✓ Sync issuesCannot sync game. It keeps asking and I sync with game centre but then when I log out it gives me the same message. Why doesn’t it remember?! I ain’t spending until this is fixed..Version: 1.9.2
✓ Major problemsOkay I love BTS and was so excited for this game to come out and I thought the whole concept was really cool. Although when I started playing the game there were some very serious problems. First of all it takes up a lot of storage but that is to be expected with a game like this that has a lot of graphics and levels. Next, there is no options for other pronouns. Not every BTS fan uses she/her pronouns and it is unfair (and possibly triggering) to people who do not want to use those pronouns. (I have seen though that the korean version uses gender neutral pronouns and it is the English translation that has the problem) Also, the character you play as is really clingy and is portrayed as more of the “typical-teenage fangirl” instead of BTS’s manager. There is constant flirting with the members (and some people do not wish to flirt with BTS) and flirting with underage members when they are several years younger than the character you play as. There is also the problem that there are no trigger warnings so if you are sensitive to eating disorders and things like that then I would recommend staying away from this game. Also the fact that Jimin’s eating disorder is just passed off as a ‘mission’ that you can ‘beat’ just doesn’t sit right with me. As a side not I also had some issues with the music not working but I’m sure that can be fixed with an update. All in all I think the concept of the game is really cool and getting to interact with the members of BTS is something that most of us will never get the chance to do. If some of the issues and bugs were fixed I’m sure that this game would be amazing..Version: 1.0.2
✓ Hmmmm....I love this game it’s really fun, However after reading some of the reviews I realized that the people who left a one star have a point, it’s really gross how they made an eating disorder into a “mission’’ like no that’s disgusting. Another thing is how you have the option to flirt with Jungkook who is 14 years old it’s just plain out creepy and gross. Also please add in the option to pick a gender even tho I’m a girl there are a lot of male Army’s. Overall the game is fun just some complaints which really need to be addressed or fixed. Oh also in the another stories why is the main character so desperate and strange. That’s all 💜.Version: 1.0.2
✓ My game deleted everythingI absolutely loved this game even though there was issues i had with the English translation, ex; the use of she/her pronouns for everyone when the fandom of this game is so diverse, many different races, sexualities and gender identities. the other problem i have which has just occurred not long after the recent update adding chapter 8 of the game, my game has been deleted and i can’t access it again, the app was never uninstalled i just went on it and found everything gone. i always do the storage downloads so i don’t understand why this is a problem. can u please look further into this issue and the gender prounouns issues too. much appreciated..Version: 1.1.1
✓ Very poor... it is a conThe game was great initially but around 6 months down the line, Netmarble does not care anymore... extort money but not provide players with the fun and enjoyment in return. Many technical glitches, no attractive new updates in content, lack of response to player requests for simple corrections of glitches or poor features in the game. The design of the game as it went on was that we needed cards with higher and higher stats to pass the chapters but NM make it impossible for most to attain these cards while players get conned into ploughing in more and more money into the game. I suspect this is a quick grab for our money and they are now focussing their efforts to create a new game (i.e. new con)!.Version: 1.4.1
✓ App Crash is AnnoyingHonestly when I gave my first review, me giving this app two stars was beyond hopeful. But now I have to knock this down to one. I don’t care if this is BTS related, it does not excuse the app. It is so annoying that you have to wait for updates just so you can play the game. This app isn’t stable at all. It crashes each time media has to play and also if it does play media, when you next do a card challenge, it crashes which makes you lose a turn plus wings. Not to mention it you use a 5 star card during events, it crashes the first time it plays again making you lose a turn plus wings. Sometimes if you inspect your downloaded resources, media does play a little bit but it still ends up crashing. The Another Story you may be able to get through but the Main story, the one you want to play, if the media doesn’t work, it doesn’t matter, you’re stuck practically until there is an update and this app doesn’t update as much as others. The gameplay is actually okay but please, if there is anything you can do in terms of app stability, that would actually be so helpful. Otherwise after awhile, there is no point in this app other than you leveling up cards during the long periods of time you can’t even actually play..Version: 1.7.2
