✓ Pretty good7/21-Update: thanks for adding house numbers and responding to my comment! 😊 With the update, came the addition of the ‘tracing’ of the entire route. This is terrible (for me). It creates confusion and adds unnecessary information to the delivery I am on. I don’t need to know about the next one, I need to know about the one I am doing. With the optimization working well, I trust the order as being efficient, but this extra information has made my deliveries less effective as it’s easy to confuse current and future routes, and I’ve missed stops. Please turn that off, or make it an option you can choose to use. 5/21-I just started doing some deliveries for work and this is a great support. My only feedback is the lack of the house number being clearly available right before you reach the location. I’m still having to refer back to my paperwork, rather than just being able to just use the app as my single source. 4 stars.Jjsm23Version: 2.26.0

✓ Nice but not for my purposesI really wanted to love this app. I’m a UPS seasonal private delivery driver and was looking for help in organizing my crazy country routes. I do love that I can take a picture of my entire manifest and have it self populate. When the gps routing worked it was nice. The problem for me is that I was getting too many routing errors in my very rural route. I lost valuable time trying to find the actual property locations. Also I noticed that I couldn’t hit the check mark if I found the house on my own and then move on to the next one on my list. ✓ Was Great. Now Useless.This app WAS the best routing app on the platform. Last month it logged me out of my paid subscription right before my UPS route began. Just like many users have stated, it would not accept my phone number for login confirmation…calling it invalid no matter the format. Tried support 20 days ago and recently 5 days ago. No response. I have a feeling that the Straightaway team has jumped ship but forgot to hang an “out of business” sign in the window. ✓ Needs work but has potentialI really like the app layout and idea. However there are some bugs that need to be fixed and it’ll be much better. I am experiencing a lot of moments where the app will freeze once I’ve optimized my route, went to my first stop or two and then it will freeze once I click for directions to the next location. The icon will pop up where it does a circular motion as if it’s working to get the directions, but it never gets past that point. Again, I feel this app has great potential and I’d really enjoy this app if it worked as supposed to. I’m hoping this issue will be resolved and I can utilize this app in the near future as it would really help me with my job..Nate8679Version: 2.2.3

✓ Needs ALOT of workThis app initially seems pretty cool. Until you actually use it for a day. It’s metrics for mapping out addresses is extremely subpar and very often can’t find addresses you would think were well established. It’s also EXTREMELY buggy... if you pay $10 for the month subscription, you can input more than 10 stops. Great. That is... until it decides completely randomly to think you don’t have a subscription and deletes anything over 25. Causing you to have to input everything from the start. It freezes, crashes, and lags quite often. I tried to contact support on multiple occasions but you can’t reach anyone and their online support just doesn’t. ✓ Camera doesn’t work well in depicting addressWould not recommend this app. The features that would make me pay for the subscription just doesn’t work. I am a delivery driver and when I scanned my mobile computer with a list of stops and addresses, it only picked up 3/6 and the rest were not added. I then chose to manually take a picture of the manifests and still out of 10 packages, it would not recognize 4! And they were all valid addresses easily found on Apple Maps!! ✓ Lacks addresses. Charged me for free trial!Don’t use this for bulk deliveries, they charged me for 25+ deliveries (even for free trial!) but they couldn’t get me some correct addresses and I can prioritise the drops better so I ended up using Google maps at the end to finish my jobs. ✓ Better than mostLove the fact that we can have 25 addresses for free most give 10 so that is nice. But the live gps doesn’t always work if u make a wrong turn or detour because of construction or something. Also I work for UPS so I cannot do U-turns on residential streets with the big truck. ✓ Needs WorkI have a couple suggestions that would make this app perfect in my opinion 1. I would like the option to open addresses in Apple/Google maps. The built in mapping system is almost useless and not very accurate. 2. It would be cool to add notes to each stop and be able to see the notes with out having to tap on the stop or even color coding would be great. The ability to take a picture of my manifests and instantly have every address appear on my route is a game changer and this app does an amazing job at doing that. I really wanted to like this app but the mapping system is very inaccurate and makes finding addresses and navigating a hassle. ✓ Not routing correctly anymoreThe app was wonderful in the beginning. For the last few months it has stopped routing correctly, it has the addresses scattered all over. ✓ Can’t find all the addressesI tried it for the first time. Feature of getting complete manifest into app with a click of photo is cool. But, there are accuracy issues. ✓ Newspaper deliveryI just started delivering newspapers which means I’m going to the SAME EXACT HOUSES EVERYDAY! I love everything about this app EXCEPT I WONT BE ABLE TO USE IT BC it dose t let me save a route ( so I’d have to re write 350 stops everytime) & it doesn’t let me put in notes (so I know which house gets what paper) if you could add those two things this would be 5 stars for me! ✓ Does not workApple is very hard to subscribe to, and after a frustrating half hour and tech-support it started working. However the camera is not reliable and addresses must be double checked after scanning. Halfway through the workday the app crashed and it does not save your progress. ✓ Great appThis is a great app, however some of the towns I deliver to are not available. I just moved to this area and know nothing about the surrounding areas so it’s a little frustrating. ✓ In theoryIn theory this is a cool idea, take a pic and it transfers to the app and in order for the most part. I’m a mailman and liked this to begin with but it has too many issues. ✓ When it works, it’s great.I have had very mixed results with this program. It’s great to scan in your route but the GPS can’t always find the streets. I deliver in an area with a lot of new construction and have a real problem with the GPS not being able to find certain areas. I use Google Maps in conjunction with this program when it can’t find an address. Sometimes it will take me way off my route when it can’t find an address, so I have to check every time to make sure we’re going to the right location. The one thing I would really like to see is to have the program say the address when you arrive. I’ll keep using it, but hope that the GPS gets upgraded if nothing else..WildwingSuzVersion: 2.35.1

✓ Put time windows on stops for optimizationSome of my stops needs to be made within a window. So let’s say I start at noon and optimize there may be a stop I can’t make until 4. So to be able to optimize with a time window feature would be very helpful instead of passing the stop and back tracking later on. ✓ This concept is better but maps can’t find addressI prefer this app then all others because it has the map integration. But many times an address won’t show because the maps being used are no where near the same detail as google maps or apple maps. ✓ Couple issuesThe app is great at route optimization, but has a couple flaws in other areas. Firstly, when taking pictures of the addresses, the detection is not super accurate. So i usually have to go through and double check and correct a lot of addresses, so i end up just entering them all in manually. Second the navigation sends me through a lot of alleys which is not ideal, and also registers a lot of addresses as being in the alleyways instead of the actual street. So a lot of the times i end up switching to another navigation app. And lastly every now and then, while navigating to the next stop, the screen will turn white and i have to close the app and go back the the stop i was on to continue my route. .. all that being said, i still use the app everyday, even though it’s a little frustrating at times.. and if those three issues are fixed the app would be perfect. All of the other features are great, and I’d still recommend it for the price and route optimization alone. Looking forward to an update with those bug fixes that i mentioned..Zeal426Version: 2.38.1

✓ WorthlessI’m running a landscaping company and trying to do my weekly trips with as little driving as possible. This app is worthless wont load the addresses from a excel spreadsheet I’ve tried To simply the addresses and it will find maybe 2 of 30 in the area I am in then the rest it randomly picks across the contrary. It stop the app anytime you get a message even if you stay in the app and ignore the message. The app if you do get it to work will give you a different route for the same list every time even if you re arrange your list to it’s optimum route it will change it and say congratulations we saved you x amount of time. And that’s if and only if you can keep it from crashing long enough to load your addresses and fix what it did wrong.
