My pocket PT 💙I’ve followed Krissy for years, even when she only had a few thousand followers. To see her grow and make such an amazing app for so many people is amazing and inspiring! It’s so easy to use, I like that you can plan your week and move things around with ease. The recipes are super easy and so cheap to make. There’s multiple guides to choose from depending on your goals so it’s tailored to you! It for me through lockdown earlier this year and still a big part of my fitness journey now. It's AmazingI'm gonna keep my review simple and to the point. This app is simply amazing. I've been a follower of Krissy Cela since years ago when she. was just beginning to get things started; even bought one of her pdf gym guides. To see her transform and grow is amazing and to see that she came up (and with the help of her great team ofc) this incredible app is mind blowing. The app allows you to be so flexible with fitness and organized. You choose the program plan you want, 3 days or 5 days, add challenges/extra workouts, add stretches, have a full layout planner of your week that you can change even if the day comes and u change your mind on doing that workout. The nutrition has many options to choose from like you will never be bored and the snacks are so good and simple. The community is so welcoming and there is a forum where u can chat amongst other users and motivate one another. Also, a grea feature is being able to hit the button "mark workout complete" if sometimes you don't plan on tracking weights and just wanna glide thru the workout. The app is perfect and budget friendly. I've never kept any workout app i downloaded in the past because i just didn't truly like any; except for the Tone and Sculpt app. I definitely will never be unsubscribing. Life changingI’ve been following Krissy since way before Tone&Sculpt and even though I wasn’t even into working out back then, I just loved her energy. She’s such a sincere, genuine person who never has given up on herself or her dreams. You can feel that in every aspect of this app. Her and her team truly care about women and fitness and mental health in way that not many, if any, other fitness trainers can claim. Her transparency about her weaknesses are as inspiring as her showcasing her strengths. She truly makes you feel part of the familia. This community has changed the entire way I view fitness and life in general. I don’t get down on myself if I miss a workout because it’s about the lifestyle and the continued commitment not about killing yourself every single day. I make fitness work for me and my life and that wouldn’t have been possible without Krissy and the app! I recommend Tone and Sculpt to everyone I speak to about fitness. Awesome workouts, nutrition section lackingI really love the structure and presentation of the workout plans. They are challenging but not over doing it. I also enjoy I can log my weights with notes and it keeps a history of what I have done. Workout plan yes, love it. Now, the nutrition portion I HATE how the shopping list is done. “Dark soy sauce 2 tbps” ???? I understand that this is how much I need for the week but this information is useless when shopping. I would prefer if it would tell me 1 bottle of soy sauce, 2 chicken breast, or even a bag of chia seeds. Telling me the grams needed does not work effectively. Also, I hate how all the produce is scattered around. Having to scroll up and done making sure I got all the vegetables I needed is annoying. If the shopping list was organized by sections it would be more user friendly. All the vegetables lump together, all the meats lumped together. That way when I’m in that section in the grocery store it’s easier for me to cross reference what I need and got. Some of the items listed my local grocery stores does not carry it. I enjoy how I can switch meals to accommodate my taste and food options available. Overall, I plan to continue using the app and I look forward to more improvements. Worth every penny!This App is fantastic. I just turned 50, and have worked out my entire adult life in all different types of settings (gym,home, remote areas where no equip was available) and this App has everything in one place. It removes the confusion and the intimidating factors that often times can feel overwhelming. This App is inspirational on every level. So proud to see such an incredible variety of STRONG, HEALTHY women represented. There is something for every woman, at every fitness level, at every age in this product. Well done !! PS. I only gave it four stars because I would love to have a food diary (like MyFitnessPal) so it’s easy for those who track calories and macros. Best workout app on the market!!I’ve spent a good half of my life doing cardio, spin, and attempting ab workouts. I was always reluctant about strength training because I didn’t know where to start, and I didn’t want my body to look like a body builders. Then, I decided I really wanted to learn how to get lean and tone using weights, so I downloaded tone and sculpt after finding Krisy on Instagram. This app is hands down the best workout app out there. I’ve tried many, but this one is the best. You can select “home” or “gym” - I selected gym because I wanted to get familiar with machines, and it has built my confidence with weight training SO MUCH. The app targets exactly the right areas, and has such a variety with workouts. On your days off, you can select the “+” button and search through target workouts, 15 min workouts, etc. if you want to keep working on something specific. It’s very user friendly, and the workouts are challenging but doable and you learn so much all while building strength, and getting better everyday. This app is amazing. I’ve had my on and off cycle with the gym, but this app offers workouts that keep you coming back for more because you feel/see the results. The meal ideas on the app are also very feasible, and attainable in the kitchen. So much ease and variety! I will be a life long member of tone and sculpt. Definitely worth the money!I first downloaded Tone&Sculpt after following Krissy on Instagram. I did the 14 day trial and I must admit I wasn’t hooked! However, about 3 months later I went back to it and it had been updated and had changed so much!! There were so many more workouts/challenges and they were right up my street. And after finding out Danyele was becoming a trainer was even better. The app is so easy to navigate, keeps you on track and has the best meal ideas to keep you motivated. I absolutely love this app and I genuinely use it every day and would be lost without it! I also highly recommend following Danyele and Krissy on Instagram as there energy is infectious and after watching their stories I feel 10x more motivated. After using this app I fell in love with exercise and as a gym phobe this was just the best option for me and it gave me the confidence to enter a gym and try my best as the guides on there are so informative. The Absolute Best Workout App there is!Tone and Sculpt has changed my life in so many ways. Not only is tone and sculpt convenient but it is there to make your life a little easier. It plans your workouts based on what you want to improve on, it is right on schedule so you don’t miss any days, it offers amazing recipes so that you can change your diet around to accommodate your needs, and best of all you can do your gym workouts from home!!! Always something new!!I love this app!! I first started following Krissy Cela on Instagram because I liked the workouts that she would post. I then decided to take it to the next level and purchase the app and so have to say that I’ve loved it ever since!! This is a great app to use and get your workout on!! It never disappoints!! There’s always something new, new workouts, new challenges, new recipes!! I LOVE IT!! I love that it gives you a workout schedule for the week and that motivates me to actually work out! Wouldn’t Use any other AppI got Tone & Sculpt earlier on this year and I wish that I had just taken the plunge and got it sooner. When I joined there were two trainers, Krissy & Danyele and since then they introduced Melissa & (more recently) Emily who all bring such different styles of fitness to the table. The app just keeps on getting better and better. For me I always found it hard to be consistent with workouts because I’d just make up a random workout on my own which wasn’t beneficial to me at all. With T&S it’s a guide you follow which helps me so much more and my motivation and drive has improved so much. The app has such a wonderful community and a team behind the scenes there to help you! If you are contemplating on getting it, don’t think just DO IT FOR YOU. You will not regret it!!.Version: 5.4.0

