✓ Great game and some ideas!❤️I love this game soooo much, just so you know no problems from me and I have an idea if you could make the horses cheaper please because I’ve been spending all of my star coins on one horse and I only get my star coins not that often so please🥺also I love this game and sometimes I will suggest some new updates that could be added to the game, they don’t have to be and recently I have bought a Zony and they are absolutely adorable! I think you did a great job with them and sometimes when I buy horses I immediately look at how they like walk,run, trot, all types of things and I’ve been looking at the shorter horses walking and running and trotting animations and I’ve been seeing that they haven’t been as Animated as the bigger horses no offence I think you did a good job on them anyways this game has been getting better and better as we speak and my horses are just so adorable I think you did great on all of the horses you’ve made so far :D.Version: 1.127323

✓ Developers Please ReadI love this game, I really do, probably the best game I’ve ever played, but what is so irritating is the cost of things. I spent all my savings on star rider because I wanted to keep playing this amazing game. Then when I played I bought one horse and all my star coins were gone! 1 HORSE. I got really annoyed so I went to see how much it costs to buy more and it was ridiculous! How can a horse cost like 1000 star coins and 500 star coins cost more than $16? I love this game and I’ll keep playing, telling my friends to play as well and spreading the news of how good it is, but please make horses cheaper, or at least make some of them purchasable for shillings instead. That’s the same with changing the date. Someone could easily go onto setting and make it look like it’s a whole new day, but those who can’t have to pay a whole 75 star coins to do this. They should at least have a shillings option since you have to wait the next day for basically every quest! This actually decreases the amount of time players use on the game. It only starts to count the amount of time until the next day when you leave the server. I was so excited to play the next day to talk to Stein so I can find Herman and unlock Epona to get the journal, but the next day, in the afternoon it still hadn’t worked because I didn’t leave the game overnight even when I turned off my ipad. ✓ Its a good game but theres a glitch and you need to fix the star coinsThe game is overall good, but there is one glitch for me. For the quest with the janitor at the mall, when i try going up the escalator I get kicked out of the game so then I can’t finish the quest. The other thing you need to fix are the star coins. You should make it so you can get star coins through quests and when transporting the horses from star stable horses, can’t you make them free? It makes no sense for them to be priced and then you don’t have any star coins and you can’t get the horse YOU leveled up and transported. Like seriously, can’t you fix this? This is what makes the game annoying sometimes. Please fix this in a update. Because I don’t like that you have to but your transported horse with the star coins. You can’t even get them in the game so how would I be able to get it? Its just dumb. But except for these issues, its pretty good. But please fix this in a update and make it so we can earn star coins in the game without getting premium, and make it so the transported horses are free because we leveled them up and it makes no sense that we have to buy them. ✓ Past lvl 20 there’s nothingAll the game is constant new horses. There’s areas that are still unreleased on the map that have been there for a decade (devils gap, the island near paddock island, behind northlink and Ashland. Dino valley is dead there needs to be a quest were we can make our own home stable and arena . Never any decent quests released and so many bugs. In the original star stable games the map was massive yet the current game only has a little quarter open but within that quarter there’s still areas that are unreleased. What about those fridge doors in the ground? What about the castle in golden hills? What’s the dark riders back stories? What about the crescent moon village with barely any things to do there? What about having more quests with the wild horses in mistfall? Why do we have to be soul riders and not dark riders? What’s with the cave in Dino valley and why is it always snowing? ✓ This was my childhood, but they’ve changed so muchI joined Star Stable in late 2017 and it was amazing. The community, the design, the story, it was all great. I personally loved the cartoony feel of the characters, horses, and environment. It really felt like it fit the theme of Star Stable. But now, they’ve changed so much. It feels like the game went from a fun adventure game where you can complete quests and hang out with friends to a role-playing horse collecting game. The cartoonish style has been completely lost and it feels like there’s nothing to look forward to. They’re releasing new horses almost twice a month, compared to when Star Stable was in its peak and they’d release one every two months. This got players actually excited for a new horse breed, but now it just feels like your average twice-a-month update. Nothing to look forward to. Also, they’ve