Unprecedented.Brilliant app and indeed an idea that has surfaced as a result of sheer studiously hard work. I wish there was an iPad version however. Everything else is superb..Version: 1.2.2

Really awesome and just needs a little workThis is such an amazing take on Apple Music but you still got a bit to go first an official Mac and iPad version would be amazing and second just some more streamlining and polishing aside from that I think this app could have an unbelievably amazing future..Version: 1.3.3

Apple parity with real biteThis is a beautifully designed app to the core. Incorporating a dark theme option that Apple has studiously neglected to implement on iPhone, the real selling point for me is how well it handles a large library - close to Apple’s 100,000 song threshold- and allows the user to seamlessly navigate between artists and albums without wandering too far from familiar terrain. That it is wholly compatible with iTunes’ own hierarchical cataloging is an entirely good thing. Soor renders album art beautifully and faithfully from my own embedded metadata. A definite plus too, is how it wisely chooses to avoid mirroring those horrendous circular artist icons adopted by Apple some way back, building idents delivered much more tidily in the square. The end result is more evocative certainly, a welcome return of the sort users of iTunes in a desktop environment have been demanding for years. Kudos. Support from the developer, too, is nothing short of excellent. I reached out with a minor issue, and Tanmay responded promptly with an invitation to preview a TestFlight beta of Soor which immediately addressed my concern. In a world which all too often dictates passive adherence to the corporate norm, a little personal Interaction such as this goes a long way. Steve Jobs, I feel, would be gratified..Version: 1.1.4

Great appBut I can’t swipe to go back ? I have to reach top ?.Version: 1.1.2

Old Apple MusicI don’t really like the new layout of apple music’s now playing screen, mostly because the shuffle and repeat buttons are hidden in a menu. Soor brings most of the functionality I want back to the main page. No lyrics in here, but if I want them I can always just open the Apple Music app for a second..Version: 1.3.3

Innovative and IntuitiveAs it says on the tin: Simply a beautiful music player, with functions that are not only innovative and smart, but, GASP, intuitive! I don’t understand why Apple Music doesn’t have the kind of facility ans ease of use this app does, but I am grateful that someone out there has created a modern music player that makes sense. There’s a couple more alternative players pushing the envelope, but Soor is a favorite and the ONLY one of its kind that has figured out how to design one-handed navigation. Apple would do well to hire and consult with this developer..Version: 3.0.2

Great replacement of the native appThis app is a real masterpiece. Everything is perfect : the design is spectacular and the whole thing is super intuitive. Haven’t found how to show lyrics yet but I’m very happy to finally have found an app to replace the native Music app from Apple. Great job here !.Version: 1.0

Daily DriverI loved Soor during the TestFlight stage, and I still love it! Soor has become my daily driver for interacting with my music (even though I still need to open Apple Music sometimes to add more music or remove it) and I have NO plans of halting use of Soor!.Version: 1.2.2

Needs drag to reorder. Also “Play Last” doesn’t. It adds it to a play later list. There are times I want to reorder the play list..Version: 3.0.2

Best Alternative Music AppI think what sets this apart is the fact that its feature rich… it has plenty of widgets to choose from and the interface is wonderfully put together. Truth be told, I actually purchased this when it was an iPhone only app. For which I don’t have an iPhone… I specifically used it for the widgets with my iPad. But I think the app is beautiful… if you are interested in a different Music App, look no further..Version: 2.6.7

MISSING MUSIC PLAYER ON LOCK SCREEN!!!!I don’t regret spending 10 bucks for this because the way this app is designed is just beautiful, especially the dark mode! I like how the developer updates the app regularly but in the past few updates it seems like i’m missing the music played on lock screen! i mean is that a glitch or what? whatever it is, we of course want that music player on our phones i mean common!! please fix this!!!!.Version: 1.2.1

Centralises your own library againThis brings back the better player and centralises your own library again. You have the options to take away a lot of the clutter that apple have added. I am more interested in my own playlists! I like that i can add a song directly from the playing screen again, don’t understand why this was removed in favour of a lyrics icon. The now playing widget actually works and has control icons directly on your homescreen. Would be really good if you could star rate songs within the app, other than that it is all positive from me and was worth buying.Version: 2.2

