✓ I’m addicted???I got this app around the time it came out... and I haven’t really stopped playing. I love playing this game and that comes from someone who doesn’t really like gaming. Only thing I don’t like about the app is that it sometimes crashes when I’m completing something. Idk if it’s my iPhone model and it’s age (iPhone 6, around 3 to 5 years old) or if it’s a problem with the current app version, but I would like if that bug got fixed. I have tried multiply ways on trying to get the sound back but it doesn’t work. I’m not sure if you can change the gender because BTS knows that theirs a lot of male Army’s or army's who don’t identify as a male or female it may feel like your left out but trust me your not. BTS loves you and so do I and other fellow Army’s I’m sure their going to make a future update on That. The current state of the world isn’t very well and BTS is very busy leaving the staff and (Who ever helped create the game) not enough time to fix these type of problems. ✓ Bts WorldThe game is still pretty good, although it’s getting harder to pass some levels. I’m on episode 8 and I can’t pass the third star level. Even though I have several maxed out cards, and get bonuses but still can’t pass. I still have fun collecting cards and stuff even though it’s difficult getting certain ones for the photo album. ✓ I recommendI would totally recommend for BTS fans!! My friends really love it and I’m so pleased that they enjoy it. The only problem is my BTS world game doesn’t really work, unfortunately. I had to download data, and then it says “Tap the Screen” I tapped it a billion times but nothing happened. I think it just has to do with my bad WiFi. But since my friends love it so much, I think all BTS fans should download it, too. ✓ A problemToday, as of 17th of December 2019, I’ve been experiencing a dreading problem. Whenever I open my BTS World app, I see a maintenance notice, which might not be a problem as it lasts an hour or so only, except, mine is lasting a day and counting. I’ve tried everything in my power to alter this but I can’t seem to do so. I even turned off my phone for a few minutes and even that didn’t work. I am extremely annoyed of this as this didn’t happen on my other phone but is happening on just my iPhone. Please, I have to know how to fix this. ✓ Great but things need to changeIt works well and it’s really fun personally, but their NEEDS to be an option to be called whatever pronouns you want since not every ARMY is comfortable with being referred to with she/her pronouns. Also, there is some quite sensitive topics which, don't need to be taken out, but absolutely need a warning on the app description on app store or in the beginning of the game itself. There is also some possible issues with translation from English to Korean, with some scenes or description of the members seeming negative, this could be changed easily to not give out a bad idea about the members or story of the game..Chloe 🧸Version: 1.0.1

✓ Love the game but keeps crashingEver since the update a couple days ago (to add chapter 7 and the summer event), the game keeps crashing every time I try to do anything! I complete agency activities then it crashes when I try to assign the guys to new agency tasks. I try to do a level, I “pay” my wings and as I pick the cards, game crashes and when I log back on, my wings are gone and I don’t have any flowers or coins or other prizes. When I try to do a summer level, it crashes too in the middle of picking cards. I’ve checked my phone storage because I heard you should free up phone space to make better playing and I have about half my storage available (64 gig phone so 34 gigs free space) and I’m still having issues. I was fine before the update and now I keep crashing. I keep playing because I know the summer thing is just for like two weeks but I’m getting frustrated this happens! I love this game and want to continue playing but the crashing isn’t helping at all. Any suggestions would be welcome! ✓ Good, but still needs workSecond day of playing. While I love the concept and the game itself there’s still a few things that bother me. The gameplay is good but to get some real progress and to update your cards you need some level up items. Problem is that you can only get it from the main story. So I have to play the same level over and over again to get these items and try to level up my cards. I wish there was a side quest to obtain level up items. 2 days in and I’m already stuck pretty much everywhere. Since both another story and the BTS story need these items you try to power up but 3 small gems at the time means I played the same levels over and over again at least 50 times. A bit frustrating. Another thing is that I wish we could exchange cards with friends. I think it would had to the fun and excitement. And the another story while I think the concepts are adorable I feel like he stories are turning a bit too stalker-ish. Like following TaeTae down to the countryside and trying to live with him. Hum.... One thing that I noticed also is that the pronouns used for the manager is only female. What about fanboys or gender neutral? I also keep getting an error in another story for Suga story saying the video can not be played. Overall I like it, and it’s addictive and funny but I wish we could progress faster. ✓ Loading ProblemIt’s a great game and is amazing, in terms of acting, OSTs and storyline(s). But every time I open the game it makes me download everything, every single time. When I connected my account to me game centre account it stopped for a little while, but recently it makes me load everything, every time I log in. Even after all that, I need to download all the photo cards, phone calls and social feeds again even though I’ve already downloaded them before. ✓ BTS World but...I’ve been an ARMY since day one. I love this game with a passion and I couldn’t not give it five stars. Yeah, there’s some slip ups and bad choices from the makers, but I enjoy. The only complaint I have is once you get past 6-5, it’s almost impossible. I’m using all my maxed out cards (level 50 for those who don’t know) with Agency levels reaching up to 15. Grant it, I’m using 1 five star card and 3 four star cards, but that’s because I only have 1 