✓ Good review!With all the bad reviews this app gets I just wanted to post a good one. I’ve had very few problems out of this app at all. My only issues with this app is that one time when my friend video chatted me it wouldn’t let me accept it because it said my browser was out of date and needed an upgrade ok that fine I thought I upgraded the browser it was using but it still didn’t work. It was using my safari browser not my chrome one but it said my chrome one. Anyway realized my phone had a recent update to it and the only way to update my safari browser was to update my phone. Updated my phone and boom it worked again! Just as it did before. My only other problem is that it doesn’t really notify me when he starts the video call. No sound just a banner on the top of my screen or it appears on my Lock Screen. I would like for it to make sound to notify me that I’m getting a video call. Other then that I love this app! He gets 30 minutes of free video chat time and I love getting to see his face when i get to. Thank you for making this app..Ambey11Version: 1.6

✓ Much more convenientThis more convenient to talk to your love one. The connection on this app is much better than on a computer through the website. The quality is really good on my side, my loved says it will freeze up a little on his side, but that it less when I use the app and the quality is better as well. I’m glad they finally released the app. I longer have to download chrome on a Computer and with the quality and connection better, it’s tops it off. I’m going to use this a lot more now..InfinitylilVersion: 1.0

✗ Getting Out , Do Better PlsI use the messaging service which is way better. With this, Every time I try to click on my friend’s name it doesn’t work at all and keeps bringing me back to where I started. I feel as if they should just do away with this and find another service. Even on my laptop I can’t even hear him and it’s slow. At this point just give them free phone calls of 30 minutes because all these apps are becoming useless. I feel bad for those who’s loved ones are gone for a long period of time and they have to endure such frustration using this..Ne'cole 💜Version: 2.7

✗ Absolute garbageThey have no issue with their app taking your money but when you actually try to send a message, it’ll keep saying insufficient funds and then your inmate will be able to send you a message and probably even see that you’re online…but you won’t be able to respond to it and look like you’re just ignoring them. It’ll ask you to deposit more money when you can clearly see the money you’ve already deposited!!!! They could work a little bit harder to make things efficient for family members that just desperately want to stay in contact with their love ones. I feel like they make these types of things so complicated and glitchy that people end up giving up and inmates are stuck even more alone. It’s already obvious enough that putting human beings (or any mammal) in a small cage is not beneficial in the long term…and very few people make a genuine turn- around afterwards. Keeping human beings in a cage without filtered water, vitamin d and only offering heavily processed foods is basically the most cruel punishment that you can give someone. My best friend was INNOCENT, but had the jury not found her as so she would have been in prison for an entire year. That’s a whole different story.. the screwed up judicial system. Maybe we should start looking THERE. So yep… the tablets are nice, except for the fact that the apps they offer aren’t actually WORKING!!!!.Eatfried chcikenVersion: 2.7
