✓ Good but needs abit of workGame is great as in the game it’s self, but there’s afew things that need to be fixed no 1 for me is the crafting is tedious and actually really annoying it needs to be more instantaneous, I hate waiting for each one to load when you collect then load collection when you are picking cards and the loading after you have submitted the cards REALLY annoying and makes me hate crafting, no 2 it keeps crashing during trades and checking my collection, and no 3 even though I can work out things very easily when it comes to figuring out what to do to play games, but others may not there really should be a tutorial on how to trade an on the collection my poor housemate didnt know what the heck she was doing on the game. Other then that game is fun great collection of different Disney shows so far. Will update to 5 stars once that is fixed.Version: 10.1.0

✓ Good apart from bug glitchesThe game overall is an amazingly fun game and I’m loving the collection of cards and trading. The only problem I have is that after about 3 minutes of me being on the app, it turns off and won’t let me do anything else. It was kind of a let down as I love the game but it wouldn’t let me play on it. I don’t know if this is just a problem with my iPad, or if it has a bug, but it would be very nice if the programmers could look into it if other people are having this difficulty as well. I would recommend you get this game because it is really fun!.Version: 10.3.0
✓ Drains battery, crashes, etc..I really tried to enjoy and fully understand this game. But my biggest problem apart from the previous ones mentioned in the title of my review is, the trading system. For example, I put up a few cards for trade and put a few on my wishlist that I needed in exchange. And then someone traded with me and was able to take duplicate cards that I didn’t have for trade from my deck, granted they gave me some I didn’t have but I didn’t want some of the duplicates or some of the other cards they took traded because I was saving them for the crafting update. Maybe if the game didn’t have the two problems mentioned in the title of this review along with a tutorial that actually explains how the game fully works I will play this again and rate higher. ✓ Love the idea, some issuesI LOVE THIS APP. the cards are so fun to collect, but there are some issues. some cards are considered sold out and i cannot get them unless i trade them, but some people on the app accept NOTHING. the awards should be possible to get ANYTIME, and they are all sold out. i can only get them through trading, again, and it’s nearly impossible! the coins should be easier to get and the odds for card packs are lies. maybe give people 50k free coins each day and 2 cute “national ... day” cards?? that would help so much! and, maybe make it so that old cards and awards are still available, and you can get them in magical gifts, which you get every hour? i play this so much, but there is really no way to win unless you got the game when it launched- and i didn’t..Version: 16.1.3

✓ New update made trading hardSomething’s about the new update are fine, but the one problem is that it has made it hard to post in the feed, send trades, and search in the trading screen. First of all, the buttons are way to small, it’s really hard to press not only the buttons on the trade screen but the buttons on the profile page it clicks everything except what I’m trying to click! Second of all, the new thing where the profile place is shrunk up in the top, there is no reason it is like that in the trade screen there is just extra room at the bottom now. Third of all, when you go in to selecting the cards you want to trade, the whole scree moves up. And there is just to much space to look at the cards, when the buttons could be bigger, not to mention, it took me 15 min to find the search button in the trade screen because it’s so small, it can be small if that’s how you feel is right, but it should at least say the word “search” on the blue button again, to make it easier to find. That’s it. But it does make me limit my time trading and ignore the trading missions because of how hard it’s gotten to find buttons and all that..Version: 11.2.0