✓ What’s going on in bighits head...We’ve been waiting 2 years for this game and what for? exploiting jimins personal health issues without putting a warning? making yoongi do creepy stuff? not getting a choice of preferred pronouns and making us flirt with every member?? i really would like to know how the developers thought the jimin thing was appropriate ESPECIALLY to an impressionable audience. we know what bts went through before and after debut but exploiting it for the game, especially since it ACTUALLY happened to REAL PEOPLE, is harmful and disrespectful. So many people are hurt from it because they are recovering or deal with ED on a daily basis and to not even put a warning? you’re hurting a lot. of people. Now about the pronouns and constant flirting; y’all are really feeding into the narrative that we’re just a bunch of teen girls that wanna date bts Huh. Even after bts constantly try to break that narrative y’all are just gonna feed into it like that ! because you know you can profit off of it ! All i wanted was a game where i could be bts manager and help them debut but i have to deal with the flirting which makes me and other people very. uncomfortable. please listen to us and realize where you’ve gone wrong with this game. put warnings on the episodes that have sensitive topics, options for pronouns, something. an apology to those who have been hurt would be a GREAT idea but i doubt we’ll get that..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Made Me Very UncomfortableFor the most part I enjoyed the game, but some of the storylines and characterizations were very very off-putting. To start, I found it very problematic that Yoongi is depicted as someone who would non-consensually save photos of a woman. Secondly, the idea that the manager is automatically a woman is wrong too as many fans who anticipated the game might identify as other genders. Third of all, the flirtatiousness that Jungkook (15) has made me feel uncomfortable since I’m aware that 18+ people are probably indulging in the game. Another point is that there was no trigger warning when mentioning dieting, collapsing from not eating, and counting calories. This is concerning as this app targets teens, yet talking about topics such as eating disorders that teens are most sensitive to. Another point to add, is that Jimin from BTS actually had an eating disorder. And it doesn’t sit well with me that this fact is being used in a game meant for entertainment. The whole dialogue normalizing eating disorders in their debut process could have been ignored for the sake of the fact that this is just a game. I’m aware that this is fictional, but it’s supposed to be fun. It shouldn’t be triggering or make consumers feel uncomfortable. With all of these things... I just had to delete the game knowing about the awful characterization and the misgendering. It’s just too many problems for me to simply ignore..Version: 1.0.1
✓ What happenedIt’s impossible to get new cards :/ i used to really enjoy this game. it was the first thing i played when i woke up, the last thing i played before i went to bed, and literally everything in between. but the more i progressed, the more i found myself held back. it’s so difficult to raise your levels with each member as the opportunities given are few and few between. it takes eons to go up a level just with the general manager story - not to mention how little exp is given with another story. the draw rates for 5* cards are ridiculous. absolutely abysmal. i understand not readily giving out 5* cards, but in the last few new card limited time offers, i haven’t gotten a single one. it’s already hard enough to get the diamonds, i can’t always spend 200 to get one card. and at that, there is no guarantee i’m getting one. i’m really disappointed. this game used to be so lovely, and still is. i still play it. but i’m stuck at chapter 15 right now because i know if i complete it, i still can’t progress to chapter 16 because of my level. please make the game a little more accessible, even for those who don’t pay for vip. please make your draw rates better, please allow for more scheduled tasks. thank you..Version: 1.8.6
✓ Disappointed but not surprisedI’m sorry but you can’t class this as a management game, the features in the game that help you ‘manage’ the group (e.g the cards and the agency) are more for fans to waste their money to get them through the chapters of the game and these features don’t have any plot relevance. The plot itself was not what I was expecting, it felt as though I was reading a fanfiction that included events that any average fan of BTS would know, also the choices you make in the main story have no major affect on the storyline. Despite the note at the loading screen of the game saying that ‘the information contained in this game has no intended connection to actual individuals, groups, areas, incidents, or ideas’ the game does in fact include events that have happened to certain members. I’ve also notice the occasional act of flirting between the members and the player, I’m certain that most playing this game are minors and this sort of behaviour isn’t acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this game to a fan who knows the basic of how BTS came around and what they went through to be here. It’s a waste of time and I dearly hope that no one has put in ridiculous amounts of money to get them through the game..Version: 1.0.4