Best programI want to give this a 5 star review, however there is one issue that I simply can’t overlook. The app has a feature where you can “download” the workout for the day, but every time I enter my gym (spotty signal is my guess?) the app completely shuts down. It makes me log in again and then it simply loads forever and gives me an error saying my account is not valid, however when I am at home I can see everything just fine. When I first noticed this i was happy to find out about the “download” feature BUT its useless if I can access my account. Other than that this app is the best way to track all my workouts, love the trainer tips addition. I do wish the “meals” could be summed up in some way so that I can grocery shop for all of them at once instead of each day having to run to the store when im missing an ingredient. Great so far, minor flawsSo far the app is very good. I’m excited that it’s all I’ve ever needed in one app. The exercises, the meals, and trackers. It would be great if we can keep track of our macros and calories the way we can track our water intake. Not sure if I just can’t find that function lol. Another thing, idk if it’s the high volume of traffic and downloading but the app is so slow in loading sometimes and after all the waiting it tells me to close the app and try again. It’s very frustrating and a mood killer when I’m trying to do something at the gym or while cooking and I can’t just start. A final thing would be that my music stops when playing a demonstration. I wouldn’t mind as much if when I closed the demo, my music comes back but it doesn’t do that either. Surprise!I really wanted to have a more structured workout but I didn’t know where to start. The videos online are great and are so many but I didn’t feel like anything is actually structured for my goals specifically and my abilities. This is the first fitness app I have ever downloaded and willingly paid for so it was a gamble for me. But I fell in love with it in the first 14 days trial ! I have been now using it for 5 months and honestly I feel more confident at the gym I feel prepared I feel in control, and don’t even get me started on how much I love the offline training option (my gym has horrific signal). I really like that the trainers improve their programs regularly and sensibly. And when I coincidentally spot another lady using the app we instantly start chatting and feels like we belong to the same community. I have already referred 4 of my friends and colleagues to the app. I recommend this for people that are looking for a direction, people who can’t afford a personal trainer (the subscription is very reasonable guys), and for people looking to spice up their usual training routine. Happy I Signed UpThis is the best fitness app I’ve ever signed up for. The workouts are amazing, they have other nutritional aspects to the app and a variety of trainers to choose from. There are some little bug issues here and there, but overall I love this app and what Evovle You stands for. All the trainers involved really focus on health versus aesthetic and that is appreciated. I was slow to startWhen I first downloaded the app I had a good look around at the features and was excited, but was slow to start my actual fitness plan However now after using the app and the features for weeks I’m starting to see just how good it is! There is literally a work out FOR EVERYONE, and when I say that I mean everyone, I’m just a beginner and I usually start plans and find I can’t even complete one work out, but I’ve managed to get through a few weeks on this plan! LOVE LOVE LOVEI started using T& S after Krissy’s FB challenge in August/Sept. I stopped going to the actual gym since the pandemic hit and transitioned to working out at home but I was getting bored with the workouts I was doing so I joined Krissy’s fb group and soon after downloaded this app. I love how easy it is to use! You can pick a guide and it will add the workouts to your weekly planner. There are guides for home and gym 👏🏾. She also demonstrates each exercise and goes over proper form as well. They have other awesome features as well such as tracking your water intake, meals, as well as progress photos. Recently they added audio where you can actually hear your trainer walk your through the workout! So nice. Now they have made the app even BETTER by adding a new trainer Danyele so we get even more variety/options with our workouts and the best part about all of this is that its so CHEAP! I used to pay $149/mo for my gym membership now I pay less than that for the whole year! 💙💙💙 so glad I took a chance to try something new!.Version: 4.0.0

Almost PerfectThe app is a great price and the simplicity of having workouts, reps, and sets already mapped out for you is a dream. I LOVE the ability to easily swap exercises with a recommended alternative if a machine is taken or I want to swap in another set, and having the weight tracker/notes accessible for reference has been incredibly helpful. Haven’t delved too much into the nutrition but looks promising. My only complaint (and I’ve seen this in other reviews) is the app is SO glitchy. The pop-ups when I got a new weight PR won’t go away (and essentially block me from navigating the workout), the demos of the exercises freeze constantly, and when I do try to search for an alternative workout/move, it never seems to function. The other day I searched “goblet” and for a brief (3 second period), it showed me what I wanted - goblet squats. As soon as I went to click this and sub the exercise, the app glitched out and suddenly showed me 180 degree squat jumps and leg abductors. Where the heck did you get that from ‘goblet’? Overall, still worth the money for the ease of having everything mapped out for you. But the app still has some serious technical issues to work through, just be warned..Version: 7.1.2