✓ App has many hiccupsEven before the update this App is very inconsistent performance wise. Let me first say that I have great WiFi and incredible upload/download speeds. That being said, the App for the most part is extremely slow at different times throughout the day. The Workshop is either great and fast or horrible and slow leaving me to hit craft just to watch the magic circle spin and then have the App freeze up. I’ve had to uninstall/install this App many times. For a company like Disney working with a company like Topps the service should be better! I realize that the platform is huge with many moving parts but these bugs and hiccups need to be worked out. But then again, have you ever used the Disney App while planning a vacation? I go to Disney 2-3 times a year and using their App is the worst part. The Disney App is horrible and had been for at least the last 10 years. It’s never improved. ✓ If only it was fairIt has countless cards to collect, with great trading mechanisms and enough missions to keep you away from being bankrupt. The cards feature incredible artwork as well, it has all the things you’d want. You’ll easily get hooked... for a couple days that is. Soon enough you begin to notice how rigged the packs from the shop actually are. Topps provides you with the odds you have to get the cards you are looking for. Or at least, what they want you to think. More that five consecutive times I had to buy 35 packs just to get a card that was meant to appear once every ten packs. People experienced with this kind of opening are aware of how infuriating this is. It’s completely unacceptable, it’s false advertising. Never again will I support a game from this company. ✓ Cute and Fun but Glitchy and FrustratingPros: - Pretty easy to collect cards - Don’t need to spend money since you’re only really paying for shinier versions of the same card - Can search for people with a specific card you want - Can adjust settings to trade cards that you and/or the other person needs Cons: - Glitches sometimes and gets stuck on a loading screen (pretty easy fix since you just need to exit the app and reload but it happens pretty frequently) - MAJOR CON: (what feels like) inaccurate pull rates. I’ve spent all my coins twice already trying to get the SR version of a card that has a 1:35 in chance and I’ve gotten the same pack over 50-60 times and still no SR. I check the app every hour or so to redeem the rewards and it’s just too frustrating to do all that work to complete a collection for the award so I just uninstalled tldr: fun, casual game for those who like collecting disney art and scenes but can be annoying with pull rates and glitches. ✓ All aspectsI hate the super rare cards as it’s impossible to trade these unless you spend money. I hate people are greedy expecting more back than they trade. I hate the trading now as with the cards not clear you can’t see them. The crafting cards take too long and then duplicate rather than producing new cards. Would be useful to have a communication with other players other than whilst trading, on the feed does not work as people don’t see it. The new things within the game has ruined it and people will never be able to get super rare cards. Also I’m sick of getting all the low tier cards and can’t craft quick enough. ✓ Confusing STILLBeen on here about a month and about to get off! No explanations for anything and no one answers any questions anyone leaves. The cards are beautiful and would like actual cards but won’t be on here much longer unless some explanations happen!!! Update: nothing has changed except there are days that nothing works without constantly restarting my phone and then it will work a few minutes and then can’t exit Arcade or Magic says An Error Occurred. ✓ Fun game but all about taking your moneyThe game is all about how much you want to spend, I have had enough now and am giving up as 10-1 odds seem loaded also. When you want a specific set you purchase them with in app coins, and you can earn plenty of coins. The problem arises when you spend 2000 coin per pack and it takes 100 attempts to get the card a winning pack, Topps have said the 10-1 odds resets every time so it isn’t 1 in 10, it is always 10-1, 20-1 or whatever pack you are after and I would say that is also loaded! If I flip a coin 10 time I could get 10 heads in a row I get that, but over time that levels out. It never has levelled out for me on this game But judge for yourself, not someone who has after 2 month got feed up with the so called odds.Version: 11.3.1

At least 7 cards per pack 1 insert. “Hot packs” full of inserts. Sick of seeing 20 different sets available in store, only to see you have 3 days to collect 50 cards at odds of 1 in 30 of the inserts. This should be across all your card collecting apps. ✓ Its alright to pass timeThis game is extremely addictive and fun for those who love disney but there are some major flaws in my eyes. When completing a set you don’t get the award unless you completed it within a time frame of the certain card being released. I think you should be able to get the award for completing a set regardless of when you do it. The odds are hysterical sometimes. It might say that a insert is generally (not guaranteed) 10/1 costing 2,000 per pack. You can be well up near 100,000 sometimes without seeing an insert. The only way to keep up with collections is to throw money at it. You just don’t get enough coin rewards per day. Those who play the game regularly complete the weekly and monthly rewards in a day and then there is nothing else..Version: 10.5.1