force star card. (Yes, it’s the one from the very beginning) I’ve tried many many many times to get another five star card and I’ve wasted a lot of diamonds. I understand that the makers want to make this challenging so players don’t fly right through it, but at that point it’s a little ridiculous. For a perceptive Point of view, I’ve been stuck on 6-9 for the past month or so. I’m doing everything I can to level up and use my card strategically, but I’m not even close to the finish line. However, I must complain as I have gem drew over 150 times (I have completed the miscellaneous achievements) and I can’t tell exactly how many times I have drawn . But I do know that I have seen no sign of 5 star cards ( other than the gifted default card ) and therefore cannot pass chapter 6 . ✓ BTS WorldI have really enjoyed playing BTS World since it came out! I enjoy the main story line as well as the side stories! Everything in the game is great from the stories to the photo cards. One thing I find quite annoying though is that even after you have the max amount of friend (50) is that you continue to get friend request and have the red dot continuously pop up and have to keep clear the requests for it to go away. I would really like if you could find a way to either turn off request or people can no longer send request if you have reached max amount of friends another option. ✓ I’m pretty sure it’s going to get fixed?I’m pretty sure if not me, but it might be. They suggested to download for a smoother gameplay, I said no, because BTS world already takes up enough storage. I’ve been an ARMY for a very long time and I love BTS more than anything. So of course I would be excited when someone mentions there is going to be another app dedicated to BTS. Now to the real problem, when you go to ‘Another Story’ (not a spoiler?) it keeps on saying error, and the music that was supposed to go with the member doesn’t play. Sometimes it does play, but after the error, which occurs quite often, it stops. Not a big problem though, you can still play the game normally, so I’m still rating it a 5 star:) Such a Y/N game though, so if you’re not really a fan of that, idk try it out anyway, maybe you’ll change your mind after. ✓ I love this app so much!I think that this app has a really nice layout and design, it’s really comfortable and I love all the things you are able to do on it. It’s really fun to play around with. I feel that the app gives us a more inside look on what may be going on behind closed doors, like how they might not always get along and they go through a lot without letting us know, though, the scenarios may not be as realistic, and are probably much different, it still makes me feel like I’m really involved in the situations and helping them out. It kind of helps me understand them more as a fan and it’s really cool to be able to feel that way. When Namjoon and Taehyung have a fight, they get over it and go back to being best friends, and I think “things like this probably happen a lot” or “it must be hard living in a dorm with 7 people all the time” but they get through those things and this app just gives us an idea of what their lives are actually like behind the performance and behind the cameras. It gives fans insight on what they really feel not as celebrities, but as regular human beings who go through things just like we do. ✓ Good enough for a bit of funThe game is fun, although the whole card draw system could be improved, you need 4/5 star cards to progress in the game, along with the random agency tasks. They reward you here and their with exp, gold, and a gem or two, but as of now I am at level 41(?) and have been stuck on chapter 6 for 2 months. The flirting aspects in the text are odd, like I get it’s suppose to be like a Kdrama, but SeokJin saying suggestive things really creeps me out, and he’s my bias. The another story parts are good, Namjoon’s story is my favorite - a crime/thriller mystery with a twist! Yoongi’s is a second favorite. The others could be better..Aria9Version: 1.0.6

✓ Really great but...The game is really great as it is! BUT THE SOUND ISN‘T WORkING it’s been like this for 3 days now. I thought that maybe I need to clear up space in my phone maybe? So I did that but it’s not working either. Today I changed the language from english to german and when I restarted the app the sound worked, but didn’t work again the next time I entered the game. ✓ They went above and beyondThe game has its own soundtrack, tons of extras for fans, and gives insight into the lives of BTS and everything they went through to get here. I’m sure most fans hear about the struggles, the long torturous practices, and the insecurities that BTS had to face to become who they are today, and wish they could have helped them. The game allows us to sort of fulfill that fantasy in a satisfying way, and is actually pretty well written as far as this genre of game goes. These subject matters are kind of sensitive and I’m touched they felt they could share it with us. The game play is smooth and they are actually quite generous with coins and diamonds, and such. You can play the game to your fullest content without paying a dime, or you can speed things up with purchases. I like that it lets everyone take part! I’m honestly blown away. ✓ Just one complaintOverall the game is amazing the quality is great and a lot of the stuff you need for the game like wings,gems,coins, and exp are easily accessible there’s easy ways to get more the only one that is hard to obtain would be the gifts to recover the boys from agency tasks and the only way you can get them is by playing the levels without having to buy them. I’ll play the levels so many times and still not get a gift and even when I do it’s not the gift I need for a specific member. For example, yoongi (the way we normally spell it) is yunki, which is actually pretty much the same thing but a more korean romanization. “U” in Korean makes the “oo” sound, and g and k could be the same letter. And they spell jungkook as jeongguk, eo makes the “uh” sound, g and k are again the same letter, and in Korean you do pronounce the “oo” sound in the name, instead of us stupid Americans making it “uh”. ✓ My OpinionI have looked at the opinions and they seem varied. I