Eye OpenerI used this app for the 14 day free trial as at the time I didn’t have the money to pay for the subscription. however, the app was just amazing! The workout programmes were so easy to follow, and with different levels suited to you really helped and made the exercises more fun and interesting. The recipes!!! Let me tell you I have a hard time choosing what to eat because I never have been inspired with food, but Krissy changed it all for me! There was such a variety of foods from breakfast to dinner to post workout and snacks that I truly needed in my life! Absolutely worth itThis is the second time I’ve subscribed to the app, I loved it before but didn’t make time for it after starting my postgrad degree so eventually gave up and closed my account. I came back to it about 4 months ago after feeling the need to move my body and knowing Krissy and the app would support me with that, and oh my god I was so excited when I subscribed again and saw all the new trainers! I’d never considered yoga before but it’s now my favourite; Jen is amazing and her practices are a workout in themselves but they also give me ‘me’ time and I’ve felt a new sense of calm because of them. Best app!!I was with evolve you for approximately 1.5 years. I switched to a different app just to try and save a little money. HUGE MISTAKE. Although I was paying half the price for a different app, it was quite obvious you get what you pay for. After 1 week I switched back to evolve you and I’m never leaving again. Lol your phone stays on while you’re working out so you don’t have to keep opening your phone, there’s clear explanation/videos of exercises so it’s not confusing, automatically moves onto the next exercise , you can switch out exercises if you have limitations, and just the diversity of the app. Yoga, HIIT, strength training, deload weeks, nutrition, meal plans, and community. The best workout appHave been loving this workout app for a long time. I love that you can plan your workouts in a plan. You can either do a plan or chose workouts based on so many different factors. There’s options for equipment workouts etc! The food section is amazing as well as you can either get a full meal plan or just get inspiration! Another great benefit is you can customize your workouts as some exercises might be difficult or you don’t have the required equipment. It’s super affordable too, if you think how much money you’d spend on a personal trainer or a meal plan (not to mention how much you can spend on bull...) Clear, Helpful and MotivatingIgnore the one star reviews! This app experienced a lot of traffic to begin with due to the popularity of Krissy’s Instagram page etc. But any problems were quickly resolved. I have been going to the gym about 3 times a week since June, and although I have kept into a half decent routine, I sometimes felt I was cutting sessions short/not doing a good range of exercises. This app provides full workouts of a good length for normal woman with normal lives (just over an hour for me), it’s affordable and the meal plans include affordable ingredients. I’ve looked at loads of health apps before but never considered purchasing because I don’t feel their worth the money purely for a 12 week guide for example, but this one has so much more so I didn’t hesitate!.Version: 1.0

A fitness app miles ahead the rest!!I switched to T&S back in July and I am SO glad I did. What really got me is that this app is so professional, so well thought out, educational and effective. I love that these guides last so long (60 weeks if you pick Krissy as your trainer on the gym or home guide). The guides don’t get boring and they have a great range of workouts. I love that there is also a dedicated section to stretch and recovery which is forgotten by other fitness apps! Overall it feels like you’re getting a real PT cover all the bases for you without having to pay for one. Lastly, the service from the T&S team is incredible, they always reply to queries and engage with their members on the app which really does make you feel like they care. Get it, you won’t regret it!Having followed Krissy for a couple of years on Instagram, her philosophy for health and fitness has always resonated with me so I knew when she launched the app, it would have to be part of my comeback to health and fitness for the new year. The app is easy to use and the workouts really varied, and completely push me out of my comfort zone. I love the water tracker and meals are great, although I haven’t implemented the meal plan yet. The one suggestion which I have and I’m sure Krissy’s team will constantly be working to improve the app, is a full walk through of the workout, similar to Kayla Itsines sweat app. You press begin workout and you press through to play each exercise, with it timing your rest times in between. Thank you5 years ago I was very overweight so I developed an eating disorder that lasted a year. I ended up loosing 30 kg so I was left with a lot of stored fat and loose saggy skin (and no boobs at all, you could do ironing on me 😂) I continued having eating disorders for around two more years since I was so scared to be overweight again and I was so unhappy. Two years ago I started going to the gym doing only cardio which didn’t solve the problem but motivated me and made me eat properly without being scared. Around that time I saw Krissy’s profile on ig and absolutely hated her ( sorry 😂) I was so jealous and unhappy with myself but then after looking at her profile every day and watching her videos I realised that I related to her so I started following her app. I’m currently on week 31 and I have never been so happy with my self in my life. Love this app!Honestly, I’ve been following Krissy for a year, I almost got the app when it first came out but her free work outs were doing well enough for em that I thought it’d be a waste of money. Nay Nay ladies, the app is a whole different level it keeps you accountable. It helps you keep track of water, diet, and the voice over while you work out makes transitions so smooth and it effectively makes your body ache in all the good ways. And then!!!! Never going to leave this appWow. How do I even put it into words. Tone and sculpt app has changed my life holistically. As I began my fitness journey, I started doing 10min YouTube workouts and quickly became bored and searching for more. As I was watching some “what I eat in a day” videos I began to watch Krissy Cela and saw that she had an app. As I wanted to begin working out at the gym this app was perfect for me! Not only did it have a beginners guide WITH videos of how to do it AND step by step instructions, I began to progress sooo well with the right technique already in place. Best App Ever!I’ve tried many apps before the T&S, but none of them really satisfied me. Not to mention how expensive they were, and it wasn’t even worth it the price! Honestly the Best all Around!I have been following Krissy’s journey since pretty early on and she is so inspiring! (Don’t let that think this will bias my review) the app itself is amazing. It provide not only a multitude of plans to follow that fit your needs i.e. a home, gym, and other options that you can fit into your planner to choose from. I like the flexibility, tone and sculpt really give you no excuse. There’s also meal planning and a community that’s all around the best! Great fitness appI’m using the app on and off from the beginning and I love seeing how much it evolved. From new trainers to new recipes, lot more for vegan and GF now, which I love and appreciate. I love the fact that you can basically create your own training plan, I don’t always train the same way every week, depends how I feel, that’s why following certain training program it’s not always for me. I like to switch the game from time to time. I would love to see more home workouts though, it’s just more convenient for some people than going to the gym. Other than that I think it’s the best fitness app I’ve ever used, and I tried few, I always go back to this one. Fantastic Workout GuidanceThis app is incredible for all levels of fitness, beginner to advanced. One of the main reasons I started using the app was to know in advance, each week, what workouts I needed to do in order to get where I wanted to go. Fantastic app, I wouldn’t be without it!Investors always been someone who has struggled with exercise. I’m naturally slim but have always wanted to tone up and build muscle on my legs to keep them shapely. I used to go to the gym 2-3 times a week and just stick to the same weighted moves. I used to hate cardio. When I started using this app, it really structured my workouts and pushed me to work on HIIT moves and endurance, not just weight training. Since the Sculpt it programme launched, it was the perfect incentive to keep me motivated during lockdown and whilst the gym was shut. I love that it’s introduced me to skipping - a form of cardio that I can actually do and enjoy! Incredible app and the best community!The app is just amazing! I subscribed to the app for a year when it first launch and took some time off. However, I have just rejoined and I am blown away by far it has come in such a short amount of time! Best adaptable home/gym guide I’ve seenAs someone who will not go to the gym, this is PERFECT. The price is worth the accessibility to to hundreds of workouts easily adaptable to your own pace through the choice of weight, reps, resistance and rounds ect. I have a lot of free weights at home (my partners) I’ve never gone near them until now! Even without equipment the workouts are perfect! And Krissy often adds fun options on her instagram too! I joined three weeks ago, when I couldn’t do a single push up...I can now do 12 reps 👏🏻 After investing my time, the price is totally worth it! And my body confidence is quickly changing! The meal planning is a bonus! I personally don’t use it as my partner can’t eat most of the meals but on the occasion that I cook just for myself, you can bet that I’ll be using the recipes! Pretty goodI like how many options there are within this app. I’ve just started using it and I’m still discovering more each time I open it! So far I do have two negative comments: 1. I wish there were more options to change out a workout move that you don’t want to do or don’t have the equipment for. The workouts are not very malleable. There are some moves I just really don’t enjoy (or can’t do because my gym doesn’t have chairs to use??) and the options are really limited on what you can exchange a move for. This has resulted in me skipping a couple moves in various workouts because I’m not sure what to replace them with on my own and I wish there were more suggestions readily available. 2. I also wish there were better options for the meal planning. I have a gluten allergy (so not just a preference for whether I eat meat or not 🙄). It would be cool to use the prefill meal option, but the one time I tried literally half of the prefills were something with bread, which I generally avoid because gluten free bread is kind of meh. I clicked on the double arrows to replace it and found that a huge number of the meals have gluten products as part of the recipe. Sorting through all the meal options would be way easier if they had the option to exclude gluten, which is a very common allergy..Version: 4.6.2