✓ Bad Experience, Lost EverythingI worked with the app for a couple years or more. I collected many cards and sets. I had even collected all of the newest base sets along with other popular sets and had finally started to collect several jewels to go along with millions in coins. One day the app restarted on me and I was forced to sign in to the app but when I did I lost everything on my account and was restarted with no cards at all and about 57,000 coins. I do not think that it is a good idea to restart my collecting when many of the cards that I really liked and had collected will no longer be available for purchase and will be nearly impossible to collect thru trades especially since I now have nothing of value to work to trade with. This was my favorite card app until this happened and has now become my least favorite app which I will never try to use again since the developers could not even help me get my collection back. This makes no sense to me because I have had to re sign into some of the other card collecting apps and have had no problems getting my accounts back with the collection I once had before. The biggest disappointment and let down of an app I have ever experienced. You can join and enjoy this app if you want to but please realize that you could collect and create a large collection that you enjoy only to one day lose it all in the blink of an eye. ✓ Great start....!This is great for you if you like Disney, but as previous people have said the odds on getting what you want are not in your favour. So the only way you will ever get the full set is buy spending real hard earned cash on the crystals. The worst time for me meant I had to open 41 packs just to get a rare card, but now I have so many base cards I can do nothing with. Just a little more time and thinking about this game would turn in into a cult game and have so many people wanting to play, but sad like so many others it’s all about the money and not the player. ✓ Game has GREATLY diminishedI have played this game since Jan 2020 and have been a loyal player since then, now I have not played in a month because the 2023 changes have been horrible and made the game unplayable. I have read many of the reviews on here and almost all day fun but... great until.... could use some work.... good start.... etc. I agree. I enjoy getting news cards, trading is fun, and the art is gorgeous HOWEVER I need to see improvement. It is hard to find which trophies you have earned and collect them. The odds for packs seem arbitrary. I have spent upwards of 120,000 coins on a single pack trying to get any uncommon with 1:3 odds. I want more consistency. The hoarding is fun for those that can but for those of us that didn’t get in at the beginning and don’t want to pay into the game, it’s impossible to get older sold out cards. Some players hoard 10+ copies of a card and ask for insane trades in return or decline altogether. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR IN APP PURCHASES. Every $1 of real money you spend is 10 VIP points in the game. There are tiers that offer special cards and bonuses for a certain amount of points but THOSE POINTS ARE NOT TRACKED IN GAME OR WITH DEVELOPERS. I did a service ticket to ask what tier I am at because I thought I should be gold instead of silver but was told they don’t keep record of my purchases or VIP points so they can’t help me..Version: 14.3.1

✓ Fun game, for a whileI enjoyed playing this game for a few weeks but eventually it just got so monotonous and frustrating. The odds of getting certain cards are a joke and the only way to get anywhere in the game is to pay for it. Award cards are also just such a flawed system. Awards shouldn’t be only available for a limited time. If you had one more card to complete the set and get it a day after the deadline, you are never getting that award and no one is going to trade you for it. In my opinion awards should just be given to you for completing the set no matter what time you do it in (cause completing just one set in this game truly is an accomplishment, especially if you did it without forking over the cash). The system where you download other apps and play them for coins doesn’t work. I downloaded a bunch of them, wasted hours completing the tasks it said I had to do in each one and got no coins in the end. And finally the latest update did something where now every 7-10 minutes I get kicked from the game and have to go back in (which is incredibly annoying when you’re in the middle of a trade)..Version: 10.0.4