gone off course from the main storyline entirely. Personally, I see why they’re updating the game so much. It’s to get new players to join, and them adding horses is to get more people to spend money on the game to buy horses. But honestly, I think they’d make a lot more profit if they restored the game to how it used to be. The old style, less frequent horses, and more storyline and new locations. I’ve spent £70 on my account and you don’t really get much for your money. It’s about £20/£10 a VIRTUAL horse!! I get the cost of living crisis but still! Young girls are obsessed and kinda getting conned for just 1 horse after all. I had to do so much convincing for my mum to buy me ‘Lifetime Star Rider’ which is like VIP , with special perks,quests,etc. It was £45!! It is really good but I once had an argument with a member of their team. I couldn’t get on and I thought I was missing 300 starcoins! ✓ Christmas FiascoThis Christmas is very disappointing to the SSO players who know, and expect 300 star coins on Dec 25. There was no notice, posts, or explanations before. We woke up to go check the tree and got a rescaled yeti. Then afterwords, your team posts copy/paste replies on social media and say how they have been struggling on money since Covid. Your team took away a tradition with out explanation. There seemed and still seems to be no consideration for the opinion of your player base. Regarding your money issue, you have to think of a cost analysis. 100 star coins in the US currently cost $6. When someone goes to buy starcoins, they think about cost and benefit. “Is 100 star coins really worth my $6?”. In the US you can buy a large coffee, a small coffee and a snack, 5 things off the dollar menu, several items from the gas station, etc. By doubling the price from the beginning of Covid price (about $3) you have created more competition for the money we would be spending on in-game money. If you charged $1.99 for 100 star coins, you’d be making less per transaction but more overtime. Why? Because when I go to buy star coins, what can I really buy for $2? Not much. That means people would be more likely to spend that $2 over and over, because there is more benefit in the purchase than the cost of the product. And I cannot use my $2 many places elsewhere. ✓ Can you help me please?I love sso and I used to have it on my laptop until I got rid of it. Skip a year and a bit I decided to get it on my phone but as I logged back in, I noticed that my character was wearing clothes that I had never owned before and I was sitting on a horse that I had never owned either. I was still the same character so idk what happened. I looked in my stable and all my old horses had been decreased and replaced. I used to have 8 horses and now I have 4 and they are different. I then looked in my wardrobe and I had lost a lot of clothes and horse gear, some as to which were the star rider gear. I’m quite sad that they have all gone because they were some of my favourite horses in the game and the gear took a long time to save up for. I was hoping that you guys could help me get my horses back but I was hesitant as to whether you would believe me, I hope you do, and I hope that you can help me get my stuff back. ✓ Controls not workableI started playing SSO when it became available on mobile because I don’t have a PC. I fell in love with the game, it’s the only open world game I’ve played that translated really well from PC to mobile. Earning Jorvik shillings takes work but there are plenty of opportunities, and grinding them via championships and race scores is actually fun. However, in the middle of the Christmas event, without any notice or warning, the mobile control was changed from arrows to a joystick. All precision control is gone, and it’s really, REALLY hard to manoeuvre. On an iPad, it’s made the game unplayable for me. I can’t make the sharp turns in races or championships any more and have lost my Jorvik shilling grind, and the numerous racing-stat outfits I’ve put together have been rendered a complete waste of money. I also can’t take part in my club, which is dressage-based and the main reason I play, because that requires precision control. The last communication I received from SSO was that they couldn’t promise anything, but would consider reinstating the arrows and making a control option once the team was back after Christmas. Nothing since - and my gameplay is still on hold. SSO truly is a 5 star game if it wasn’t for this. As it is, I feel I’ve wasted my money and time investment. I can’t recommend this game with the joystick as the only control option because it is not possible to be competitive with PC players any more..Version: 1.164148
