✓ Not a bad appWhy are all these reviews a year old? My city now requires this app because none of their parking machines work. I found it pretty easy to use, but I would suggest that you allow payment methods to be entered when you set up the account instead of waiting until you park. Also please include Apple Pay and PayPal or Venmo as options for payment..Version: 2.14.1
✓ So easy to use!I live in an area in which our down town is now all paid parking. I see Flowbird as a necessity of convenience, BUT it’s also so easy to use. It’s also an extra added bonus when your traveling and other cities are on the same system..Version: 2.21.1
✓ Super easy to useThis was a simple app to set up and there are multiple ways to log in, which is a big and welcome change. Using it was extremely easy even for someone 60 years old. Thank you for this option for not hunting for change and not having to get out of my car to pay or to touch a pay machine!.Version: 2.6
✓ Flowbird ParkingI find using Flowbird very convenient. Once your account is set up with your banking/credit card info, license plate and email Flowbird has that information for the next time you park. Flowbird also emails you 1/2 an hour before your time runs out and gives you the option to purchase more time..Version: 3.1

✓ Cumbersome to useNot a great app. Has option for an email when meter is expiring but not a text option which would make more sense. Can’t add/change payment info unless purchasing a parking ticket which makes no sense and will be more difficult to add while standing in the street..Version: 2.7.4
✓ Great app for the timesGiven the global Pandemic & at least for the foreseeable future, contactless payment promotion, the Flowbird App for parking is incredibly useful, allowing you to not only pay for parking upfront, but continuously add to it, if you go over the time you planned, very useful for Christmas shopping, or sneaking in that meal out. At the moment there doesn’t appear to be a function for Apple Pay, but once you’ve got your card details in you are set. Flowbird’s app is set up to work along side the wardens who well get notification of how long etc you have paid, so no worries there, a receipt is also available to prove payment etc In all its very simple, user friendly and handy if you need to pay to park, especially if are new to an area. Recommend to others for it’s simplicity.Version: 2.6

✓ Freaking love this appIt’s Lyon’s official app for parking now and is an awesome improvement over their competitor’s. The app is easy to use and allows me to pay my monthly parking automatically. The notifications, letting me know when my time is up, are great because fines here are no joke. Only annoying thing is you need to re-login every time you swipe away from the app. Which is bothersome when I need to switch back and forth between the app and my bank app. All in all awesome..Version: 2.16.1

✓ Initial impression is poorVery poor app. It isn't intuitive, poor instructions. Doesn't allow the card to be put in before the first parking event, so you are standing there entering all the numbers. It should be able to access the phone wallets. It is so much easier using the card in the meter itself..Version: 2.21.1

✓ Metro Parking App’s SolidThis is one several app options for the city parking meters where I live in Atlanta. The enforcement company, Park Atlanta I think, has their own app but Flowbird is interconnected to the parking meter system and provides a great payment service. The UI is snazzy. It saves your debit/cc # and license plate for quick transactionality. Haven’t used it in other cities. But apparently it’s available for metros in Europe too..Version: 2.8
✓ Happy CustomerOnce I got the hang of the app, I love it@Wrightsville Beach, NC. I happily spend money there every day I’m in town. And that’s been a lot lately. I’m actually glad the parking is expensive, and they ENFORCE it to the Max. Fortunately they put it back into the community and it shows. I absolutely “loathed” the previous parking company. ✓ Flowbird. very efficient and convenientOn many visits to Grimsby Hospital I have used this app for parking. It is easy to use and I do everything from my car just before I leave; no queuing and no need to touch a keypad on a parking machine already touched by many others. ✓ Not as good as other appsOur city was using woosh and it was worth the surcharge. Flowbird needs some help. It’s difficult to input your vehicles. If you have multiple vehicles it’s almost impossible to choose how to park. Every parking transaction wants to use my truck as it’s the default. I Choose a different vehicle and complete the transaction but get a receipt for my truck? I try again to choose my Harley and again it gives me a receipt for my truck? Also several attempts to park resulted in a system “error “ when the error was that our city was not charging for parking after a certain time frame?.Version: 2.7.5

✓ I have never used this app and it gone smoothly.Anytime I use this it always has some bug or inability to finish the transaction. I will select a time and it will just put down another one. ✓ DismalFor the past five weeks this app has not been working. I am unable to find any lots in my area. Even entering the known number still unable to park using the app. Multiple attempts to contact Flowbird fall to deaf ears/unseeing eyes. No one will contact or address the issue. Even to pay at the meter at the lot is a test of patience because the surface area is thrashed. If there was anywhere close by that I could park for the day I would move in a heartbeat!.Version: 2.22

✓ So Far So GoodReading through the comments, it sounds like users have varying issues with the app. Personally, I haven’t ran into these issues and have been able to pay each time. The one caveat being is the map sometimes jumps wildly with where I am in relation to a parking meter. Letting the app sit a little bit, or closing and reopening the app seems to work..Version: 2.7.1
