✓ Problems with Walmart appI know this isn’t Walmart app but the HB card is linked to it in some fashion. But my problem is when I choose the Walmart that I want to shop from it keeps kicking out the HB card and I don’t understand why. The products I’m choosing are in the catalogue but the Walmart will not take the benefits card! It’s very upsetting as I have been able to order anything since oct of last year! ✓ Good app but....The app is fine. In some respects it’s very user friendly but the program itself has some issues. It’s great to be able to order $100 worth of products 4 times a year but how do Walmart or the insurance companies make money off of it. I ordered 6 items and they were delivered 1 at a time over a 6 day period. Actually 1 of the items still hasn’t been delivered. I ordered them all 5 weeks ago. Because of that delay I was told I will receive a $10 gift card. So there is that expense plus all the individual shipping costs. I don’t see why they couldn’t have all been shipped together. Or why couldn’t I have gotten a receipt and then picked the items up at my local Walmart? I’m not complaining, like I said it’s a great savings for seniors, I’m just afraid someone’s going to say hey, we’re loosing money here and cancel it.PoxieSCVersion: 1.0.16

Switched to HMO Plan at first it worked second time I used it said it was deactivated so I never received the food Benefits and if you don’t use them each month you loose them. So what good are they if you can’t use the card. My agent that represents United Healthcare is great he goes way beyond in trying to get things straight for you. But he can’t do there job. ✗ What a nightmareMy husband has had these benefits for years. Ever since they switched from first line ordering it is a total nightmare. I order through the app, it goes through but I never receive an email or my items. So many things are out of stock!! Today, I attempted to call in my order (one hour and 17 minute phone call). Things I order every month. Out of stock. It won’t ship. And then I’m asked for a credit card for a surcharge?! Please help!! This is insanely awful.