✓ Don’t waste your money on Diamonds!I have been playing the game now for about 2 months and we have spent ”let’s just say” a lot of money between our family to get the cards needed to complete the sets for the highly valued awards. Well my account never received the award and my daughters account has been banned from trading for no apparent reason. We are both Gold Vip Diamond buyers and have sent in multiple support tickets only to get zero replies. I pay less on my utility service and get better customer service response than what I pay money with Topps across all their apps to get ZERO answers. ✓ Fun but..I like the app, obviously the cards are not real but a lot players seem to forget that. Topps also has other digital card collecting apps which you can cross trade if you have the other apps. I only have the Disney one so while I’m trying to ‘trade’ a card with others I’m being told they only trade for baseball or marvel cards. So it’s hard to find someone on the Disney app who will trade Disney cards. I guess the 4 star rating isn’t really for the app itself, but it would be nice if the cross trading wasn’t possible in my opinion..Version: 11.4.0
✓ Ok- needs lots of improvementGood concept and fun to play especially in the beginning; although there are many faults. - I wish to be able to delete ‘missions’ that i have from Christmas. I have completed said mission, it says i need one more card which i have in my collection. this notification is frustrating and would be better if we could delete missions. - The new wish thing? absolutely terrible, takes too long and just looks ugly, bring back the wheel. - Packs are SO expensive vs the coins you can actually collect and new packs are bought out too often to keep up - The trading is a good idea but I can no longer see what I need, (i can’t remember all the cards!!) nor what the other person needs so i can put forward good offers? This DEFINITELY needs improving ASAP. Once you’ve completed ‘starter’ packs they should be hidden or moved or something because i’ve done them and want to see stuff i still need! -Daily disney was ok for a month, but with no reward or anything, no point in continuing it... ✓ Don’t waste your breathI have had since 2018 and it can be fun something cute to do. But there will be sets you can get awards for but no one is willing to trade for them. You get people who horde cards and won’t trade for nothing making it impossible to get the sets reward if it is not at the store. If a set is available for a reward you should be able to buy it somehow since people won’t actually be nice enough to trade with you. People also make you overpay with higher point cards to get them to trade. If you just want cute cards but don’t care about any then great otherwise expect to have no friends or anyone willing to help you..Version: 19.11.0
✓ Needs a little improvementI really do enjoy this game. It’s taken me about 2 days to get the hang of tiers, rarity, card groups and trading however the game is quite enjoyable. Improvements could be: - some sort of introduction / guide / information on card groups - it’s incredible hard to earn money. Watching a video only gives $500 - minimum card packs are $2000. You get $2000 click rewards however this should be every hour. - The recommended frequency to get the card you need is incredibly inaccurate. Eg a 1:10 - I’ve tried at least 20 times without getting a 1:10 and half the time I’m getting dupes and then give up. When you are barely making the minimum $2k for a pack this is an incredible let down. The game is forcing you to spend your own money. I think there are other games out there that give a little more to daily players who grind but also keeping the incentive there to spend their own money. Win win for company and consumer. - They try and compensate this is a wheel spin wishes but again the. Frequency of getting money in this is low. - I think the game has the right balance to earn cards with the spin wheel and crafting it’s just the money situation that needs a little more to actually have a chance of complete decks you start. - This also puts new players at a disadvantage in trading Keep it up and I look forward to new updates and future additions to the game!.Version: 12.2.1
✓ Gone way downMakes changes which aren’t needed or asked for, but doesn’t change things people do ask for. New trade filter is ridiculous. New dailies are a downgrade & just more chunk in the collection to have to scroll through. Mostly poor designed too (most based on base, yawn) the old style was way better. No need in having 2 of everything. All sets are like this now. Same exact cards just different backgrounds. Incredibly lazy given the amount of content, and why does anyone want 2 sets of the same cards with dif color borders. Nobody needs that smh. Still waiting for a claim all button in workshop which has been asked for since early last year, probably before. ✓ Tedious beyond beliefI endured this ap for 2 months but have finally given up. Drop ratios for cards are ridiculous and do not reflect reality despite the makers saying they do. I have ooened 50 plus packets to try to get a card where ratios are 1 card in 10 packs. In the end you end up with mountains of obsolete cards you don’t want and that no one wants to trade. Crafting 2 cards to make a new card of a higher takes no skill and there seems to be no logic to the cards generated. Some levels take far too much time. It’s a shame... i had high hopes for this app but the poor drop rates and random generations of vast quantities of cards you don’t need seems just seem a ploy to make you spend money to guarantee getting the card you want. ✓ Fun but...Disney topps is card collecting game, you buy packs at a certain ratio eg 1:10 or 1:25 etc however very rarely do those ratios apply, most of the time I’ll find my self going over the ratios dramatically to get a card eg I was just opening a pack 1:10 it took me 30odd packs to get the special card You need to fix this topps.Version: 10.4.0
