Constant problemsI have to erase the app and downloaded every month. I set up the pun, it recognizes it a few times and then it does not. After three times it freezes me out and I have to enter all my data again. I have tried using different combinations and nothing worjs,.Version: 2.7.6

My drivers license needs to be renewed and this app is uselessI’ve been trying for the last 10 days to get this app to set up an appointment to have my drivers license renewed, but the darn thing keeps giving me one error after another. Not allowing me make it past the Appointments option in the menu. And even when I finally can, the system dosen’t even make it past the schedule either, so I can’t find the most available time to go. On top of that, I can’t even digitally renew my license, because there’s a document or two that’s missing. But the system dosen’t warn me which documents I need to bring. Update: I still haven’t been able to get an appointment so I went ahead and called them. And after waiting 20 minutes I finally got someone on the phone. I tried to ask them to set up an appointment only for them to tell me to just use the app. But when I tried to explain why the app won’t let me, she hung up on me. Congratz, Cesco, you just won Worst Department in the World..Version: 2.6.13

As useless as the websiteWas unable to pay a fine after multiple tries. When entering information the keyboard doesn’t enable. After finally entering all the information, it says it was unable to process payment. Even their spelling is defective. Shameful..Version: 1.1.0

Update need itThis apps use to work great. Now every time i try to use it. Ask to update the app first. But there is no update available. You need to keep updating your app so the functionality between the app and the IOS stay up to date and work whenever the IOS upgrade happens. Now this app just occupy space in my phone..Version: 2.2.2

Older iPhone with iOS 12There is no app for iPhones 7 or older, so it will be impossible to obtain and present the VAC ID at any location (they will not accept the original card). I Could spend $1,000 for a new iPhone, but then I will have no money to go out!.Version: 2.0.2

App crashes a lotIt a great update to having to wait in lines for hours but on the iPhone the app crashes a lot. When trying to add the vaccination id to Apple wallet and randomly too. Wish this was fixed.Version: 2.7.3

They Disable the App When You Most Need ItThey force updates on you without warning and disable access to the old version when you most need it. I get a “Waiting” message that never ends. Especially on a Saturday. Unreliable. Best to carry the damned card at all times..Version: 2.6.10

Unable to register for Vacu IDWhen trying to register for the Vacu ID I was unable to fill the date as I received the second dose on the same month as my first one. You should be able to select the month and not impose by the app. Please fix it!!!!!.Version: 2.6.0

I need App support!When I put in my info I incorrectly entered my email address and since I had already registered with my correct email, it keeps telling me someone already has that email! Vacu ID errorI have tried for over 2 months to get my vacu id processed and an error with validation keeps popping up. I call department of health all information is correct. They tell me Delete app re install and try again and again And again…..Version: 2.6.8

Issues with Vacu IDIf you got the vaccine during the same month in the second date you don’t see the month you got it. Like if you got both doses in April in the second field you don’t see April..Version: 2.6.0

Can’t pay finesI can see all the fines that I have but it won’t let me pay any. None of the fines appear on the app but once I enter to the certification the fines appear. Would like to be able to pay my fines online and not have to make the long lines in person to see 20 people to tell me I have to buy stamps and then be able to pay the fine. Good app with issuesGood app. However, I was not able ro input my vac. info because the time between the 1st and 2nd shot was only 27 days. So the app arbitrarily assume the next shot occurs at any month following the month you took the 1st shot. In other words, it your 1st shot was on the 3rd, and your 2nd shot occurred on the 30th of the same month (because you got a called from the vac. center that shots were available), the app will not allow you to input the 2nd shot info for the same month..Version: 2.6.0

Can’t add 3rd dose informationI still can’t be able to put my 3rd dose information in the app after they announced it publicly that the app have that option available..Version: 2.7.3

Does Not WorkThis app is a waste of time. It does not function properly and you aren’t able to complete any transaction on it. There is also no customer support so when another error pops up, there is no one to speak to. I would give it zero stars but that is not an option..Version: 2.7.11