✓ Network Error 44 sucks!Good game concept, I really liked to play the game until I could no longer get any further as anything I would try to do, I would get the 44 network error. Tried everything from rebooting the app, delete and reinstall to change wifi options and I tried to troubleshoot it all, to eventually lost everything and had to restart the game twice to get same network error 44 each time. What a waste of my time trying to play a game that seemed to be nice to play but getting nowhere due to network issue. I gave up and completely removed the game and no longer playing..Version: 1.8.6

✓ Beautiful but tediousThis is an interactive system of rules with a glossy (haha!Gloss!) facade that draws fans in. If you consider an “interactive system of rules” a fun game as long as it’s pretty, this is for you. For me, a gamer, I need Agency in my storytelling. But they give you choices during convos, you say? Maybe 10% of the time, and those choices really don’t affect the story. It is a linear trajectory. That would be fine if the gameplay was more than deck building and constant grinding to level up. It’s so tedious that you will want to purchase items. I haaaate games that are free but only bearable to play if you buy rare items, but I’ve played some that are far superior. And the “game” you are playing to level? Math. Adding up the most basic card stats, that are arbitrarily huge numbers for some reason, to pass level requirements. At some point you plateau, in my experience, and can’t proceed unless you pay. I have been grinding for freaking 3 months, to buff the characters 4 for more levels and 3for acct, and I still can’t pass ch. 8. You’ll prob laugh at me if you know a secret. But the only reason I am doing this is to get through all the other world storylines. That makes this really annoying and time consuming fanfic..Version: 1.7.1
✓ Needs improvement...I’ve drawn with gems 151 times and I’ve only ever received one 5 star card. I have never received one of the special new Hyung line cards. You need to drastically improve your draw rate or at the very least make paid packs available that guarantee what kind of card you’ll get. At the moment I’d never spend money on gems because it’s just not worth it when most of the time you only get a load of 3 star cards you already own. I also saw what was said by Netmarble in the press about improving the game, and you called it a ‘women’s game.’ That shows you still don’t get it. A lot of fans are not women. A lot of fans don’t want a game where we’re flirting with the the members. We don’t want a ‘women’s game,’ we just want a GOOD game. The main character and the bad draw rate are the two worst parts of the game. I cringe at some of the things my character has to say and think. You’ve really misunderstood ARMYs and why we love BTS and I hope you can improve in future and give us the more of a game we want. ✓ Thank you for the contextThe fact that almost all of the members were underage as trainees, makes so much of this narrative problematic I don’t even know where to start. I love BTS and had I very strong visceral negative reaction to the content in this game because of how much I know it would have been sanitized already meaning the problems of exploitation and disregard for child labour laws. The sexualization of children and casual disregard for their mental and physical wellbeing is so unforgivable. This game glorifies all the horrible negative aspects of the Kpop industry and the toxic nature of the relationship that can exist between idol and fan. But it also lets me see what the kpop industry thinks of its self, meaning how much it normalizes these behaviours. So thank you for that, I will be vary carful in the future about what kpop content I consume and weather I know the behaviour and conduct of the company behind it. What breaks my heart even more is knowing that there are so many young people that experience this type of behaviour and worse and these companies and this industry along with many others in the world don’t face any consequences. ✓ Good initially but needs a lot of improvementThis game was fun initially but now the content is getting boring and repetitive. It’s the same monthly pattern of special events and new story chapters take ages to come out. All the content recorded by BTS irl has run out. You also have to be level 55 to play chapter 12 and I’m only level 53 but have completely finished all other chapters with full stars so it’s going to take forever to level up. The gem draw rate seems to be getting worse and worse. I only have 31 5* cards but I’ve duped the same one 3 times now, it’s ridiculous!! I haven’t pulled a single 5* card in over 150 draws when the rate is claimed to be 2.5%. I think the game overall needs a revamp in terms of content, level restrictions taken off story chapters, affinity needs to be easier to get and draw rates need to be increased/ more accurate..Version: 1.6.1
✓ GlitchesI really like this game, the dialogue is cute and funny and I’m a fan of BTS however the app keeps closing on me. The first time I downloaded it after I got out of the app for a while and went back in after the loading logos the screen was just black no matter what I did. So I deleted it and re-downloaded the app and now it keeps quitting randomly. I don’t know what’s wrong. Which is why I give this 3/5 even though the gameplay is a 5/5 because of the glitches which really makes it hard to keep playing. Please fix because I like this game a lot..Version: 1.0.1

