✓ Fun!I was skeptical of this app at first, sure it would be a disappointment but it’s been anything but! I’m ab avid reader of psychological thriller novels and am drawn to true crime stories. This hits all those marks and makes you feel like you’re part of the story by giving you a view through the victim’s phone screen. A bit slow moving at times, but that’s understandable and to be expected as that’s the apps main form of revenue generation. I usually delete an app pretty quickly but this one’s got me hooked. Recommend if true crime and social media are two areas of interest for you..Version: 2.19.8.0

✓ Love love love this game!!This game is so addicting. I’ve gone through quite a few stories now. ONLY downside is that if you’re not willing to spend money, there’s certain messages that you won’t be able to open. Even with going by their time frame and not using coins to speed up the time it’s darn near impossible to have access to everything in the phone. I suggest having more elations to earn coins or up the amount of free coins that can be earned. I spent about $50 on this game so far and I’m taking a detox cause I don’t believe in spending on phone games. But this one got me and I just haaaaad to! If you okay you’ll understand. But thanks to all that helped make this app possible. Great acting and just when you think you’ve got it all figured out YOU DONT. Always a plot twist. ✓ Every murder mystery fan should get this!!I’d highly recommend this to any big fans of detective shows who like to try and work out the murder mysteries. It was so much fun trying to look through all the messages trying to put the picture and the fact it was in real time kept it interesting! The fact that you could get 100 coins every hour by watching a few ads means you weren’t forced to pay for things to help you win the game which made it a lot more appealing. ✓ I LOVE THIS GAME BUT...I love this game because of the whole aspect of being in someone else’s phone and living the life of this character almost as if through their own eyes! It frustrates me how long in between texts you gotta wait .. causing you to spend coin not knowing for sure if the next message will be worth it or not. You will drop money to speed up to the next text and it will be some random message - and then your back to another 1-5 hours to wait for the next message. I tried to play with just free coins and keys.. but if you actually want to Unlock everything that’s available and to move forward you gotta buy some coin or keys. Not saying unlocking everything is crucial to move on.. but it gives you more of the story. Some things you can definitely survive not unlocking. You will know if it’s important if that locked character is texting like crazy later on. They did a good job making a twist in the first story. The only one I’ve read so far. You kind of felt it was someone from the beginning.. and you were like “ha. Predictable” then boom… huge twist. Like no way. It’s a great game. I wish we could speed up the story without spending coins. Like.. make us watch a bunch of ads to speed up to the next text ? I know you want us to buy things in the game - I get it. This needs to be added asap. The stories are fine, but after you read all the texts there’s nothing to do but wait. So, I think while you have time on your hands something else could be implemented. But when the story got going and day after day I was hooked. I tried to act like a detective but the plot keeps twisting. First it was this character then it was the next until you realize the killer was the person you didn’t pay attention too. The first one was so sad. ✓ Unique!I seen Joe Sugg’s gaming channel series and immediately I had to download the app. There was a wide variety in categories for you to choose from, meaning that this app is suited for everyone because it has something anyone can enjoy. One thing I love about this app is how it is linked to your real life times, meaning you get notified when something new’s happening in a story (for example, a text conversation) which allows you to play along whilst also balancing the usage of the community’s phones. As there isn’t a constant supply of content (because you have to wait for the notifications what are scheduled at certain times) this gives people time off their phones which is one of the biggest problems of the world at the moment. The developers definitely did a great job with this app and I would 100% recommend it to anyone who was looking for a new game or just something different!.Version: 1.3.6