✓ To SSOThis game is very fun but I do have a few ups and downs for this particular game. When the new characters came out on June 20th I was a little disappointed because it didn’t resemble the old ones as much as I thought it would considering a lot of players (including me) were so connected to that specific character for a very long time. Especially the old players who started in like 2015 or something. Another thing that is a little annoying is I’ve seen some players get bullied for choosing the bigger body option and there getting bullied in chat and it’s not okay. And idea maybe instead of changing the charicters for everyone what if you could like choose if you wanted to keep yours or not ( just an idea.) ✓ GREAT game but needs workStar stable is a great game with amazing graphics, quests, horses etc but my pain issue is star coins, many people cannot afford to buy them since they are such a high price or can’t afford or don’t want to become a star rider. The prices are extremely high, really to the point of ripping people off, this game would be more popular if people were able to buy horses with coins or quests or even if the price was cheaper, there’s thousands of star riders so I don’t think that would impact the game whatsoever since many are still willing to pay for the star coins they give out and all the extras! This game doesn’t cater for people that cannot pay high amounts of money and it really makes the game boring when your unable to go to certain places on the MAP or can’t buy things you’d like since everything is so expensive. ✓ Starstable!I love star stable I even loved watching other YouTubers play it! But when I found out it’s only playable by computer I was really sad. But when it came out on mobile I was in love!! I downloaded right then and there only to find out you have to have a subscription to un lock most of the stuff…. You could do a free trial until level 5 which I thought was okay but my mom said she wouldn’t pay for the subscription (even if I used my own money) because it auto renews and she’ll forget to cancel it. So I’m really sad I can only go up to level 5 even though I have enough money to buy the membership for a little bit. I think a good future for star stable is it being a free game and you can do everything for free and be whatever level for free. But some items could be membership only though. I still thought the game was fun and if I did have a membership I would play every day, I understand it costs a lot of money to run a game like this. ✓ Terrible, 7 year old daughter agrees.I aloud my 7 year old to get this game, which she was unbelievably happy about! She learned the controls.. which I HAD to help her with! She struggled lots with it and had said it was hard to learn them, once we had figured the controls out.. we headed to do the quests, we had a glitch straight away, which was straight just kicking us off the game!! We re-joined about 5 times before we gave up, we waited for about 20 minutes and tried to log back on it failed again, we waited half an hour and it finally worked, She finished all her quests that she could.. She couldn’t use global chat, which was very upsetting for her, So we began to search the website and we spotted something called “life time star rider” After she managed to convince me, I bought it which it was expensive... after we got new quests and began the game again before we were kicked 5 times again, we waited half an hour and it worked again, she had played for a few days with some complaints here and there, before it soon got to Wednesday, My daughter was about to log on before she said about the update, so I told her to let it update, we waited for hours and it hadn’t even got that far.. we waited a day.. still nothing, deleted the game, reinstalled it, still no, I want my refund, my daughter is disappointed and upset, thank you..Version: 1.163344

✓ Black ScreenIt just won’t load. I live in Canada and it just got released here, and have been waiting 10 years for this. I logged in, installed all the updates and content, then hit play and it just stays on a black screen eternally. I’m on an iPhone XR with a few GB free so it should be able to run just fine. ✓ Terrible gameI started playing sso years ago back when it was an actual good game and i’ve spent around $2k on it. i recently quit the game after the updated the characters because they asked for feedback, received feedback and then proceeded to ignore it all and make absolutely no changes to the characters. they make very poorly made updates such as the new character and use the excuse of “it’s not completely finished” simply to hide the fact that they did a poor job. but the fun part is they never actively make changes after saying it’s not completely finished. the game has so many bugs that either never will be fixed or that’ll take months or even years to be fixed. the sso company is honestly one of the worst game companies i’ve ever seen and they’re by far one of the most money hungry ones too. they release poorly made horses way too often and most use reuse animations of already existing breeds. sso also has been known to ban innocent players for either a glitch caused BY sso and they’ve also reportedly banned players who’ve reported actual hackers and glitchers. overall i’m extremely disappointed in this game and i’m sad to see how much it’s failed as a game in the last few years. i highly don’t recommend that game considering all i mentioned above and the fact that they’ve fallen from the original story line so much. don’t play sso.Version: 1.197438
