✓ Good game but....Don’t get me wrong, this game is fantastic as far as MMORPG games go; I could literally spend hours playing. However, the drop rates for skill records are absolutely terrible and unfortunately the only way to actually be strong in the game is to have good skills. Arcana diamonds are acquirable through extra quests as well as the main story but when you complete a quest, the arcana diamonds amount is too little, if you beat a floor, you get 250 diamonds and if you complete a smaller quest in the main story, you get 50 diamonds. This isn’t worth the amount of effort put in, especially with scouts requiring you to have 2500 diamonds. The sucky part of this whole thing is that the drop rates for 4 stars is a little less than 2 percent and it takes A LOT of time to get arcana diamonds to scout. Step up summons aren’t any better. I can say as a non pay to play player, it’s quite difficult to succeed in this game without spending a little money and if rather not spend any of my real cash. The only time summoning is really worth it is if you do the 4 star guaranteed summon but even then you aren’t guaranteed a skill that’ll go with your weapon. Hopefully the anniversary will have something interesting this year. I’ve never felt more compelled to write a review but this was an exception because this game needs to improve drop rates and lower the amount of arcana diamonds needed for a 10x scout! I hope this improvement is made..Version: 1.4.7
✓ Too many errors...A while ago when the game first launched, I had played and it was fun for a while, until grinding was what I had to resort to in order to leveling up, soon boring me. So I had deleted the app. Just today, I re-downloaded the game to give it a second chance since it is its 1st anniversary right now. When I was in the tutorial, where you have to, “Defeat all the monsters,” in the plain, it wouldn’t let me attack the boars, and of the 3, only one was showing up. So I cleared the cache. Then I came back only to see it still wasn’t working. This is a major error or glitch that I wouldn’t and didn’t expect. I know this team works very hard on this game, but the errors need to be fixed. If you can’t pass the tutorial, how can you even play the game? Overall, the game WAS nice disregarding the glitches and the continuous grinding you’d have to do so you could ascend the levels on the castle. If you are a person who looks towards a challenge and is patient enough to deal with grinding, I would recommend this. It’s fun when you don’t have to grind and stuff. Though a fair warning, there are many other errors and glitches I haven’t mentioned. Even so, please check it out. 🙂.Version: 1.1.9

✓ Great good, sadly ruinedEverything about this game is amazing, yet they have left in a bug that destroyed the whole experience. Every 5 minutes or so the sound completely cuts out, like it’s on mute. The only way to fix it is to fully restart the game. Every 5 minutes, or play with no sound at all. Which I can’t do, and wouldn’t play any other game on the App Store that was so broken either. They are not even trying to fix it, yet they have regular, lengthy offline maintenance sessions. Thing is this game is so good that I’d gladly spend money on it, but I can’t even play in its current state!.Version: 1.0.1

✓ Loading and UpdatingOk,Ok,Ok..... the game looks amazing BUT when loading it takes forever like close to half an hour each. Even tho the game is good I’m not waiting that long every time I load in. And don’t get me started on the updates: 374 updates!!! What? Am I the only one who had to wait for 374 updates to update?! Why so many pushed together and they take like 3seconds each that’s like over an hour of waiting. And the storage that it takes to download them is like 64Mg and over. 64 really? I mean I have the storage but still that’s a lot to take immediately for the updates. Everything that I was talking about is only about the updates and loading. ✓ Werid issueThis has never happened to me before, but i dont think the game fits on my ipad pro 10.5 inch, I mean, it works fine, but everything kinda looks blurry and edges of animated things when moving slow are very jagged, and after a while it starts to make my eyes hurt, I mean the game works great with a few bugs here and there, and dont get me wrong, the tutorial was quite clever and iv found nothing wrong with the UI, but until the resolution matches my screen your only getting 3 stars.Version: 1.0.3