Life changingThis app has created an effective workout routine for me during this chaotic time. It was extremely hard for me to get to the gym and find effective workouts as a beginner. New Physique Who DisThis app has truly changed my physique. Before the app, I went to the gym not knowing how to structure my workouts and didn’t know what I was doing. However, this app changed that. It gives you structured workouts with plenty of guides to choose from, along with other challenges to do as well. The app also customizes your meals and helps you track calories/water intake. I’ve never seen such better results before. I feel SO much stronger and I have been able to push myself SO much more harder when I use this app. And boy oh boy the workouts are challenging. I use the gym guide and I can always see what my heaviest weight was in previous sessions with the weight tracker history. So this allows me to be on track and makes me push myself when I add more weights on each week. This app is remarkable. What You’d Expect From Krissy Cela…This app is absolutely amazing. Ive been using it for about two years now. I found Krissy on instagram and followed her in 2017. I was a big fan so decided to try her app. It was great when it first launched, and it continues to get better. Fantastic app and leaders!I’ve been using the tone & sculpt app for 2 years and now EvolveYou. The leaders are so active with the members providing additional workout content, mobility, and live recorded sessions that are available through the app or their Instagram accounts. Even with herniating the same cluster of discs twice consecutively over two years, the workouts have been able to help me recovery, stay consistent, and make noticeable improvements in my overall health and mood. The content creators facilitate a growth and grace environment teaching its members how to grow in their own fitness goals, move their bodies, and give themselves grace when our bodies are feeling “off” My only complaint which the team has been incessantly tackling is the app tends to crash without access to the workout, or sign the profile out. However, these technical issues are quickly rectified with a quick email to the team and they get you back up and running fairly quickly..Version: 6.2.1

Never been more positive🌟I first entered the gym over 2 years, terrified that I would be judged and laughed at. I downloaded the pdf version of the Tone and Sculpt workout and it saved me! Life changingThis app truly changed my life. I never thought I'd learn how to lift weights or be a gym girl despite knowing how important it was to my health. Creating a workout was daunting and I knew was going to be SO much work - plus I wasn’t quite sure I could put one together properly…I tried searching for apps that would help me but couldn’t find one that seemed like the right fit. I don’t know how I even stumbled on Krissy’s Instagram page but OMG am I glad to have found her and this app. While I’ve been inconsistent with working out due to breathing issues over the year I’ve had the app, I still gained IMMENSE confidence in the gym. I feel like I actually know what I’m doing. I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am for workout days. Not to mention the gains I’ve made, like WOW. I had no grip strength whatsoever but now I can actually squeeze things tightly. My arms and legs are so strong now. Touching my thigh and it feels like pure muscle is such an intensely good feeling. I feel like a different person; I feel healthier. My only suggestion at this time would be the ability to add some extra exercises into a workout routine if I wanna do a bit extra. For example, I find myself adding calf raises on some leg days, so it would be nice to record it officially. Thank you for the awesome app! Oh, and their customer service is simply AMAZING. New userI’ve been using the app for 6 weeks now and I’m loving it. I have my own at home gym but I do have quite a lot of equipment, so I love that I am adjust specific exercises and swap for others if I don’t have that equipment available. Also I have severe scoliosis so the swapping of exercises has been really useful for me. E.g., I can’t rotate the spine so curtsey lunges are a big no, but I love that I can swap these out for a normal lunge / if I’m not strong or confident enough on a specific exercise to use a barbell, then I can swap to dumbbell 💪 My only ask is could we please have prompts to do a warm up / stretch for every workout? I need these personally to prevent injury. :) I’m doing programme workouts currently because they always have warm ups but the ones in browsing usually don’t have one, but I’d like to always have the option ❤️ or maybe even a tick box option under account for prompt so it doesn’t annoy everybody haha, thank youuu.Version: 6.3.8

