✓ Easy,secure, and convienentGreat new way to show my ID… clear enough for business’s to scan the barcode on back and to use for online verification! Also, a super quick way to update my address! I moved a couple weeks after getting a new car ID and I updated my address on the app, it only took a few days for the address to change on my digital ID!! Awesome.GrafgolfVersion: 6.4

✓ Nothing but problemsI have tried to install this app many times. I have had nothing but problems with it. I contacted them and they tell me to delete the app and reinstall it. I still have the same problems. It will not let me log in I get the message that something went wrong with the pairing with my device and the MFA pairing. Please contact my Colorado for support. ✓ Convenient Source of State InfoGenuinely such a cool app. Not only does it have my ID, but it’s able to load nearly all other state documents as well like my vehicle title and registration. I think if the Keep Colorado Wild digital pass was added it would be perfect. I’d also like to see voter registration added in some way in the future. ✓ Perfect app until it stopped working.I was enjoying the app and how well developed it was. I bragged about it to my friends from other states. All of a sudden, it started to say my identity needed to be verified. After the process of verification, it would take me to the app again and keep asking for verification again. I have logged out, deleted and reinstalled the app and the problem continues. I just talked to a neighbor who said she is having the same problem. An app is going if maintenance is continuous and updates are frequent. Otherwise, the become a problem..JaraunderVersion: 5.1

✓ LOVE THE CONNIVENCE, BUT HANDICAP?I love the my Colorado app. It’s useful if you forget your wallet at the house because it stores car registration, and drivers license or state issues ID card. I have a question tho for CO State. Is there a way that you can implement the way to store Handicap Placard Registration cards? I am disabled and I have handicap plates on one of my cars so it’s shows on the back of that registration in the app but I think that it would be a fantastic idea to allow us to keep our handicap placard registration cards in the app. Placards are available for 3 years at a time for permanently disabled people like my self but and it’s hard to keep that sheet of paper in my wallet every day for three years with out it getting trashed. ✓ Registration is failingAble to scan DL; however, Creating Account is non responsive. Have tried several times and receive the spinning wheel of death after entering my account info and select Create Account. I tried later in the day and I was able to complete the registration process and it has been working fine ever since. I am excited to see how this app will evolve to include car Registration and Insurance info.NonamecolVersion: 1.8

✓ Needs Password Manager SupportUpdates have logged me out and doesn’t support iCloud Keychain/any password manager. End result is I have to pick between an insecure password I can remember/have used elsewhere or having to go through the password reset process every time which is what’s been happening. If those two things were fixed it’d be five stars. Love the concept, can’t wait for it to be supported more commonly like with law enforcement or airports..JayyGeyyVersion: 3.5

✓ Awesome app, just one thingThis app is really convenient. It works well and doesn’t have many bugs. Just one thing though, when I exit the app after I go onto the digital ID, because it automatically increases the brightness when you go on it, if you don’t click the back button and you just exit the app, it stays on the maximum brightness..Tacticalnerd06Version: 4.6

✓ Worked just fineNo issues with my iPhone camera capturing the barcode on the back of the drivers license or setting up an account. The facial verification is to only verify that you’re a human and not a bot. So much smarter than making you choose photos with stoplights etc. I uploaded my covid vaccine card and a couple of insurance cards. I don’t have any hunting licenses so I can’t speak to that. ✓ Doesn’t workJust like most things put out by the State this app doesn’t work. Unloaded, loaded for 2 days now, can’t count how many times. ✓ ProblemsI really love this app it comes in handy so much because I always lose my ID and everywhere in Colorado basically accepts this form of Identification although lately the past three days my app has not worked I’ve had my cousin and my brother tried to download the app and it didn’t work for them either so I would really hope this is gettingFixed soon because this is really a problem solver.I just want my fave app backVersion: 4.6

✓ Such a convenience!I am so ready for digital Id - so glad Colorado is helping lead the way through this transformation. That I can have my verified drivers license, AND vaccine proof in my pocket at all times is a relief. And to add to that my fishing license, and vehicle registration. ✓ App hangs up during setupUpdate: The developers reached out to me and suggested that I exit all apps and restart my iPhone then try again. I did and it worked. I am changing my one star to 4 stars. They may want to add to their initial login screen that the app uses a lot of memory and you should exits all other apps prior to continuing. Original review: You have to take photos of the front and back of the license as well as a selfie. The app accepted my front photo without a problem. When I tried to submit a back photo, the app hangs. So try again... and again... and again. Now I can’t even get the front photo to get accepted. Setup a different account name/email. Still won’t accept any photos. Oh well. It seemed like it would be a useful app, but for now it is just a time waster trying to get past the initial login..WardNoPasswordVersion: 2.3

✓ Now working wellAlthough I originally posted a review about authentication bugs I experienced with early versions, those issues seem to be fixed. The app now functions smoothly for me and does a good job of pulling updated information automatically, such as when I have gotten another vaccine dose. I don’t have experience with offering it in place of a physical ID, and I wish the app offered more specific information about that, as my teenager is prone to forgetting their physical license and blithely saying, “It’s ok; I’ve got the app.”.AdvilleVersion: 8.4

✓ Too many bugsThis app glitches a lot, resets you entire account at times and when it updates it’ll make you create a new account that won’t work. The ping security is a worthless addition that doesn’t relay you to the main interface after you verify the device. This app should be incredibly simple, stop adding unrelated document sections people don’t want and will not use. It’s an ID app, keep it simple..Sass DiegoVersion: 5.1

✓ Great IdeaI am frustrated that I have taken (and re-taken) my driver license and photo several times without success. When I add the picture it may or may not work. If it doesn’t work and I select the back arrow I am returned to the login screen and all prior info/photos are lost. Can’t Colorado provide the digital image of my license? I can see value here if it works better. Colorado provides a digital image of my Medical Marijuana Card so I would think a drivers license would also be available.