✓ This game feels pretty lame. Hope it gets better.This game is amazing but I feel like I don't have any actual power because I want to use a axe as a weapon but the story gives you a sword for your starter and a op ability to go with it and I feel like I cant enjoy my weapon of choice because the banners for summoning revolve around rapiers and swords no axes or anything else, sure some of them have spears and daggers but there are more weapons in the game than that. What im trying to say is give people a choice of starter weapon instead of a sword and implemented ability thats wack not everyone wants to follow directly in Kiritos footsteps some players want individuality and a way to show they have power in their own way. I understand this is a SAO game but it doesn't feel like it because the game is just so simple you give the players ability's , weapons and armor to level up and awaken but the smaller aspects of the game feel rushed and lame like how fishing is fun but extremely hard to get into because when your low level and you hook a rank two or three fish it’s impossible to catch because you deal extremely low damage and the chance of escape activates no matter how low and even if you hit the good mark the chance of escape still goes up what kind of sense does that make. Another thing that feels rushed is the open areas where monsters roam because they're so small and players cant really interact with each other unless they're in a party..Version: 1.6.4

✓ Scum0/5 tldr; The developers endorse theft in this game, so no, don’t try it if you want months of work taken from you. No, I absolutely don’t recommend trying this game to anyone as the developers let random strangers steal all your hard work if you have a guild. I stopped playing for a little over a month due to internet issues and being put on a wait list. After resolving it, I come back here and find that the guild that I had created and spent months soloing and levelling had been stolen from me by a random stranger. Someone that wasn’t even the sub-leader. Their “support” tells me that they endorse theft and they let my guild to be stolen but they refuse to rectify the fact that it was stolen..Version: 1.8.6
✓ Not that bad of a game but quite confusing on data transferSo bring me I own two devices. Overall I’ve had the game for around 1-2 years. I lagged a lot over iPad so I tried switching over to phone to reduce FPS lag and to let everything load. Both of my emails are the exact same so I attempted to do transfer via google. It didn’t work. I transferred via Apple. It worked and saved my name and Crimson square skill record. First I did this over iPad but I didn’t set up the transfer Id and password which was essential to transferring over my data. In the end I was an idiot and lost almost everything I had except for my name. To be frank, I’ll put the blame on myself and not the system, I should have been smarter and not so naive to do something that dumb but there’s no point now considering I lost all my data despite them both under the same email. When I was doing this it said the existing character was already signed in onto the email. But since only two devices held the email I took it under assumption somebody else had my account. ✓ It’s ok needs more things thoughI do love this game soooo much but, I wish when you can customise your character you can be an elf, Demi human or half demon instead of paying. And We need to be able to be a mage and stuff like that. Going back to the costuming note I wish there was for hair, face details, eyes and eye colour that’s one thing this game lacks once you’ve gotten used to the things there now. ✓ UnplayableThe game is good but the controls are absolutly rubbish which kind of makes the game unplayable, youve got a small circle on the bottem left for movement and all the screen around it which controls the camera and when in the middle of a boss fight you find yourself moving the camera down because your too focused on the boss, when your running around using your left thumb for movement and your right thumb for camera movement you find yourself hitting the burst button which then plays a small animation and wastes your burst and also the auto target is useless because once it locks onto a monster you carnt attack any other untill youve killed that one would of hurt to make the game with an automatic camera instead of having to move it yourself jeez..Version: 1.6.7

✓ Good game but very grindy at late levelsThis is a good game at the start, you can get to level 55 with not a lot of time but then it starts to get very grindy and you have to put in a lot of time in to get the high levels. The weekly events they have are good you get a lot of items to level up your equipment and skills but obtaining them cost money and a lot, as the drop rate for a 4 star skill is only 2% which is stupid and they value a 11x scout over £30, they do not give you hardly any free premium currency they did give you a large amount when new floors are added this has now stoped with the 9th floor. It just feels like this game is trying to get money out of players. The floor updates take over a month to be released and can take about a few hours to clear. This game is way to grindly for a mobile game as I am level 82 and need 2.5mil exp to my next level that will take about over a week if you play 6 hours a day and longer if you play less..Version: 1.0.9