✓ Boycott for Star Coins.I think alot of people are here along side me to say that the treatment we get as paying/paid players of this game is horrid. You/we pay upto thousands of dollars on starcoins/horses etc etc. but afew days ago (25th of December) you broke a 10 year tradition of giving all players 300 starcoins. The other day you made so many players, almost all players in the star stable community outraged/mad/upset or angry at the game. We all had plans on how we would spend them etc, while you are sitting on your arses saying to people that are commenting on instagram.. “ We are more focusing on the aesthetics and the gifts this year at christmas..” we did not ask for a yeti or new clothing. we asked and or thought we were all going to get our annual 300sc on christmas day. All you did was resize a yeti from last year and did afew adequate adjustments to the movement of it and shoved it under the tree. To say I’m disappointed as a player of over 7 years is not even the end of it. This is my stand to Star Stable to tell you guys to listen to the players and not focus on the money you are racking in. Its disgusting, alot of people arent as fortunate as others to be able to afford star coins and this was their only chance ALL year to get some star coins. Star rider Star rider does not need to be a thing and I know you guys want to make money off people but it’s too expensive if you play daily 2. ✓ It’s great! But a few things….The game is great you can play it on mobile or pc. It has a variety and f horses and quests, apart from the star coins and star rider things, it does have a few quests and is really fun. Ever since the update of the characters players have been complaining, if I have to be honest, I think it would of been best if f you kept the old characters but in my opinion they are ok. Some people have also been pointing out the positioning of the new characters on the horses and how the horses poses as they do their gaits are odd but the game is SO fun star coins are hard to get but you give us codes to get some I am grateful for that! It would be better if the game had the option to play as a new or old character but I believe that may be too much to ask for as you have already made new ones and spent a lot of time on them but yeah..Version: 1.189188
✓ Great until it isn’tI’ve been playing this game for years and am lvl 21 (one of the highest) and it has really lost it’s appeal. It’s not like there isn’t lots to do and loads of amazing horses, there are, but once you get to lvl 19 or above, there is really nothing to do except wait for the next update. This would be fine if star stable actually had good updates. As old players know they promised us all new story quests two years ago, but only today did it come out, as well as this they have promised new areas and a much needed character update for some time now, and have done nothing, but deliver races with horrible rewards. It is honestly so boring. If you like this game though, play on a computer, because the controls on mobile are so bad, small and glitchy, so don’t get it on app/ play store, as it is not nearly as good as on PC. Also don’t buy star coins in app, as it is a con, so buy them online instead. ✓ Would be amazing, but…It’s becoming almost unplayable. The desktop is so slow it’s painful and the app used to be a godsend… but now it constantly crashes less than 30 seconds in. I believe this is because the game cannot handle the amount of players in one area, since it only crashes in crowded areas. If there was a way to play offline or at least hide other players, that way the app wouldn’t have to display 50-60 individual horses, tack, character, and outfits each making imputed movements all at once. When I first got the game, I thought you could maybe capture or buy the horses without spending real money. They absolutely do not include the fact that you have to purchase horses besides your starter horse. So of course, when I got the game, all I could search for was new horses. And I never got the chance to get into any events that will give you horses for free. I played this game for around a year or so. ✓ Not awesomeI always love a horse game but this game really disappointed me. I played the game for about 2 months and they didn’t let me go into certain spots (Jorvik) I completed some missions and then later I wasn’t allowed to play most of the missions or there wasn’t any. The screen would go black when I was in the middle of a mission and then I would have to redo the level and sometimes I would have to redo three levels to get back to the original level I was playing. ✓ Well..Don’t get me wrong, I love Star Stable. But.. I couldn’t play a lot, so I was very happy when I found out SSO was coming to mobile, and it looked like it took little to no storage space. I downloaded it, played, and oh boy, do I have things to talk about. The turns are not sharp at all, which bugs me because how can I train..? The turns are very wide and I have to slow down to a walk just to move properly like on PC. SSO literally fights with your battery as well, I played for maybe 30 minutes, my phone was on 77, after playing for that short amount of time, my phone was at 14. I have an older phone from 2016 so my battery is bad, but it’s never that bad. After the Equestrian Festival came out, the storage issue was so bad. I had to delete over 1,800 photos and over 130 videos just so I could play mobile while in the car on a road trip. Another thing I’ve noticed is my phone overheats so bad when I play SSO. Like I said, my phone is from 2016, the battery is messed up and it overheats a lot, but never this bad. It got so bad to the point I didn’t even want to touch my phone because it was so hot, and it took 25-ish minutes to cool down. I know you can’t fix the overheating issue, but the other things I feel like you can. SSO is a great game and this has nothing to do with SSO on PC- but if you have a PC, play SSO on the PC, it’s way better. SSO would be better mobile if you’re in the car and bored or just can’t use your PC..Version: 1.134286