✓ Too MonetizedBe aware of what you’re getting into. It’s not a game as much as it is a collecting app. Instead of real trading cards, you collect digital cards. It’s a bottomless money pit and their “odds” are a farce. You can spend countless gems (PAID!) and/or coins (free) but never get a card no matter how many packs you open. ✓ Odds Are Misrepresented; ExpensiveI remember collecting Disney trading cards when I was a kid and thought this seemed like a fun way to recapture that magic! It had a lot of potential and obviously a lot of people seem to really like this app. I guess they’re the people spending real money on these “cards.” I have a hard time spending real money on a “trading card” that isn’t tangible and is just a digital picture on an app, but that’s just me. That being said, I use only the free coins to try to collect and the stated odds ratios are really misleading - if something says 1:10 I assume that means 1 in every 10 packs - apparently that is not true because I have opened 50+ packs before and still not received the uncommon card, let alone a rare that is a 1:25. So basically if you really want to complete collections you are going to have to spend a lot of real money to do so and I wouldn’t put much stock in the odds ratios that they present you..Version: 15.4.0
✓ Use to be more fun.The card collecting has become all about how much money they can make. I understand it takes money to make things happen but it’s become more than that. Also if you need a card everyone has become greedy and will not trade unless you give them 3 or more times what the card is worth. Somehow tops needs to change either the way trading is done or make it a little easier to obtain the cards to complete a set. I go on 3 of the card apps at least 6 times a day and still can’t finish half of the sets. Because I can’t complete the sets I have given up trying so you’re losing collectors. ✓ Fun, However...This app is cool concept is cool, however when it comes to trading people don’t trade fair. Some people expect 9 rares in low CC for 1 rare from when the app started otherwise there is no chance of you ever collecting beginning sets. The odds are way off I bought a pack of diamonds for when the spectrum hero 6 cards came out and I spent them all and didn’t even get 1 spectrum, when my sister got 3 spectrums in a row with her diamonds. Made no sense I had to practically trade my whole account just to get the spectrum cards because of the hoarding “trade Here got them all in masses” trading bullies There’s a scale thing on the app but says coming soon. I can assume this is to weigh out the trades, but I doubt it would even help with the hog it all bullies on the app. Would be cool to be able craft your own rares which would help lower card counts and if you craft 2 rares you get ultra rare cards or even perhaps this could be a way to bring back the older cards from when the app first launched giving people the chance to collect since trading has become extremely unfair and difficult. ✓ Potential to be brilliantIt’s a shame as this game has the potential to be amazing but it lacks. It’s confusing trying to work out what cards you need for which selections, pointless in attempting to trade as its full of bots and you constantly get invalid notifications. If there was a section saying exactly what cards you still needed for which packs then even that would be better. ✓ Hard when starting outIt’s difficult to start collecting because there are so many cards out there but most of them are “sold out” and people want like 2 rates and three uncommon for just one rare and that’s annoying. So many “sold out” cards are gone forever? Trading isn’t fair between users because they wants tips or don’t consider the first trade fair-for them when they have collected so many cards-and it’s hard catching up if you’re a newbie. And getting coins takes time! The store changes with incoming collections and decks, so when I complete one series I barely have enough coins for the next collect the next day. It’s fun and entertaining but it needs improvements and fairness for those coming in late. Like, I dont know, some games or challenges to collect “old” cards??.Version: 12.3.1