✓ Like true crime? Then this is for you!I don’t often right reviews but I have enjoyed this game so much I felt compelled to do so. There are so many different things you can look at and go into (including an actual instagram account) while trying to solve this crime. There is a chat where you can talk to your fellow detectives that started around the same time as you. There you can discuss some of the things that have been revealed and throw out your ideas on what might have happened. I’m just now getting near the end of my first case and I can’t remember the last time I had this much fun playing a game. ✓ I love this game...butI came across this game a couple of days ago. I love it as I love to solve mysteries. The first case I did was the first unsolved crime and at the time i didn't realise that you had to wait as its set in real time. Which was fine for me but I didn’t pause it when I went to bed and when I went to it again I was overwhelmed with messages etc. Again , which was fine I understood why. So when I started the next one I knew I would pause it at night (which was last night). Now for some reason after un pausing it it as reverted back to the beginning! So now when it get to the part where I have to wait for a while I am assuming I have to wait nine hours again! Now, when I went to bed I paused it with about two hours to go but when it finally kicked into gear it said I had five hours to go! So I decided to use some coins to get back to where i was but that when started from the beginning again. So now I’m really frustrated as I want to play the game and with the being a glitch I will not be paying for coins as it is not my fault. I’m hoping this will sorted as i really want to play this game. Is there anyway this can be sorted? If it wasn’t for that I would have given 5 stars..Version: 2.10.6.0

My only have a couple of complaints There are a number of bugs throughout, that affect the app everyday. - regular crashes - video ‘progress bar’ not tracking properly - message logs flashing even though it’s up to date A number of QoL issues: - accidentally swiping whilst watching a video will dismiss. You’ll need to watch the video from the start again - Mixture of ‘Story post’ and live videos in the same feed - the unread count of the message thread is in the bottom right corner... I’m right handed, I can’t see it? - I can’t see what day of the story I’m on? Lastly, there needs to be a balance for push notifications. Some stories feature group convos. When 4 characters are all messaging each other at the same time, it’s not uncommon to get spammed notifications in a very short about of time. Battery killer. However, the narratives, design, concept and execution is brilliant. Myself and a couple of friends discuss it everyday!.Version: 1.5.1

✓ Very addictiveThis is a great app but loses a lot of readers because they don’t have a clue what they are supposed to be doing so I’ll clear it up for you. There is absolutely no gameplay to this at all. You don’t have control over any part of this game (other than skipping the story forward with coins) There is no decision making or choosing outcomes, it is just a story that unfolds in real time thru a chosen individuals phone. There are messages to read, group chats, emails, voicemails and photo gallery options on this phone that you have to read and that’s basically it. The real fun to this game (and it’s not for everyone) is picking up on little clues and trying to work out who’s done what to who and why before the story ends. It gives you a sense of accomplishment getting it spot on but be prepared for unexpected plot twists and ‘No way!’ Moments. Just I find it a little slow to continue the story since you have to wait hours to get a couple of messages to continue the story but I understand the fact that is meant to be ‘real life messaging’ simulation which makes the story more real. It would be amazing if you can add access to other apps (installed by the phone’s owner) inside the story to get more clues and have other types of interactions in the story :) all in all, the idea is incredible and well achieved. First played Live which was fab, and then My Last Three Days which was literally one of the scariest things I’ve ever seen! ✓ I REALLY love this gameOkay, so as someone who loves thrillers and mysteries, I write stories, and I wanted to find a fun little mystery game to inspire a book and pass time. This game is really interactive and cool, and it’s so cool how it has voice acting and actual actors to play roles. It feels so REAL. The only annoying thing is sometimes you will waste coins or a key to unlock a photo or something when it really isn’t important at all. Other than that, this game is amazing! Please continue to improve it! (Also, I recommend either using a notes app or writing info down bc there is a LOT to remember. I like the idea and defo great ending but just felt there were too many hours of silence and a lot of waiting around with little suspense. In terms of the actors, you did much better than last seen, the brother was so good in the videos, probably the best one . The dad was a little unrealistic on how he didn’t react to Christina’s “death” at the explosion , anyone would have freaked out. I just feel like the fear factor needs to be a lot higher in the texts (personally) But by the end I was stuck to my phone waiting for the outcome . HOWEVER the video/pic elements are very buggy and sometimes crash the app or you don’t see all of the elements which is a bit annoying. BUT the stories seem good up to now and I like how if you are falling behind it pauses the progress and you have the option to restart, I did this after a few busy days at work and am glad