✓ Great without logging inI downloaded it and liked everything about it until I made the account so my business partner could also make the invoices and estimates. One I set all that up the app became so slow it’s unusable and I already paid the $130 a year to use it. And nothing is transferred from my phone to his when it does work even though we are both logged into the same account. ✓ Great app but dislike the subscriptionI’ve been using the invoice maker app for a few years and purchased the one time fee. Worked great for the time I used it! Then this new version came out but as a subscription service and not a one time fee. The old app was taken off the App Store and now I can’t continue using the app because it wants me to subscribe to it. It’s a shame that it’s a subscription service now and for those who purchased the one time fee option, it does not transfer to the new app at all. Stripe does way more and its free to create invoices, the fact that you accept payments through your competitor its not very business savvy, because what you can do with this app, you can do using the invoice app in stripe. ✓ TerribleThey have redone the app and it is TERRIBLE. it is not user friendly, and I have lost my invoices now 2 times due to the app not syncing and saving my data. Contacting support is a lost cause as well; I had a specific error that said “contact support-do not log out or reinstall the app” and support asked me to log out and then reinstall the app if problem is not resolved. Let’s just say, their “support” caused me to lose invoices. Unfortunately I paid a lifetime subscription and is money down the drain. ✓ Nothing but troubleWe purchased the lifetime membership for unlimited use. We were charged for the yearly AND the lifetime. Our app shows we have the yearly. Then; when marking invoices paid it deleted the items from 3 of them. We re entered the info and now it will not save them. We get the thinking circle and nothing happened.