Amazing appWould definitely recommend, design and UX is great.Version: 2.2.2

Very beautiful and useful alternative to stock appPrice is too high, i believe . Will get more downloads if its around 6 dollars.Version: 1.1.2

Limited by AppleAfter using this for a bit, I love the layout; having all the Apple Music features plus my library on one page, with the ability to customize which parts of AM get displayed and in what order, is brilliant and the overall look is similar enough to the stock Music app that it fits well. But, while current API limitations exist I’m not sure if it can replace the stock app for a couple reasons. First, it doesn’t seem that I can delete music from my library, which if it’s not an API issue that ability should be there. Second, the fact that the queue can’t be edited without using the app’s player (which, again, is buggy and limited by Apple), is a drawback. If Apple fixes/opens up the API to more third party features this would definitely be a killer music app!.Version: 2.2.2

Good app but room for some improvementsSuch a good app, love the widgets so I would love to use this instead of Apple Music. only issue is the lack of customisation and settings - would love to turn off the delay that happens when you skip a song as that’s the main thing preventing me from using this as my main player!.Version: 2.2.2

Hoping for updatesI really like the program when it works but I just had to re-download it for the 3rd time. It will just stop working and nothing will work to bring it back up but to delete it and download again. Certainly not worth the price charged but I still like the concept. I hope you will soon have a more stable app..Version: 1.3.2

Good looking! but can be smootherSome descriptions are kinda extra, such as the “music album” below the album name; The whole interface is nicely designed and gives ppl a fresh look if they’re tired with the original one, but the interaction can definitely be smoother as for now it would freeze for like 0.5sec sometimes. I use a iphone X.Version: 1.2.1

Apple - take note!A smooth, simplistic UI experience. Uncluttered, customisable and premium..Version: 2.5.2

Needs Work But Is A Good StartSoor is a much needed upgrade to the Apple Music app, which I only use to play music, spending very actual little time in the app. Soor is more than a “skin” (I can access and play what I upload to the device), but it shines when you subscribe to Apple Music. Much needed visual and organizational enhancements that are much more inviting and fun to tinker with. It takes a little to get used to nuances and quirks, and there are a few things that don’t work well or are rough around the edges (some are limits from the Music API). I assume these will be ironed out in time, sooner rather than later. Overall, Soor works well out of the box and is a delight to use. I’m actually using playlists again. (Oh, and yes, $10 is a bit steep — would have preferred $5 — with no way to try first, but it seems fair to us and the developer to continue to improve). Hope the app will continue to soar..Version: 1.1

Loving this!I've been waiting for a dark mode formusic for a while now and this scratches that itch for sure. The app is clean and beautiful and I love how everything is lined up on one screen. The only negative about this app is the price. $10 for a glorified skin is a little ridiculous. $5 would have been easier to swallow but all in all a great experience so far..Version: 1.1

Better than Marvis Pro for regular users!I’m absolutely loving Soor!! The widgets update flawlessly and continuously unlike Marvis Pro. The Now Playing screen is also great, love how I can swipe between the Album covers and tapping which song I’d like it to play. Will be replacing the Music app for me..Version: 2.2

Love this app!Just purchased and the features are fantastic! Visually it’s beautiful 🙌🏼 One request- (I tried to send an email but it wasn’t working) similar to the icon having numerous color options I would love to be able to change the ‘Now Playing’ small widget to black and white please 🤍🖤 The red is one of the reasons I wanted to switch from Apple Music, so I would appreciate more widget color customisation options if possible! 👍🏼 But it’s great so far and I appreciate all the features you’ve added 😄.Version: 2.2.2

BrilliantGreat alternate to the stock iOS app. The only issue is that after leaving the app and then returning a few minutes later there is a 5 second or so delay before the app is responsive. Using an iPhone XS Max. Otherwise excellent!.Version: 1.2.1

