✓ Their site crashed and I lost money because of it.Ive never wrote a review in my life but this I couldn’t let go by without saying something. I’ve been using FanDuel Sportsbook for 2 weeks now. Twice I tried to place live bets and they kept timing out until after what I thought would happen, happened. Then I placed a bet and the second I went to cash out my bet while the game was still going on they had an unplanned maintenance and I couldn’t cash out let alone log in. Then what I thought would happen, happened and I wound up loosing $1000, $300 of which was my bet because their site crashed and I was told they don’t offer credit when there is an unplanned maintenance. I had to call back twice and they offered me $25 for the inconvenience of me having to call them..Leon3366Version: 1.6

✓ SportsbookI have found that fanduel is not a very good sports book. First they take extremely too long to credit your account once a bet has won. They take the money right away when a bet is placed it should be within a few minutes that your account is credited not half an hour or usually even longer. Second they dont offer same game teasers. Third they limit you to only a 2-game parlay no reason not to be able to do more than a 2- way parlay. Fourth it takes way too long to receive tour withdrawal. Fifth they NEVER respond to you when you send in a ticket concern or give you any response what ao ever. I am looking for a better book now I give fanduel a 2 out of 5 stars and a 2 only because they most of the times have .5 to 1 point better odds.AsaccjrVersion: 1.12

✗ They aren’t allowing me to post my review lolI am a long-term regular user and loved the app up until recently. This morning I deposited ($100) and built my parlay for the day. After waiting for my location to verify and pressing place bet (Parlay for $50) my app closed unexpectedly. Upon reopening the app, I noticed my balance was $0.00 and my $50 bet was placed twice, though I only placed it once. The worst part of this is that this s not the first time this has happened to me. I immediately reach out to FD support and speak to a rep named Brian. He lets me know there is nothing they can do for me since I was credited in FREE BETS because I had the same issue on February of LAST YEAR for a lesser amount. Brian explained how they can only “void” one bet per account so I was out of luck. I understand they don’t want to give free money away because people can take advantage, but this was an issue that happened LAST YEAR. This app is terrible, the software issues are costing the users money and the support team does not car at all..BalicruxVersion: 1.65.0

✗ SCAMDUEL and the NBA betting CartelFanDuel represents the worst of the emerging sports betting cartel. Their official partnerships with the nba and arenas (like PHX) have already produced some of the most horrendously rigged outcomes of the modern sports era. No clear policy on refunds/voids and controversial happenings on a REGULAR basis on FanDuel boosted promotions and “Risk Free” nights. The whole industry is a sham and FD is the epitome of this manipulation. Further: customer service is not much better than an automated bot, FD is out to take your money just like a casino and they will cheat to get it. Lines are released extremely last minute on FD for NBA games. Options for SGP are more limited on FD than other apps I’ve tried. After another night last night of a scam “risk free” night where #1 bet player leaves the game within 3 minutes, I am getting a new book. I do not recommend FanDuel, they are not honest. When you win all legs in a parlay and their “hurt” or “sick” player is the only one who misses they ONLY GIVE YOU YOUR WAGER BACK and NOT the adjusted odds!