will address various issues and not issues: The game has no choice for the pronouns which I admit is the largest problem for a very wide and global fan base. This is to me one of the main issues of the game and I can't imagine how non-female fans feel when they want to experience virtually experience meeting their idols but have to do so while being a girl. Another main problem is that a lot of the times I log on they ask me to download a lot of data which I have already previous, and downloaded. This takes a long time and is very tedious. The eating disorder can be triggering for some but I believe it to add some depth to the game. The actual episode of the disorder was short and didn't have a lot of detail and I personally enjoyed it because it created some character development. I saw some comments about the misogyny of Jungkook saving Y/N and I just think it's to show his strength and continue with the main plotline. I also hope that BTS themselves have been asked for the opinion of what should or should not have been included in the game. I love the cards, videos, music, and creativity all the departments create for this app. My heart swells when I think about all the hard work so many people have put into this!! I love all the little facts and details placed throughout the game and stories that can make any ARMY’s heart flutter. The “Another Story” section is very creative! My only real complain is that the story can be a bit cringey and unrealistic at times. Same with the dialogues: I’ve played the Chinese version and it’s much closer to the original Korean version than English. The dialogues aren’t cringy at all (as some people have claimed)... I think the translators are the ones at fault for this particular problem. if you feel uncomfortable with flirting in BTS World, then...don't? You have CHOICES. I feel that the story seems rushed and pointless at times, since the storyline is pretty much the most important part of the game I feel like it should improve. ✓ I adore this game but,This game is an amazing experience, especially the “Another Story” mode it takes a peek into what BTS would be without becoming a group. However. There are a few very off putting flaws. My biggest pet peeve is that mine constantly crashes. I do not know if it is just me but I really enjoy this game although recently I have struggled to even spend a minute on the game. Another issue is the card draw rate. You rarely ever get 5 star cards it’s ridiculous. I believe it’s even rarer to get a 3 star card in the Gold Draw which to me is absolutely ridiculous. The last issue is the little affect 4 star cards have on the later stages. It’s so unbelievably difficult I doubt even with max level 5 star cards you can’t pass. In the end it’s your game. The humour and personalities of BTS are so lovingly interpreted it feels as though every single corner of the game has their OK. One thing that has blown me away from the start is how responsible and attentive Netmarble is. If there is a glitch needing fixing or maintenance to run the players get a reward to compensate. I recently had an issue with my subscription renewal and was able to contact 1 to 1 support. A caring human being helped to find out where the problem was, it was fast and all correspondence was visible. Unbelievable in my experience. I have reached player level 46 and am currently on chapter 6 but find it difficult to progress further. I have already levelled up the card that I have to their maximum level however I find that the figures are too low to pass the last few levels of chapter 6. I try and get new cards by drawing with both coins and diamonds but find that I keep getting duplicates of cards and very rarely new cards. It is such a shame as I really enjoy playing this game but cannot play it further because I can’t get better cards. If the game improved so that you can only draw duplicates of a card a maximum of 10 times then it would be appreciated as it means I would enjoy playing this game again. It’s very fun to play, and at the same time requires some level of thinking, with lots of interactions so it doesn’t get boringly repetitive (looking at you, Candy Crush). I know a lot of people have complained about the sasaeng-like qualities of some of the actions the character has to take in the individual-member stories, and to a certain extent I agree. Having said that, I’m sure BigHit supports this game, with all the specialized involvements from the members, and I don’t think they’d approve of anything they don’t support. One major complaint I’ve both experienced and seen on the message boards is a glitch with the ‘draw’ tab - even if you don’t have enough gems or coins to draw a new card, there is always a red dot next to the tab. There’s so many features that can keep you playing for hours (of course unless you’re limited by wings) However there are two or three things I’m bothered about. The first thing is the calls. This is the only reason I’m even writing a review. Each time it’s a BTS member’s turn to talk, it takes about 2-3 seconds to load. It was slightly annoying, but I wasn’t bothered too much. But now I can’t even have calls because every time it says there’s a network error. I don’t think it’s my WiFi’s problem. My WiFi is working perfectly fine. But because of this I can’t finish the calls I have with the members :’(( The second problem is with the story and personalities. Some traits of BTS members are over exaggerated, like Jin’s overconfidence for example. Jin compliments himself as a joke but in the story he just seems self centered at times. (maybe that’s the biased fangirl in me speaking.) The manager, aka the person I’m playing as, is creepy and obsessive. Especially in the Another Stories, where she’s literally stalking the members in order to get closer to them. The portrayal of a manager-employee relationship is wrong but I think that should be fine as long as it doesn’t cross the line. It needs to be like that to keep the story going anyways! The game is fun, there are sooo many features to keep me playing, but of course in ever game there’s an issue. The only thing I have an issue with is the notification on the draw button. For some reason I cannot get rid of it. I’ve bought cards but it still won’t go away.
