✓ Cyber BullyingI don’t normally write bad reviews about an app, and this isn’t a bad review about the games aesthetic or mechanics, that in itself would get 5 stars from me, I really enjoy the game. It’s more or so about the lack of support by the developers about players breaking terms of use. For awhile now the server I’m on has the same group of people always causing issues, starting drama disrespecting other players. Last night one of these players threatened another player. A moderator was on and didn’t even mute this player, and they had no repercussions. Yes I’m aware of the block button, but that doesn’t help. It affects the tone of the whole server I can’t block 1/4 of the server. This has been going on for months and it has been brought to GoS’s attention numerous times from people on our server, and nothing gets done about it. It makes the game unenjoyable to play when every time you go into local chat it’s always something, and people going at it. Which they don’t even allow us to switch servers without resetting our whole progress so we can’t even get away from it. I’m vip 7 I don’t want to lose all that money and time spent building my account to have to start back at 0. But if things don’t change soon, and they don’t do anything about it. I will leave and take my money elsewhere to another app, and quite a few on my server feel exact the same way..Version: 1.6.01
✓ Greedy Developers!!!!I started playing this game end of June/beginning of July and really took a liking to it. I joined a union, made some friends and spent way to much money to try to grow my power and it was worth it, till it wasn’t. Servers are dying because there is no new blood coming in since all new players get dropped into a brand new server. Ridiculous if you ask me. Mini games stopped being fun because you have to spend sooooooo much money to even reap the rewards. Special characters are impossible to win when you compete against other servers and the money they are willing to spend. You can’t win War is Supremacy without spending money. Want to be top dog in Brawl, spend money. Some of the mini games the added like daggers, the Halloween bubble shooter and the jigsaw puzzle were fun and enjoyable. Power Fund and Intimacy Fund are nice if you have the money to reap all the rewards. Lately I feel like the developers have become so money hungry that they have lost sight of providing a great game to play. I really wish they would issue my money back because being a VIP 6 just isn’t worth it. My heart is torn between playing and not playing because of how much time and money I have invested in this game. I would still recommend this game to friend and family but I would tell them to not spend on a dime on it and I do not plan to spend anymore money on this game. ✓ Fun but sexist?I am really enjoying the game, love the consorts and fighting, but am really put off by the fact that all the girl children/heirs you have say “I don’t want to go to school.” As their only dialogue line. ✓ This game has so much potentialI feel like this game has a lot of potential but there are a few things that just aren’t quite right. The translation, for one thing, is a bit stilted. Don’t get me wrong, it’s understandable, but a lot of the conversations with other characters are poorly phrased and don’t quite make sense. The server wide chat is fairly unusable as most of the other players speak Turkish and the translate button is useless (nothing you translate makes sense). There are a number of items (such as Challenge Letter) that players seem to have questions about using but no way to find out how to solve the issue. Also, the whole VIP system is ridiculous - there are different consorts to unlock depending on how many diamonds (in game currency) you buy. While not unusual for freemium games, the game just isn’t quite up to standard to justify any in app purchases. I will continue to play but to be honest it’s been a week and the game is getting fairly tedious, so I’m not sure how much longer I will be active..Version: 1.2.1
✓ Lost my accountI have played this game right from the beginning, have always been on the server Europe 743, level 7. Just now I have logged in and instead of my account, I see basic sultan , level begginer and a different server. I have never shared my details with anyone and really upset that either my account got hacked or some glitch in the system but it looks like I lost MY account. Same phone, iPhone... I am gutted, plus that account is linked to my bank card... don’t have a clue if I am ever going to see my account again.Version: 2.9.06

✓ So slowSeems like a good game surprised me with how polished it was, but the devs need to either get more servers or more reliable servers because it’s so slow, my internet connection is fine as is my phone, no problems with any other games of this type. Sometimes your waiting anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 seconds with a loading icon just for it to accept you’ve pressed something. At this rate it’s becoming unplayable, which is a shame because it seems like a decent game. Will re-review if they manage to fix these issues..Version: 1.2.31