What Apple Music should beThis is an amazing app. It's better looking than Apple's, and gives more control - while simultaneously also seeming to find more to listen to. It's a brilliantly designed and presented app. Essential for any Apple Music subscriber..Version: 1.5.6

Absolutely beautiful and perfect!!I have spent so much money for an app just like this. I had one favorite before out of 100's that are in the apple store. I did a random search looking for something new for a music player and I found this one. I paid and it is the best one I have ever found. I love music so having an app like this to play my library is just as perfect as it can be. Thank you to the developers, you did a wonderful job. It has all the features I love in a music player and more. It exceed my expectations!! Keep working guys!! Brilliant!!! I just love it!!!!.Version: 1.5

My default music app!!I love this app so much!! And the update only makes it greater! Seriously this app has so many features I’ve wanted for so long in a music app, I’m so glad this app exists. The visualiser not mapping to the Apple music is a little disappointing but it’s understandable due to the DRM. Maybe the option for the player to show the main colour of the album art would be cool? Similar to tweaks. Overall, fantastic app! Definitely would recommend, and definitely worth the money!.Version: 1.2

StutteringThe apps looks amazing and so is the functionally but it keeps lagging ... those little stutters are really bugging me . Fix that and it’s a 5/5.Version: 1.1

What we went from AppleI think this a perfect Apple Music app that we’re just not getting. I definitely like the “in your face” libraries that you don’t have to Navigate elsewhere. It’s a bit weird at first due to being new to the format but once you get used to it, it definitely replaces Apple's. I think what will make this app stand out is to stay a ahead of the game, due to new developments in Apple, this one might become obsolete. I paid $10 for worst apps, it’s worth it if your looking for something “Apple-ish”..Version: 1.2.3

Great BUTGreat app but it would be even better if the lyrics were available.Version: 1.2.3

Wow my music subscription reimaginedTook the plunge.. And wow, it's intuitive. Really enjoying Soor The interface is slick, dark mode slinky on iPhone X. Finding so much more music. Feel like I'm really maxing out my Apple music subscription. Worth the fee as I use Apple music all of the time. Love the little details like album art next to albums and songs in search. Why 4 stars ? The app kit doesn't allow the Dev to do a few bits like edit and delete playlists. Im sure that there's more to come when the app kit gets upgrades. Hats off top job 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻.Version: 1.0

Please add return to home from the pull down gestureLove the new pull down gesture for quick access to search and what not, but please expand it so you can return to home rather than having to reach up to tap the home button.... Would also love to see some commissioned icons for the app, very cool that the dev added alternate icons but none of which have too much polish... Keep it up, still really love Soor!.Version: 1.2.3

Love itAbsolutely love this app, only thing I’d love to see is some more variation options when creating a magic mix. Like artist track count, album track count & album Artist.Version: 2.7

IPad update please!Pretty cool, can’t find the darkest theme from screenshots only option for matching phone? PLEASE MAKE IPAD VERSION 🙏🏻.Version: 2.2

Beautiful appI only have three things that make this experience less then the apple music experience, ever other aspect about this app is so much better then the stock music app and Id highly recommend making the switch. I aware that two of my critiques might not be possible but non the less here they are: 1. I cant resume playing albums from the pop that appears when I put my AirPods in - from my experience it will only let me play from the Apple Music app (I use the “application player” style). 2. You cant delete songs from my playlists from the Soor app, you have to go into the apple music app and then find the song and delete it. 3. There is no dedicated search button within a playlist. if this in a feature that does get added please don't butcher it like apple did and only play the songs that showed up within the search criteria after playing the selected song. The whole reason I search within my playlists is to be able to play that specific song first then continue listening to the rest of my playlist..Version: 3.0.2

Does a lot of great thingsAs a last.fm user it does a great job scrobbling tracks. This may sound trivial, but there are a lot of scrobblers that are terrible post-Apple Music/iTunes transition. This one is smart enough not to send duplicates of stuff that might be scrobbled on your Mac. Another standout feature is the Magic Mix. Being able to mash together multiple playlists is something Smart Playlists can do, but only on a Mac. I find it does a pretty good job..Version: 2.2