✓ It’s OKWhen I first got the game I was fairly excited and entertained, but the process is repetitive and you don’t really be their manager. Yes you do text and call them as well as commenting and posting things about them. But to get to another stage you have to put cards together and add scores, that bit to isn’t enjoyable enough. The game says you manage them, sure you do get yo learn their background a little, but you don’t actually get to be a proper manager. The texting options are quite good, the only problem is that when you choose a specific option, then it basically choosesthe rest for you. But overall it is a great game for A.R.M.Ys.💜.Version: 1.1.1

✓ Pronouns, dating sim, a few crashesHello. i know it is extremely unlikely you will see this, but i wanted to bring to your attention that in the english version of bts world, the character you play as (the manager) is referred to using she/her pronouns, thus meaning she is female. this can be discouraging to some of the people playing this game, since there are many other players who are NOT female. i suggest adding a pronoun selection option a the start of the game that includes she/her, he/him, and they/them pronouns. if this is too difficult, then i suggest changing all the present female pronouns to they/them, or just to “manager.” i hope this message makes sense and you will consider my suggestions! i think it would make the game a lot more welcoming to other players :) secondly, occasionally it seems like this game is a bit more of a dating simulation than it is a simple rpg. this could come across as uncomfortable to many of the players. maybe change up the dialogue by cutting out some parts that seem suggestive? of course, being a bit a of flirt is jin’s character, so some things are fine, but just keep in mind that majority of us players don’t want to be seen as a someone for the members to flirt with. lastly, i’ve experienced some minor cases of the game crashing. it’s happened to me twice so far. thank you for reading! overall the game is very entertaining and fun, but there are just a few things that could make it even more enjoyable :).Version: 1.0.1
✓ Think About It Before Going Into ItConsidering this was all agreed to by the members, there isn’t much i can say other then this game has some problems that I think could have been solved by just thinking about what you put out before you put it out. The game condones a serious problem a real human being went through, and it feels like serious exploitation that just wasn’t necessary. It doesn’t do anything for the story, and shouldn’t be romanticized the way it was... And the obvious flirting with someone underage just makes this really difficult to respect. I think the majority of these things could have been avoided by just thinking about how you want to go about the story, and realizing that maybe condoning stuff like that isn’t a great idea. ✓ Game starts well then heads downhillThe game was reasonably entertaining at the start, however, the pace can really drag as the levels progress. You need five star cards for the higher levels and these are so rare end I ended up stuck on a level in chapter seven for weeks because I didn’t have a five start passion card - not fun. Cards in the photo album are also really hard to come by. Some aspects of gameplay are fun - the individual games were interesting although The player role in these stories felt like a stalker. Who follows someone around like that even if it is BTS? Also the tone between the individual member chapters was disconcerting. RM was trying to save a missing child while Taehung was trying to make the perfect hamburger? Those are huge tonal shifts to navigate. I’m on chapter ten now but rapidly loosing interest - there’s just not enough to do and I get tired of playing the same levels over and over while waiting to get a high enough card to allow me to pass the level. Definitely for die hard fans, but for those of us just wanting a pleasant diversion it’s getting old fast..Version: 1.4.1
✓ EhThe app design is good and all and i love the idea of the app but it’s definitely not what i expected. some of the quests and storyline can be really sensitive to users and the whole app is based of member stereotypes, eg. yoongi being the savage, mean member and tae being the “dumber, blonde” member. I thought it was really bad especially when they had the whole “jimin fainting” and the “jimin starving himself” part. I just find it seriously ignorant especially when people and jimin himself are actually struggling/struggled with body image issues?? It definitely could have been left out for sure. I get that the members worked hard on this for around 2 years but it honestly just didn’t meet the standards. THE PICTURES, MUSIC (osts) AND ACTING IS GREAT don’t get me wrong but the storyline needed serious work. I feel like i’m reading a fanfic written by a 12 y/o. ✓ Is this normal?I was in love with this game! After a few months playing it wouldn’t open. It would just keep showing the members at the beginning without properly opening the game. I gave up. I tried uninstalling and installing again but nothing was working. I tried on another phone and still wouldn’t open. I thought there was a problem with the game itself! I just trying reopening it before deleting it for good and it opened! A new netmarble image at the beginning and ‘drumroll’ all my data were cancelled so I have to play for the beginning again. ✓ Do not download this game. Bugs and unhelpful staff.As much as I like BTS, this game is completely unstable. It’s constantly lagging and asking me to download whenever I open the game. I’ve had his