Great app with its issuesBeen using this now for roughly 3 months on Krissys strong program. Really enjoy the workouts and the diversity of different movements etc. I only have a couple of issues 1. This app constantly crashes! I have to delete and re download a lot and when this happens as I’m walking into the gym to workout it’s a killer 2. It’s a bit clunky to use, when you try and swap out an exercise it takes me ages to find what I want and then the keyboard doesn’t go down so I can’t scroll the full list. I also I’m not a fan of the recipes/ workout adding it feels like an effort to search stuff Other than that fab and will continue to use but with a few minor adjustments (the crashing is the worst part).Version: 6.1.3

The best app!For years I was training but always felt really bored whilst I was at the gym, when Krissy created Tone & Sculpt in 2019 I had to download and it really kept me on track however I took a year break from the gym. During lockdown I had to get up and do something to make me feel better and as I was a final year student at uni it wasnt the easiest finding time to workout. Fantastic app but glitchy sometimesThis app is amazing. I love how it puts timers for your rests between each rep/set. My issue when training by myself was “indulging” in too long rests😅 but this app keeps me disciplined with the rest timers, and the workout programs on here are amazing. I’ve made such good progress, and got so much stronger so this app is stellar in terms of value for money! The only con is the glitches. Sometimes midworkout the interface freezes so the timers are off-count. Sometimes the interface freezes once you open the app or after you completed the workout. Not sure if this is just me but if this is a global issue, it would be great if Evolve could fix it, as i’ve been on other various fitness apps and hadn’t experienced as frequent glitches as I do with Evolve. No excuses now!!I don’t really know where to start. I’ve been working out for a year but planning work outs has always been so time consuming. I was previously getting workouts from IG female fitness account but was never 100% if I was doing enough for a warm up or the right combination of exercises for what I wanted to target. There is literally NO GUESSING at what you should do. The short videos as amazing and if you’re still unsure you can review the steps. PLUS there are alternative exercises if you have an injury or don’t have the right equipment. I personally think the app is easy to use and I haven’t experienced the issues that others have mentioned. Also, I find my workout are now shorter by 10-15 minutes because of how streamlined the workouts are. Solid sweaty workout in 50 minutes? YES PLEASE! I’ve been using it for about a year and a half now. THE ONLY THINGS I WOULD SAY. There are a couple of programs I’ve done twice. When I redo a program, it saves where I previously was at when I did the program last time. Sometimes I alter how many sets due to energy levels/and or number of reps I can handle based where I was at at that time. It makes it hard for me to know where the baseline of the program is when I’m starting from zero and redoing something, did I delete a set? Did I alter the number of reps? Also if I’m not pushing as much weight as I was that time last year it can make me feel disappointed and I don’t want to be in a place of comparison with myself unless I choose to look at my history and track from progression. Another thing I don’t love, is that when I have to exit out of a session. It just makes me close the session and tell them why I couldn’t complete the workout but won’t let me pause and come back which is frustrating when I’m trying to log my stuff or double up sessions on a day due to making up for lost time etc. Otherwise I love the app and a lot of its features. really helps me stay accountable..Version: 7.1.1

ObsessedI am in love with this app!! Not only does this app provide endless amounts of workouts for all levels but it also has healthy recipes for each meal and an amazing community to help keep you motivated!! I love how you are able to change what program you want (sculpt it or gym guide) and within each workout, it tells you what muscle group you are working and how to perform the exercise correctly. Also, if you can’t do a certain exercise due to injury or not having certain machines at home, you can switch out exercises that work the same muscle group. It’s hands down one of the best apps out there!! Do yourself a favor and start using it. For those of you that want to build a bigger, rounder booty...this app has soooo many amazing booty workouts!!! The app has workouts that are 15 minutes long if you are in a hurry but want to get a quick burn on. BEST THING I EVER DOWNLOADED!I’ve been hesitant whenever to purchase this app as it’s not a one off purchase. But lately I’ve been feeling really unmotivated and down about myself physically and mentally. I’d took the courage to try out the 7 day trial to see what the app and workout is like and it’s amazing! The layout is minimal and not too complicated so you wouldn’t get confused where to find things. Each exercise has a video demonstration including sets/reps already created for you to follow (can even adjust to your preference), so you don’t have to fuss about remembering how many times you should do etc. It included a nutritional diet plan which allocated to your needs (depending on your age, weight, height). Also well as, options on what to eat during the day. Therefore, helping you meet the goals you want to achieve. One of the biggest problem during my fitness journey is my eating style. I’m always binge eating after not eating enough or eating the same thing over and over. I finally can follow a simple food plan that isn’t too expensive yet has so much nutrients! I have purchased and tried out other people’s workout plans in the past and it doesn’t work out for me. But Tone and sculpt is the one. This makes staying consistent more doable than ever!I have been using the tone and sculpt app for a month and a half now and the time has flown by! I have made progress and WORKED OUT 4 TIMES/WEEK FOR A MONTH AND A HALF! I’m never that consistent, and it hasn’t even been hard to keep up with. EnjoyableThis is a very user friendly and enjoyable app to help switch up your fitness routine or meet your goals. However, I do think the monthly cost is ridiculously expensive. Love this appI LOVE this app. I’ve tried BBG and Madeline Moves and by and large prefer this one. It’s cheaper than Madeline moves but with a ton more options and far more customizable and a significantly better user interface. I had the original BBG pdf (not the sweat app, never tried that). I also tried FBG by anna victoria, but still prefer tone and sculpt. Due to the pandemic I’ve switched to the home guide on T&S and actually think I like it better than the gym guide! It’s not repetitive at all over weeks (unlike bbg) and there’s a huge variety of exercises that change from week to week. I wish there were other options for the warm up (it’s skipping/jogging/incline walking regardless of whether it’s upper or lower body day) but thats the only complaint i have. Love the timer, love that you can change reps or switch exercises and record weights. I don’t really use the meal planning but it’s nice for people who do use it!.Version: 3.3.4

