✗ We should see who the booking agent is.It works well but it’s very far from perfect. We found it frustrating that people book 30 min and end up staying an hour so your agent has to fix it. It should be up to the homeowner to be able to block times or make sure times reflect what is going on. So if you see everyone books half hour but need 1 you can make sure that’s only what’s available. It’s an issue if you’re home and need to leave. Your agent has to be on top of the times. *** Also it would be very helpful to see who the agent who comes is, like before you had their card now you don’t even know who is coming! Still shows the notifications update on the app icon even if you have marked all updates as “read”. These type of issues have to get fixed if you’re serious about your app. Functionally, this app can deliver the information that a homeowner needs to know, however you have to fight it all the way. It constantly times out, forcing you to login most times you use it. The responsiveness of the UI is poor, it’s laggy and uses non standard gestures.