✓ What???????I’m a new player, but for some reason after I did a few quests I stopped being able to find them, so I tried to log back in again but it said I’d reached the limit of how long I can play for free! This is ridiculous!!!! You expect me to pay just to play the game???? I understand that the developers need to make money but this is just plain greedy. ✓ I reviewed this recently and I’ve thought of an improvement lolSo in my last review I basically said about the cost of the game, but I completely forgot about the problem with characters in SSO. I remembered today so here it is! SSO has plenty of male NPCs but no option for players to be masculine presenting or “male”. It doesn’t effect my experience but I think it would allow SSO to attract a larger audience if they included masc presenting presets for players to have as their character. It doesn’t look good in my eyes that they haven’t updated SSO to include male players and I mean come on the old stereotype that only girls ride horses or have an interest in them is so outdated now! If SSO are going to label themselves as an inclusive game they NEED to add masculine presets for player’s characters not just NPCs! I don’t understand the problem with adding this in a future update as it will only make SSO more popular, yes it may be true that the SSO community is predominantly feminine presenting but for the masculine presenting audience this would make them feel more included and comfortable playing SSO. ✓ Pretty GoodHaving StarStable Online available on IOS is so much more convenient, especially since I have my iPhone with me all the time. I’ve found that I play more now because it’s easier to access. Although it’s a lot like the computer version, there are a few glitches that bother me. When I take care of the horses in my stable, it says that I’m mounted on a horse even though I’m standing? And the only way to fix it is to re-enter my stable. But this also happens in general, when I’m outside of the stable. I will dismount my horse to use the water well or just to run around and it’ll pop up, so I have no choice but to call for pickup. Another thing I’ve noticed is how sometimes the buttons to steer your horse fail to pick up the touch of my finger, so I can only move forward? As a result I just have to press down hard any time I want to steer which can be annoying because I forget. My internet is also relatively fast and I haven’t had connection issues before the IOS version. But the lag is SO bad?? I’ve tried re-downloading the app, turning on and off my wi-fi but nothing helps. Anyway, I love StarStable Online and have been playing it since 2016, but I’m not really fond the IOS version. Maybe it’s because it’s still in the works, but hopefully these issues will resolve in the future. :).Version: 1.118127

✓ Appalling customer service!I was absolutely loving the game, until the app changed it controls from arrows to a joystick. It’s made it borderline unplayable, especially for those with mobility issues. And when you reach out to customer support the response “you will learn to enjoy it” is far from helpful! Please look into options of selecting which control method. I as are many people looking at your social media pages are struggling with the new system. And given the amount we spend on the app, for it to be left borderline unplayable with little customer service help, leaves you very disheartened. Update 2 2 1/2 months on, the game is still unplayable for many people, and they have no intentions to look into this until autumn maybe next year at the earliest, despite hundreds of complaints by many players to their customer service team. Not even offers of partial refunds for players that have payed for membership to a game they can no longer play! The customer service towards the mobile app is appalling! ✓ Nice game, but there are some thing that are really disappointing.Hello! I have owned this game for years now, but I have some issues. The main issue is prices. The prices of everything is just ridiculous, the star coins are so, so expensive for the amount of sc that you get. Same with the horses, I don’t understand why they are so expensive and it’s not good at all. If you were a new user, it would be almost impossible to enjoy better quality horses that aren’t the starter horse without blowing the bank- same with exploring sso. You cant unlock any other places past level 5 if you’re playing for free. It’s quite upsetting as there are lots of people in the world who cannot afford anything in star stable. I’m not asking to make anything free, but it would improve the game by 110% if the star coin/star rider prices (and horse prices) were reduced, even by a small amount. And I know that you guys do sales on some horses, but it’s hard when you can’t access them for not having star rider, or not even being able to afford them then. 99% of my friends have quit star stable for this reason, and I’m not lying by saying that I’ve thought of quitting too.
