✓ It’s perfectI don’t know why everyone doesn’t like this app, first of all I’m a real person that lives in West Virginia & my bf is locked up, & when he calls me from here, it actually works. The way you have too set it up is make sure he or she has money on their books and then you have too stay on the app and have them call you. If you’re not on the app while they call you, It’s not gunna work. Trust me!! And plus too set up all your accounts is annoying but, if you really wanna video chat with your man or woman this is legit!!❤️❤️❤️.Maria-richardVersion: 2.6

✓ Good review!With all the bad reviews this app gets I just wanted to post a good one. I’ve had very few problems out of this app at all. My only issues with this app is that one time when my friend video chatted me it wouldn’t let me accept it because it said my browser was out of date and needed an upgrade ok that fine I thought I upgraded the browser it was using but it still didn’t work. It was using my safari browser not my chrome one but it said my chrome one. Anyway realized my phone had a recent update to it and the only way to update my safari browser was to update my phone. Updated my phone and boom it worked again! Just as it did before. My only other problem is that it doesn’t really notify me when he starts the video call. No sound just a banner on the top of my screen or it appears on my Lock Screen. I would like for it to make sound to notify me that I’m getting a video call. Other then that I love this app! He gets 30 minutes of free video chat time and I love getting to see his face when i get to. Thank you for making this app..Ambey11Version: 1.6

✗ Terrible application, waste of timeAs most of the reviews state, this application is worthless. After many tries, it will not even access the video or microphone of my iPhone 12. My iPhone is running the latest iOS software. This application has not been updated in over a year, which is inexcusable when so many people are stating that it doesn’t work. The current 1.7 application rating is far too high. The vast majority of reviewers gave the application one star. In my case, and I am sure in the case of others, it was assigned one star, because zero stars was not an option. This is truly unfortunate , and because the company behind the application has the contract for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. This means that the inmates and families are not getting the services promised by the company when the company was awarded the contract. However, inmates and their families are apparently not a high enough priority to get the company to deliver what they have promised. This application should be updated every week or two until it is functional for at least 75% of the users, not less than once in a year..RandyTMDVersion: 2.6

✗ HorribleI can’t even see my loved one. I made a visit to see him via video chat and I have the iPhone XR. Why is my phone not connecting our video ? He sat there for no reason the whole time and I kept trying to video chat him but nothing happened I’m very disappointed. It kept saying connecting but it wouldn’t connect a thing whoever created this app needs to get fired at creating apps I’m highly dissatisfied bunch of dummies whoever designed it it was poorly designed as well. Take the app down or make it better it’s a waste of space on your phone people don’t download it and waste your time if I could give zero stars I would!!!!!! Mf!!!.JbnkhVersion: 2.6