I did. My other half is addicted now as well. ✓ ImmersiveIt’s a great game with great stories. I like how it puts you in a first person perspective in real time. One of my complaints is how long it takes to progress the story if you are a free-player. The game uses coins as a currency to unlock pieces of information. You also have to use coins to progress to the next day. I got behind on saving up coins and by the time I saved up to progress, the story was days ahead and ended. I learned to save up around 2000 coins before starting a new story. You can buy coins or coin packs that the game offers. You can also complete achievements along the way which will give you items and coins. Otherwise, you get a free daily reward (typically around 50 coins). The daily reward can be doubled by watching 1 ad. The reward resets every 18 hours, but can be trimmed down by 12 hours if you watch 4 ads (-3 hours each). Along with this, you can earn 100 coins by watching 5 ads(20 coins each), which then resets every hour. I wouldn’t download this game if you don’t like watching a ton of ads. (I watch tv while I let them all play). If you have the patience, I think it’s worth playing. The stories are that good to me..Version: 2.20.2.0
✓ Good storiesI’ve been doing this since LSO was a stand-alone and have done all the stories that are out. I find them interesting and will keep doing them, although I have nitpicks, too. The realism suffers in almost all stories, either a little or a lot. The app glitches sometimes. Also, they need an American to check their US-based stories because they’re full of UK terms and expressions (or photos showing pound signs or double faucets). Many stories have live feeds—if you miss them, they’re gone. Of course, they have now moved to a subscription model, which has ticked some people off, but I think it’s worth the money (so far, at least)..Version: 1.3.6

✓ Needs improvingReally wish there was a definitive ending to the stories like the Joe Sugg one where you see a video of the ending. You should be able to press a button to say “complete story” and it finishes the story for you and takes you back to the main menu. I can still go back into the stories I’ve completed but makes more sense to me for them to restart automatically once you’ve completed it? Some of the stories I’ve read have been ok but for example the Callux one I found strange, people still sending him texts even though he was dead? Just seemed very unrealistic and ruined it for me. The only problem is that the game’s glitches prevent the participants from fully enjoying the story by distracting and frustrating them. Everything depends on the use of coins, but the methods for obtaining free coins by watching video ads rarely worked during the first few days. The method for doubling daily rewards by watching ads also worked inconsistently. It would help if a few instructions were updated to prevent readers from attempting to pause the story to look for a feature that no longer exists. Pausing the story causes the participants to lose time. ✓ Amazing!!!This is one of the most addicting games I have ever played. Everything about it is done so well and there so much much detail put into it which is really cool and makes you appreciate how much time and effort the creators put into it. I understand that a lot of the chats require coins to unlock, but you get daily rewards and ads to get free coins. Even to get paid coins is not very expensive so it’s not a big deal. It moves a little slow with the amount of time that’s between messages/other activities, and there’s no way to earn coins fast enough to unlock everything, it pushes you to buy things. Some things that would make it better would be maybe a little more that could make us feel like we’re actually solving the case with more clues that can be solved. It also would be neat to have more access to things that would help solve the case, like autopsy reports, police reports, etc. There were some boring episodes and sometimes it felt like we weren’t learning anything, like some episodes were just filler. ✓ Some good some awfulI loved the story of Amy Morris, Lucy and Alyssa. They were all so fascinating and intriguing with great endings. I’ve also played Josie, Erika which were sub par. I have played almost all, and the newer ones have been exceptionally slow in coming out. I stopped playing for awhile because I thought given time, more stories would open up, but there have only been two, and some that were supposed to be released by September are still not available. You can tell that there is a lot of time and money that goes into creating these wonderful stories, so why not help keep the story writers and actors able to keep doing what they enjoy? I see a lot of complaints about the creators asking for money for the stories...I understand that not everyone has a disposable income but to expect them to give it away for free and dock them stars seems demeaning to me. ✓ Change the coin system pls , it’s a jokeLove the game, gets you intrigued then hooked tbh however I just hate what it costs to ‘unlock’ texts, images, emails etc, it costs 200 coins for the decent stuff for example and that’s for that 1 thing to be unlocked, so you have to use coins over and over and you only get around 40 coins daily for free and 20 coins for every ad u watch which is 5 max a day, but that is also boring to have to do that constantly. ✓ Game is missing investigation part?