✓ If only I could give zero stars!!The game is extremely sexist - conveying the message that girls are only meant for breeding and cannot be both beautiful and intelligent is almost like I’m in the 1950’s. Also question to the developers - do you really think enforcing a beauty standard and degrading women based on appearance would be great game? The game by itself is fine but what the developers should realize is that - we do not live in cave time, it’s the 21st century where women are struggling for important things like equal pay, education, having a voice in the society. By promoting such games - especially the content in your ads, you’re just embarrassed yourselves. Also, sultans and their reign is something that has rich history and great culture to it - it’s not something that was solely built on berating women and developing a masochist society. ✓ Less for moreAfter playing happily and paying regularly for 8 months I noticed all the prices kept getting higher and higher, items that used to be easy to obtain for free were now costing more money. New content was being introduced at higher and higher price points. And keep in mind, this is already a pay to win game with a terrible reward trickledown structure. After 10 months I am left with a sour taste in my mouth and a vip7 who can’t compete. Not worth the time invested, and certainly not worth the money. ✓ Toxic Community, unless you pay to playI really enjoyed this game for about a week, then I made a mistake by booting someone out of a painting room that had a lower level consort than I did. I received messages and threats from the individual that I kicked out and I told them that it was a game mechanic the developers built into the game because they wanted people to use it. That response angered the individual and they had my character name basically blacklisted with people high on the leaderboards. They would bully me in the chatroom and tell me to delete my account all because someone got their feeling hurt from a normal game mechanic. The entire situation was extremely petty and it made playing the game almost impossible - I couldn’t get into rooms or feasts and it made it hard to level up. The game was no longer fun. I had to make a decision, was I going to buy my way to the top so I could be at the same level as the people who were making it difficult to play? Or was I just going to delete the game? I decided to delete the game. The entire culture of the game is pay to play, and the people who are paying make the game unenjoyable and difficult for the people who aren’t. It’s toxic game development that promotes and props up a toxic community - it is not anything that anyone should support..Version: 2.3.04
✓ Much to be desiredThough the game is fun, there’s a few things that bother me... a lot. For one, you’re not allowed to be a girl, which is kind of messed up in the first place, but even then all of the player character options are the same white guy with different beard lengths. Then there’s the consorts. Oooh boy. You’d think a game set largely in the Middle East would have darker skinned characters, but they’re all very (with the exception of one or two) pale. If the game doesn’t let you be a girl, which I’m assuming is for “historical accuracy” then the fact that all of the characters are white is pretty messed up. As far as actual gameplay goes, the UI is pretty confusing, and the chat system is pretty dismal. I also believe that there should be specific heirs for specific consorts, since a light skinned dude and a black girl wouldn’t have a pale-as-moonlight daughter. But that’s just my opinion. If none of this stuff bothers you, the game is pretty addicting, but there are still a few gameplay things that just aren’t that interesting, such as leveling up viziers, that you still need to do for quests even though it’s mostly a waste of money..Version: 1.2.30
✓ Not badI started to play this game with my best friend kind of 2-3 years ago. We really enjoyed but we left it for a while. Then I saw an ad, it was showing that you can choose to be a female sultan as well. That's why I started to play again because of lots of games have only kings/male characters. ✓ Oh the PotentialStill very new to this game and on the uphill battle that is the very steep learning curve. I don’t yet have much insight to the technical deficits on the game but I get to write a review so here’s my opinion. I learned that the option to elect a female Sultan is a recent improvement of the game. However, the rest of the game has not been adapted to that which is incredibly confusing until you start researching what’s going on. Example: I chose a female Sultan but I still meet with female consorts to create heirs. I’m not an expert programmer but a obvious correction to this would be to exchange the (mostly) male Viziers with the all female consorts. So what if males can’t bare children, developers can create advantages to particular male consorts and female Viziers already exist, they’re strengths can easily be subbed out for their male Vizier counterpart. I also think there should be more mini-games that allow you to win resources. After half an hour the game has lost my attention because I have to actually wait for resources to refill. When that happens I just close out of the app. Ultimately, it just needs more strategy play, something to keep patrons engaging with the app and feeling like the decisions they make actually matter..Version: 2.4.04

