✓ SUBSCRIPTIONHello everyone, this is actually a very useful app especially if you have to do everything from your phone! You do have to get a subscription in order to send or export any files which I find it hard to see why they offer it to be free when you have to get a subscription that you can’t cancel from app BUT you can go to your phone settings then click your Apple cloud with your personal info at the very top then select subscriptions and from there you can cancel or even change how much they charge for example I changed it to a monthly subscription of $14 I believe instead of the $130 they try and charge you ! Pls be aware of that that’s why I give 3 stars.Version: 1.12.15

✓ Developers are Thieves!So it looks like I just got scammed and I am totally the wrong person to scam. I DL’d this app as I had a medical consent form to fill out. As I was going through the process of downloading I saw after a trial period I would be charged hundreds of dollars. I tried using the app but it’s so poorly designed I couldn’t even fill out a simple medical intake questionnaire PDF Questions like: Weight, height, do you suffer from any of the following..... all questions that need “Y/N” or simple answers. The UI for this app was so frustrating that after trying to complete this one simple form a few times I just gave up. How these developers came up with that price point for a simple PDF editor is mind boggling. How these developers could right royally screw up the development of a simple PDF editor app to the point were it is dumpster fire unusable is unbelievable but when I went to cancel this ridiculous subscription ten minutes into my misadventure I got it. I can’t unsubscribe, you’re trying to prey on consumers by allowing them to download an app for free. Say that after a short trial period they will be charged a fortune for this piece of garbage, but that they can cancel at anytime..... except we both know they can’t can they? Let me quite clear I am totally cool with apps that have the “it’s free for a trial period but after that you will be charged X” model. What is totally unacceptable and quite illegal is enticing consumers with a free product for a trial period, informing them that if they proceed with the purchase they can simply cancel said service at anytime before the end of the trial period and then making that cancelation process so convoluted, so unintuitive that your subscribers are unsure if they cancelled (and often didn’t actually complete the cancelation process) or just making it impossible for them to cancel by using a closed loop cancelation or unsubscribe process. There are two points within the app that appear to allow the consumer to unsubscribe from the service. I tried using both to unsubscribe, both times I was transitioned to a page where I could submit my feedback. Despite the buttons that led to this page were labeled “Cancel” the rhetoric once landing on the page all points to leaving feedback for your developers. Not once did I see any contextual feedback for me the consumer that I was canceling the service. Undeterred since good design and sound UI/UX is clearly not on your development radar, I completed the Feedback forms stating categorically and in no uncertain terms that I wanted to cancel the service immediately and why I wanted to do this. I submitted what I hoped was the cancelation and all I got back was an on screen pop up thanking me for my feedback..... that’s it! I have received no feedback, no indication that my cancelation request has been received is being processed.... nothing. I think this is how you want to make your money. Build a crappy App that is poorly designed, unintuitive and general garbage. Make it free for a trial period, state that consumers will be charged hundreds of dollars after the trial period. Those consumers go to cancel and are directed to submit feedback but never actually cancel because you intentionally made the cancelation process so convoluted, muddled the waters so much that consumers submit feedback thinking/hoping they canceled. Next month you charge them $180 and when they complain you get to legitimately say “did you receive a cancelation email or notification confirming your cancelation?” .... “ohhh you didn’t, you submitted a feedback form instead, and it clearly said you were submitting feedback. We can cancel you but we are going to have to charge you for the month” Congratulations, you just scammed another consumer and under the guise of legitimacy, this is the only way you are going to get away with those crazy fees for this garbage. Incase you couldn’t tell I’m onto your thievery. I’ve seen crooks like you try to scam folks who are more trusting and nothing against them more gullible. I’ve also dealt effectively with con artists like you before. I fully expect you to respond to this from behind that thin veneer of legitimacy you have that although poorly worded my cancelation was processed. That’s fine you’re crooks who have the plausible deniability card of “we are dumbasses that screwed up the wording on the cancelation process” to hide behind, we both know that’s a ruse but playing it means there is zero reason not to fix the process immediately, so you can no longer accidentally on purpose steal from people, right? So here is what is going to happen: You will provide me with a written documented response by the end of the week confirming that my subscription has been cancelled. You will make any and all changes necessary to your cancelation process in app so that all future users have a clear and intuitive cancelation process that leaves all parties under no doubt that they have canceled their subscription. These changes will also be completed by end of business 5pm eastern / UTC-4 this coming Friday. Failure to complete the requisite items mentioned above within the time frame specified will result in a swift response to cancel your shady and illegal business practices. In a panic, I finally came back here and found a review that said you can cancel your subscription through the App Store. I was able to do this thankfully but I do not like how I couldn’t just do it in the actual app. Because of all the hassle, I’m giving it 1 star. Also, I think it’s strange that all of the negative reviews that people have left have 4 or 5 stars. I don’t know, seems a little weird to me..Version: 1.12.14
✓ No cancelation and huge chargeWish I read all the reviews on how they don’t let you cancel but I was in a rush because I had to sign a paper for my attorney. But the app couldn’t even be used correctly. Most the 5 star reviews are people complaining hoping for the company to see but obviously the company hasn’t. When you open the app it says to try the free week trial with easy cancelation. Once I realized it couldn’t do what I needed, I hit the cancelation button. It opens an email to customer service, I filled it out, and once I sent it said “feedback sent”. But then 7 days later I was charged $128. So I have emailed them multiple times and no response. ✓ Has many amenities, but lacks critical functionalityIt's a really nice app, fun to use, has many cool features, like you can change the font and the text size can be increased or decreased in small increments, saved words or anything you use frequently is available, and I thought the signature feature was superior. The form I used was a tight, complicated medical form. The thing I noticed first that I didn't care for was that it didn't snap to the line in a form that is not designated as a "fill-in form," nor fill-in check boxes with a mere touch like Adobe Fill & Sign does. The issue I found the most troubling, though, was that it lost data upon saving. This is critically bad. I followed the directions and entered the information and completely filled out the form, saved it, and upon reopening it, half the information was missing, like my first name. At first, I thought it was my fault, that I forgot to press "done" after each entry, but I went back filled everything in that was deleted again, pressed “done,” and the same thing happened, more or less. Different things were missing now. This was crucial to my decision to not move forward with this subscription especially considering you cannot pay monthly or weekly and must pay $120 per year..Version: 2.0.1
