✓ Soooooo convenient!!!!!I have to renew my expired passport and this app just landed. This app is soooo convenience!! Easy updating, easy photo shooting. I finished submitting my application within 15min!!! Then waited the status to change and mailed all materials. I received my new passport today! Don’t need to go out in person and escape the lines. ✓ 个人体验还行很明显这app反应很慢 设计也不好看 不过耐心使用的话 我个人感觉功能上还是比较完整的 尤其是申请填写一半退app以后可以自动提醒读取草稿 很关键很nice 总之还是顺利的换好了护照 不过材料说明部分有一句非常的有误导性：要提交“申请人护照/旅行证/通行证原件及纸质照片” 这个纸质照片是指通行证的纸质照片还是我个人的照片 表意不明 不过最后没有交纸质照片也顺利拿到了新护照.Version: 2.3.3
✓ Good App needs a bit improvement and maintenanceI have used this app twice for passport renew in 2023 so far. I would say it is easy to navigate,clear instruction and various options you can choose( I.e if you lost your passport you can still use this app for renew/ apply for new passport). Timeline wise- takes on average just under 4 weeks. The embassy I have to say is much responsive than before should you email them. Overall good enough!.Version: 2.2.5

✓ Passport renewal process better than expected!Just received my new passport today and have to say the whole process was surprisingly smooth. There were a few hiccups with the app at set-up with facial scan and midway when it wouldn’t open my submitted passport renewal form. But these problems were all resolved by reinstalling the app. The whole process took a little under a month and I never had to go in person to the embassy, even when parts of my submission had to be edited/resubmitted, I was informed and made those edits through the app. Overall very impressed by the smooth process!.Version: 2.2.5

On the registration page, cannot use foreign phone number 2. The example for passport ID page is blank 3. When the passport page is being uploaded, the snapshot randomly show up in other block 4. Image uploading is slow and sometimes it failed 5. Only support WeChat payment (online) Looking forward for further optimization~.Version: 2.0.3
✓ Quick bug fix and useful featuresI need to renew my passport and was informed my Chinese consulate that this app will be online in June 2021. Login works for US phone number and I can get ID verification correctly through Dacian recognition. I was able to submit renewal application after their bugfix this week. Took only 20 mins overall and I can do it at home without traveling to the address. I am still waiting for additional materials but it seems pretty smooth..Version: 2.0.2