✓ Fun when it works but it costs a lot of money as wellMultiple problems getting the app to work from start. It took a week for a support person to get back and they just gave kindergarten level instructions to fix it. I already got it working 2 days later by then 😡 Continued problems with it working. No instructions on collecting. Users confused constantly. To win awards you have to keep buying coins. When you finally finish a collection you don’t get an award. Does that mean the award period is over? Then why waste time completing the collection. I’ve noticed some people have multiple of the same awards. Then what’s the point to earning an award? If I traded a single after I completed the collection to help someone else out it shows I didn’t complete the collection. ??? Not worth it when you can’t get the app to work and you already paid lots of money for the diamonds. Have to have the diamonds to get the rare cards. ✓ Oddsmakers need to go back to schoolThis is a great app if you are a Disney fanatic. The vast array of collectible digital cards is amazing. However, the oddsmakers really need to go back to school. I understand that the odds of getting a particular card are sometimes fluid, but man does Topps take huge liberties with that premise. I know sometimes I will get lucky and beat the odds by getting a card inside of those stated odds. I also know that sometimes I will end up opening more packs than the stated odds to obtain a particular card. With that said, when the stated odds are 1:25 it should not take me 89 packs to obtain a card from a particular set. Ever. I just spent 178,000 coins on a card that should have taken me no more than 74,000 to obtain. I would have been okay with 74,000 with each pack costing 2,000 and stated odds of 1:25. 1:89 is completely unacceptable and nowhere even close to 1:25. I will say that it was my own stupidity for using all of my coins trying to get this particular card as it is only available for 24 hours. It is a small set and looked fairly easy to complete. I am now gold coin broke. Lesson learned I guess. From now on if I don’t receive the card within the stated odds I will just give up on it. ✓ 1:10 verses actual percentagesI have to say If I could give less then 1 star I would as this app does not understand what a 1 in 10 chance is. If they put a 10% meaning you have a 10% chance to get the card you are looking for it’s less appealing because The highest percent they offer to find the card is 10% chance. But a 1:10 is more appealing, unfortunately what a 1:10 means in the gambling business (and lets be clear you are gambling with buying random packs) is that 1 in 10 means you will get that card within 10 packs. If a scratch off shows a one in ten chance that means 1 out of every 10 scratch offs MUST contain a winner. They like the 1:10, 1:25, 1:40 because it’s more appealing then your actual percent. 10%, 4% and then 2.5%. <— that is disgusting. They had to put a reminder on the loading page for people because of this deception that these are all percentages each time you get a pack and not a 1:xx chance to actually get it. For example if they put you have 10% chance , 4% chance and then a 2.5% chance that would not appeal to someone looking for a card they wanted. Other then this I absolutely love the time sink of collect cards I just wish they stop with such obvious deception..Version: 12.4.0

✓ Great game, zero supportI rated the game five stars and removed 3 stars because of the lack of support. A purchase messed up, and I immediately contacted the team, I was told if I didn’t hear back within 24 hours, to email. 24 hours later, absolutely no reply, so I emailed and asked for them to credit me the diamonds I didn’t get or give me a refund. Apple does not help at all, they don’t ever find in the customer’s favor, even when they’re at a disadvantage. Team emailed me back to say that I already had a support request open, so they were closing the email request and I should “sit tight and wait for them to come up with a solution....” I kid you not!!! How hard is it to understand that the app had a freeze and screwed up my transaction, they took almost $40 (because we also get nailed on in app purchases in Australia) and instead of getting great service or just someone doing the right thing, I basically get told off for doing what their own app tells them. It’s so disappointing, but I don’t think I’ll be spending money on purchases again, and that’s definitely not ideal, because I enjoy collecting the cards, but if this is where it gets me, they don’t deserve my money. ✓ Meh.The game is just a re-skin of Marvel Collect. Nothing major. The odds in this game vary and they are very unrealistic and can drain your virtual currency within minutes if you have an addictive mind. Much like other games this is more for their financial gain as they offer in app purchases and offers to earn more currency if you’re running low. It was fun for a while but much like other odds based games the fun wears off and it becomes frustrating. I would definitely add a break timer between openings and the community has literally become so competitive it’s unreal to get yourself up any leaderboards.
