✓ Good app, some room for improvementSo I love draftkings, it does what it says it does and then some. I have two issues that I hope they can improve on. One is the social aspect of sharing bets or parlays needs a search feature or a filter. The other, most importantly is the VPN situation. Now I understand they are strict due to location laws. But please do not outright ban me every other week over a VPN. Just deny access. Th e customer service response time is awful, takes almost a week with selfies of sensitive data to get the account reinstated. I have learned the lesson the hard way many times so it happens less now. But sometimes Nord will turn on in the background or when I turn it off it doesnt register, then my account on draftkings gets banned. So please, work on that.