Above and BeyondI have truly tried all the fitness apps I can think of. BBG, Sweat(new version), Aphlete, all Grace Beverley’s guides, including Shreddy and I wholeheartedly stand behind Tone and Sculpt the most. The others are good, but there are so many different types of people that I found the lack of variety(as much as they stated otherwise) difficult to stick to. I didn’t want to JUST jump, I didn’t want to just do weights etc etc. With Tone and Sculpt you have every user-friendly feature you can honestly think of, but you have access to ALL of the guides, and if you want a few days of the week to be from a different programme, you can change it so easily without having to purchase or lose your place in the programme you’re on. Also the challenges, extra little workouts, swappable INDIVIDUAL exercises within a workout... it’s truly amazing. Well worth the money and it has been satisfying to watch Krissy genuinely put all her effort into improving this app over the last year. Okay soooo me and my sister Soleil just started this app....So I have commitment issues with purchases and subscriptions so it’s taken me a while to decide to get this app. I’ve been watching Krissy on Instagram for some time now and I have loved her workouts and her personality so much. Love this appThis app is hands down, all round fabulous. I have always been naturally “slim” however there’s no definition and I have a layer of fat, particularly on my stomach which I can’t seem to budge. Being a foodie, much like Kristy I always found it hard to stick to low calorie diets etc and have developed an unhealthy relationship with food as a result. This app gives you realistic food ideas with no restrictions ! It allows you to fuel your body with all the good nutrients it needs while also enabling you to stick to your goals. Best app I’ve ever seen and usedOkay so I never write reviews... but felt this one deserved it. I am a health and fitness coach myself who also does body building competitions. I am now reversing and have been missing the consistency but still wanting the option to be flexible. I’ve been looking at other apps lately but nothing quite had what I wanted and all the features I needed. I’ve been following Krissy for years now and I never thought to give it a shot until now. Saying this app is amazing is an understatement. They have everything and it’s SO simple. I was tired of using my fitness pal for years and this app is just so easy to switch things out. It makes things fun and interactive. Never giving this app up. Only thing I wish it had more of is trainers and more workout options for advid gym goers. Like more weight training workouts. But I’m sure that’ll come with time. The other thing is I wish they had/ hope they eventually add an overview of all the macros added up for the entire day. Rather than each meal. It’s the best I’ve foundAustralian here, small rural farm mum… No gym except what gear I have in my shed. This app is suitable to what gear I’m using, I’m able to swap out moves with ones that suit what equipment I have. The recipes help me when I stuck for meals, the workouts are challenging and it’s keeping record of my progress weight wise! Great when it’s usableDownloaded app a few days ago. Has crashed/wouldn’t open a few times so I had to reinstall it on the 2nd day it wasn’t opening. I downloaded one of the workouts offline which worked as normal. But I’m doing a challenge on top and I can’t download it offline unfortunately App itself is great. Simple UI. Has reminders and weekly plan option so you can plan ahead. Only thing with timed exercises is, after your break and go to do the set again, you have to press Start every time. Also if it’s a timed workout, the timer should just stop and automatically go to rest. I know we wouldn’t stare at our phone the entire time but at least it’s one less step for us to do - each to their own :) Loving the community too!.Version: 7.1.5

SO INCREDIBLEI just finished my first week using the app and let me just say.... I don’t like the gym. But this app makes me want to go! I LOVE having preset workouts so I don’t have to make one. I love the nutrition portion as well, there are so many options and varieties of types of food! The only thing about the nutrition portion I wish was different was being able to add any food in that’s not in the app! Other than that, I absolutely love everything about the app. You can track weights used in the gym, weight loss/maintain/gain progress, calories, and water intake. Workout planner ness to be more user friendlyI’ve absolutely loved this app and the workouts! The workouts are challenging without being too much, and fun and constantly changing. My only problem is that the workout planner is NOT intuitive at all and it is extremely difficult to actually schedule things where you want to, especially if you get off track. I have multiple weeks where I was lazy and only did 2-3 of my scheduled workouts, and I would like to now just go back and start doing those. I did one of them yesterday, and was forced to shift my guide forward because there is no longer a “mark complete” option. Now I don’t have any workouts scheduled until the end of May? Why the heck would I have wanted to shift THAT far forward? It’s ridiculous. Why so complicated? I don’t want to start anything over, just go back and make up the workouts that I missed. The planner function just needs and overhaul, it’s been really frustrating..Version: 4.8.1