They keep adding more packs to purchase, so no chance to complete for those who are paying a small amount. Bear that in mind if you want to test it. ✓ Allows Bullying and HarassmentFor several days now I’ve been bullied and harassed by individuals in this game. I report this to GOS and asked that all of it be kept private for my safety and sanity. Well they did not simply because they players said they’ve been playing this game for well over 2yrs and have spent all this money they have the right to know who reported them. And so GOS informed them of who did the reports and even sent screenshots of my report. Which has now resulted into a fury of cyberstalking and harassment from the people of this union. Several of these people have now sent my private social media accounts harassing dms and even contacted a former employer who thankfully I still have a relationship with and informed me of everything that was said. It’s disheartening to find out that just because someone has played longer and because of that has obviously spent more money than me the developers of this game have now sent them my complaints. This has cause me to fear for my own safety and security. Please dont play this game and if you are being harassed or bullied do not report it to GOS as they will only side with the harassers. Also I’ve spend $22,000 on this game this year alone. Only to have my reports of these bullies sent to them..Version: 3.6.01

✓ Huge money pit with toxic communityI have been playing this game for three plus years almost since release. There are many aspects that I love which is why I continue playing. There are also huge issues I hate. The developers keep making new servers while old server population dwindles. There is a big issue with bullying and discrimination which the game does not tackle at all effectively. Customer support says block people from chat channels. When they agree player behaviour is inappropriate all they do is mute an account so they can’t talk in chat channels for a few hours. There are so many ways around this though such as creating new accounts to harass a player or ganging up on a player in arena event where there is no limit on hitting the same account by players of any strength. The developers have done nothing to solve these issues in the three years since the app was released. Their concern is not about a healthy player community but only about how much money they can get from players..Version: 3.9.05

✓ Poor AdvertisingThe advertisements for this game are inappropriate and offensive. Each time I see one on a social media platform, I scroll through the all comments of people (who, often, also find the ads to be disgusting). The most recent ad that I’ve seen portrayed one of the sultans daughters as being overweight and therefore ugly and unsuccessful because “overweight people are not beautiful nor successful.” Regardless of if this appears in the game, your advertisements need to change! I am aware that the Ottoman Empire existed in a different time period and therefore the roles of men and women may have been slightly different during that period. But, as a student I am also aware that women during the Ottoman’s reign were often educated, talented, and respected by their husbands. There were still things such as when a woman got too old in the sultan’s eyes, she would be removed from the harem. But, often times, when removed, she would be married to member of the Janissaries (she would still have a job). If you research women of the Ottoman empire, you might find a few historical inaccuracies within your advertisements or game. The historical images and and art featuring women do not exhibit extremely skinny, white women, but are still considered beautiful and powerful. Please do a fact check next time..Version: 1.3.03

✓ Poor serversConnection issues out the rear end. Any other online game I have, plays just fine, this one crashes constantly. Especially during the middle of a transaction, therefore they get their money and I don’t get my goods. It’s happened multiple times , it takes them FOREVER!!! to contact you and resolve your issue. It took over a month one time to get one of my buys. I wanted to be a higher VIP to get better rewards, but it’s just ridiculous how mush time and effort I have to spend to get something I have already bought. I send receipt after receipt and screenshots of everything .. they’re slow and the game isn’t stable enough to make purchases. I feel I’ve wasted what money I did spend because I won’t be spending anymore and I’m nowhere near the rank I wanted to be. ✓ Love the game but I quit!I absolutely LOVE this game and play all the time. I’m a healthcare worker and started playing it during Covid when I couldn’t sleep at night after working the hospitals all day. I noticed it helped calm me down. I also spend lots of money in the game on a daily basis. I made a purchase a few days ago of $50 for the crystal package and the game glitched and never gave them to me. I reached out to the game’s customer service and told them what happened and asked if they could process it. They pretty much told me no because I had already received it. It took them days to finally say no after having me wait for their “investigation”. This is the first time I’ve ever had this problem or the first time I’ve asked customer service for help and this is how they treat me. I’m never playing again because they literally treated me like I was lying and trying to scam them when I simply want what I paid for. So congratulations devs, your horrible customer service just lost you a very great customer! Had it not been for that I would give it 5 stars..Version: 3.0.05
