Ten minutes to set up.What a waste of time. Hard to believe someone could find a way to make parking so much less convenient. No ApplePay, PayPal, etc so manual CC is required. No picture I’d for your license plate. If you forget to me the rental you keep paying for the space you’ve left until you reach the daily max. Offensive..Version: 1.15

RobbedDon’t recommend you use this service that is only going to scam you and take your money! I left my car parked for less than a day but got charged for 2 days. Did I see a refund? Of course not! Save your hard earned money and don’t use this service!.Version: 1.14

Constant IssuesConstant double charging and zero communication. Unwilling to fix issues. Overcharged by around $200 in a week. Absolute joke. Do not park with them..Version: 1.15

Worst parking app imaginableThey charge you daily max if you somehow forget to end the rental. It’s happened to me twice now. Disputing the charge is a literal pain with lengthy CS response times and unreasonable asks for more information.Version: 1.13

Literally almost none of the airgarage are online.I live in Sacramento. There are airgarage signs outside many private businesses. But the only airgarage check-in point online is literally several cities over despite refreshing on the same 5 city blocks, 10, 20, 30, half the city, the entire city. This app simply doesn’t work. I’m better off hiring local bums to guard my car by the minute..Version: 1.13

Misrepresented information on ratesThis app does not provide correct information on rates for lots that you are parking in and they send you messages in the middle of the night informing you of rate increases that were not represented when you logged in. For one overnight and day I was charged $150!!! Never using these again, BEWARE of RIPOFF!.Version: 1.06

DifficultIt is very difficult to get in touch with someone who could help. I’ve tried canceling my rental many times and the link does not work. I downloaded the app to see if I could cancel it from there and when I click on “signup or login” there’s no login option. It wants to start a new account. Still haven’t heard from someone who could help and I’m not happy..Version: 1.07

Won’t let me hit ‘end rental’Used this for parking in Kansas City. Stayed about 2 hours. Got back to the car, tried to end the rental, but the app won’t let me scroll up far enough to hit the darn button. When I scroll and let go, it bounces back to the top. I restarted the app, restarted the phone, and nothing works. What a headache!!! I’m now going to be charged $30 for $10 worth of parking. Of course you don’t have anyone available to chat with in real time as this is happening….Version: 1.13

Rip offI went into a lot and used the app to park. The app told me the parking would cost $4 so I authorized a payment. Later I received a notice from the app saying I was being charged $10 plus a $5 service fee. I contacted the customer service but haven’t received any response. Beware!.Version: 1.14

“Convenience fee”Be ware there was a $10 convenience fee charged in addition to parking. It wasn’t convenient at all there was no where else to park and $10 is excessive. I had to download the app and input payment information etc. The app said parking was $3.00 I paid $22 cause they said I didn’t check in and assessed the $10 convenience fee. I paid $22 to park for 3 hrs. Rip off..Version: 1.14

You forget you pay A LOTNo option in just setting 1 hour and me having to deal with kids and bringing them in and out of the car or if your pre occupied you will forget to end it. When you forget, they charge you the whole thing. Just a cash grab since they don’t have a feature to set a time limit. Also, $10 convienence fee to start and then you charge for the whole parking fee after 15 min. Be careful parking in their lots using this app..Version: 1.13

Fraudulent chargesI have used this app for over a year. Never had any issues until a few month ago. I have now had several charges for parking in California and Vagus were I never have traveled and on the same day in Pitsburgh. I also can find how to report this or how to get my monies return will never us again..Version: 1.13

Beware if you aim to rent a spot for several daysI started a rental at a garage that is meant for train travelers who likely will not be returning the day they leave. Once you start a rental, it will charge you the hourly rate until you hit the daily max. There was no indication when using the app that the rental would restart each day. Because I was out of town, my rental was automatically restarted each day by one of the app’s parking enforcers and I was charged a fee. The interface of the app makes you think that the rental will continue until you end it. This is not the case and you’ll be charged a fee for each day that you don’t restart the rental in time. There’s a FAQ but all of the text is not visible on my phone..Version: 1.13

The app is clunkyThe app said the maximum time to park was 12 hours, but I couldn't figure out how to change the duration of my park. I just renewed it (and paid) each time it ran out, which cost $12 total. Then I went home. At 8 am, I got a charge for ANOTHER $12. I contacted customer service and whoever was on the other end didn't understand that I was charged $12 twice. After some back and forth of me trying to explain what happened, she refunded me $6. I was too annoyed to argue anymore. I wouldn't use this app again..Version: 1.14

