✓ Poorly conceived and architectedThis product should be called AthletesGoLag. The scoring part doesn’t work with slow/no internet or when the servers are having issues. Everyone uses gamechanger to score and then transfer to agl later. Teams are forced to pay for and use this product due to what I can only conclude is nefarious TFL - agl funny business. In summary, worst scoring app ever. We are all now dumber as a result of being exposed to agl..RobuuuuuuuuVersion: 3.4.8

✓ Disappointed Parent. The app is junk.We have one son playing college ball and another in high school. So a combined 17 years of travel teams and school teams. This app is the weakest of anything we’ve had to use to follow a player over the past few decades and we were forced to pay $100 for the summer. The video player is dark. There is no stop/rewind/playback during a live game. It’s data intensive so you better be on high speed Wi-Fi remotely. You have to toggle between lineup, box score, or play by play. No season stats. No schedule/record. All that was stored somewhere else. But the worst is the play by play. After a decade of GameChanger and iScore, the designers and developers of this app really missed the mark. The new GameChanger with integrated live video and video clips blows Athletes Go Live away..D-SalsVersion: 3.9.5

✓ Not worth the moneyFor the amount they charge the services provided are awful. Streaming is not consistent and you have to log out and log in to refresh. Support just blames the streamer but the website is what kicks you out and locks up and says to wait for site to connect..K's 556Version: 3.9.2

✓ Garbage for a feeThis app is garbage. Our spring league has forced us to use AGL instead of Game Changer. App is glitchy. It makes scoring errors, duplicating a scoring play so 2 runs are tallied instead of 1. No free way for fans to follow. User-unfriendly interface. Hard/impossible to correct errors or fix mistakes the app itself makes. Stick with Game Changer. ✓ Horrible beyond wordsWas this app developed for the iPhone 1? If you are going to monopolize the youth sports market by trying to partner with organizations and colleges and extort parents for money to follow and watch their kid, at least have a decent updated app. How can Game Changers interface be so good and cost $15 and this junk makes you pay $200? ✓ Works about 50% of timeVery glitchy and can’t get your money back. Apple doesn’t have easy mechanism and credit card sends you back to Apple. Something wrong here. The app doesn’t deliver even substantially as promised and they keep the money. No clear link to request refund for payment already processed. ✓ So So scoring interfaceCompared to other scoring apps like Gamechanger this is harder to use as a scorer or as just a parent trying to view games/stats. The user interface could really use improvement. When scoring games, if you are in area the does not have good internet signal, good luck. ✓ Customer service is awfulI have canceled moltaple times and fod. Month it won’t charge me and then it’s back every time they owe me for over three month now with no responce back at all. The reason for camo in the first place is the streaming live is so glitchy you can’t watch it almost all the time. ✓ Constant IssuesOur team has constant issues with this app. I’m not sure it’s made it through a whole game yet. It freezes up in the scoring UI saying “issue communicating with the server” and we can never get it back. Do not recommend. ✓ It’s okay but needs improvementCompared to other apps this still has a lot of bugs. Twice this past weekend I tried scoring put both rosters in and went to start scoring, selected batting team and it asked to add a play or complete lineup. When selecting add you couldn’t see any of your players orbit kept you in a loop. Finally had to delete the game and start over. Also some instances if you don’t put a position for all fielders when your scoring it won’t show a fielder to select you have to go into lineup and add fielding location before you can complete the play. This app has potential but has a long way to go it gets frustrating when the bugs creep up on you as the only thing you can do is stop scoring.
