Great stretching app.Very good. I felt I was able to achieve all the exercises although being challenged. So the levels are well set.I only wish that the video was slightly slower but once I know the routine it will be exactly at the right pace. Another minus is that I don’t know if the app can go on multiple device..Version: 1.5.3

Great Simple AppI am so happy with this simple app. Purchased this app for $53/year (a buck a week!) to help keep me disciplined to regularly exercise. (When something is free, I tend not to value it or use it.) This app lets you set a pace and workout designed for your needs—e.g. as an older woman, I am not going to do heavy workouts, but do need guidance to keep limber and fit. The routines go for about 12 minutes each and along with my walks and daily “plank” and balance board (separate from the app), I am feeling more fit every week..Version: 5.8.2

Easy to useWhatever someone posted about not being able to delete is not true. I’m an app developer and avid gym goer, so when I saw the add on instagram I gave it a go. Design is nice, it’s not crowded like some other popular gym apps. Everything is very clear and easy to follow. Not sure if I like the voiceover, it’s too fast sometimes, but the workouts are intensive, so what can you do? I was able to delete and reinstall the app, and I watched one workout without creating an account. You only pay when you subscribe and if you are still not happy, request a refund from App Store..Version: 1.4.8

It won’t let me log in after I paid - updated* I was contacted by the developer team and advised how to resolve* see below llo, If you appear to be logged out when you have an active subscription, please just insert your personal details as if you’re a new user, but when you get to the payment screen, click on the 'Restore purchase' button (at the bottom of the payment screen) to be able to get back to your account and continue using the app." I paid for annual subscription this March, I stopped using the app for a few days and I cannot log in. I cannot reset password as it says that my email is not registered. I’ve said an email to the support team but have heard nothing back.Version: 3.9.4

Awesome!I never leave reviews but I wanted to on this app because I almost didn’t download this app due all the negative reviews I read. This app is awesome. There are many complaints about it going from exercise to exercise but I feel like that’s more beneficial for people who are very busy. Yoga carries so many benefits and I can feel it working. It may not be as personalized as it seems but I personally like the fact that I have many videos to choose from and I can decide what works for me and what I have time for that day. I have had no issues with the app itself everything works and loads fine. I like that it teaches you how to breathe while working out and it has honestly reduced my stress and anxiety already..Version: 4.8.0

It worksThe best yoga class I’ve ever followed. I generally get tired after 2 sessions but with this app, I must say is one of the best classes I had. I have been doing yoga with Yoga go for over 2 weeks now and I must say exercises are easy and useful, I started seeing the benefits straight away. I purchased a month for trial to see if I can lose weight and look good, I’m happy to say it does work. I will suggest it to everyone. There are plenty of exercises, you just need to do them everyday..Version: 5.8.0

Great feel!I love the exercise aspect of this app. Instructions are clear, exercises make you work without being too demanding meaning that you are more likely to come back tomorrow. One little thing about the eating suggestions – there is no mention on how many portions each recipe makes. For sure if I had four slices of wholemeal bread spread with avocado for snack, I wouldn’t fit through the door within four weeks (leaving aside the fact that it is too much for an adult to eat). It would seem that the recipes are for more than one day but it is not entirely clear how many portions each recipe makes..Version: 2.0.1

Good so far!I haven’t done yoga before but after just turning 50 and developing stiffness issues (!) I thought it may be the exercise for me. After reading lots of reviews yesterday, both positive and negative, I decided to give this app a go. Firstly, I didn’t have a free trial option. I decided to take my chances (trusting the positive reviews) and subscribed for a year paying approx £55. I set my alarm for 630am this morning and started with my first workout - bikini body challenge. Very easy to follow, only about 10 minutes long (ideal for me) and didn’t do any difficult moves. No faff, straight to the point and enjoyable. First impression - loved it!! Thinking of doing a different challenge after work later..Version: 1.8.0