✓ Started good got boringIf you don’t spend cash in this game things can get boring and it takes incredibly long to really advance after you get close to level 50 I have not spent any in game money yet and I have gotten to level 47 and now things have kinda stalled a bit. And I have been playing daily evryday and check a few times a day for few weeks now I think I’ve put too much time in this not enough progress. And I should have read the reviews before hand because I felt the same way about the ONLY BLACK consort who is merely a fashion designer who doesn’t produce mixed children. There was def a time before racism this world thinks racism was from the beginning there were def times where there were both black and white royalty so there should be some skin color variety. And I’m def going to read more reviews before I invest in any game. I don’t think developers really think about the gamer world and how much money they lose by small promotional advertising mistakes and by not doing their research on history you bound to leave certain cultures out. ✓ Slowly getting worseI’ve been playing this game steadily for a lot of the 5 years it’s been around. It used to be a game with a thriving community of players. It was competitive, but fun. But the server I’m on, which used to be super active, feels like a ghost town. Over the years, it’s definitely felt like there’s been insidious pressure to do more in app purchases (that I fell for hook, line, and sinker). I could be wrong, but it feels like you don’t get as much energy for mini-games as you used to buy main vans activities. Something that’s always bugged me is the “discounted” packages. Sorry, these 1/2 price $4.99 packs, are worth $4.99. The developers keep making changes no player seems to have asked for or wanted. The new spirit animal part obviously has a lot of thought and time put into it, but it’s so disjointed from the actual game itself. It would have been a great game on it’s own. ✓ Pay to Win with Unhelpful Devs and False AdvertisingThis game seems awesome at the jump - in depth features, character customisation, but this is incorrect. The game mechanics are not what you expect, and to get anywhere close to winning you need to drop at least £30/$40 daily to get anywhere decent. I’ve seen so many message boards of people who’ve spent insane amounts of money in game and given up because you can’t really stack up your earnings to get anywhere meaningful. Not to mention the game can be so glitchy sometimes - I’ve had game freezes that freeze my entire device. However god forbid you have any issues as trying to get hold of the dev team is not only a nightmare, but they’ll just ask you repeatedly to send screenshots and screen recordings and then do nothing to help solve your issues or offer any help moving forward. Was a report of badges not being used and number of badges dispersed into the server indicating lower purchases for power rush? You guys already put a Low probability on level 5 and 6 military stars! People hoarded those badges and pearls and etc from previous purchases in the mini games. My union members and I spent so much money on this game. In 1 month I spent 970 dollars in this game. My union member is VIP 7 and one is VIP 5. We stay focused on this game because our union although high ranking in this server is still weak. We spend hours on this game during work and after work. We don’t get any sleep cause we are playing. It’s unfair to your users. I even spent my time validating after the update and found out you guys censored “lol”. The data you gather from us helps increase user satisfaction. I’m sure you guys monitor chat too. People aren’t going to buy because this game is made to discourage players cause basically you have to throw money at everything to win. ✓ Needs some workThe game is enjoyable, but quickly becomes boring because it doesn’t have much of a purpose. The campaign is pointless just watching them fight the same thing over and over and even when you can “skip” it you don’t get to skip the whole thing or that much faster. ✓ Update IssuesI was really loving this game, it was fun and entertaining plus you didn’t have to spend any real money to make good progress like you do with many other games. This is why I was so disappointed to try opening it this morning to find it wouldn’t load, I checked my iTunes page and found out it had been updated, which I’m guessing is the reason for the problem, I even tried deleting it and re-downloading as I read a review that said someone else did this and it saved their progress, however the game still won’t load so I don’t know if I’ve lost my progress or not. But I can’t get over the poor representation of women in the game, and the fact that the words “lesbian” and “gay” are censored. Seriously? ✓ New Update Killed This GameI’ve been playing this game for years and it used to be so much fun with active players—then they dropped the new updates. The new update eliminated union war and union supremacy and replaced it with an extended days-long coalition