✓ Very DisappointingThe App Store write up says nothing about what you get for different versions, then when you download it, it doesn’t make it clear if you actually paid or not, then there is no apparent way to use the features for anyone except yourself and the info you provide during setup. Where are the other verdins and what do they offer and how much are they??? Please. Info helps the buyer and and helps app maker to instead of letting a buyer. ✓ Money Money MoneySaw an ad for this app, thought it looked good because I’m interested in astrology. But then I downloaded it, entered all my details about where I was born, my birthday, my gender etc and then discovered that in order to actually use the app further you need to pay! I can’t remember the exact price now but I’m pretty sure it was over £11. In fairness, it does give you a month’s free trial but that’s a pretty rubbish deal in my opinion seeing as it’s so expensive. ✓ Such a scam, read this firstSo I have seen a lot of ads of this app so I went to go download in my head I’m like this sound fun blah blah blah. I read the reviews people don’t like it. I’m like okay maybe they are just being dramatic 🙄 I downloaded the app. First of all they ask all this personal questions like are u single, what time were you born and stuff like that. I’m like okay this is a lil weird but it looks fun. After all those questions they have to scan your left palm and your right palm✋🏾 in like oh maybe this is how they tell the future. I did the free trial and found it okay but to pay the full charge to see extra content defeated the purpose of a free trial.. people want to see what you have to offer before committing to actually paying for something. ✓ Free trial at a small cost - of a house deposit 😳😡This app begins by asking a series of questions to gain a better understanding of where you are situated in the astrological timelines when you are born - great, get all Of that. The ‘guidance’ provided for the amount is immature and underwhelming. The app isn’t itself when you initially sign up is very confusing and although states you have a ‘free trial’ it’s not free and then charges you an exorbitant amount without real warning!!!! DISGUSTING! The app is confusing to be able to identify where your apparent subscriptions are held and is is misleading for someone like myself who had tried to delete this but it carried on. ✓ Such an obvious scamI kept getting ads for it so I decided to get the app and see what all these ads were about. First it wants you to put in your name, relationship status, gender, birthplace, birthtime and birthday. Then it goes to scan your two palms. It takes absolutely forever to scan your palms though. After that it starts calculating your information except instead of giving you the information right away it takes you to a page where you have to pay for the information. If they want you to pay for the app they should either tell you that up front before telling them your information or you should get your first scan and information as a free test and then it brings you to the payment page after that. It is also ridiculous the price tag they put on this app. This app is not that accurate to be worth the prices they are saying it does. So whatever you do DO NOT GET THIS APP!!.Version: 2.1.6
✓ SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOADTerrible app, astrologers don’t respond to you and it only has basic information on astrology you can find elsewhere online for free. Don’t fall for the trial, I did and cancelled before the 7 days ended and they not only charged me the $70USD fee + the trial fee right as I signed up (literally the first day), I asked for a refund as I had cancelled it by following their instructions before the trial ended (??), and they just charged me $70 again. They sent me refund “confirmations” but the credit card info is incorrect and random… “support team” is basically a chat bot. I work for a company with a subscription-based product, so I understand how to manage an account and this is completely unacceptable. It’s just a cash grab. I finally got a refund after I called my bank and cancelled my card, and disputed both charges. ✓ Such an AMAZING app, 🤷🏽♂️ 2 stars though...Literally described my compatibility (with other star signs) perfectly, the numerology was spot on in relating to me, a very wide and detailed horoscope, biorhythms couldn’t be faulted, and the palm reading was exactly like everything else, the ONLY fault isn’t exactly with the app itself ( which is VERY user friendly and easy to use ), but still so significant to receive 2 stars ( extra star for being so spot on and detailed about everything I’m involved in with the app ) is the Subscription’s pricing being ( with a free 3 day trial ) 1) $12 a week 2) $31 a month 3) $77 a year That would hurt anyone’s wallet as a subscription, if there was a one off payment then that would be more accomplishable, because users are more inclined to put their details in and use the app for the few days then not forget to unsubscribe from the free trial and expensive subscription. ✓ SCAM- STAY AWAYThis app just scams you and steals your money. I paid for the “free trial”, which should have been my first indication that something wasn’t right, but I chose to overlook it and give it a try anyway. I can’t seem to locate a customer support phone number, only a chat and it’s all preset responses you click on. You can’t type your own