…This game is great I absolutely love the idea of being able to investigate crimes so realistically like this, but these just something that bothers me… In the beginning of the stories texts are coming in in love time and you get to go through messages, calls, emails and photos of the victim’s phone… Now I know a lot people complain about having to get coins to unlock a bunch of stuff but I just watch the ads everyday and get coins to unlock everything that way, so that wasn’t really a problem for me. I did 3 of the stories; Last Seen Online, My Last 3 days & 10 Miles From Home (I believe those are the names). But what was a problem for me, is that not even half way in the story, the texts stops from coming in and nothing new happens… Like I had unlocked everything all of the messages, calls, emails and photos on the victim’s phone, and it just says ADVANCE on the bottom of the screen, but when you click on it it brings you straight to the reveal of the crime. So it’s missing a big chunk of the story of discovering clues and investigating the evidence and such, like there’s no actual investigating involved as it states in the ads of the game, so that’s a bit of a bummer… Could someone tell me if there’s something I’m missing here, to be able to complete the story without having to click on ADVANCE jump straight to the end? ✓ Front seat drive into a murderAll in all it was cool. Having the control, snooping about the missing persons phone. Hated the coins for individual messages if I am being honest. I rather pay a monthly subscription fee than for the info needed. I also think it would be better if we could guess the killer. Maybe buy attempts at guessing if we get x many wrong. I also would like a portion of this app to be the police files. Still want to see the friends reactions to draw out if anyone they knew did it. ✓ Interesting App With Some FlawsUnrd is a unique and interesting app with various genres of text message stories to read through. As I started using the app it was clear to see that a lot of effort had gone into making it from all the different chats you can read, to the emails and photos you can read and see, to the various videos you can watch with real life actors & actresses in them & I’ve really enjoyed using unrd over the last couple of weeks. However, I do have an issue with this app which is that I have only managed to claim the daily reward once and I can never get the reward ads that give you extra coins to unlock more stories to work, which is a real shame as I wanted to move on to part 2 of Sarah’s Secret but I need more coins in order to do this. If there is an issue with the game that prevents this then can you please fix it? Or can you please give me some advice as to why the reward ads and the daily reward are not loading as I would really like to progress further with the unrd stories. ✓ Loved this app so much!!I haven’t come across this sort of app before but I love it and at first I was frustrated with the waiting around for messages but it does build up the anticipation which is also good. I did have a few glitches where certain texts should of come after my characters reply so hop that can be fixed but apart from that, well done and I hope you make sooo many more stories :-) The only other thing I will say is that there should be a way to start the story from scratch if you have skipped too far through, I’m replaying The missing girl story again because it got stuck to I deleted the app and downloaded it again, I know it wouldn’t save the data but it should of given me the option to replay it from last played.Version: 1.0.8

✓ Great storiesI remember playing Last Seen Online before when it was a separate app and I remember being blown away by the execution. Just a word of advice though if you try this app: You’d be wise to save upwards of 1200 for an 800 coin story 😀 The new pricing model saddens me a bit. We have to unlock stories by coins, which is okay, but after we unlock the story, we have to unlock chats for other characters (mostly several of the secondary characters). So I thought, okay, disappointing since I thought I could unlock everything, but fair enough. But then I’ve discovered that with the chats that are already unlocked for free, you have to pay coins for EACH chat bubble for the person the main character is talking to. I have to be wise about where to spend my coins in the chat, but I think at this point I will have to accept that I can’t read everything. Some chats aren’t super essential though, so we can sort of get away with it 😁 Overall, I’ve really enjoyed the stories in this app, and there are daily coins given for free, which helps unlock parts of the story. I just wish we knew how much upfront cost is needed so I can save all my coins before starting a story..Version: 2.2.9
