.0.7

✓ Cut off from the worldI was really excited to be able to listen to radio from around the world. Only as I’m in the UK I can’t🤬. Apparently this is all thanks to Sony and some copyrighting case. ✓ Workaround to work for people in UKHi, so this app to work for us here in UK please download the Free VPN. The app has an icon with a shield and a green background. You can pay for it or just use it free by watching 6 ads wich is like 3 minutes in total and you have 24 hours access without anymore ads after this. After select any country besides UK and the app is working again and fully as it supposed to be working. Is a bit of a bummer you have to do this but for 3 minutes to watch some ads and have 24 hours acces and you can listen to any radio in the world. Hope this helps..Stefan MariciVersion: 2.0.7

✓ No to UKI used to sometimes enjoy listening to radio stations from New Zealand where my son lives and other far away places my imagination took me. Now for some reason access is denied to UK listeners. Goodbye then. I’m hearing this uk ban is due to Sony lawyers. So what Sony thinks the ££ they are not getting from me by letting me listen to tin pot radio stations in the middle of the night I do not understand. ✓ Dev sneaks in subscription model without warningOnce again a developer sneaks in a subscription model without warning in the change notes. Simply saying ”new tier” is too vague. Only AFTER I updated did I see the subscription details. Apple should ban this practice because too many developers rely on users not reading change notes before updating. ✓ Ads won’t close, but I love the app itselfI love being able to listen to so many radio stations in the world in so many languages with such clear quality. Sony thought it would be a great idea to cut the UK off from the rest of the world. Their greedy lawyers launched a court case in the UK on the basis of copyright, that left the British experience of Internet radio limited to stations already in the UK, because God forbid we would like to have a free and open experience while using the Internet. We now have to put up with the north Korean model on this front, thanks to Sony. The result is what should be a great app has very limited function. ✓ BEWARE!I highly recommend that you avoid this app. Either it is malicious or it has been compromised by nefarious parties. The app stopped playing and I got what looked like a legit pop-up warning saying the app had stopped because the phone memory was near capacity. It was not the usual bogus iPhone "memory storage full" pop-up that is common. It had a button to click to fix the "problem" or another to "dismiss" if I remember right. I didn't have the presence of mind to screen shot and simply closed out of the app. I'll be deleting it immediately. An oddity, though: when leaving the house and its wifi bubble there's an outage of around ten seconds before the streaming audio resumes on my phone. ✓ Formerly was a Fan, Now not so muchI use to be a big fan of this app. I liked to openness of the format and the ability to “tune-in” the globe. Yes, I tolerated their intrusive adverts resigning myself to the reality they need to make money somehow (they impose themselves upon the broadcast station often incessantly) but I’m totally annoyed by their adverts intruding on other stand alone radio apps installed on my phone.
