✓ Great customer serviceWas skeptical about the app at first. I left a parking spot and forgot to end my rental. I noticed 2 days later and hit end rental. The rental automatically stopped at 12am and all I did was use the app to simple say “I had an appointment at 10 was gone by 11am and forgot to end rental” someone responded by text to me within a few minutes to let me know they resolved my issue and only charged me for the hour I was there.
