✓ Difficult to loginPointsBet is a great book to have in addition to other books. I wouldn’t choose this as the one to use exclusively, but they often have very generous odds on MMA probs that deviate from what other books offer. I like PB but I always have difficulty with the app. It is very quick to log me out, and only allows me to login with my pin maybe 1/3 times. The rest of the time I have to manually enter my email and/or password. It is a pain when I am live betting and juggling multiple betting apps. DraftKings stays logged in, FanDuel Rivers and Barstool auto logout after a while but their Face ID function works well which makes things easier. Developers, if you read this, please if possible make some adjustments to address these issues. I would use pb so much more for live betting if login was easier and I could stay logged in for a reasonable period of time..DegenmuffinVersion: 2.24.0

✗ Pointsbet doesn’t offer pointsbetting…I have been using pointsbet for about a year now and have been fairly happy with it. However, just recently they stopped actually offering “pointsbetting” type bets without any notice. They just stoped offering them. I reached out to the app support and they told me “Due to Fanatics Sportsbook's recent acquisition of PointsBet, the PointsBet app will not be offering PointsBetting in New York”.…. So a company whose whole sales pitch is the “pointsbetting” type bets they offer, so much so that it’s their company name, doesn’t actually offer these type of bets anymore? That doesn’t make a lot of sense… and the worst part is they won’t give any further detail as to why they all the sudden stopped offering this betting market. Without the pointsbetting market, this app really loses its whole purpose and becomes, at best, a middling, run of the mill, sportsbook app. I would recommend any of the other main sportsbook apps over this app just due to the non-transparency I have encountered recently..Javdog17Version: 4.3.0

✗ They mislead you in the risk free first betPointsbet said that all new users get their first bet risk free up to $500. So if you lose the bet they’ll give you $500 in free play to bet on the site. Yesterday I bet $500 on the Nets to beat the worst team in the league, the Thunder. The moneyline odds were -200. The Thunder pulled out the win magically and I lost. Today I received the $500 in free play. So today I bet the $500 free play on the Suns to beat the Pacers. The odds were -200 again. The Suns won so I was expecting $750 in my account. Instead I only have $250 in my account. They misled me to thinking that the “risk free” free play counted as $500 right back in there but that wasn’t the case. Meaning I’m down $250 than what I originally deposited. I’m fully aware that it’s probably in fine print somewhere that this is the case and that it’s my fault for not fully knowing the rules before I put the bet in. I get it, I messed up. But they intentionally don't make sure to clarify that the free play only results in the winnings of a moneyline bet and the deposit you make is gone. Please spare me the response from Pointsbet where they say it’s in fine print that this is the case. They mislead you when they say “Risk free” it’s not risk free..Pbobo1116Version: 2.22.2