In love with the app!I love everything about the app! I do have a few recommendations to make it even better! There is a nutritional tab in the app which has SO many yummy recipes. I think it’d be a nice addition to be able to set certain macro goals! I’d also love to be able to set my rest days for my plan. Yes, you can move everything around but it’d be nice to be able to go in and pick so I don’t have to move things around each week. I’m going the gym guide with Krissy and Mondays are quads and calves but I like doing glutes and hamstrings on Monday. With that being said I think it’d be nice if we could set a day for those as well. Again, you can move everything around but it would be awesome to go in and click on Glutes and Hamstrings then be able to click a day of the week! Obviously these are not necessary fixes but it would just make things a smidge easier. I’m obsessed with the app! The workouts, the challenges, the layout. It’s perfect. One of the best fitness apps there is !!I would never normally sign up to a subscription on a fitness app because I would never consistently use it. I first downloaded this app back in March and it kept me motivated throughout all of the lockdown and has helped me gain confidence in the gym especially with weight training and I haven’t missed a session once ! This subscription is so good for the money with new workouts and different phases being constantly added, not to mention the community that Krissy and Danyele have built ! The recipes and food diary is fab as a fussy eater I’ve managed to find plenty of things that I enjoy eating. Great app! A few suggestions:)My best friend download it and use this app for about six months so far and has seen absolutely great results from it! With her influence I downloaded this app and I’ve really been enjoying it! I love how there’s the option for hit workouts or just Strength workouts without cardio.. the fact that you can gain badges and hit goals and achievements is really great, but I wish this part of the app was a little bit more user-friendly and easier to find. I love the fact that you can add on additional workouts, even while you are in the middle of a program! I have been told by a friend that you can also add in workouts that you’ve done outside of the app and this can also help increase your progress and help you earn badges, etc. however, I can’t seem to find in the app how to do that! GratitudeI'm astounded by my personal success developing a personal program for myself with help from Krissy. I'm hypermobile and cannot do all exercises. If a joint moves outside of a normal range of movement, I don't tend to feel any pain until something pops or tears. Tone & SculptThis app has been in constant use for over 6wks now. I loooove the programs available, the diversity, and the community! You can tell the workouts were perfectly thought out by both coaches. I especially enjoy the fact that you can follow a program (home or gym), or just choose a workout that benefits an area you want that day. If I had to suggest a workout app, this would be it! My only complaint keeping it from receiving 5 stars is the fact that not one of the Conditioning workouts will complete without a glitch. Those specific workouts always close out and restart the whole process once you get to the Finisher. It wouldn’t be so bad if there was a way to jump to where you were but, such is not the case. Even if you close the application and bring it back up, the in-process workout will either be in the wrong place, completely gone, or the app itself will shutdown. If you’re able to look past that, I’d say give it a try..Version: 4.8.1

Now can’t be without it!!!!So I originally downloaded this app when we first went into lockdown to help me whilst the gyms were closed and here I am 9 months later and still going!! It has so many programmes so there is literally something for everybody. It has kept me consistent and has got me into such a good habit of exercising that I now don’t rely on motivation, it’s just part of my life. I would never had been able to do that without the app. As silly as it sounds, getting a star for each workout makes sure I don’t miss a workout and ensures I don’t let myself down by skipping a day. Mostly great!I love this app, made getting back into a routine so easy and i love that there are a number of different options for trainers and workouts. I do wish there was a way to see your history though, like a calendar where i could see my recorded water intake for each day, and what workouts i did and what weights i used and have all the information in one calendar or area. I know the weekly workout calendar is there but i can’t look back on the weights i used for those workouts once i have completed it. The best fitness app out thereI’ve tried all of the apps made by influencers and many other app programs, Tone & Sculpt is 100% the best one, there are so many exercises, this app has really been so thought out and it’s made the gym so fun for me, now I go in and know exactly what I’m doing. I really appreciate how discrete the workout list is too, being a checklist and IF you need to see how the exercise is performed you can click into it. The only thing I would add is being able to swap out one of the days with a more targeted area such as a full glute day. A Personal Trainer I Can AffordI am so happy to finally have made the decision to try the free trial and end up subscribing to this app.I am on week three of the workouts and I really started by taking it easy and only doing three workouts a week and then if I was feeling a little bolder or had more energy adding some workouts on throughout my week. Although I am only on week three I have been noticing changes in my body and my progress photos have confirmed that. The video that goes along with the work out really helps me to make sure that I’m getting the right form, the audio lets me know when to continue going, the built-in timers, and 1 million other features that this app has make it amazing. I love that I have the opportunity to now choose between two different trainers if I want a different experience. Great app, and keeps getting better!Finally a fitness app that does (almost) everything! Love the app, and the fact that Krista takes feedback from these reviews and other sources to keep improving. Personally, I mainly use for the workouts and not so much the nutrition, however, if I find myself hitting a wall on the food front her meal plan is great for inspiration! The workouts aren’t quite as intense as what I’ve done while using other programs (I attribute that to fewer exercises, not them being “easy”), but the body blasters and/or target area workouts are great if you feel like you’re needing a little something extra. For those saying there’s not enough variation and/or they don’t enjoy following the same workout for 4/5 weeks at a time, I have never worked with a trainer or purchased a program that didn’t utilize a similar structure for a period of at least three weeks. With verbal and video cues to ensure you are properly executing the ever air. Everything from weightlifting, stretching, LISS and HIIT cardio, EMOM and AMRAP. And it’s always adding new workouts and challenges you you aren’t repeating the same routine! There are also workouts if you’re short on time so it really is a go anywhere / do anytime option. I never, ever write reviews, but for this app I needed to!This app is absolutely amaaazing! I downloaded it on a whim, and honestly didn’t expect much deviation from the classic workout apps, boy was I wrong! The workout section is great, it encourages you to actually use the gym equipment, which anyone looking to build and tone their muscles will appreciate. I had no clue how to use the machines to my benefit before, now I am far more informed and enjoying the workouts! I also LOVE the fact that you can track the history of your total reps and weights lifted in each workout! This makes life so much easier than having to write it down in my iPhone notes each time 👌🏼 The food planner has to be my favourite part of the app. Everyone says being fit and healthy is 80% your diet. Before having this app, every healthy recipe I would look up would contain about 20+ ingredients that left me confused, out of pocket and unmotivated to actually meal prep. This app has honestly changed my life when it comes to eating healthily, the recipes are simple, delicious, won’t cost you a fortune, and best of all, are easy to make. My only suggestion for how this app could be improved would be a calendar tracker. I would love to be able to see an archive of what workout I did and when, think it would be really helpful for tracking my progress. The BEST fitness app out thereI’ve genuinely tried almost every fitness app out there, and this is by far the best. It has everything you could ever need to help you on your fitness journey no matter your skill level. It focuses on progressive overload (essential in growing muscle) without being boring. Krissy and her team have truly smashed it out of the park with this one. There’s recipes to suit all dietary requirements, an amazing community, SO many workouts (including real time workouts, challenges and plans) and handy tools such as a water tracker, all of which are easy to use. It doesn’t push a weight loss notion or a need to get ‘shredded’ either, and both trainers are amazing at what they do. One thing I’d love to see added is a macro tracker, as currently the meal plan section only tracks calories meaning I do have to log my food into another app. If that gets added, then this really be the only app you need for your fitness journey. Can’t recommend it enough, it’s so worth the money regardless of if you’re working out at the gym or home..Version: 4.6.2

