✗ App is scatterbrainedThere is absolutely no logic to the fake and use of this app in the locations that brag it up. When one uses the QR CODES they are directed to us, one would THINK those codes would pull up the current session and location! Today, this app crashed every time I tried to scan the codes in my checkout. This company needs to close down and let another parking company manage parking in their various locations. ✗ Confusing UI, Non-existent customer supportUser interface is a janky mess. Among other things, if offers suggested bookings for nearby events that may or may not coincide with when you actually want to book a space, and if you click one it will automatically adjust the date and time you have input without notifying you that it has done so. In some cases, these “events” may be the only offered option to book a space, so if you don’t double check everything very carefully and are new to the app, it’s very easy to wind up with a useless booking—what looks like a helpful suggestion of “things you can do in the area the day you’re booking for” might actually be “the thing you must be doing, TONIGHT.” First time using the app I tried to book a spot for the next day, and it changed the date and time I had input to a session that was already in progress (the session actually started two hours BEFORE I made the booking, so even if I wanted the space for that night, it would have been a waste of money). By the time I noticed the change, I had already hit confirm. This left me with a useless, uncancellable booking. Customer support never responded. Waste of time, waste of money..Version: 3.43.0
