✓ Great, one problemThere is one problem, sometimes the game says my friend blocked me, once it did this when we were playing next to eachother, and she clearly HADN’T blocked me..Version: 1.6.173
✓ Flower upgrade time & amount failI purchased diamonds and used them to upgrade my flowers. I upgraded the amount of flowers and the amount of time it takes for them to grow. Neither one of those options are working. I’ve had other glitches in the past that took a few days to correct. I sent a detailed email with pictures provided. I hope this will be corrected, but I also think that I should be reimbursed for the amount of diamonds that I spent to upgrade those two features. I didn’t ask for any compensation when my game was glitched for three days, but this just isn’t right. That stopped the quest line until the problem was resolved. I love the game, but at times it’s very glitchy. Hopefully someone can help me. If this didn’t happen. I would have given it 5 Stars. NEWEST EDITED: I had 1,926 diamonds. The next second I went to buy a parcel and I had 3 diamonds. I sent the email with pictures provided. I’m really disgusted at the moment. This isn’t right at all. ✓ LOVE THIS GAME BUT.....lolOk so I've got this game on my apple and androids. When playing on my apple is closes out randomly, very frustrating!!! I have seen a lot of ppl mentioning a couple of things that defiantly need change. It does take A LOT to get materials and you have to spend all your money on something you really don't like. All the furniture, clothing decorations everything is WAY OVER PRICED and seriously anything for your house should be worth decorating points. This is a really good game I deleted a game I have put years into to have this one but I don't know how much more fun you can have going nowhere with the time you put into it. ✓ This game needs an updateI can not contact the app support. I have tried to buy the event pack and it charges me for it but i dont get the diamonds. I have tried twice. Tried contacting the app support through the app and the messages dont go through. Tried sending an email an no response. Bad customer service. You have to also make this game more accessible to get diamonds and cards because its hard and not everything is about money. Not everyone has money to spend. Be more kind to people. ✓ Really?So I started playing, and it was somewhat fun. Whenever I go somewhere, I go through all the fences and buildings, and the buildings turn invisible. And, this looks like a complete copy of HayDay. The crops, the animals, the animal feed, the bakery, and all the buildings! Everything is the same other then the graphics and people. Another thing, it's super annoying when at the bottom of your screen, it flashes every time someone gifted something to someone else. I don't need to know what people are gifting each other! Make this original and fix these, I can't believe my friend waited 4 months to install this! And I'm also confused about how to chat. Can someone explain how? ✓ Love the game but needs updatesThis game is fun especially when you just start out. The characters are cute and the variety of costumes allows you to customize your character how you want. There are so many things you can do such as farming, producing products and filling orders. You can join a team and help it grow while competing against other teams. You can play solo and still enjoy the aspects of the game. However the game has been lost in the developers mind as it hasn’t had any major updates in 3 years. Everything about the game is the same so it has become stagnant. I would enjoy this game more if there was something new to make me want to play..Version: 1.8.200

The cost to build things is crazy in my opinion & the cost only goes UP as “Kyle” asks you to build more & more attractions. I feel like it should be my choice to build vs. it being a quest. I was excited to finally unlock the furniture store but everything is so high & it’s not even the best looking stuff. Half of it cost diamonds & you don’t really get diamonds like that in the game. If you do, it’s one at a time. The flea market should also update quicker than it does when items have already been sold. ✓ Very Difficult to Progress and UpgradeOne of the items needed is called Building Materials. I have spent WEEKS before getting a single BM drop on hundreds of eligible activities. Those who do get drops charge outrageously for trade deals. Pals all agree the only thing we can think of is that the developer must be manipulating the algorithms to slow down progress, perhaps because higher levels are not yet developed It is extremely discouraging, and I think I might quit. This game used to be fun, but the higher level I have achieved, the lower the enjoyment. Devs, please respond by adjusting drops. ✓ System issuesHello, I’ve had this since the game come out, the first time I got muted I deserved it I can admit that, but I’ve been muted for nearly a week, this muting wasn’t deserved and I’ve done everything to get off being muted but clearly there is a glitch in your system, unfair muting, muting the wrong people. It’s happened to quite a few people. This is a good game but this one issue needs to be resolved because it’s making a lot of people angry and you are going to start losing your players...especially us original players who have been with you since the beginning. ✓ In app purchases took my moneyI have spent over $90 in the last 90 days successfully and received the appropriate rewards per purchase. HOWEVER my last attempt at purchases I spent over $55 dollars and my money was taken by Apple/townkins and I received NOTHING. ✓ Love it, but...This game is awesome, so cute and so much potential. The thing is that it’s really hard getting the building items and you need a lot ! It’s so hard to make anything without using real money. Everything basically is too expensive and too hard to make. The boutiques are great but very hard to get and the clothes and furniture are great but you need diamonds. Hopefully a fix will deal with this issue soon, one more thing is the backpack, it’s doesn’t hold enough. If there’s a change , I would gladly rate it 5 stars..Version: 1.1.116