Amazing app!! Just a suggestion!Hey there, I absolutely love Soor and it has defiantly replaced the stock music app. Just 3 minor things: 1. The now playing ui is gorgeous, however, whenever you scroll through the songs you actually need to wait a bit in order to see the songs name and not just the album art. This is very inconvenient and honestly just a bit annoying- it makes it a bit useless, even though it is beautiful! 2. I know iOS has limitation to widgets but whenever I try to click on another song that is qued it freezes the app and it only starts working again after I restart my phone. Hopefully there is a fix to this as these widgets are super useful! 3. The swipe down to search, go to settings, etc action is super handy and DOES need a bit of getting used to. But I think one way that you could make this easier is to have it respond immediately once you swipe down instead of having up hold it for a couple seconds and not do anything if you don’t. Anyways other than that I absolutely love the ui and thanks for creating such a great app😄.Version: 2.2

Bugs but it’s okayIf you can get past the bugs of the app freezing and the Shutting down quite a bit actually it’s a amazing app the CarPlay feature is so amazing just needs polished and a good idea would be is there anyway you can add a way to find new music to what you listened to in the past like I pick a song and I can find songs similar??.Version: 2.8.5

Fills the gapLooking for a song, eventually I wanted to sort albums by year. Can’t do that in the default app, we need good, detailed music apps like this..Version: 2.2.2

Beautiful Design, Intuitive Gestures, OK functionalityI never completely enjoyed the Apple Music app’s user interface. However, Soor has a beautiful design. Also, Soor also can be navigated with intuitive gestures that feeI skeuomorphic. I definitely can tell the work that went into designing and developing the interface of this app. On the other hand, functionality is not at its best. I understand that there are API limits, however, these limits do take away the simple and easy controls that the design promotes. I do hope that the app can improve on things, especially removing songs from your Library or Playlists, and more functionality that the Apple Music app features. Anyways, Soor is really awesome so continue to improve on it..Version: 1.3

Excellent music playerThe widgets are really great and overall the app is a pleasure to use. Most of the problems are due to apple’s API limitations. Much better than the stock app and I wish there was a macOS version!.Version: 2.6.9

Fresh New Look....What a refreshing change to see a third party app that really pushes the boundaries, oh and hopefully Apple themselves to do better. I have every confidence this app can and will become an alternative choice for those seeking a new perspective on Apple Music. Keep up the good work!.Version: 1.1.1

Nice!So good! Loving the ability to sort my playlists by the date songs were added. Much easier to add songs to a queue than the stock music app. Loving this..Version: 2.2.4

The design (black/ dark mode) is worth it.I love this app. Will there be an Apple watch app? People have to understand that some of the app limitations are not the developers fault. Read the description and chagelog before you write something negative. I appreciate the developers efforts in creating this app and it is worth every penny..Version: 1.1

A good start and getting betterWell done on putting together an app that can comfortably replace the Apple Music app - and add value. The constant updates also show commitment, and I am looking forward to seeing how things develop. My main request? Make this app Apple Carplay as a matter of urgency. As long as I have to use a different app in the car, your app is unlikely to ever become my go-to music app..Version: 1.1

Amazing but one thing.Beautifully designed app and works flawlessly so far and I haven’t experienced any bugs but the only thing that really bothers me is the fact that I can’t search through specific genres of music to discover songs and albums. I don’t know if Apple musics API doesn’t allow third-party apps do use the genre functionality but it’s something that I most frequently go to when discovering new music..Version: 1.0

Absolutely awesome! But...It would be so cool to have a music visualizer in the now playing view!! Should definitely be considered, it would be a really awesome addition to an already great app. Just search up “Mitsuha visualizer” and it’ll show an audio visualizer like I’m talking about Update: just figured out it already has one, but from what I can tell it’s very random and doesn’t really go with the music. The dynamic colours would also be cool.Version: 1.0

Great app for musicThis app is definitely a labour of love. So nicely designed, intuitive, functional and cutting edge. The developer is really responsive, and keeps the app driving forward and offering new features. Really can't recommend highly enough..Version: 1.2.3

