✓ Do not use!Like many of the other negative reviews, even though my interview was approved AND I confirmed the interview, the place I applied to did not know I was coming or had scheduled one. Another girl had also applied through Seasoned, same story as me, and they had no idea that me or her were supposed to have an interview. Though they were nice enough to still interview us, we had to wait an hour so they could get someone out to conduct them. ✓ Horrible AppI have seen way to many posts about how they got a link to schedule an interview time, and it does not appear in the app. It is so discouraging that it seems impossible to get an interview though this app. Do you want applicants? ✓ A waste of time and gas moneyThe biggest problem I have with this app is that you have to schedule an interview right away? I have wasted a lot of time and gas money running around for interviews when the person who should be interviewing me is not even showing up. They are confirming the interview but then when I drive all the way there and clear my schedule, it turns out that they really don’t have the job or it’s not the job that they advertised. It would be better if a phone interview we’re done before hand to clear up any issues and save everyone’s time. ✓ Seasoned for FailureCan’t even get the app to load and open. It just sits on the grey opening screen with their logo. Was supposed to use this app to schedule an interview, but considering it’s non-functional, I suppose I can’t get that interview. ✓ BadI have applied for a few jobs on Google job search which directed me to this site. I don’t like how immediately upon filling out an application it forces you to schedule an interview and then you have to “wait” for a manager to confirm it. Interviews are usually discussed after the manager considers you for the position. After reading some reviews it is best to just stick with Indeed. ✓ FakeI went and talked to an employer myself and he said they don’t see applications or when you schedule an interview! The only thing it’s good for is letting you know there’s openings, you need to apply on said restaurants website directly. My advice, apply on line then call in every other day or stop in. ✓ Decent but needs filtersUsing the browser version is much easier which defeats the purpose of having the app. The app doesn’t even allow you to filter jobs by distance from your location so it shows you postings that are super far away and there’s no filters for organizing by closest to farthest either. I was pleased at first with the ease in scheduling an interview and selecting times, but the interview came and went and the hiring manager told me to send her some items through seasoned. ✓ Difficult to useThe app does not all ow you to counter the employer with a better time slot. It leaves it up to the employer to tell you when you must be interviewed and you have to cancel the entire job lead /application if that time does not work for you. ✓ Horrible AppThe food places don’t know your coming, this app is HORRIBLE they the developers might be setting up the interviews because none of the businesses in this area seem to be using it to set up an interview that is REALLY going to HAPPEN they take your name and number at the business when you tell them you have an interview!
