✓ So badThis is an important application for Mastercard holders, but the verification process is not stable and full with bugs and glitches, it is not working properly, I have tried many time to let this app to take a verification photo several times and then scan my ID and filled the informations , but nothing happened, please fix these bugs. ✓ تحديث سيء جداًبطاقة الماستر كارد تظهر رصيد رغم سحبي الرصيد الموجود بها واتصلت على الشركة واخبرتني الموظفة ان اعمل تسجيل خروج ثم تسجيل دخول، سويت الي نصحتني به لكن للاسف انحذفت جميع البطاقات الموجودة بالتطبيق رغم وجود الاشعارات بالتحركات السابقة للبطاقات.اتصلت مرة ثانية اخبروني انه يجب علي ن انزل البطاقات من جديد للتطبيق وسويت هذا الشي لكن التطبيق يضل يطلع رسالة انه طلبي مازال قيد الانتظار . الاعزاء مطوري البرنامج اذا استخدمت نفس ال username وال password ليش تنحذف كل المعلومات والبطاقات ؟ ليش اضطر ان انزل كل المعلومات واصور الوثائق الثبوتية واني اصلا عندي حساب بالتطبيق ؟ هذه مشكلة يجب اصلاحها وشكرا.Version: 4.8.5

✓ Bank statementWhen you go to the bank statement option it shows you only a certain month and you can’t look for the current state for the current month also if you want to download the statement you would have to download it for each month separately there is no option to download it all. ✓ Missing flexibilityThe application is not flexible enough and not letting me transfer money to a different account out of Qcard and even when trying to transfer money between accounts with the same bank it’s giving limit exceeding! I know it’s a bank policy and not your problem as developer but I hope you forward the msg to them. Regarding the application itself, please make it able to save information to avoid entering them every time. And the app could inform me that I am exceeding my limits or whatever banking restrictions before completing the whole process of receiving the passcode on my phone. And finally please advice whoever holding the authorizations on the card to be responsive first and to give the authorization at least for the basic needs instead of taking the advantage of having the control and make it hard on the customer to get there money .. ✓ Apple Payياريت لو تضيفون خاصية Apple Pay و google pay حتى نكدر نضيف البطاقة ل wallet وندفع اونلاين بدون استخدام البطاقة الورقية هذه الخاصية مفعلة بكل البطاقات العالمية الفيزا والماستر وماعليها اي رسوم للمستخدم وجود هذه الخاصية يساعد على كسب الزبائن بالاضافة الى سهولة استخدام البطاقة عن طريق الموبايل فقط وعدم سرقتها او ضياعها نتيجة استخدام الكارت الورقي..أسوء تطبيق استخدمته..على الاقل شوفوا البطاقات الدولية شلون تصير وانسخوا الطريقة والخدمات للمواطن.Version: 4.20.1