Outstanding. This app- lead by 1 developer for a 1 man team. Oh man, oh okay. This app is amazing to start. For 10 dollars you’re getting an outstanding rework of the Apple Music’s fine interface. Being able to pick a dark mode made it 100x more beautiful. Considering the app is fairly new you may give it time but this devoloper has a lot in store for this app. It’s potential is high and it’s not lacking anything of not being great. Minor crashes, no lyrics, and no friends feature as in regular Apple Music, but this app most definitely makes up for that. I’d like to commend the dev and this app. For 10 dollars you’re getting an amazing refinement to the regular Apple Music interface. It’s clean. 🥵🔥.Version: 1.1.4

Amazing App, could use some touch-ups.Soor is an amazing app overall, But there’s a few things that could use some polishing. Such as the transitioning between pages, etc. I recommend this app for anyone that has the extra cash, and doesn’t like the native music app. The app doesn’t have all the features as the native app, but it’s a great app nonetheless. Soor has taken Music’s spot in my dock, and i haven’t regretted it. Soor’s Unique “Pull to Reach” feature is very useful, especially if you have small hands or use your phone with one hand. Soor is a well developed app, but I rate it at 4 stars because it could’ve used some polishing before release..Version: 1.1.4

Moving in the right directionUPDATE: two out of the three issues originally raised in this review have been addressed in version 2.0. Sorting is still quirky, but shuffle and playback stability are massively improved. I’ve used Soor since the early TestFlight betas. It’s come a long way, but I don’t think it was quite ready for the App Store. A couple issues that were present and reported in the betas are still unresolved: - Sorting is great but it also doesn’t work as expected in playlists. Album sort doesn’t preserve track order. There is no “album by artist” option like in iTunes, either, so it is not possible to sort alphabetically by artist, and then alphabetically by album (in the correct track order) within each artist. Overall, Soor has great potential to provide an Apple Music experience unburdened by the shortcomings of the stock Music app, and it will be worth $10 when it reaches maturity, but it’s still too quirky and unstable to be worth that now..Version: 1.2.1

Flippin awesomeAll I wanted was a now playing widget with controls and this has it. It looks great and works perfectly. Seamless integration with Apple Music. If I skip a song on my Apple Watch, the now playing widget on the phone is a tiny bit behind but quickly catches up. If you guys would add a real iPad app and an Apple Watch app I’d be even happier. No regrets on this 5$ purchase. Much love..Version: 2.2

Works wellLove the black theme. Honestly that is the only reason I brought it. I feel the price is very steep for the app..Version: 1.1.4

Miss AbbieThe app is really good however it is a bit laggy and is slow when trying to swipe down to remove the music off the screen ..Version: 1.2

Really BeautifulDang this is a really beautiful app. It needs an option to change the airpods icon to an airpods max icon. For the sections on the homescreen, personally I’m not interested in any of the discovery focused stuff. It’d be cool if when hiding all the sections instead of just saying “home sections can’t be empty” it just expanded the header at the top with albums, artists, playlists and songs and just made them all look pretty. But those are my only gripes (other than the api stuff apple only apple can fix) This is my favourite alternative music player I’ve tried. Nice work dev! PS also more icon options is always cool. Colourful dark mode icons please!.Version: 2.2.2

Bring back dark theme! Please bring back the dark theme when using iPhone in light mode. I don’t like having dark mode on for my whole iPhone, but loved the dark grey theme in Soor. A bit disappointed it has been removed as an option..Version: 1.3.2

Great App!Love the black mode and the other little extras. Only reason I’m giving it a four star is I’m leaving myself some leeway for upcoming features that I’ll love that I don’t know about yet!.Version: 1.1.1

Great app. Needs an apple watch versionDont get me wrong, while the price seemed high it was well worth the purchase. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into not only the design but actual user functionality of this app. The thought out gesture controls and amazing integration of apple music libraries and subscriptions is superb to say the least. My only issue is i tend to not use my phone but rely on my apple watch or airpods to do most of the controls. I would love to see an apple watch app in the future, something similar to what is on the ios version but mostly used for quick playlist changes or music player controls. By far, 100x better than the stock apple music app/player..Version: 2.2