bug where the game will lag and use my gems when I try to use my free hourly agency refresh. I’ve reported this to netmarble and their customer service was extremely unhelpful. When I tried to get help, they just sent me the same exact reply twice. These were purchases I never authorized, yet they ignored my inquiry and never compensated me for these issues. As someone who does not spend money, it’s painstakingly difficult to gather gems and to have them taken away by something outside my control is extremely aggravating. I do not recommend this game at all. However, that’s not the only issue. The gameplay is almost nonexistent. It gets really redundant as all you do is press auto-clear over and over to farm for flowers to try and level up your cards. It’s tedious to level up your cards as the game does not help you upgrade your cards because there is almost no way to farm the stones needed to upgrade your higher level cards. ✓ My honest reviewTwo years of being all hyped up and waiting and waiting, this is very disappointing. i mean, yes i was very excited at first but then things got way too uncomfortable and cringe worthy fast. first of all, there are no pronouns to be the manager because people think that the fanbase is full of tween girls or little girls; when in reality, our fandom is very diverse no matter what sexual orientation or gender. second of all, the y/n portrayal is just very cringe and wrong.. the purpose is to be the manager and take care of them NOT fall in love and be a creep, especially the fact that jungkook was 15 YEARS OLD THAT TIME WHEN THEY DEBUTED is just so creepy and weird. especially since minors are going to be playing the game is going to be really weird. third, chapter 3. chapter 3 got very triggering for me fast because it mentioned eating disorders and counting calories along with passing out, my heart shattered and i was shaken. how in the world could they capitalize a disorder that affects so many teens and so many people around the world who are playing the game. in conclusion, play the game if you want pictures and cute videos but please PLEASE take caution as you’re playing along with the story. also, please don’t blame bts for filming for this game, please blame the developers..Version: 1.0.1
✓ Repeatedly CrashingOverall, I wouldn’t say this is a very great game. It’s generally just your everyday otome game with gacha features. The storyline is quite boring with many cliche aspects (especially in the side stories) and the characters are quite stereotypical. Recently, I’ve had the issue of the app crashing every time i open it, and the only way to solve the issue is by deleting and redownloading (which is very time consuming) the app. It’s not the first time this has happened and it’s honestly quite annoying..Version: 1.0.2
✓ ScamI have been playing BTS World consistently since launch and have bought a lot of items to move through the game. Despite being in the top 1000 (of hundred of thousands, making me within the top 0.2% of players at least!!! And that is a conservative estimate! I know this because when I first started I was outside of 500,000 and I’m currently 612!) in the leaderboard, having numerous 4-5* cards fully upgraded to level 50 I have been stuck for almost a week. As a long time ARMY I am disappointed that Big Hit would work with a company and design an app that is a scam designed to scam young, committed fans. If someone can spend plenty of money on this game, be in the top 1% of players and be stuck for this long, then this is a scam designed to cheat players out of money. Unless you spend literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars, you cannot pass. Also, everything everyone has said about it being problematic is true. Flirting with underage characters, Jimin’s eating disorder... it’s an incredibly well produced game, but it’s not even really a ‘game’. Your decisions don’t really affect anything. ✓ It’s not really what I expectedI was pretty hyped for this game to come out but when I downloaded it there were some issues that I saw. Firstly the flirtatious aspects of the game were kinda off putting since I was playing the game to be their manager not their love interest. Secondly I can overlook the misspelling of the boys’ names but I don’t really like how they use stereotypes for the members like Yoongi is always tired and grumpy or Seokjin is the mom of the group and likes to cook. I would have preferred there to be some actual character with the members. Thirdly Jimin’s eating disorder gives no warning to the player and you can’t choose options to happen you just sit there and watch it all unfold without any input really. Fourthly the whole missions thing gets frustrating after awhile and it can be boring having to level up your cards only for them to barely even reach the line. Leveling up cards is difficult anyways since you can’t use coins to buy flowers or any other way since the only way to get flowers is to do missions that use your wings and once you do have good stats on your cards you’re out of wings and can’t even do the mission. Overall the game wasn’t bad but there are some things that could be improved upon but I honestly might be deleting the app later on in the future..Version: 1.0.1
