Great - but what happens to level 24Have been using this app for over a year - it is brilliant - but I have tried 7 times to get past level 24 intermediate and had to make myself go back to tge beginning . I think there must be a mistake as he time reduced by 2-3 minutes on the following day -.Version: 1.0.10

Full 30 days on medium!Used a couple of their apps now. Super straight forward for anyone not sure what to do. The last couple on medium were pretty hard but great way to start the day..Version: 1.0.4

Easy to use, fun.This app is easy to use, functional and really advanced me. I did the Beginner and eventually the Intermediate setting. You can jump in and out if you are too sore or distracted, but for best gains stay consistent and suddenly you will be planking in so many ways for such long times that you can’t help but smile. I really went the eighties store graphics, brings back my California Games childhood..Version: 1.0.4

Love it!Just started this workout and I am a big fan. I work overnight and the weird hours and eating habits have caused my body to go in the can. Really like this appI really like how this app works. I get a reminder in the morning to do the plank work out, and the plank work out takes just a few minutes. There’s about 4 to 5 different plank exercises per day, each pose is for a varying number of seconds. I really really like the pace of each individual work out as well as how I’m gradually increasing in difficulty. Definitely the best planking app around!!There are thousands of boring plank apps where you slowly and boringly build up the length of time you can plank, over a month usually. This one is so much more interesting as it offers 3 different 30 day challenges (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and each daily workout includes several different exercises e.g. reverse planking, side planks, diagonal plank and reach, knee planks then working up to horrors like the side plank with raised leg in the advanced challenge! You can also customise these if there are any particular exercises that don’t suit you and there are rests between each exercise that you can extend or skip. As well as this you can do the usual timed challenge to see how long you can hold the plank for, choosing your own timing. There are also LOTS of other types of work out on offer, everything from beginner to insane, and even face workouts, interestingly. Excellent app. Have long since completed the 3 challenges (well, not the Advanced as it reaches levels rather more insane than I’m comfortable with!) and I keep coming back to it, for over 2 years now. Thanks very much for such a great app - way out in front of any of the competitors I’ve seen!.Version: 1.0.11

If it’s not broken...This is exactly what i needed to “enjoy” working out and losing weight. It’s a core focused exercise, which is precisely what I needed. I’m 61 and because of prosthetic hip I just substitute with a different position. It also grows with you, all to the advanced program. No major frills. Totally functional. Thank you sincerely. Simple but good, annoying adsI really like this free, 30 day challenge. I’ve come back to this app for a few years now, when I’m getting back into a fitness routine. The robot voice is silly but now it feels familiar after all these years. The ads are getting worse, and at times you have to close out of the app when the ads can’t be cancelled. If I stop using this app it will be because of the obnoxious ads. Unfortunately it’s not high (or even average) quality enough for me to ever consider paying for it..Version: 1.0.11

Amazing!I started this app 24 days ago, and I’m already starting to see my abs show up! I really recommend this if your going to school and want a glow up. What I did was do one of each of the levels each day so I do 3 workouts everyday. I really do recommend this app to all ages , if you want to loose fat, abs, make your bones stronger. ChallengingAs others mentioned it progresses a bit too quickly. I’m near the end of my 30 day challenge and it has gotten much harder. Especially doing straight arm planks then regular planks then a reverse plank back to back is killer..Version: 1.0.9

Good home exercise routineI’ve used 6pack in 30days by the same app makers and they are no nonsense, easy to follow, 15-30 min daily exercise routines for the person who may not have time for the gym but still wants to prioritize fitness. I like the plank challenge because it is isometric strength training that does not involve a lot of space or equipment (you need a mat). I’m about a week in to the easiest of three 30-day challenges..Version: 1.0.2

Good but unrealistic jumps in secondsThe App is brilliant, love it. Sadly after day day 25 the time on each plank exercise is far too long. I found the beginning far to easy on intermediate. The middle was ok, sadly last week was almost impossible. Very disappointing.Version: 1.0.4