Yoga-GO Will Get You GoingI wanted to start Yoga on a daily basis to feel better and lose weight. I started with the Daily Yoga (AI generated just for the user). Soon I was doing much more. The sessions are good but you may need to modify your poses as the model is quite slim, young and flexible and I couldn’t get up from the floor like she did, could not not reach the poses to the extent she did. But still I gained benefits! And started to lose weight! I see there is a version for Seniors, so if you are in that category, you may find it easier. Depends what your capabilities and goals are. Last, there is a lot of variety in the app-from Yoga - different types, to Pilates (mat and wall) etc. There’s also meditation sessions. I recommend Yoga GO to anyone who wants to get going doing Yoga daily (it will notify you as well!). And last if any health or back issues, be sure to check with your doctor before proceeding. Not normally anyone who sticks with itI really like this app. It’s been the easiest to follow and the least intimidating yet I feel it. Some moments I’m like oh dang….. but k let’s try it and I surprise myself or if it’s kinda hard the next time I’m better. I swear I feel tighter already and never do I ever stick with anything. Very easy to follow and love the detailed reminder to pull in tail bone or when not to round a spine in such. Actually think I get more out of this yoga then most apps. (I have the mirror) this is so easy and on the go and the price point was an easy commitment..Version: 7.3.0

Achievable daily rhythmThe stretches are deceptively simple, the time needed less than it takes to have a quiet morning coffee, the selection well targeted for problem areas....and with a little consistency and focus, I notice the body ‘pops’ with toned strength. This app is not for those who want to cultivate a deep yoga practice, but the busy ones who want amplified results from a small regular effort. And perhaps the most striking thing about the program.... I’m able to ‘slide’ this simple daily practice under the radar of the undisciplined part of myself, making powerful incremental gains in strength and tone..Version: 2.0.4

Not personalised but has good range of workouts availableIt is not completely personalised however does offer a range of workouts and yoga with different levels. I did beginner pilates and yoga and have really enjoyed it. Could you add more mindfulness and meditation please then it would be perfect :) ..Version: 7.6.0

My holiday workoutYes you can really take this anywhere. I on holiday as we speak and wanted to do some gentle fitness. Day 1 down...And am looking forward to the month ahead! I purchased one month to try it out. While i do really love the idea of short workouts, i cant help but think, should i be doing all (8) challenges every day AND at least one targeted longer workout?? Being such a rookie, it would be nice if there was a suggested guide of which workouts to do to achieve weight loss results. Also. An important question. Bc theres so many awesome workouts to choose from, i dont think ill be able to do them all within 30 days.....will i still have access to this first months workouts that i paid for even if I decide to cancel my subscription after one month?? Love this appI have been using this app for 25 days now, I’ve been working out every day. I have got to tell you they aren’t that long of workouts, but they are extremely affective and time efficient. Being a mother of 3 with a full time job, things get crazy. But using yoga has helped me find peace of mind, and taught me how to breath properly, and I now look forward to my workout (which sometimes doesn’t even feel like a workout). My husband has even been doing them with me, it’s so much fun! I highly recommend this app, I would give it 10 stars if possible. The only downside is all the meals are vegetarian, hubby loves his beef, but it is easily fixable, but they are always delicious! Especially the quesadillas.Version: 1.9.2

I love this appHaving not done yoga for 20 years and being quarantined at home, I spent some of my diverted gym budget on this app. Money well spent. I absolutely love the way it’s structured, it’s easy to use and the workouts are the perfect length to do every day. I’ve just finished week three and I actually look forward to doing this every day. I have NEVER felt this way about exercise trust me. I feel better and more flexible already, and while it’s challenging I feel great for doing it..Version: 1.8.7

Made my day!I usually don’t purchase fitness apps and I normally don’t do yoga unless it’s the basic stretching from home. This app is the easiest to follow and I love that she shows you the exercise first and speaks slowly and then does the reps with you while continuing to talk and guide. I have always wanted to do something like yoga to become more fit and lean, and this mixed with a few at home workouts during quarantine, I hope really pays off. I quit drinking alcohol yesterday and plan to see what I can achieve after a month. Trying to find balance mentally and physically and I think with this app I will find it and look forward to the next workout. Not to mention the food/meal/snack options on here are quick easy to find in stores and not too expensive to prep and sound delicious!