Ticks the boxI’ve paid for so many fitness apps and never follow through. Something about it being all women gives me a since of “my tribe”. The meal plans are easy. Workouts great. App could use improvements.I’ve been using the app for about 6 weeks now and I really enjoy every workout I’ve done. The videos and explanations helped me understand quickly what I need to do. I also love how I can track progress with weights week over week. Now, room for improvement: the app takes a while to load sometimes which is annoying. Also, I like timing my workouts but it seems that once it exceeds 60 minutes, it resets. Now for food: it’s a little cumbersome choosing meals for each meal of the week. She gives you the option to automatically set it, but the meals are so different, it doesn’t plan for bulk cooking. Also, the shopping list doesn’t combine items—for example, if two recipes call for almond milk, almond milk shows up twice on the list. So it’s not actually very useful when you are at the super market. But I really enjoy the app and the content produced. I even like the articles—I wish she had more. I’m learning a lot and I feel stronger, which is what’s most important to me!.Version: 2.4.0

Great for different training styles & consistencyI love this app & have been using it for over a year now, being able to switch up and use different training styles which is really good for me. I couldn’t fault the app as it’s so easy to manoeuvre and there is quite literally something for everyone. Only one thing I could suggest taking the app to another level would maybe be widgets — please could we have a week’s view calendar widget?! So that we can see our planned workouts for the week on the home screen so that we don’t have to enter the app (a bit like the apple calendar or reminders widget). Or even a square tile to say how many stars have been achieved that week / stats? I’d find it really helpful to have that so when my phone is on sleep mode, I can then see what’s coming up the next day without totally going down a rabbit hole and end up on phone way past my bed time lol. To anyone considering subscribing, definitely give it a go for a good month as the 1 week trial isn’t enough to showcase the vast choices of workouts and programs of which you’ll definitely find something that you like and it may be something you didn’t expect to, either!.Version: 6.11.2

Awesome app for consistency and self motivationI’ve been following Krissy for years now, she has some awesome free workouts on her IG. With the covid lockdown regulations I had to find a way to motivate myself to continue working out from home. Purchased the app and I have been consistently working out all of quarantine. It’s so easy to track your progress and honestly the app is beyond resourceful, it has targeted workouts, timed workouts, and it even includes recipes and nutrition where you can track macros. You can use the plan given to you or you can custom tailor your workouts on the app planner (hello organization!) by choosing your favorite workouts. The planner has to be my favorite part because I know if I plan ahead and schedule my workouts in to my week I am 99% more likely to keep to it than if I just wing it. I love the variety of the workouts (gym,home,hiit) and ease of use, and to make it better the team works so hard to keep customers happy that inquiries are responded to within a day. Best app for someone so picky like me!I will be completely honest, I have bought A LOT of guides, tried a variety of apps for their free trials and I never stuck with any of them because they just weren’t for me. I got gifted the Tone and Sculpt app last year for my birthday and I decided to give it a chance and I am so impressed by it!! I absolutely love that you can track your weight which is HUGE for me because I am always wanting to progress with my lifts. Now a new trainer, Danyele Wilson joined the team and her training style is so athletic and intense that I am even more hooked and have started her program. Great app!EvolveYou (formerly Tone&Sculpt) is such a great app to keep healthy! Love the variety of workout styles available and the customisation you can do for each workout! However I would love the option to create your own workout entirely as this would be the cherry on the cake :) A little feedback on the app, I think the app has regressed now it is EvolveYou. It doesn’t look as modern or sleek as T&S did and think it looks like it’s aged about 10 years! I would love to see it brought back up to T&S standard. Also the ‘gift a 14day free trial’ pop up after EVERY workout is a little excessive I think and gets on my nerves! Love it! One change I would makeI love the variety of types of programs in this app, and the customization of whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced! For years I’ve been doing mainly body-building/power building workouts with no cardio but this app is really helping me to transition to functional/endurance training but still maintaining that strength training I love! I also love the workouts you can do outside of the programs and the challenges that range from one day to weeks. The warm-up, recovery and mobility stretches/workouts are a great addition, something I wish other apps would’ve included that I had used before. I don’t use the nutrition feature much but I have saved some recipes I’d like to try in the future. The cons I’d say are the glitches that may take place mid workout that kick you out of the app or the weights you input save for the wrong workout, or they’re not saved from the last time you worked out. One addition I think would be great is potentially an indicator or suggestion of how much weight we can attempt to go up in for the next workout if we hit our weight goal for a particular workout. For example, I hit all prescribed amount of reps with the weight I have for squats (135lbs 3x10), it’d be cool if the app would suggest what percentage we should go up to now (136lb-140lb next time). I hope that makes sense, but overall I really enjoy this app and I'm actually seeing results, and I'm not overly fatigued..Version: 6.6.0