✓ Generally a good gameI’ve been playing this since its release and it’s been a fun journey. I do routinely play this and it has been enjoyable but there are some irritating bugs with the game and due to a lack of updates on new cards and events, my only source of gems which is levelling up cards, is kind of ending as I’m running out of cards to level up. Also the whole process of trading in cards for the photo albums (though it has been improved since the release of the game) could be made much easier so players can easily trade in yards that they don’t want or already have a picture of for flowers. Also I’ve always felt that the ‘friends’ option could be made a lot more interactive so players can actually in way bond. But other than that... Yea this good..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Crashes and Impossible LevelsI’ve been playing since the game first released and the game has always occasionally crashed. That’s fine, normally just a relaunch and it’ll be fine. But all day today I haven’t been able to do anything at all, it crashes as soon as I’ve loaded into the actual game- almost instantly. Before this was even an issue, however, I’ve been stuck on the same level for MONTHS. I’ve leveled up my Agency levels about five or six times since then each and it has not made the slightest bit of difference. If the game doesn’t let me log in, what am I meant to do? ✓ ReviewGood at first but now is a drag. I wish that the frequency at which you could get 5 star or even 4 star cards was greater. Literally have been stuck on the same level for the longest time now. I’ve upgraded all my cards and my tragic unlucky self hasn’t gotten a better card to pass the level regardless of how much packs I open. It’s gone boring now, we need something new and interesting- something that will make you want to play and such you in. The 1 star cards are absolutely futile- they don’t even do anything so I don’t understand why they are prizes during events..Version: 1.8.2
✓ Unsure of ContentIt was fun for awhile but now it's really boring trying to upgrade cards in order to get past the next mission. I've been trying diligently to get past one part and it's taking forever. Also, I do have to agree with some of the other reviewers regarding the hardships the members went through leading up to debut. It feels strange to be playing a game that takes the real life pain the members went through and trivializes them for entertainment. Things like eating disorders and overworking to the point of breakdown shouldn't be taken lightly or glorified and I feel like this game is really toeing that line. Obviously I want to support BTS in everything they do and they must have worked hard on the creation of the content provided (photos, OST, acting, etc) because those things are all really great and high quality. But I just don't know... there are so many little things that make me feel unsure of the developer's intentions and ethical boundaries. I feel really torn about it and I wish I could give 2.5 stars for those reasons but I can't so I rounded up..Version: 1.0.1
✓ Needs ImprovementI rarely ever give reviews on apps, but because I care about BTS and ARMY so much, I’m going to leave a review on this one. First of all, the game is amazing. It’s super entertaining, creative, and overall it’s just really fun. I love all of the subtle references to things that actually happened to BTS in real life, and the amount of content that was packed into a single app is insane. However, there is a lot of improvement that’s needed. First of all, there’s triggering content in the game, and I’ve seen tons of people mention how they’ve had to stop playing the game due to anxiety attacks. I suggest adding trigger warnings or a skip option in the game so people can avoid the triggering content (such as starving, which could trigger those who suffer from anorexia). The game is also difficult to play. I cant play the main story because I cant level up, and I cant level up because I cant pass the missions, and I cant pass the missions because I cant level up my cards because I’ve run out of flowers. I cant get more flowers because I cant pass missions, and I cant pass the agency schedules because BTS is too stressed and I cant give them gifts because...well you get the idea. It should be much easier to get the items needed to play the game. This is a mobile phone game, it shouldn’t be this stressful to play. Those are the only major concerns from me. ✓ Great, but few issues.The app sounds amazing and fun! 😍 but had few issues indeed.. with downloading the app etc! The app was downloaded, but the game wasn’t fully loading nor playing! My data and storage is completely fine. Downloading for backup, took quite long not going to lie). Afterwards, I exited the app, making sure I continued where I left off! And saved my progress’! When I went on again! It downloaded all over again! meaning: I lost all my levels etc, which was indeed pretty disappointing and annoying!☹️overall, don’t think Anyone has similar issues as me, but, it’s an awesome app! ✓ My Pros and Cons (mostly cons)I played parts of the game and to be honest, the game design was super nice! The music, the app layout, the social media addition, the design, the whole ‘another story’ thing is really cool! I loved flipping through the app and listening to the music, and the way the planets rotate to see the levels is such a nice concept!! But I did take some issues with the game, the main ones being; the gendered player and the lack of warning/Jimin’s story line. The manager is gendered as female, but there are a fair amount of fans that are not of that gender. I believe when people log in to the app, they should have to read a warning that explicitly states that sensitive topics are discussed. This app is marketed for ages 4+ so it should be mostly safe for everyone to play, but Jimin’s story line in chapter 3 and what he went through is relatable for some fans and can be triggering. I (obviously) don’t know Jimin personally and if he exactly pre-approved that part of his backstory being in the game, but I heavily recommend a warning or just changing that part of the story in general. Personally I found the story kinda hard to get through, it read like a 12 year old’s story telling (aka Wattpad), this might be because it was translated from Korean to English, but who knows?.Version: 1.0.1