replies or even speak to a live representative. The chat says they’ve already canceled my subscription, which I “canceled” twice already. Yet just now they tried to bill me $20 again. Ive had a handful attempt of charges after my “cancellation” has supposedly been confirmed. Also, it said I would be assigned with some astrologer suited to me and this Diego would reach out soon and be available Monday-Friday. No one ever reached out, despite my handful of messages. I signed up for the free trial, because i didn’t wanna pay for something I didn’t know was legit or not. ✓ You triedI was curious to see what my palms would say about me and say this app and decided to try it. It seems like it should be very accurate (asking personal questions, scanning your hand, etc) but in reality I believe that that is just a data gathering technique as the readings that it got from my astrology, numbers and palms were usually wildly inaccurate! I also find it strange that there isn’t a very easy way to cancel the subscription, that you are forced into, in the app itself and so I got a bit worried when I had no idea how to cancel it! Overall, I personally think that it would be a lot better if the readings and astrology were more accurate, there was an option to not have a subscription and it was easier to cancel said subscription. ✓ Good app and concept but Messy ServicesThis app is so peculiar: firstly I got charged twice for what I thought would be a weekly trial only to get on the app and It would only be for 3 days. Enquired about it no response. Got a weekly subscription got like almost £10 and the appearance of the app changed by giving me less data. I asked a question there was no answer. I thought ok let me subscribe to a lower price point next time since I am getting less information on here...it charged me immediately for the following subscription and I am not sure thé différence will even come back to me but not to worry so I signed to cancel my subscription (when the time I paid until ends) and it seems my cancellation is effective immediately while I still got no answers on the questions I asked etc. The sad thing is that it was so insightful at first. I was brought to this app by a targeted ad but felt the website’s pre-screening questions felt scam-like and the amount of “loading time” to “generate” to the next page was weird, considering how quickly most astrology websites can pull up a natal chart. I did some background research by checking the app reviews and am so good I did. Something didn’t feel right and that’s because this app is a scam- check out the more critical reviews. ✓ WackDon’t like apps that make it harder than it needs to be to cancel a subscription. There is no setting button in the app. If you want to cancel you have to go through support which takes a day to respond to you. Or you have to sift through the multitudes of FAQs to find the niche correct link to cancel. I can’t even tell you how I found the link to cancel I just started clicking all the links until one got me there. Also, the whole reason I downloaded this app was to see the pictured full moon compatibility between you and a spouse. That was not provided at all on the app. They give you general compatibilities you can find on any horoscope website but I wanted to see the full moon compatibility based on the night I was born and the night my spouse was born. It’s the new test to see if your moons match based on if the two half moons create a full moon. I saw an add for hint that showed a picture of this exact thing. That’s right, this palmistry reading app actually has very little info on palmistry, it’s mainly things about your astrology, which you can get almost anywhere without having to pay 8 dollars a week. I found it suspicious that this app was asking things like the city I was born in, along with the time and date, because that’s something an astrology app does, not a palmistry one. My theory for this is that they can’t actually read palms, because as far as I’ve seen, no app can just take a picture of your palms and read it for you. ✓ OutragedI strongly recommend not downloading this app. Not only is it useless but if and when you get rid of the app (I did immediately and long before the “free” trial ended) hint will continue to charge you. I have had a reoccurring $19 fee and even more than once a month as it states for subscription. ✓ Don’t Waste Your Time or MoneyI downloaded the Hint app as I have been studying astrology more lately and thought it could be helpful. The app isn’t free. For my free trial I was asked to choose a donation to cover expenses. Fine. Here are my gripes: 1) you’re assigned an astrologer. You write them in the chat box and it takes them 2-5 days to write you back. Which is ridiculous on an app you’ve paid for. No thanks. 