✓ ITIL4 4 foundationWhy does ITIL4 foundation not make questions based on the book? Why are the questions not straight forward? Why are some of the answers not fallow the book? Why do you have to make the wording hard to understand and not make it straightforward in to the point? I tried the test for certificate once all ready and failed online because the questions are overly complicated for no reason at all..Version: 1.1.7

✓ Questions differ from actual Exam2 and half stars. I think the questions need to align better with the actual exam. Whilst getting a steady 90% correct on the questions here the Itil exam itself seems to delve deeper and there are some gaps in the tests. Considering Axelos and Peoplecert are in partnership you would think they align their relationship management with continuous improvement and practice what they preach. Maybe there is too much money to be made on resits.Version: 1.2.2

✓ I Passed My Exam however..The app was very useful for the keywords. I’m giving this 3 stars as the mock test was easier than the official exam. The official exam the wording was terrible and complicated. I just about passed please can someone look into this.Version: 1.1.7

✓ Compliments studyHaving passed my ITIL 4 foundation exam this morning I agree the questions are much harder in reality than the ones in this app, it has been really useful though to identify which areas I needed to read and practice though so would recommend it but not in isolation.Version: 1.0.7

✓ DecentI used it for the mock exam and it worked I passed but it was missing some questions on the exam that so that wasn’t too helpful but over it’s pretty fine just to do quick studying but use the book instead..Version: 1.1.7
✓ Answers messed upWhilst the interface is good, the quick test and answers dont match up. For example, you select an A during the test and when you see results, it shows you selected something else which makes no sense. Would be very confusing for a novice and might even think a correct answer is wrong. It also has a some wrong answers as well. Not impressed.Version: 1.1.3
✓ Waste of moneyI just sat for this exam and started laughing after I saw the first question. This app does absolutely nothing to prepare you for this exam. I learned more in the 2 hours I spent watching YouTube videos. The questions are repetitive and do not offer information other than definitions. No concepts are taught through the case studies, no models shown, no in depth break down of the Svs, nothing. Would not recommend this to anyone unless you enjoy playing flash card games... of which you will see none of on the exam. Bad app, honestly can’t believe this had the word official in the title..Version: 1.1.7
✓ AccessibilityIt appears that your app is not optimised for accessibility. As a vision impaired IT professional I am disappointed to discover that the text size cannot be adjusted in your app. Grey text on a white background makes the problem even worse. Please optimise your app and make it more accessible for people with vision impairment..Version: 1.0.7
✓ Helpful but has a lot of potential to be betterThis app is very good. It definitely helped me pass my ITIL v. 4 Foundation test, but it wasn't the only resource I used. It could have been my only resource with just a bit more work honestly. For starters it rarely (if ever?) Randomized the order of answers in practice sessions. That holds true throughout the Study Cards, Quick Tests and Mock Exams. I found myself wondering if I was learning the material or simply the order the answer was in. Secondly, the general case study (applied info) was of almost no help to me. One reason is because it is the first and only resource trying to teach you anything. It feels like there should be a course before the case study and THEN the applied knowledge via the Case Study. Now would this warrant raising the price? Probably and it would be worth it! Between this app in its current form and a run through of Dion Training and it's study guide/mock exams I was able to breeze past the exam though, so it is good, I just found myself distracted by realizing it could be so much better..Version: 1.2.2
