Divvy consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy and durable bikes that are locked into a network of docking stations throughout the city. Our bikes can be unlocked from one station and returned to any other station in the system, making them ideal for one-way trips. Bikeshare is a greener, healthier way to get around — whether you’re commuting, running errands, meeting friends, or exploring in a new city.

The Divvy App gives you access to thousands of bikes in your area — unlock and pay directly from the app and get going.

The Divvy App also shows upcoming public transit departures, including CTA ‘L’ train lines, local & express buses, shuttle buses, the Jeffery Jump Bus, Metra trains, PACE buses and the South Shore Line train.

We were able to easily unlock and ride bikes and it accurately kept our ride time. The bikes are in much better condition than the bike share program in my city. ✗ Most horrible customer serviceThis app has the worst customer service in the history. I’ve already paid for an annual subscription, but for some reason they suspended my account, and even after trying to reach out to them so many times there is no response from them. Seems like a scam where they take your money and then put your account on hold forever and don’t resolve these issues..AytygVersion: 15.23.3

✗ TerribleMy friends and I were using the bikes to get to the train station and we couldn’t dock one of the bikes. We put it in the holder and it didn’t turn green we couldn’t like unlock it to retry docking it. We told the customer service and they said it will go down as missing and that it will continue to run for 24 hours. They said they won’t charge extra but I doubt it. It’s a terrible idea to ride the bikes. Would not recommend. BYOB - Bring your own bike! Or Run!.Don't use the bikesVersion: 14.22.3