✓ Really Cool Game That Has AgedSAO Integral factor is really cool. The CaC aspect is super cool, it’s actually updated with a lot of floors to clear & neat. You’re the main character. All of that is cool. It’s just clearly aged when you look at games that came out when Integral Factor did vs games that dominate the genre currently like Genshin Impact. The skill animations were cool when the game released, but now lots of other games have much better looking animations. Also the graphics just do not even remotely compare to other RPGs in the genre. And it doesn’t even have controller support This is a cool game. It’s just hard to look at these other new games & not say “Man I wish Integral Factor looked like that”. I don’t know that it’s possible to fix that unfortunately which is why I think it’s just a victim of aging. I strongly believe that if this game got an overhaul with full new graphics or maybe a sequel that was the exact same but looked like something that released in 2022 it’d be a hit. ✓ Game ModeSo, I’ve gone farther through the game and decided to edit out my last comment because it was criticizing a pretty good game and it wasn't even constructive criticism. My problem is still the story mode, can you add a different game mode where it has no story line quests? It would have story line quests all the way through floor one to help you get to know the game then at floor two it wouldn’t help you. (It wouldn’t give you a quest or tell you where to go.) Instead you would have to look for a quest to do, you would find out what you needed to do, where to do it, and when, you would have to find a party or a guild to go through the dungeon in by yourself. I’m not sure if I’m the only one who wants this but I do want it... at first I liked the story mode because it was so helpful but then got boring and tedious, when I think of RPG I think of grinding and wandering around the map, I think of a short tutorial that shows you how to dash and walk, how to gain money, Exp, weapons, where to find bosses. But this game isn’t any of those, I’d like my RPG to be adventurous. ✓ Great game but...This game is one of the best MMORPGs that I’ve ever played and probably one of the best games out of the other mobile SAO games in my opinion. The only problem is the time it takes for a new update, story, and content to come out. It takes a 1 to 3 months for a new floor to release and it’s really tiring to wait. I did the math and it could possibly take another 6-9 YEARS for all 100 floors to be released at the pace the developers are updating. In my opinion you guys should’ve released the game when it was fully developed and add little updates to every week or something. I think tons more people would be playing if these updates came out sooner and I strongly suggest to come up with these updates quickly. I know how much time it can take for a game to be developed including the updates but 2 months is just too long. In the end it’s a great game, but the updates take a long time to release. ✓ Had potential but is impossible to playThis game was initially really great at the beginning. But after a year of being released the game started to act up. The app would crash every 3-5 minutes of game play. Whenever I start event quests or open the shop it is almost guaranteed to crash a few times before I could summon skills and quests. This is the most stressful part. It’s not like I used an old device either. At the time I was using the latest iPad which was compatible. I know I’m not the only one because other people are experiencing the same problems. The fact that I can’t even go to the shop to use my crystals means that this game broken. I tried to adjusted my settings as much as I could so that it could just function. This never fixed the problems with the shop. The fact that this game makes money off gatcha even worse. ✓ ID LOVE A REPLY FROM A DEV!This game I’d say for the most part is excellent from the gamers perspective. It’s got a MMO feel and considering it’s a phone based game it not bad for what they have to work with. Granted there is a ton of grinding and farming if you expect to comfortably get anywhere in this game so hopefully you like that kind of thing. I do but when it’s forced to progress it’s kind of a drag. But the thing I wanna know is what the hell are the drop rates in this game???? I mean seriously I’d give it the full 5 stars but I’m highly frustrated with the boss drops. I need “90” of “A” drop and “18” of “B” drop to make gear. After almost 100 fights I have 13 “A” drops and ZERO B DROPS. Are you kidding me?? And all that for a cosmetic wither zero benefit.... insane. That’s is FAR to drastic of a grind if that’s really the case. This needs an immediate fix before this game burns me out on the first few floors already. I’m becoming more and more less interested in the game the more it screws me. ✓ A lot of unfulfilled potentialFirst off I want as say that I am a huge fan of SAO and the games of course and am one of the people aching for an Aincrad game that covers all 100 floors with our own created character as the hero for full immersion which this game seems to do... to a certain extent, I really think skills shouldn’t be a random loot box style gamble to get what you want.... I ended up losing $$$$ just to get 1 and I do mean 1 skill I really want only for the game to give me skills (not even 5 star skills) for weapons I’ll never use :( I think if this game really wants to be “freemium” it should keep all micro transactions to cosmetics only and make skills like the hollow realisation game where you learn or unlock skills by being proficient with a specific weapon And this is why I say this game is or has “a lot of unfulfilled potential” for now I’ve put the game down to wait for Bandai Nampo to finally release a full console/pc Sao game covering all 100 floors of Aincrad with a custom character made by players as the main hero To everyone still playing this game, I sincerely hope this game eventually becomes better for you all to enjoy playing and not gambling.Version: 1.0.8
✓ The map keeps freezingMap keeps freezing and enemies disappear. It takes a while until I'm asked to refresh the game. In enclosed places such as caves and labyrinths the map completely crashes, enemies cannot be seen or taken down (plants and chests) and damage is still counted. I was in the middle of fighting a boss and the map crashed, made the boss disappear and when I refreshed the game I had 0 HP and asked to revive. ✓ Bug fixesIt could be a pretty awesome game if you fix a lot of the bugs in it so some of the troubles I’ve been having are it starts off playing with sound then at some point it just cuts off and the sound’s gone sometimes shortly into starting the game again or anytime after 10 mins, some of the characters bodies don’t show up on screen like there would be the option to talk to them but their appearance isn’t there and when you do talk to them they just say a sentence not related to the quest and was fixed by having to again quit the game then it would work, moving out of the way before a monster attacks but it still hurts you when there’s literally no way it could and the last is probably the most annoying was when I was going up against the first floor boss for the first time just after it showed the animation of it when entering the room and the dialogue happens then the whole screen just went black but still had the music, talking and when touching the screen it would have blue lights where you touch it and so had to quit and restart again then it worked until it changed weapons then the exact same thing happened again..Version: 1.0.1

