✓ Literally the worstI’ve been in my schools library for a whole hour and this app isn’t syncing my one drive files correctly so therefore cant print anything..Version: 1.44
✓ DisappointedComing back to write a second review a year after my school started using this program to print, and nothing has changed. Printing should be such a simple task and this is so inconvenient to use. I spent an entire hour today in my school’s library trying to print in color and all this program did was eat up $5 of mine with multiple attempts. The tech people that work here have no knowledge of this program and can’t help. Some of the name is definitely on my school for not being able to assist, but even without the color printing issue it takes 5-8 minutes to do what should be a 2 second task, especially with all the authentication processes and timeouts..Version: 1.42

✓ Used to be betterI’ve not had troubles with this app before but recently the connectivity is just getting worse. Today I was trying to upload a document to print and the app just wouldn’t stop loading no matter how much I refreshed or reopened the app or switched from data to WiFi. ✓ Convenient but poor connectivityThis app gets one star for convenience and easy printing. When I initially downloaded the app, there were no issues at all. It would connect to Google drive and print from there. Lately, there are problems connecting to Google drive. After uploading new documents to the drive, I cannot see them through the Wepa app. This is really annoying as it forces me to save the documents on my phone and print from there. ✓ Spent $5 to print 3 pagesWhile the app did its job in printing the documents I needed, it’s payment system is down right egregious. While the print job itself only costs about 45 cents, you have to add funds to a virtual wallet. Adding virtual funds is easy but you can only add in increments of $5. What makes the whole system egregious, is that you can’t withdraw left over funds, nor can you just pay for the pages you need. With this app being used by college students, and most of us are broke, the inability to withdraw leftover funds or only pay for the pages you use is horrible..Version: 1.44

✓ Terrible appThis app is absolutely terrible; the only reason I got it was for school, so if you are a university student reading this you should probably try to find somewhere else to print. The only way to pay (that worked) was with a credit card, which costs an extra 40 cents. So, yes, I had to pay 64 cents to print 3 pages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!!!.Version: 1.27
✓ Faulty & BuggyDeleting it after an hour of trying to use it because... - when I added what I wanted to print to the cart on the app, it loaded for a full minute then it disappeared because it failed to load the file (even when I restarted my phone, used WiFi/data, one page/all the pages) - when I tried to go to contact support all it allowed me to do was look at the past data - since the app wasn’t working I used the actual Wepa device & signed in & the page orientation was way off when I was trying to print something. It looked like 2inch margins. (even when I changed the orientation on google docs itself to try and match up to the faulty device, it wouldn’t change) • I will say that I appreciate that it allows you to take documents from files, google drive, & photos. As well as it allows you to add balance to your account. However, I couldn’t get these functions to work, but if I did, it could be a great app..Version: 1.16