App won't open and customer service won't respondI have sent in 2 different emails asking for help but not response. Customer service is very slow and now I can't park in any of the around campus garages. And I currently have a tab open because it was automatically started by one of the monitors and I can't close it..Version: 1.05

Great concept, TERRIBLE EXECUTIONFirst off, I LOVE this concept. But the app itself puts me in an error loop (I can’t start an active rental), after I already started a rental that was NO LONGER RECOGNIZED when I woke up in the morning! I got an automated SMS saying I was automatically charged for the full day (24 hrs) because “I didn’t have an active rental”. I then check my credit card and it says I was charged twice over a 6-hour period. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I now have to deal with my credit card merchant for the faulty charge, NO human support rep from AirGarage, and because I can’t go to my car right now - I had to repay and rebook on a different service (paying twice for a multi-day period) because I have NO EVIDENCE that AirGarage is reliable. Shame on me for trusting this buggy app, and shame on the creators for releasing this live when it leaves people’s cars at risk because it doesn’t work. Now I sit at work while wondering if my car will get towed because AirGarage didn’t work..Version: 1.13

HorribleI opened the app to end my time and got a white screen! Filled out the customer service form and have not heard from anyone. I hope they do not charge me for more than one day. There's no customer service number to.Version: 1.06

Terrible AppThis is one of the worst apps I have ever used. There are some screens you cannot back out of. The ability to add, delete, or edit your plates seems to be broken..Version: 1.14

Garbage parkingConstantly glitches…wrong pricing, increased parking while already parked…sometimes they’ll even send you messages kicking you out of your parking spot is already paid for…last straw stole an extra 30$ from me today on a max 15$ spot due to a glitch will never use again and I recommend you don’t either.Version: 1.18

ScamAs a user, I'm livid. My husband set up an account yesterday for parking. We parked in Fort Lauderdale for a little over an hour and we paid. We got a confirmation and reciept for that parking and went home. Great - pleasant experience. We spent the rest of the day at home. Two hours later, we get a random text from AirGarage saying that our car has been parked somewhere without paying for a rental, so they set up a rental FOR US so we 'don't get towed' (the words from the text) . My husband replied that he isn't parked anywhere but at home and to cancel this. No response. Today, we got a bogus $40 charge for this made up parking. My first problem, is that it is absurd that they are able to SET UP A RENTAL FOR US with our information, without us having done so. If your customers get towed, that's on them. My second problem is that it is completely unacceptable that they can then just charge our card for these random rentals they set up for us. This is a scam, plain and simple. We'll be getting a new debit card, and never using this service again..Version: 1.06

They sell your info to 3rd parties and you will get hundreds of junk email spam and phone callsWithin hours of adding this app my email And phone number were spammed by dozens and dozens of emails and phone calls. The hours I have spent trying to unravel giving this app my phone and email is unbelievable. These people Are criminals..Version: 1.13

Terrible appI get that things are getting easier with the use of apps in lieu of stand alone kiosks but when you park for 1.5 hours but get charged for 3 full days its beyond a broken system..Version: 1.13

Bait and switchThey list a parking garage by an hourly rate, but the garage always charges a daily rate that is 3x+ the hourly rate. You have to catch this as you’re paying, and they won’t offer refunds for the difference that is designed for you to miss..Version: 1.14

App doesn’t workAll I get is a white screen (has happened on multiple devices); which is the last thing you want to see when you’re running late for class and these are the only parking spots available.Version: 1.02

Absolutely horrible customer serviceI see this is a problem other people are having as well. The concept of AirGarage is fantastic, but when there are issues, and there ARE issues, you’re left with no communication from customer service. I have emailed and texted, and neither has worked..Version: 1.06

AppThe app is not clear what you need to do first before you start your rental. Would be better if it started off with signing up..Version: 1.11

AirgarageNo warning provided for starting a rental, charges college kids daily max if rental is not started and you are parked in their lot with 5 minute buffer time without warning. Charges credit card without your authorization. I started a rental and it ended itself without me ending it and someone scanned my car the next morning, So I got charged $20 without even parking for 24 hours, even though I started my rental and didnt finish it. Just park on the street stop using these lots tickets are cheaper than their wrongful charges.Version: 1.11