2) the horoscopes are glitched bc the date and time you plug in your settings are not the date and time that will be used to create predictions. It literally lists it wrong on the app. My birthday is listed twice on the app: once in settings correctly, and then incorrectly on the home page where your readings are- the date is one day off. The 7 day free trial they give you is great and all, UNTIL they make it nearly impossible to cancel that trial and to get in touch with an actual human representative. There is no option within the app to cancel your trial or subscription and more often than not it doesn’t even show up in your Apple ID subscription manager tab which means you can’t cancel from there either. This is normally the point where you email or call them to figure out what’s going on, EXCEPT THEIR CONTACT INFO IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. ✓ TerribleSaw this on an ad, I was instantly intrigued. Downloaded and signed up for the trial. First problem: they gave me the wrong zodiac sign. The app won't let me change it unless I change my birthday. I'm on the cusp of being a Gemini, but my birthday is two days into Gemini. But it's also contradicting: this app tells me I'm a Taurus, but then the natal chart shows me that my sun AND moon is a Gemini. It doesn't make any sense. So everything they're predicting is inaccurate. Second thing: they have a chat feature, which you're told to use; you get one question a week. I'm curious how long it takes to respond, because so far it's been more than a day and I've heard nothing. Don't waste your time with this. The fact that they're telling me the wrong zodiac sign and call themselves an astrology app is problematic enough???.Version: 4.0

✓ False informationLike most other people, I was drawn in by the palm reading advert - no where in the advert did it state you’d have to pay a monthly/yearly subscription and after reading the description in the App Store, it didn’t specify this at all either. I think you’d receive more positive reviews if you didn’t hide the fact that to use the app as shown in the advert, you’d have to pay for the subscription. I had to enter all of my personal information on the app ‘for a more specific reading’ before I was notified that I had to purchase a subscription, so now what are you going to do with that information?? Who knows🤷♀️ So basically the bottom line is, be straight up with your customers and you’ll have higher rated reviews and less disappointed people who can’t afford the huge subscription price!.Version: 2.1.8
✓ Terrible.No. They make you answer 8 questions ( your date and time of birth, name, relationship status, etc) and then makes you scan your left and right palm, which takes like 5 minutes each, and then it says “ ready to see your results?” I got so excited, got all my hopes up, and it says you need a seven-day-trial and to subscribe and pay £8 monthly/weekly! NO!!! WHY SHOULD I?!?!?! This app is terrible. If you want to get it then that’s fine, but if I were you I wouldn’t! I couldn’t wait to tell my friends such exciting stuff about older life and then it says that you have to pay to see you results that took 10 minutes to fill in! Waste of time! I would NOT recommend this to my friends. At least tell us our results. I shouldn’t have to pay to see my results that wasted 10 minutes of my time! ✓ Boring app and isn’t working as it shouldThe content is pretty boring and things like career report and phone analizer is a joke. Worse could be only crystal ball fortune telling (take an idea) I purchased one year subscription plan and after some time I cancelled it (however I should be able to use full version of the app for the whole year) but now when I go to their chat section to ask an astrologer one question (claim you can ask one free question per week) it prompts me to the pay screen asking to take a subscription for £7.99 per week. I already purchased a year subscription. Is it a subscription inside subscription? Why are you guys doing this? £50 I paid for one year isn’t enough?.Version: 4.8

✓ After all the questions, I’m very disappointed with the answersAs previously explained in other reviews the number of questions (and personal data) requested from you to start using this app is huge. As an astrologer myself, I expected a lot more than the end result I received even after signing up for a subscription. I was supposed to be provided a personal astrological advisor, but this never materialised even after I proposed some questions to be answered (as suggested in the app). ✓ How to make a gameFirst your game is free to download which I respect but making me pay for a test that isn’t 100% accurate is unbelievable. I’m just a kid and I have never in my life saw a “ free to play” game make me buy premium. ✓ Waist of timeIt’s just another app that try’s to shell money out of you with a free button in the App Store. You can’t do anything with the app for free. And 10$ a week. That means your asking around 40$/month. To put that into perspective you could pay around 50$/month for adobe collection which is an advance set of programs used for professionals. This is 40$/month,10$ less for a cash grabber app that only gives you fake advice that you could easily just google for free. In short don’t waist your time to bother with this garbage I’m adding this because I’ve never seen such an obvious scam before in my life. Take my advice and just look at the 5 star reviews. I can bet my life that it goes something like this “ love using this day after day...only bad thing is ads...can’t find out how to get ride of them...” or some slight variation. ✓ Not worth it!Such a scam! Asks for all your personal information including: location,name, date of birth and even the time you were born. After they have forced all of your confidential details out of you, they do a rubbish scan . That’s not all- even after begging for your personal life information, they then ask you for money. I would not recommend this if you are about to buy this as you t is just a way for other strangers to track you down and find your identity.