event which gives developers more opportunity to rake in cash, but makes it far less enjoyable for players. It no longer matters how long a player dedicated to growing their vizier’s power but how much real money a player spends on boosts and perks for the new coalition event. They traded longtime loyal followers who’d spend $5-$25 per week for short term players who have hundreds to spend on the new coalition event. The results of this new update: my server has all quit the game. The current rush that just started at 9pm has 2 players (myself included) competing in the rankings and it is now 11pm. Before this update there would be at least 70 active players on the ranking board 2 hours after the start of a new rush. The developers who came up with this update define the word idiotic and have guaranteed the end of GOS. This developer reminds me of a nagging beggar outside of a gas station that many of us will be avoiding in the future..Version: 4.901
✓ Quality, deceptive, and frustrating.While I completely understand the need for VIP and covering expenses, the time it takes for things to load like children aging or leveling up consorts, or normal XP of the Sultan is ridiculous. The ads did mention making choices which hasn’t happened once in the two months of me owning this app. I like the theme but it is missing what it advertised. People in chats are sexually horrific and there is no set block for people who are in appropriate or monitor. There are kids 14-17 who know about things yes, but should they be exposed to the continual graphic sexual speech when they are trying to play a game? I don’t think that’s acceptable. They should have a monitor of sorts. Yes they block out words but there are ways around it. Yes you can block them but not everyone does and why should we have to block someone because they are being the inconvenience. Many of the elitist players are rude about their position in the game. They think they can bully other players. If maybe they monitored the chat every once in awhile they would know. And from what I know doesn’t Apple not like the kind of hate represented often in the chat. I shouldn’t have to stick up for myself and others constantly. With the sexual content in the chat either ban it or change the age level requirement. I do like many parts to the game. ✓ Building gameThe game for me is all about collecting and building. There are mini games that you can participate in however rare resources are required (diamonds) to have a chance at getting any good rewards or rank. If you have plenty of spare money to throw at a phone game then you will love this game! It is possible for players not to spend money and play although be prepared to have to hoard for months in order to get any kind of decent reward or rank. The social element to the game is good providing you get a nice server. If you are unlucky you will be stuck in a server with players you don’t like as there is no way to transfer servers. The game does offer a sense of satisfaction when taking victories as there is strategy involved. I’ve given it 3 stars as unfortunately without endless money the game can become boring with the same people winning continuously (the spenders)..Version: 3.0.05
✓ Used to enjoy it, other members ruined that.I’ve been playing for approx. 6/7months now, downloaded it when I was having surgery and needed something to take my mind off the pain, I was recommended by someone else who had played and right up to this weekend I’ve enjoyed it, I haven’t interacted much with members as I prefer to play alone, but was contacted by an alliance to leave the one I was in and join theirs instead. This person seemed really nice, really helpful and so I hopped on over to their alliance instead. That’s when the orders started. I was only allowed to contribute 200 diamonds at a time no more no less didn’t seem to matter that I have a rule for not buying in games and so only had a few diamonds to spare. Then I was instructed on how to enter battles and when I entered the wrong visor I was yelled at and lastly the thing that is making me leave the game today and delete it from my phone was coming on after a couple of days of dealing with a lot of stress/anxiety about paying my bills whilst dealing with a bout of influenza, I am faced with a chat with this person stating that she “can see me still on the app” and that I can leave on Sunday all because I hadn’t replied to her messages in an allotted amount of time. I’m sorry that I live in the real world and don’t accept this kind of tantrum/bullying inside a game that should be enjoyable, but thanks for the fun whilst it lasted. ✓ So Much Potential!Best game I’ve played of its type, but just needs tightening up. I’d like to interact with the first married concubine without it automatically resulting in a baby, like maybe choosing to make love or just talk. I’d like to get the intimacy up more and have more ways to do that before we have a kid. It just seems a bit cold that the second time you see her she had a kid, then another, and only then you could actually interact with her. It’s just a bit of an odd way of doing it and takes me out of the atmosphere, which is otherwise fantastic. I’m much more interested in the ruling and role-playing that the fights. I’d like to see more in-depth conversations, and like