✓ Limitations in app due to Apple but good support serviceTried contacting the developer regarding 24/7 support but was unsuccessful. I tried countless time to follow instruction and was unable to record the calls. It took me a whole day to work out how to use the app. The problem is that all recording need to dial out and then you merge the call, before your recording starts and there is a loud beep notifying that your recording starts. This is a huge pain point and not sure how to fix this. The developer has done everything they can to help with limitations with apple. Not the most user friendly solution but the app does eventually work. I have contacted the developer to get a refund they gracefully return the money.
