In the couple weeks I have been driving for Lyft, I am enjoying it so much more. First, the ride demand in my immediate community with Lyft is significantly greater. Secondly, the bonus streaks are really nice and only require 3 consecutive rides. I love that Lyft has an arrangement with the city I live in and offers riders cheaper rides if local. This helps those that can’t afford rideshare, but need it and also the senior community. I believe Lyft demonstrates more concern for communities and the service provided to help people that need it most. I will continue driving for Lyft. ✗ RewardsHi, I am fairly new driving with Lyft. The way that you have the bonuses set up, can be confusing. it’s impossible to take multiple rides and get multiple bonuses when you have to pick up the ride and complete it within one hour. I have picked up a passenger during bonus hour, and because they were two minutes past the hour mark I didn’t get paid that bonus. I would have received it if the passenger was on time. Another thing I find interesting is that the passenger is notified a few minutes before we arrive at their location, then given another five minutes of wait time then you have to give them a call before you can even cancel so they’re given a total of like six minutes of our time that we are not getting paid for. I do have a few questions regarding the bonuses. when they are scheduled from 1 PM to 2 PM then again from 3 PM to 4 PM. Are we supposed to log off after 2 PM log back on at 3 o’clock and be at the designated spot in order to get that bonus from 2 to 3?.Diemo24Version: 1.17.5

✗ Good but could improveI’d like to see an option to withdraw the money to my bank account instantly even if I’m charged a fee as Uber ProCard does. They don’t charge if you send to your bank account and it could take some time to see the money reflected on your bank account but if I want the money right away on my bank, I can choose to pay a fee depending on the amount I’m withdrawing at the moment and the money reflects in my bank account immediately. It’s just inconvenient having to wait several days to receive the money from Lyft on my bank account, I might as well not have a Lyft direct account and just have Lyft deposit my bank account directly and it’ll take the same time, I thought the purpose of them Lyft Direct account was for you to have the money faster but that only happens if I make payments with my debit card or if I withdraw it from an ATM but it’s inconvenient having to go to an ATM to take the money and then deposit it on my bank account to have it sooner..Moniquita1812Version: 1.16.8
