Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙌🏽I’m currently going through one of the worst breakups of my life. My therapist suggested I download this app to help me cope with my anxiety and my obsessive thinking. Thankfully I did as she said and downloaded the app. It’s extremely helpful to understand how anxiety works in the body and this app gives you tools to help you calm yourself down. I highly encourage anyone with anxiety to download. It will be the best $3 bucks you’ll spend on helping yourself heal..Version: 2.0

Emma Works!I have had a very dysfunctional relationship with anxiety for as long as I can remember. To be honest, I was a bit worried and anxious to try this app, but it works! It takes a practical approach to managing my anxious and worrisome thoughts. I have used Emma before important meetings, before getting on a plane, and also throughout the day when I start feeling a anxious. This app has become my little security blanket, my anxiety fighting woobie, I can cuddle up with wherever and whenever I need it..Version: 1.0

EmMa Emotional ManagerUser friendly and offers a variety of techniques to change anxious thoughts. It is like having a personal coach guiding you! The app offers questions regarding your stressors that will lead you to take action or be comfortable accepting the situation. I mostly use the Calm the Body techniques to help relieve anxiousness quickly through the breathing exercises. I love having strategies so readily available to me me to reduce my anxiety and fear-based thoughts!.Version: 1.0

This app is a game changer!I have had the pleasure of working with the app’s creator, Dr. Patti Johnson, in real life and she is seriously a life changer and by every definition of the word, an anxiety expert. I had tried therapy in the past and found that I was simply talking to a stranger only to have them jot down things I said in a mysterious notebook and not offer any true insight. Dr. Johnson helped me realize that most of my concerns were rooted in anxiety and gave me some real life techniques to conquer any anxious thoughts or feelings anytime they arise. Her techniques work SO well and have completely transformed my outlook on life, improved my relationships, have reduced my stress, improve my health and sleep, and have made me realize that 1) it’s normal to have anxious thoughts — and avoidable in today’s busy world but 2) you can easily work through and dismiss them with a few quick techniques. When I found out that Dr. Johnson was developing this, I was ecstatic, as it’s like having her on the go with me 24/7. EMMA is great because anytime you feel stressed or worried about something, you can open it up, read a quick blurb and go through it’s quick processes and there’s no way you won’t feel better afterwards. There are a variety of techniques including helping you to work through a negative thought pattern to engaging in a quick guided mindfulness or deep breathing technique. And different techniques seem to resonate more with different people so the app has a scorecard that allows you to create your own plan that works for you. So when you feel stressed or anxious, you can open up the app and quickly access your curated page and favorite techniques. I can’t rave about this app enough. Dr. Johnson’s techniques are priceless and has helped me in more ways than I could have imagined. I just went to the doctors and had my cortisol tested and it’s shot way down since seeing her. Her tools have literally has been a game changer. Now if I could only get my mother to use this. ;-).Version: 1.0

Gina Grad is 5 Stars!After I found out this was voiced by Gina Grad (of the famed Adam Carolla Show), I had to buy it. I had a panic attack at an airport two years ago and it debilitated me from seeing my friends and colleagues. Since then in addition to therapy, I use this app anytime I have to fly. If only she had a “Nancy Grad” section! 🤣😂😅.Version: 2.0

Works!I love this app! I use the panic attack audio guide every time I fly. Taking off and landing causes panic attacks for me and this app has cured it! I still listen to it every time I fly but the app has actually helped tame down the uncomfortable symptoms of panic..Version: 2.0