Does everything I hoped Apple Music didWhen I first subscribed to Apple Music there were a few features I really wanted. One of these was a dark theme, I know you can enable “dark theme” in the apple settings, but that changes every app not just Apple Music, which wasn’t what I wanted. Second of all there was just so much useless clutter in Apple Music. Soor fixes this by keeping a clean simple home screen, and a really nice dark theme. It also has the really useful pull up feature to search, change settings, or exit. Overall it’s much better than Apple Music but some people might not want to pay $5 for practically what they already have, but for me it’s great..Version: 1.2.1

Puts Apple Music to ShameSuch an incredibly designed and customisable app and the widgets are awesome - love it!.Version: 2.2

Huge fan! Lots of love.Huge fan of this app. Everything works well and I haven’t had any issues with it. Perfect replacement for the native app. I have a few request, and I know due to API limitations and what have you, they may not be doable, hence why I’m still rating this 5 stars, because it really is awesome. 1. Chrome cast support. 2. A lot of my friends use Spotify, it’d be sick to be able to open the links they send me using this app, so I don’t have to manually look up the song. Alternatively, maybe somehow being able to read the clipboard after copying a Spotify link to grab the title of the song and know what song it is. I’m not sure how Spotify orders their links. 3. Much like Spotify, the swipe left and right to previous song while in the “Now Playing” screen. Makes it easier while driving and very intuitive. Again, lots of love!.Version: 1.2.2

Super Clean AppI’m very glad I’ve found this app for the Dark mode alone and I have no regrets about the purchase. I can tell a lot work into making Soor and it is truly gorgeous, Apple should really take notes. My only issue with this app, and the only thing that stops me from using it as a permanent Apple Music replacement, is that this app doesn’t allow removing songs from a persons library. I often don’t have time to listens to songs one by one so I just add entire albums to my library and slowly weed out the songs I don’t like throughout the week. Soor doesn’t give me the ability to do this and therefor I need to launch Apple Music every time I want to delete a song. Switching back and forth sort of defeats the purpose of using this gorgeous app in the first place..Version: 1.1

Okay BUT ...😳Bought this app for the dark theme mode before the ios update released the dark mode for all iPhones, and I’m going to say 5usd is the same price for lunch-able snack it’s not bad especially for all the lil tweaks that are there for example they set a good aesthetic of category music for hip hop/trap/indie music/ and looks good overall and they have the equalizer visualizer that shows the music playing as if it were in the studio which looks pretty cool in itself, overall if you have Apple Music might as well get this app just to make the experience worth having the app.Version: 1.3.3

IPhone SE1st. Developer communication is really great. I contacted the dev regarding a UI bug on my iPhone SE and they responded quickly (within a day) requesting screenshots and stating it would be fixed. 2nd. The now playing screen has the shuffle and repeat buttons visible. No need to scroll like on music app for hidden controls. Apple... get it together. 3rd. Works well with a local only library which is my use case. Can’t say how the streaming works. 4. Supports dark mode which is valuable until iOS 13 as something the music app can’t do (and is ready for the post iOS 13 world). 5. The cars sliding is not as responsive as an apple made iOS app. It is a “sticky” to move in response to input. 6. The UI bug is still there after over a month and a patch or two. I can understand as I believe it is a solo developer..Version: 1.3

Beautiful made appI am so happy with this purchase this app is so beautiful and clean it just works I wish the Apple Music app was this beautiful and clean and so simple to operate. This application made me love Apple Music again because I can finally filter the music the way I want it to be filtered. This application is just well made and amazing. It’s worth the investment and it really made me enjoy my Apple Music experience once it. Thank you to the developer for making such a great app and a great user experience I truly enjoy. I really like this application because it just works it works the way I want it to work. Overall I am every pleased thankful I purchase this application which i knew about it earlier. Thank you again Soor for a great application worth the investment..Version: 2.2.5

Every Apple Music subscriber should have this app.It is basically what Apple Music should have been from the start. I can’t recommend this enough..Version: 1.3.2