✓ Game has slowed down significantlyAt the start it was easy to advance chapters but I have now been stuck at chapter 6 for more than a month. Even with level 50 4 stars they do not make an impact on the amount you get which is then left down to agency. But it’s impossible to do agency without paying for member condition items because there is bad draw rates in auto clear to get them. I currently have 2 level 50 5 stars and 12 level 50 4 stars and I’m still not able to advance past chapter 6 which is ridiculous considering that there is a chapter 7. It would be okay if gems had an increased likelihood of getting 5 stars but no... even those spending HUNDREDs on the game are barely scraping at least 4 different 5 star cards. Make your game playable. Like for example superstar bts yes it would be beneficial to pay for more memberships or advancements and cards but the game still moves and it’s fun and playable even if you don’t pay. Also the storyline (especially another story) is gross and badly written whoever wrote it should be fired. Stalking is never acceptable and there’s no even explanation as to what the managers role is in the situation. It makes me feel very uncomfortable to play it. TLDR: make draw rates higher (not just for 5 star cards but for new cards too), make levelling up to level 50 actually mean something, make it easier to obtain member condition items so that we can actually do agency work. ✓ Originally Liked the GameI do like the game and have had it for a while, but recently whenever I try to complete a level, the game crashes on me. Now every time I use my wings on a level they’re just wasted as I get nothing out of it. I’m currently on chapter 9 but getting full stars on chapter 6 is proving to be ridiculously hard in comparison to other levels, I’ve tried multiple 5 star cards and it’s still not enough. Now, with the game crashing every time I try to pass another level, it doesn’t seem to look like I’m going to get anywhere on BTS world..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Good game, but...1) As someone who has went through both anorexia, and bulimia, making an eating disorder into a mission, and kind of romanticizing it, isn’t cool. People have serious health issues from those, and some even end up dying. It’s not fun, and most certainly not romantic. 2) this game is supposed to be about a manager, but it’s just a game for fan girls to live out their dreams. I’m a dude, I thought the game would be cool! Manage BTS, see what it’s like behind the scenes! But it’s literally just a fan girl living out her dreams of being closer to idols. Not very fun. And, like stated in other reviews... THERES NO GENDER OPTION. it makes it weird, playing as a girl when I’m a dude. 3) flirting with a 14 year old? How old is the character we play? 21-26? That’s just... wrong on so many levels. 4) it gets almost impossible to pass certain chapters! It feels like it turns into a pay to win game! I had the game since it’s release date, playing almost every day, but I deleted it awhile back because no matter what I did, how many quests I completed, I was always short on a mission. Always. I couldn’t get passed anything unless I payed. So, all in all, I think it’s amazing that BTS took the time to make this game. You can see the effort put into all the pictures, all the gameplay, story line, and the extra story lines, like the magic shop one, is so much fun. I do wish that there were more music inclusive stories, because most of the things (card collecting, flirting with the members to get anywhere in the game) seems like specially look based, and specifically... romance based, and it’s... not very fun. ✓ Slightly inconvenientA lot of things about this game are inconvenient. Like when u draw for cards but you can’t see the stats until you go all the way to the cards menu, the card menu doesn’t let you automatically see the stats so it’s faster and easier to compare, and when you click on a mission to check it and then click out, it changes the place you were in on the line of missions. So if you need to quickly click on each mission to check which one has the items you need, it’s supppper inconvenient and takes a long time. Also, the little red dots for notifications take awhile to go away, and they’re just forever there if u have a card you can level up but don’t want to. It’s a little annoying. BUT they do try a lot to fix things, so i imagine it won’t be long until they figure it all out. It’s probably hard for them to work on improving functionality because of the tidal wave of people whining about the storyline. So other than that, and despite the negatives i said, there’s lots of content in the game so you won’t be bored..Version: 1.0.2
