✓ Excellent library listing across all devicesI primarily update this on my Mac, but access the database on my iPhone and iPad, especially when considering buying or renting a film, to check if I already have it. (With over 1700 entries I can’t remember all of them.) I love that updates from others improve the data for me, and that I can also contribute. The level of detail stored is very comprehensive. It beats all other collection lists I have seen so far. I can’t think of any significant gripes; in fact my main concern is filling in all the info - but this is really a feature!.Version: 3.22
✓ Excellent movie catalog appI’ve been using this app for cataloging my collection for years, and have yet to find anything I like better. The new version has some nice customization features and is definitely worth the price to upgrade in my opinion (to support the developers if nothing else!). Since the devs seem to read these reviews, here’s a suggestion/request... I like the new customization options for the wall, but it would be nice to be able to remove the new lines between letters. e.g. if the A titles don’t fill up the whole line, have the B titles start right away instead of a gap for the rest of the line. I’ve even used the computer side a little, and love how seamless everything goes in When I have a local title, like a dance instruction produced by a small studio or something similar, I can add the title manually and show t with the rest of the collection. ✓ ERROR (EDITED)I’ve had this app for a very long time. It’s probably the best media organizing app out there. I get a notification that I get to upgrade to pro 3 with a discounted price. I thought to myself, why not? This app has been extremely reliable to me for years and it deserves my money. As soon as I finished downloading it and syncing my collection, I cannot add anything to my collection now. Any title, any format. I get a failure processing command error. Every single time. So this gets a 1 star rating. Until this gets fixed, it stays that way. Can’t believe I paid 5 bucks for this. EDIT: got it figured out through help from support. One of my movies had an extremely high value for the collection number for whatever reason. Changed the value and now I’m able to add movies again. Changed rating from 1 to 5 stars. Some movies in a set are listing apart from the series because of the title. It would be nice to be able to modify the title. Syncs across all my devices imac iPhone and iPad and Apple TV . I set it up to share data so my wife can sync my data with her devices. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. This is quite literally the exact same app as the previous version that I also paid for. Why am I paying for the same product again? Seems a bit shameless at best, deceptive at worst. Edited after developer response: Changed score as one star is obviously not reflective of the app quality. This is a stellar application that does exactly what it says on the box and does it well. Would have been five stars if not for the following. The monetization model is far from transparent and leaves a lot to be desired. If the wish is for users to pay every third year a SaaS model would be vastly more honest than re-releasing the app and advertising it as a new numbered version. As it stands, the app is under a hidden subscription. I'd happily pay $5 every third year for this app. But I'd prefer if the developers were honest about it..Version: 3.0

Especially with so many different sources that I find my media on. The only niggle is the watched feature seems a bit sporadic; and when ever moving to a new phone or updating the overall directory the app must remain active; it can’t be run in the background; at least on iOS; not a big deal but with 900+ titles it takes sometime to sync. ✓ WishesI truly love this app! I can’t say how many times it has saved me the frustration of buying a title I already own due to refreshed box art or repackaging. In addition, having so much information about films you own...at your fingertips, is a great asset for setting facts straight in conversations about movies. My wish for the developer would be to add a “Second Collection” option. I have a mountain cabin with hand me down discs and many duplicate titles of great classics. The app does not permit 2 or more entries of the same title. A work around is to put the second collection under the heading “Previously Owned”. In the case of exact duplicates, you must select a foreign release or a release package that is similar in content and graphics to the same title discs you purchased. This is cumbersome and not always possible in your language of choice. A simple “Second Collection” feature would solve this for people who have multiple collections of the same films..Version: 3.15

✓ My Movies 3 ProI am so impressed with this movie catalogue program. It quick and effective. I scanned over 1500 titles and there were only 2 titles that they didn’t have on their data based. The program was able to identify via the barcodes where I purchased my bluray and 4k movies from. Yes I have disc from UK, Spain, Italy, Sweden and USA. This is something I wasn’t expecting and it’s a real bonus for me. The other surprise is I can even make my own CD covers instead on using those from the database from the cloud. It also provides a tally of how many MOVIE TITLES I have as against the number of Blu-ray Disc I have. The reason for this is I have a few collection disc that have 3-5 movies in a case. By the way it took me about 8 hours to scan 1500 movies. Well done to the team at My Movies for a great program.Version: 3.18

It also doesn’t matter if you switch phones as long as you register an account you can log on any other device and it will sync all your movies to it!! I have over 1000 + dvds and this app keeps track of them all!! I never double buy because I’m able to just go through my list or type in the name to see if I already have it or not, and it has other great features like marking if it’s borrowed and whatnot. If the movie you have isn’t in the system you can submit the title and take a picture of the case and it will be put in the system!! ✓ Love it, but a few suggestions...Forgive me if these things are possible and I just haven’t found them yet. A few days ago, I deleted 6 titles that I gave away. When I hit the delete button, the app said that I was deleting 7 titles. I must have had an extra title selected. I wish there was a recently deleted section where I could see what I had done and correct my mistake. My second wish is for dates to be attached to titles for entry dates and removal dates. I have about 3500 movies and it can be impossible to keep track of what i own so this helps.