✓ Clickbait Ads + CopyI downloaded this app because I saw an ad for it’s great character customization, and 30 seconds in I can see I was lied to. Four hairstyles per gender? 4 outfits? What happened to your ad where it was nonstop scrolling through outfits? You don’t even have short hairstyles for girls. It’s not that hard to incorporate assets like this that make your audience feel more involved, so I’m pretty disappointed so far. Playing further this game is a clear clone of games like FarmVille 2, HayDay, and more. Also, why do I need to get notifications for OTHER players giving others things..? ✓ Rip off?As soon as I started playing it felt like another rip off of animal crossing building owning a town building / customizing your house and all of that also includes npcs and train entrance so I'm assuming that it might be a rip off but don't shut it down I understand you worked hard on coding this is just me saying that it looks or feels like that keep the game it will make kids happy but still make it less like animal crossing or stand out and better but good game would keep but my iPad is low on space.Version: 1.1.114

✓ Translate feature brokenAt least in my version of the game, the Translate button keeps saying, “Please try again”. Whenever there’s a comment in the chat in a different language, the Translate button should translate the comment into the language I use. It worked when first started playing this game, but who knows if it’s an operating system upgrade on my device that caused the translate option to stop working or the game itself decided not to translate anymore. ✓ DISGUSTING ADSFor a game that’s supposed to be ages 4 and up, I was SHOCKED when my child showed me an ad that’s for a game about growing marijuana. Not only is the game being advertised inappropriate for children, but the ad is very sexual in nature and shows close ups on two actual female bottoms dressed in skimpy bikinis. Since watching ads gives children diamonds they are motivated to watch ads. I am going to have to delete this game if we see this ad one more time. If the developers are so desperate for revenue that this type of ad is now acceptable in a childrens’ game, they’re going to see a steep drop in users once parents take notice. I, for one, will be warning all of my child’s friends’ parents to delete this game. ✓ Notification floodThis game has WAY to many “notifications”. Every 10 minutes you’ll get a notification, like I don’t need to know when my animals missed me when I was just there like 3 minutes ago! And this other reason is that like if you have to listen to something important or just do something that includes noise on your phone “Beep” you have a notification and what do ya know? ITS FROM TOWNKINS OF COURSE!!!!! I mean there is NO REASON you have to get notified every second, especially when your trying to enjoy another game. I think what Townkins is trying to do is to come to their game all the time! How you ask? Let’s just pretend we’re enjoying a game, then you get a notification from Townkins! ✓ Literally Animal CrossingHi, I am a big Nintendo fan and have played legit every game, this game is exactly like animal crossing new leaf. On your first spin, you will most likely get a brown square with a very small chance of getting a yellow one. All the clothes are on blue & purple squares, and they’re kind of impossible to get without saving up and spending a ton of tickets. ✓ Townkins great game but?The game is great and fun but! You never have enough room in barn, house and etc. The right building materials are hard to get, and never easily sold. The game tends to be cliquey nobody is very help unless you get into a great group. To be really successful you pretty much have to spend real money for in app purchases. I love the game but got tired of spending real $$$’s, so I deleted the game because all these types of game end up being really expensive and I’m honest enough not to use cheats if there are such a thing. ✓ App is dying-Don’t get invested or spend money on it!!Use to love this game but it’s getting more and more buggy with the lack of updates and fixes. Had someone steal everything out of family inventory without even being a member the other day. You can no longer use the announcement feature in game even with tokens. The translate button has also stopped working and there is no way to contact support. Tried sending a message via the Instagram account but even that appears to have been inactive for years. ✓ Town Customization is PoorThe game is good, there’s a lot of notifications but you can easily turn certain ones off. My biggest complaint is that town customization and rearranging is nearly impossible since you can’t store your buildings as well as certain decorations. So to move things around in your town you have to move everything over to the side instead of just being able to put them away and take them back out later. But getting into the higher levels, it’s constantly just about upgrading your storages. It’s incredibly annoying how fast they fill up. ✓ Too Many NotificationsI love this game so much. It’s one of my favorite mobile games. It’s cute and it’s fun and it’s a good way to pass the time. But the notifications have annoyed me so much even if they’re on silent. I can get so many within the span of 30 minutes and it’s ridiculous. It’s so annoying to swipe down on my phone to check my notifications and see I have like 20 from this game. I’m so close to just turning off notifications completely. I get notifications for literally anything and everything even after trying to fix my settings for which notifications I’d get. I still get so so much and it’s ridiculous.