Then you get to run to somebody, another tutorial, another load screen. I use the sword and have rolled about 5 times recently and haven't even gotten a sword skill at all. ✓ Unplayable but used to be greatI’ve had a lot of issues with this game such as account problems (lost my account that I had for years as I deleted the app a while back and the forgot password thing didn’t help me much as I have moved to a different email), freezing and not loading. Also there is very little range when you are customising your character. Oh and it says I don’t have enough storage when I have 5GB left! As well as the fact that it runs down my battery very quickly, but I guess that’s understand with the amount of things in the game. But the worst thing of all for me is that I cannot delete the app in any way at all (how ironic). This is because it won’t show up on my home screens pages or in any folder and the only way I can access it is to go through the App Store and I’m not sure how to delete it from there. This game used to be amazing and one of my favourites. I was really disappointed when I came back after all that time to this game thinking it would have improved. Despite all that, this game would be a piece of art. The animation and voice acting is beautiful, it’s just such a shame it gets let down by these. ✓ So boredI have been playing for a month and started to get bored coz the story and the missions. Why do i have to complete all missions to meet final boss. I appreciate that this game has good story lines but pls let players do what they want. I want to clear that floor quickly but too lazy to pass all missions. They’re almost the same. For example, u kill some monsters then talk then go to dungeon then kill some more then clear boss. Thats so boring. Furthermore the skills are really not beautiful and the weapons are not enough to satisfy player coz they have no effect which is kind of poor I guess. This game is entirely bad and needs such a big update about what i has suggested coz i see this has big potential. Hope developers can do more to solve this. Please let we-players feel free, shouldn’t lock us in the story however this is mmorpg and mmorpg needs more creative features, not just fight only one boss again n again in all of your events. ✓ Broken, please fix!I’ve anticipated playing this game for a very long time but I can not play it. My phone is compatible with it and it always loads but so far I’m only able to play for a few minutes before the game crashes and I have to re load the app. It’s unfortunate because it means I never have time to finish any missions. The longest I have been able to run the game is 10 minutes. Is this a common issue? Or am I the only one this is happening to?