others have said, a skip button is badly needed for fighting. The money system is not greedy and you can advance without spending cash, which is refreshing to see. ✓ Fun to play, with some downsidesI’ve been playing GoS for a while now and it is quite addicting & fun. I love building relationships with other members in my server and increasing my power. I really enjoy the strategic and competitive aspects of this game. Although it is possible to grow your power without spending much, some of the events seem like such clear money grabs. It feels like the cross server rushes are simply competitions of who can spend the most money. Because of this, it feels like most players hit a peak after a while and it becomes MUCH more difficult to further grow your empire without pouring money into the game. This also becomes very frustrating when servers begin to die out, because they don’t add many new players to old servers and you lose all progress if you switch servers. I can’t rationalize starting all over in a new server. The ads are complete lies, you can only play as a male and the game becomes boring very very very fast. ✓ Really enjoy this game, but ....This is actually a fairly enjoyable game. However, I do have to give it only three stars and there are several reasons why. I have listed the reasons below in the order for the most important to me to least. 1. This game is glitchy and I am constantly getting kicked off the server or having the game freeze up. 2. I think when you start the game you should be able to customize your sultan from skin color, clothing to hair style and facial hair. 3. I think when you are with your consorts and you have a child there should be some kind of option as to the child you get. I am tired of having the same handful of heir options and none of them look like their parents. At least give us some sort of genetic mash up of the mother and father. 4. Also I think we should be able to do more with our heirs from assigning them jobs, titles, and having them have heirs. 5. I think their should be more interaction available with the consorts. 6. The XP on campaigns should increase as you climb in level. When you start reaching the higher levels and you are still only receiving 5 XP it isn’t really worth the time. 7. I hate the way the consort hall is currently set up. I think it should be more like the learning academy; I believe it would make it more fair and beneficial. 8. First, I just started to play it because it had so many ads on my Sims game. The chats do not help you because they are to busy showing off there Harems. I many listened for hours so I could try to learn how to play. NO help really. It does not look like anyone is doing anything about it and you can bully or say anything you want about anyone, anything, or what you believe about any culture. ✓ Potentially brilliantThis game is so good to start and it’s brilliant at not only keeping you interested but rewarding you too. The only issue I have come across is after spending time and in some cases money to progress you suddenly realise that to join in with a union or the union Wars you need to be able to communicate with your fellow members. Even without a union you need to be able to speak Turkish or Russian to ask others any questions or invite to your feasts. It hinders you greatly if you have been placed in a sever that doesn’t speak your language. You can change of course but from what I understand is that you basically have to start over again not practical once you have invested time and money. I have no way that I can find of getting back all my data, all the money I spent on packs, all my progress. ✓ Devs prefer making money over health of gameBe careful how much you pay in real money building your empire - servers don’t last long in this game and you can’t move your empires to new ones. This could be a great game except that the game devs refuse to merge dying servers. They open new servers constantly because it’s a quick influx of money for them as people level their empires and pay for items. Once players start falling inactive servers have less and less activity and rather than merging 3-4 barely active servers to let active players have more people to play with they want you to start in a new server so they can get your money by forcing you to build a new empire by scratch. Here’s the thing. I don’t mind paying money for a game. People should get paid for their work. But I refuse to pay money to restart a game again and again because a development company cares more about pocketing your cash than curating a good gaming environment. ✓ Pay heavyThis has always been a pay heavy game. I honestly quite enjoyed throwing a few dollars here and there at it for playing mini games. However this week is the finale of their month long anniversary celebration, and the whole event requires you to pay to access pretty much everything including rewards. Missions to get leaves that you use to redeem rewards have the bar set so high no player can achieve them without spending hundreds to thousands of dollars, and the winners wheel increases the amount of flowes needed to spin at a exaggerated rate! Stating with 1 at the first draw, up to 175 needed for the 12th spin, in which it costs $20 for 35 of them. Since the missions are so unfairly balanced a casual player might get 13 from them (it requires the same quests as the leaves). This is beyond ridiculous. This in no way celebrates the player nor the game, and instead shows how low they’re willing to go. (This is after they have promised us at the beginning of the month they would do better!) Instead they seem intent to bleed every last cent from the player. As a result I may not remain a player for much longer as I can play for better quality at same cost elsewhere..Version: 5.101