ApplicationThe opposite issues the work ID section still is not functioning correctly the bugs are numerous honestly you can hire a college individual who just started coding and can probably make it work better in half the people are employed by you if you had this done by an employee if you paid a contract to do this job boy you got royally screwed you need to see them get back your money in for them to do the application correctly for free and send a message to other people who do contact with you don’t give us garbage when we pay. you want to change the reputation and the way the people in the world view your country and your government please do not doing yourself any favours by continually doing bad stuff..Version: 2.7.5

Stop this nonsenseThis app has way to many bugs, cant pay fines, doesn’t show the updated documents. The isn’t connected to the auto expresso so fines when paid can be erased from car license. The app freezes or breaks the trying to load the id. Its not working correctly for the vaccine passport, says data is unavailable. This is a disaster!.Version: 2.6.0

Frustrating- constant errorsI have tried doing a few things via the app and it feels almost impossible. Constant errors and the app closing itself. I’ve tried every trick to push through and sometimes can get a few pages in before it kicks me out again..Version: 2.7.4

Several Issues1. In Puerto Rico the majority does not understand or handle English. Therefore, it is a Government instrument paid, but not accessible to all. 2. I bought the new “marbete” on June 28, 2021 and it indicates that it is expired. 3. It should provide a way to contact and attached documentation to inform CESCO of misinformations, etc..Version: 2.6.2

TerribleIf the purpose of this app was to provide better service, it failed miserably. I was not able to pay a fine using the app after multiple attempts. The dtop needs to put some work into this if they really want it to increase transaction efficiency..Version: 1.0

2 steps authenticationPlease can the creator add 2 step authentication to the app and website, I’m having the problem that someone had all the normal information to log in to my account and every time I went back to the app it ask me all my information again even if I selected remember me. So I did the test and yes is someone login in from another device. Is a big problem since we can do title transfer in the app if the car is paid off (not quite sure how it work, I don’t know if we can do the whole process of title transfer in the app, but if we’re able to do it the person can do it easily because it have my personal information). I hope the creator take the security seriously. I’ll give better point if I see a change. Thanks.Version: 2.7.10

Error Error sorry!Si funcionara como se supone sería un súper App, pero son muchas más veces las que me dice “Error Error Sorry” que las veces que me deja conectarme. If it worked how it’s supposed to, it would be a super app. But, I can’t count the times I’ve tried to Connect and get an “Error Error Sorry” page. Logging out everytime.It normally works good, it brings me info about my vaccines, etc. the problem is that every time it logged out and I need to make the request again..Version: 2.7.3

It’s the worstSo now today it still gives you a sorry error but now a banner pops up asking if you want a COVID card and when you say no it kicks you out. Verification for emails are horrible never received a single one. How about verification by cell phone number text? I’m waiting to pay my ticket and I only have 15 days for a discount. I don’t know where these locations are so paying on line is the best for most people that are not from PR. They should extend the discount for 30 days or as long as it takes for you to fix the on line forms..Version: 2.7.4

Logs out/App Icon not loading correctlyApp’s home page icon looks black and white and incomplete, app logs itself out while being used, turns VACU-ID switch off. Really like having all my driving information, payment options and official certifications available without having to drive to DTOP..Version: 2.6.2

Government AbuseThis app is a testament to the state of mediocrity in which government agencies operate in Puerto Rico. Absolutely nothing works. Schedule appointment? “Ops, we don’t know how to program that just yet” Ask to renovate? “We don’t quite really do that yet”. It’s just a visual, nothing works. The only info you can access is the one you already got..Version: 2.4.0

Urgent attention is not working at all!!!Is not working. It now appears to be some type of “offline version” and only gives me the option to “see my ID” but when I try it appears a white background and then it suddenly closes. There’s no sense on having an app ocuppying space in my phone but still can’t do nothing with it and I used it often for my ID… try to fix this please!.Version: 2.7.10

Can’t pay finesPassed all process and an error that payment can’t proceed at the moment. A friend do the same and same error occurr. Puerto Rico does it better!! Nothing function well. Don’t waste your time or phone memory downloading this app. You just can look your info exactly as going to the website, thats all..Version: 1.2.3

Vacu-ID ProblemsI filled out my Vacu-ID information and have been waiting more than 48hrs for the authentication process. Whilst this is going on, many of my friends info has been authenticated in minutes. Not very consistent..Version: 2.6.0