Really Good OverallWhen I first saw this app being released I fell in love with the design, especially the true black because it looks amazing on my OLED display. I took a leap of faith after reading good reviews and spent the $10 on it. I love the way this app is designed to be reminiscent of the stock Apple Music app, but apart from that, it’s very thoughtfully and beautifully designed. I love being able to see my library, Charts, “For You”, and other Apple Music Playlists on the front page. I personally am not a fan of all the tabs on the stock app so this is a breath of fresh air. The only thing that I would like to see is being able to change the accent colour and what my friends are listening to. On the not so good side, I understand that this app is continuously being developed and therefore will have its quirks here and there. They’re not so bad that they hinder me from enjoying the app, so I will not state them. I appreciate the work being put into the app and would like to see these bugs being fixed in future updates. I’ve sent bug reports so for now I’m satisfied with it. Thank you once again to the developer for making such a good stock music app alternative..Version: 1.1.1

Very impressedAs above I have been very impressed with this app. Very smooth and I love the dark theme. It’s really what Apple should have managed with their resources. Good luck with app it deserves to do well..Version: 1.1.2

Magic Mix Rocks! Finally, I can create Smart Playlists on my iPhone. Soor’s Magic Mix is the close equivalent to iTune’s Smart Playlist, and Magic Mix is VERY good. It might be a little tough to find Magic Mix in the settings menu, but once you find it, it is simple to put together a dynamic playlist. This application is worth twice the price if you are a music fan!.Version: 2.2

Perfect just wishing for a few new thingsFirst of all I think that this is an amazing app and really works really well. I just wish there was an option to control the volume inside the app instead of using the volume buttons like the standard music app has. Other than that I have no complaints. Outstanding app!!.Version: 2.6.9

Getting even betterThe latest update has certainly made what was a slick app into an incredibly slick app. Keep up the good work, oh, and an iPad app too please 👍🏻.Version: 1.5

Only a few minor problems (and one bug)Ok so bug first, the recently played section on the widget keeps changing to release alerts and showing nothing of value. that’s bad. otherwise, however, the only problems are that the favorites widget on the light theme is hideous to look at (it’s a gross off-white color with next to no transparency to offset any of that blandness) and the text that says “favorites” or “recently played” is massive and bold and dark compared to all other fonts on my phone. also the app icon doesn’t change even though i’ve changed it in settings and removed and re-added it to my home screen. finally, clicking on “recently played” on the widget (when it is working anyway) only opens the app to the home screen with a “recently played not found” message at the top. this is extra weird because on the home screen there is the recently played section and it opens fine each time. but beyond these annoyances it’s much better than apple music, you can still add to playlists, even if you can’t edit them. also clicking on playlists with downloaded files that aren’t on apple music in them actually opens the full playlist, not the sanitized apple music online version.Version: 2.2

Almost perfectGreat app, worth the money and it has replaced my default music app. only issue is when skipping through songs the artwork from the previous song gets stuck and does not change to the new song..Version: 1.2.1

Awesome playerThis is way better than the stock Apple Music app. One thing I would love is that when you love a track it automatically adds it to your library so that in the mixtape playlist you have it automatically added there. Other than that this is well worth the purchase!.Version: 2.6.6

🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️I really do like this app at first I was disappointed cause I pad for it and all. After I while I was impressed, I just find it’s hard to understand where everything is..Version: 2.2.2

Brilliant! What Apple’s own app should beThis app is great, you should be working for Apple. The pull to reach feature just by itself is so smart and intuitive. Dark theme, visualiser on the now playing and drag and drop interfaces just add so much to the experience. One thing I especially love is the ability to customise the home screen to show things like current top tracks and aids discovery of new music 1000%! :) Some of you will be thinking the price is too much, but you won’t regret it for such a smooth and polished app which makes the Apple app look pathetic in comparison..Version: 1.0

Great alternativeLove most of it. Definitely needs the ability to remove songs from your queue tho. Maybe even a clear queue button as well. Would also appreciate a persistent home button.Version: 1.2.2
