TERMS OF SERVICE - PURCHASE
Voodoo offers to each of its account holder (the “Account Holder”) the possibility to select a weekly subscription (the “Subscription”) after a three-day (3) free trial period (the “Free Trial Period”) for a weekly price of 5.99 USD (the “Price”) for the purpose of accessing specific services expressly made available by Voodoo for use (the “Subscribed Services”).
Scope of the Subscription
Following the Free Trial Period, the Account Holder will continue to have access to the Subscribed Services upon confirmation of purchase and after payment is charged to the Account Holders’ personal iTunes Account.
The Subscribed Services will unlock certain games for the Account Holder as well as remove all ads.
The Account Holder agrees that the Price with respect to the Subscribed Services is final and will not be subject to refund.
Purchases by Account Holders outside the U.S.A
The Price is labelled in US Dollars. If the Account Holder resides outside the U.S.A, and wishes to download the Subscription, the Price will be subject to certain variation including additional charges for conversion of the currency.
In addition, Voodoo reserves the right at any time to change and update the Price and inventory of the Subscribed Services available.
Termination of the Subscription
Except as provided below regarding renewal of the Subscription, Voodoo may cancel, suspend or terminate the access by the Account Holder of the Subscribed Services if:
the Account Holder fails to comply with the terms ;
Voodoo suspects any unlawful activity associated with the Account Holder; and
Voodoo suspects certain event of fraud or misuse.
The Subscription is subject to automatic renewal unless the Account Holder withdraws from the Subscription 24-hours before the end of the current week corresponding to the subscription period. If the Account Holder does not withdraw, he will be charged for the following Subscription period.
The Account Holder may manage directly the automatic renewal by using the functionality provided for in the settings of its iTunes Account.
When the Account Holder’s Free Trial Period or the subscription period expires, and provided that he has withdrawn from the Subscription as described above, his personal account will be closed.
The Account Holder acknowledges that Voodoo is not required to provide a refund in the event that there remains any amount in his account. Voodoo will not grant any compensation for unused currency.

✓ Highly AddictiveI’ve been playing this game for about 2 years off and on. I’ve been through a lot of the updates, and this most recent one has made the game unplayable for me. They introduced a new type of boss level called Hard Levels, but for someone who is on level 1740, the way the game is programmed makes the level literally impossible to beat. The difference in the hard levels is you have to clear the level before the ground (which is now a bridge over a pit of lava) runs out of health. Health is depleted when a ball hits the ground. For example, if a ball has a value of 2k and it hits the ground, the ground loses 2k health. The issue with this at higher levels is the amount of health the ground has is not enough when compared to the values on the balls towards the end of the level. I am given about 600k health for the ground, but towards the end of the level, I am given 5 balls with like 30k or more on them. My cannons are maxed out in every way and no amount of power ups can help to beat the levels. I used to like this game because I could play it sort of casually without too much trouble. I don’t mind a little challenge, but it has gotten to the point where it is impossible to clear a level, and I just can’t play until this is fixed..Version: 2.5.1

✗ Annoying adverts while playingThis would be a fairly good game. If it wasn’t for adverts randomly appearing during play that you can’t get rid of. So you either die or have to have Jedi reflexes to pass the level before it goes. Boss battles are stupidly difficult if you don’t have rockets. So you’ll probably spend a few days playing before getting annoyed and bored in equal measure..Version: 1.88
✗ Really good time wasting game that is spoiledYou have a really good time wasting game here that you can dip in and out of without having to make any massive time commitments. The down side to this (and the reason for the low review) is the adverts! The sheer volume and frequency of them stops me bothering to play the game... yes I know I could pay to remove ads but for a time wasting game I am not going to pay £2.99 if it was 99p then maybe. Shame really because it is a great concept for a quick game..Version: 1.16