✓ Dying servers and devs don’t care.Developers, other games allow members to travel between servers of similar age and play with who they want. This may make you think it wouldn’t work but it actually works well. Servers are dying… allow servers within 2 zones for example zone 1&2 (40 total servers) the ability for members to travel (purchasing with diamonds teleports) between the opened servers. To find active members and find a server that can be their temporary home until they decide they want to move again. Auto delete accounts that have been inactive after 5-6 months to get rid of all the alts and accounts ppl make and leave. Also, cross server rushes should be groups just like loe but based on empire power. This would allow for more winners little and big. It is too hard to compete because the same F’ing ppl win the events every time and it’s just crappy… not everyone can spend thousands of dollars to win the loe or cross server rushes… so make it more assessable for smaller players/mid/and even large players. Give us more campaign! And bring back the mini games we love. People are dropping this game like flys because you aren’t quite listening to the great ideas people have on discord or Facebook. ✓ Greedy developersBeen playing for a couple of years, the game is fun once you know what you're doing but does become very repetitive. I and lots of others in my union have had ongoing problems with the game lagging, freezing, error messages. There are cross server events that require saving for months and months which in my case have been wasted (half a year) because of errors with the game and the items not adding. The game has a contact centre for help but they have just sent me round and round in circles for months on end, even after me providing proof (screenshots) and they refuse to compensate. I wouldn’t recommend investing money which I’ve made the mistake of doing, as when there is a genuine problem they don’t care about the players at all. Everything about the game is designed to make you pay or buy diamonds packs. The majority of the servers die very quickly, eventually you only end up playing with around 10/15 active people but they are constantly adding new servers while neglecting the old ones..Version: 4.3.01

However I have a couple of points. It is hard to join an English speaking union and there is no way to do a search for this unless you have the union ID which I don’t understand how you would know this when your not part of a union. Also I am stuck on level 162 sea war participation. When I click on go it just takes me to my tributes so I don’t know how to complete this level which has me frustrated. ✓ I am the king of kingsThis game is everywhere. Caught my attention by raving about how you might have fat ugly children and wanted to give it a try. Firstly, the randomly generated names are truly an inspiration, I’ve settled on the name “Jesus Wall” for this playthrough. This really adds to the authenticity of being a Sultan. You start the game by inheriting the throne to an empire where the mighty son of the sultan could not enter the feast hall without taking over several empires and killing a few kings and rulers first. My royal duties vary between about 4 whole decisions. Do I hire veterans? Or give food to a flooded city. These are the only things a Sultan has to decide on. The first romance was aspirational. I saw her dance. I saw her dance once. I then paid a man to stalk her, after lying about not being a sultan- and promptly asked her hand in marriage. We are married and have two beautiful princesses now. Their names are Wand Wall and Brick Wall. I really enjoy feeding them both bread. They learn so much from bread. It also gains me intimacy points, the more bread I feed them. Very useful. This is where I’m at so far. I look forward to making my children fat and demoting my mistresses when they birth me a child with a fat nose! I have no idea what I’m doing. ✓ Nothing like advertisedThere was (and still are) ads of this game plastered all over my social media. It’s perceived as a decision making drama, where your actions will affect the outcome. In some ways, it is kind of like this, but nothing at all like advertised. However, It is a very rewarding game as you’re praised for just playing, signing in every day, playing mini games, etc., but it’s also very challenging to understand consorts and advisors and how to level them up properly for battle and gaining power. I gave this game a solid 6 month attempt during quarantine to pass time. There is a local chat on your server; better hope you have nice welcoming people. Most clans require you to join discord. That is an entire task in itself for just a mobile game. Especially if you’re not planning on being super invested. This game is a big grind. Impossible to compete with high ranking players as they have been at it for YEARS.
